We were all inclusive and the food was great big salad bar lots of Spanish things like Fideua and Sobre Sada/Chorizo.

Myself and my fiancée have just returned from a week all inclusive holiday.

but plenty to choose from , we went all inclusive and i would recommend doing this to any1 going in the future.

Overall a small selection of spirits and cocktails were available all inclusive as well as soft drinks and slush.

As with all All Inclusive hotels there were good and not so great bits and I would say that’s personal preference.

Good options of all inclusive drinks (cocktails and vodka slush to keep you cool.

even though staying in an all inclusive hotel.

It seems like everything you do costs extra money which for all inclusive isn’t the best.

Food was OK, the usual all inclusive stuff.

If you’re a family with children looking for a clean, safe, friendly and good quality all-inclusive hotel with a range of entertainment, I highly recommend Globales Maioris.

They were allowed to stay and use all inclusive facilities, which was a real help to us.

Safe's are also available to hire, both not cheap when you have already paid to be all inclusive.

You have the bear in mind it is still all inclusive at the end of the day so it will never be phenomenal!

This is a lovely decent all inclusive hotel on a budget.

The food I have no complaints about, if you are used to doing all Inclusive holidays then there will be no issues.

Went all inclusive with my mum as a belated 40th birthday trip for me.

All-inclusive drinks were pretty good too - the one lager beer was perfectly nice, as were the wines and sangria on tap.

We stayed here in May 23 for 7 nights all inclusive.

Local busses operate outside the hotel, tickets easily purchased online and it’s quick to get to the water park, S’Arenal & Palma.

however; once they factor in pick ups/drop offs to other hotels in Palma & Arenal it was 1hr30!

One thing I will say is on the bus they will take you to the local beach playa de Palma or S’Arenal.

We used the free hotel bus to go into Arenal and Palma and the local bus just outside the hotel to go to the water park, all really easy to use.

Bus stop 2min walk that will take you to water park and onto Palma through S Arenal.

Free bus provided by the hotel daily to take you to Palma or S’Arenal (need to book at reception).no beach nearby.

The hotel operates a free bus daily to Palma and Arenal if you want to escape for the day.

The hotel puts on a free bus to Palma or Arenal.

The hotel run daily buses to Arenal and Palma free of charge twice a day.

It’s close to Arenal and Palma with good links by courtesy bus from hotel and local service.

however, the hotel runs a free bus to and from Arenal and Palma on a daily basis if you fancy exploring.

but there’s a free bus each day to beach/Aquarium/Palma and you can book everything through the lovely reception staff.

but the hotel run a shuttle bus into Palma city on a Monday and a Thursday (you must book the day before).

I knew before we booked it, it was in a quiet area which didn’t bother us at all, we did catch the bus to Palma which was just stunning.

We got the quick bus in which was supposed to be 40 mins

Free bus into Palma and also public transport right outside the hotel.

Great for a visit to Palma or accessing the free shuttle bus to the beach.

There are free buses to beach and water parks .

We used the hotel bus to go to the beach,

and book onto free shuttle buses that transport hotel guests to and from a handful of locations and attractions.

There was a free bus to take you to palma or the aquarium

but we used the local bus service which was fine for us.

We did take the public bus into sarenal to visit the beach and that was worth it, the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and if you have google maps on your phone it will tell you which bus to get and what time its due - ideal for us with a small child.

however there is a free hotel bus that goes into Palma.

We were able to get on the hotels shuttle buses for every day that we tried.

There is a free shuttle bus to palma and to the beach I recommend them.

We also took the public bus to the nearest town and again had no issues.

The hotel have free busses should you want to visit surrounding areas or there is a public bus right outside the hotel.

We liked the smaller 1.2m pool to help her practice swimming and she enjoyed the water cascading from the fountain. However we spent most of the day everyday at the kids splash pool it was safe (apart from slippery tiles!)

