Initially had a bad experience with no air conditioning and staff at reception that didn't careless about my complaints.

Air con was not functioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy.

The bathroom was terrible, the service to fix anything was terrible, 
The AC didn't work it was hot and terrible to sleep.

AC in the room did not work properly and kept making sounds all night.

We requested fans for each room as we were prepared for the heat.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

We had to endure a balmy 79-80 degrees in the room throughout out entire stay (even at night, dropped to 78), was provided with a desk fan; despite 3 attempts requesting to have AC fixed at the registration desk, we eventually found out they can't fix it;

Rooms are tired and I and I had to change as shower was broken and air con did not work.

This time there was no air conditioning in the rooms (which we were not advised of at check in).

We also were given another room and that cooling system did not work.

The aircon was not working and the fan was not effective.

but not working, even though there was a fan it was pretty hot all night.

The room that we stayed in looked tired and the air conditioning was very weak.

No air-conditioning and no fridge, at this point I was too tired to complain again.

Our other son said that the air con in their room was poor

After wonderful experience in Barcelona then Budapest then Vienna we were disappointed by the Tower hotel in London accommodation except the fantastic location next door to the tower with beautiful view of the bridge and very interesting visit of the tower

The rooms are dated in area with black on the tiles around the bath.

Ceiling shower not high enough for tall people.

but the bathroom dated and could do with modernisation.

Outdated, and a massive environmental water disaster (Faucet running, single use towels, no water stop on the toilets, old and outdated bathroom with rusty rods).

toilets clog and no one came to fix it when we called.

All the drawers either had missing or broken handles making them useless, the safe was broken and the bathroom in dire need of having some money invested in it with its broken and cracked tiles. .

although the price was acceptable for Central London  the rooms need updating badly especially the Bathroom .

The bathroom floor hasn’t seem a mop or hoover.

Something was spilled all over the toilet.

Hotel reception not responsive to requests to deal with repair in room - locked wash hand basin for duration of 4 day stay Slow to allocate room chosen and paid for ;had to wait in another room while issue was supposed to being resolved

Positive point good views Sadly here’s  the negatives Snarky check in with two members of staff looking at us and pointing of the computer screen with no communication to us at all all very strange Room basic only with poor toiletry facilities mini bar had wine in a tin Breakfast not good at all

I was disappointed we had to ask twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bathroom.

-completely OUTDATED; place is aged, needs serious upgrades throughout
-no fridge (mini fridge door was sealed off)
-no exhaust fan in bathroom, so bathroom steamed up when taking shower in addition to already having the balmy 79 degrees present
-Elevators are SOOO slow, had to wait up to 10 minutes to get from 7th floor to 1st floor, eventually discovered the freight elevator
-Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, thankfully our breakfast was included in the rate we paid;

Lovely location, would use again, close to Borough Market, the shard and easy walking distance to the London Eye, Tate modern, and St Paul's cathedral.

We had a double room which was comfortable.

Very comfy king size bed, black out curtains.

but inside it is well furnished and comfortable.

Our 6th floor room was a typical London tourist room, yet comfortable, clean and quite spacious.

Only thing which was nice was the comfortable beds and the full English breakfast.

We booked for 1 night 03/09/2022 months ago, stayed in room 346 very nice and comfortable and had a nice sleep.

but this is a great hotel for location and comfort and the staff are all lovely and very helpful.

We had a standard twin room which was spacious, clean and so comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed and appreciated the air conditioning which was really efficient.

I stayed at this Hotel in July 22 for 4 nights and found it to be a very pleasant, comfortable and luxurious hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was a blessing in the heat to walk into a cool room was excellent.

Rooms were very quiet and comfortable beds.

Bed was large and most of all very comfortable.

This was not the bed's fault - it was a lovely comfy bed with a mattress topper and my husband slept like a log.

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, the bed was covered with a light quilt which was perfect for a good night sleep.

We had a super king bed which was very comfortable and we had a mini bar with beer & wine which was restocked on our 2nd day.

Fantastic weekend away,staff so friendly and helpful,free mini bar which was restocked each day and bed was so comfy.

The room itself was clean, great TV and wifi, room service available, and very comfortable bed and chairs.

Stayed here for the London marathon in a suite, the location was perfect and the room was quiet and had everything you would need.

We stayed here for 2 nights, hotel well located and easy to travel around.

Excellent location for a hotel, great views and surroundings.

All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely book again, the location is fantastic and it was lovely walking out to the view of tower bridge each morning.

It's a great location right next to Tower Bridge and opposite the Tower of London with a short walk to bus stops and the tube.

Great location by Tower Bridge and 2 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station.

The hotel was in an ideal location next to the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London.

Enjoyed experience, good views from room, clean well presented, room was very small for a double and felt cramped, breakfast staff very friendly, reception could have been better took a long time to check in

My wife and I stayed 2x nights over a Sept weekend in a standard double room overlooking the St Katherine's dock at the back of the hotel.

We stayed in a 10th floor family room overlooking Tower Bridge and Thames and every morning as well as evening took our time to just stand an look.

We had a nice view from our room that overlooked the boats outside.

but did get Tower view room so that was a bonus.

We had a bridge room view which was absolutely amazing.

the double room overlooking the tower bridge is very nice.

We were all on the 8th floor and out of the 3 rooms 2 had views over St Katherine’s dock.

Location and surroundings were good, there was not far to transport/underground and not at least the view from the room, when you paid a little extra.

The location and view is great especially we have a bridge view room.