Lunch and dinner always had a choice of meats, pasta, fish, paella, vegetables, chips, salads, desserts, ice cream and fruit, and some nights there was lasagne, salmon and there was a chocolate fountain one night too.

On Saturday they put out a chocolate fountain with a sweets table for the children.

On one occasion there was a chocolate fountain, nothing else to make it stand out.

We spent 6 hours at a fantastic Tapas bar opposite the fountain adjacent to Palma Cathedral.

The two main pools are now more peaceful. The food, good before, is even better especially the fish and chocolate fountain night (our favourite!)

The two pools are fantastic one with fountain feature that goes on in the morning and and night and another large pool to accommodate more people.

One night there was a chocolate fountain which the kids loved, and another crepes.

There were chefs in the show kitchen at every meal, so pancakes and omelettes at breakfast time, various options for lunch and dinner, including a chocolate fountain one evening - yum.

Free bus to the beach/shops and back again later on - coast resort lovely with clean sands and plenty of shops/restaurants and a lovely shady park with a fountain.

but otherwise it was pretty poor
 
Cocktails - Only 4 cocktails included in All Inclusive.

Snack food was poor, hot dogs with no buns!

Whenever the toddler cried or did something ‘undesirable’ the mother would scream at the poor kid who otherwise got zero attention.

but doesn’t deserve the 4 stars, the rooms are great that’s definitely the good thing, but the food, the poor all inclusive, the entertainment doesn’t deserve 4 stars, also there is nothing to do outside of the hotel, so just an average hotel with 2,5 stars

The food was cold every night and had to be warmed in the microwave even if you went in as soon as the Restraunt  opened the food was also very repetitive there  were no hot drinks available in the Restraunt other than breakfast time and the soft drinks Pepsi / Pepsi max and 7up had run out more often than not.on our last night even the white wine ran out which is poor for an all inclusive.

why the staff didn’t know that as soon as I mentioned it seemed a bit poor and would have saved me getting annoyed about it.

Adults fighting, filthy rooms, lack of English language, poor food we lived off rice & salad and had to eat out and even go to the supermarket been an awful experience not enough letters to let me leave full review.

Inclusive spirits are of poor quality and limitred

The pool area is excellent if a little small for the number of Guests  with lots of sunbeds and is clean

but is a nice background noise,
The entertainment team work really hard organising the usual variety of poolside games during the day but obviously have budget constraints as the evenings entertainment was poor and mainly consisted of them doing sketches or more games/quizes/karaoke.

The children’s game room is also quite poor, we won a prize on the ‘Stacker’ machine

All inclusive drinks poor quality and very little choice.

but the hotel provides free buses to Arenal and Palma 
My only complaint is the local spirits because they are poor.

Choice of food was good for my family and allergens clearly labelled in most cases.

The hotel is good, air con is rubbish, food is ok.

The food was nice, not always to my taste

I didn’t personally eat from the food here

We always managed to get a seat in the restaurant, which was always being cleaned.

but the loungers look really unsightly and makes you feel dirty and breakfast is the best meal

That being said, there are a few bars and restaurants just down the road, as well as a general store and a couple of shops.

The food was good, not many of the dishes were to our liking

There were occasional dishes such as mushroom stroganoff or pasta,

The food was a good standard, lunch was often disappointing

Some of the nighttime entertainment we saw was karaoke, kids disco, halloween show and they decorated the hotel for halloween and did a scary maze through the hotel one night.

Florence used the kids club a few times which was great.

The entertainment was really good, different each night, loved the magic show :).

The entertainment certainly wasn’t upto much though.

There are big pillars that make it difficult to find a seat to be able to see the stage.

There was a very good snack bar that was open all day, daily and evening entertainment

They did a fantastic job especially Borja who did the aqua dancing in the morning!

Entertainment was good and slides were good and customer service was fab

Evening entertainment was good on certain night

Staff are constantly cleaning

The entertainment staff are great

however the entertainment team were always friendly and would speak English, French and Spanish.

The entertainment staff always seemed very enthusiastic and friendly.

The kids disco 8:30pm then having to wait around till 10pm.

Evening entertainment was on too late and not very good - 10pm the entertainment started.

The animation team were loads of fun, the food was lovely.

All the entertainment was for the children and they are mostly French.

In the evenings the summer team (Brilliant team btw) put on different entertaining shows for adult and kids in the disco room.

Overall we all had a nice stay, staff were helpful when we had questions.

Staff were able to answer all our questions and were so helpful in helping us arrange days out.

Lovely hotel with really hardworking and kind staff.

Hotel clean and staff friendly,food was not to bad  ,breakfast and lunch was better ,evening meals were a bit the same, ok if you like everything in a sauce ,I did have some grilled chicken one night ,definitely aimed more at the French tourists, and they they seam to be looked after ,but we had a good time chilling in the sun ,Mark and Debbie Plymouth

The little shop had everything you needed, short walk to the beach which was beautiful.

but they do run a shuttle bus free from the hotel everyday except Saturday but there is a tourist train goes right passed the hotel you can get on for 4€ each 7€ by taxis from beach local buses are cheap and can get around Majorca easily we would catch shuttle bus to main road and then local bus to Alcúdia easily.

The beach was so lovely and shallow so worth going to.

It is only a short (15 min) walk to the beach so we didn't use the shuttle the hotel provided

Me & the husband spent 10 nights at this hotel all inclusive. The hotel was in a ok location with only a 10/15 minute walk from the beach (or free shuttle

Only few minutes from shops, and 6-8 min walk to the beach, even had a burger king on the way for all the english people who love their home comforts.

Shuttle bus takes you to the beach every half hour

There’s local shops that only take about 10 minutes to get to and there’s a beach.

but the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach which runs all day.

At breakfast,the toaster machine was shocking.Also you guys should do fresh waffles for the kids.Loved the free bus into the town/beach area

We loved going into Alcudia,3€ each way and it takes about 20 mins on bus or €15 euros in a taxi.It’s beautiful with some lovely eating establishments.

but the bus went every 30 mins if you wanted to catch that.

Beach is 15 min walk ( i timed it for a YT video 😁) i hated shuttle bus, as too hot Inside.

from the hotel its a 15-20 minute walk to the main strip/beech where there are plenty of cafe's restaurants to choose from, Alcudia port is a short (expensive) taxi ride away, plenty of buses or a 3 mile walk down the beech.

And they have a free shuttle bus service to and from the beach which is really good, even the walk is like 10 minutes to the beach from the hotel

We did see the shuttle bus and it looked great if you didn't want to walk in the heat.

There is a shuttle bus every half hour taking you to the beach and restaurants.

And if once there and you need any advice Nair on the customer service desk is ALWAYS happy and willing to help with anything you need from advice on local attractions too bus services and lots more she is a fountain of Knowledge.

A big downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes around.

Take your own towels if you don't want to pay the 10 euros per towel hire
Take plenty of mosquito repellent (strong stuff)
Buy a bottle of water from the supermarket and put in your fridge if you have an apartment (around 1 euro 25 for a large)
Take earplugs if you are facing the entertainment area, unless you can sleep with loud music.

Also there was a small road Train that you can get on main road which would also take you there or back from the beach 
Only issue we had which is not a hotel problem is the mosquitoes.

Things that were a bit bothering

- Mosquitoes are everywhere, that’s not the hotels fault

Mozzies didn't really bother us too much, a couple of bites on me and my partners leg's.

Only the odd bite from mozzies we used jungle spray on our legs

One thing others have mentioned was the mosquitos.

Didnt find the mosquitoes as bad as some reviews made out 

We had read loads of posts about it being full of mosquitos, rubbish food, a pain for drinks etc etc and it really put a downer on the run up.

People talk about mosquitoes being a problem, they may have been in years previous not this year!