The Tower view rooms really do offer everything you'd hope for and the location of this hotel and the fact it provides reasonable parking made this a wonderful place to stay and explore the city on my wife's birthday.

At first sight this hotel looks amazing, with its lofty, airy lobby and the view, which is second to none!

The view was amazing, the room nice and big with comfortable beds.

We would always stop in there for a Strawberry Daiquiri wether we were staying or not because of this drink and also a very pleasant place to rest with the view of the tower bridge if your lucky enough to get a window seat especially the bay window table.

Views for days, booked a couple of nights to celebrate the start of a new year and enjoyed the view so much, the room was perfect and well equipped and covid was taken very seriously.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were all amazing, the room (suite)was clean and facilities were good, the view was breathtaking overlooking the yachts in st Katherine’s dock and the Canary Wharf/dock lands skyline.

Setting was lovely overlooking the marina .

It is near everything and has the best view in London.

Check in easy and well managed, cleanliness of hotel excellent, all elevators working and quick, breakfast excellent, views amazing and balloons and cake delivered to our room for our daughters birthday.

Did not seem interested with my booking request for nice room with bridge view, food and cleanliness was excellent and room was serviced well each day.

Having come from Barcelona and enjoyed outstanding service at the hotel there, we were not overly impressed by the initial welcome during check-in and the basic room decor.

But to be honest these are niggles, and I would gladly stay here again next time in Malaga, which is a fantastic city to explore, better and cheaper than Barcelona in my opinion.

After staying in Barcelona for 3 nights, we traveled to Malaga and stayed at the Molina Lario hotel.

In June we did a,14 day, mini tour of Spain, visiting and staying in, Malaga, Sevilla, Madrid and Barcelona.

It turned out that everything was unavailable because the Barcelona football team were briefly staying at the hotel - oh yes, and we were squeezed behind a rope in reception to allow the team to pass by!

We drove here from Estepona to watch Malaga play Barcelona and stayed two nights.

highly recommended, would stay again and would try the sister hotel in Barcelona - really pleased with our choice here

Fantastic hotel in a great location next to the port and cathedral.

Close to shops , lots of bars and restaurants and the cathedral .

Our from on floor 5 had a view of the cathedral and port.

We had a top floor room offering a fantastic view of the Cathedral,and handy for the rooftop terrace and pool.

It's less than 5 mins to walk to the cathedral or to the waterfront, and maybe 10 (if that) to the Alcazaba.

We even had an unexpected view of the cathedral.

Great Location right beside the cathedral ., shopping area, restaurants and the marina.

but love the most a chance of the most amazing views of the cathedral and the chance to be part of it and to paint it with out leaving the room .

The hotel is centrally located very close to the Cathedral and old town.

The location is fantastic, about a one minute walk from the Cathedral.

Absolutely perfect position, next to the Cathedral in the old town and easy walking to the harbour and beach.

The staff were all friendly and professional and the location of the hotel is absolutely stellar, being in the old town and a stones throw from the cathedral.

Everything is in easy reach on foot  from this hotel, shops including the Cortes del Ingles department store, the food market, cathedral,  museums, the alcazabar ,port , marina even the beach!

Lovely spot for an evening drink too, with the view of the city and stunning cathedral.

Very impress with this hotel, right next to the  Cathedral, walking distance to everything.

As others have said, the location is ideal,  close by the cathedral, the Alacazar, the port and the food market.

The hotel is so well positioned for a malaga city break just steps from the Cathedral.

This is a really well appointed hotel, very clean and very comfortable.

We were very pleased with our room, spacious, comfy bed, well equipped, especially having a coffee machine and kettle.

superior family room was perfect for us, with a small bed for each of our kids (ages 5 and 10) and a very comfy queen bed for parents.

For a pretty expensive hotel, that attracted international travellers, I'd say that the TV channels available was pretty dismal.

We took the lift and our cases back up to the fifth floor and went back to “our” room.

My room was right across from the elevator, so it was a little annoying at night because there seemed to be a lot of action in the hall for a while,

Only complaint is that the elevators were very slow.

Our only other issue was the lift to the second floor; we could only use one and it was incredibly slow.

Elevators and hotel floor layout is a bit of a trick so be aware if you have mobility issues.

There did seem to be a long wait for the lift every time we wanted to use it (and late at night the noise from the rooftop bar carries down the lift shaft massively)

This also meant that we could walk down to the ground floor as the lifts did seem to be very slow.

There are 3 elevators, each one with it’s separate command.

What a lovely hotel, ideal location and great views from the rooftop bar.

Great location - staff ordered a taxi for us in the morning to the airport - even on Monday morning traffic it only took 15 mins .

The restaurant was modern Spanish, fused with European general.

The check in procedures, the staff and the general appearance and presentation of the hotel were perfect and the rooms are decorated in a modern yet classical style, with all the facilities you would expect and one of the most comfortable beds you can imagine.

The hotel has a real modern feel to it yet the historic features of the old part of the hotel are still visible.

The room and bathroom is big, modern and clean.

Lots of nice communal areas, great little rooftop bar with a dipping pool.

The roof top bar / terrace is great for views too.

But the rooftop bar is really cute, with great views, if perhaps very (even for Spain) slow service.

Rooftop bar is amazing, we spent a lot of time there.

Staff are very attentive, Jose at the roof top bar was absolutely brilliant.

Breakfast is amazing as is the rooftop bar.

We had a couple of drinks from the rooftop bar which were nicely prepared (the square of dark chocolate in the old fashioned was a lovely touch).

but the roof top bar was so disappointing.