I have read several reviews which complain of mosquitos, and

There are mosquitos as is on a lake so bring repellent, especially if you go to any of the nearby restraunts on the way to the beach, you be eaten alive.

We were slightly concerned about mosquitos after reading many reviews

Mosquitoes are a massive problem in this hotel.

mosquitos are a problem take Citronella Candles and Deet Spray for the evening as entertainment is outside.

Be prepared for mosquitos they’re very hungry!

We went bed and breakfast, the restaurant was fantastic, a great selection of meats, pastry and fruit.

There is always a good selection of food.

I went with my family to Majorca and we stayed at the Lagotel hotel, it was the best time ever, staff were friendly food was amazing.

Very friendly hotel, lovely rooms, great buffet restaurant and on site facilities such as 3 pool complexes and evening entertainment.

The best all inclusive ever been on nothing was to much trouble food was first class most sea food I have ever seen room clean and large entertainment was spot on the kids entertainer was really good  even the bingo was good average 100 euros per line 500euros for the house the morning we left at 5 in a morning tea coffee cakes were waiting see you in September.

but did go in the restaurant and the food was excellent plenty of choice and very reasonably priced.

Overall, our trip was pretty good, food choice was quite underwhelming and the mosquitoes around the hotel were a pain.

I don’t know what people have been saying about the food.

Food – I can’t fault the food at all.

Very nice and big hotel with very polite and friendly staff with big pools and restaurant, nice activities for kids and adults also all the days of the week.

Great choices for food breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Th evening meal was outstanding and plenty of choice to choose from.

Eat in restaurant a couple of night excellent variation of choices and good food.

The most Mosquito bites I had the whole holiday was in the restaurant at breakfast.

Entertainment every night if you have room from pool side it's quite loud in room and hard to get sleep.Small shop ans ATM on site 
Staff very nice and friendly.

There were events during the night which included bingo and different musicians every night.

There were live acts on each night, including on one evening, a tribute to the Beatles called The Beatless.

We recommend 110% the entertainment was brilliant.

Pool areas were fantastic, and the entertainment was excellent we wished we were there longer , we will defo be going back !

Stayed here on a bb board.The hotel  was ok and  the people who worked there was very helpful and friendly.The entertainment day and night was really good,even won the bingo on our 1st night here,365 euros,lovely jubbly.Room was ok,loved the bathroom,especilly walk in shower/wet room type.Telly was rubbish,only 4 channels you can watch,but you dont come on holiday to watch tv.

Entertainment was very good for adults and the children.

Entertainment for children was great and well organised.

RECEPTION   house keeping restaurent  facilities  especially family entertainment.

I was really impressed with the entertainment at the hotel.

Had the best 10 days here, lovely hotel & the best evening entertainment I’ve ever seen at a hotel & im well travelled, staff amazing thank you to Ho’se Maria in the main bar he was just great, also pedro in the snack bar, Manuel the life guard always walking around & checking on everyone, the entertainment guy can’t remember his name

although it does shut throughout the day , entertainment is really good for the kids too shame that it stops at a certain time

As a family we enjoyed the entertainment every evening including the bingo.

They should
Not allow smoking under the terrace they should have to outside outside if that makes sense.

Smoking is everywhere - people not bothered about anyone around them.

It was supposed to be smoke prohibited in the entire hotel/resort

Our room was filthy with mould in shower and broken draws and two broken beds to which were unsafe we told them and we was told come back tomorrow as we see what we can do.

First of all the drain was blocked on the night we arrived.

Pool areas were not cleaned, all the sunbeds were filthy and clearly had never been cleaned, the floors were always so dirty and you could see and feel sand in the actual swimming pools.

There is a small smoking area near the trampolines

There was a terrible smell like sewage in there.

but my son was constantly taking in his smoke, and despite coughs and requests by several of us, he continued to smoke, but we couldn’t move as there were no seats, so we had to endure an evening of passive smoking.
