From the spacious rooms, to the hammocks in the extra room, to the complimentary breakfast and full-service snacks.

Breakfast was included and was really good.

The breakfast is very good and the all day/night snack and sandwich choices is very helpful to our stay.

Breakfast is included and we had eggs to order plus bacon/sausage, toast, fruit, etc every morning.

BUT what makes it an EXCEPTIONAL hotel is the level of service, professionalism, hospitality and friendliness of ALL the staff (front desk, breakfast room, etc.).

but here it’s a must and so much fun - a selection of cheese, spreads, sausages, fruit, bread, and pastries along with made-to-order eggs or pancakes - everything you need to get your day started right.

The terrace on the top floor is great - it has a really nice honor bar - the breakfast and snack situation is one of the best ever - overall great stay

The amenities of the hotel is first class, from breakfast and snacks through the day and mobile wi-fi provided to visitors, which worked very well for most of the times in Barcelona, Montserrat and Girona.

Breakfast was plentiful and great quality.

Breakfast had many things to choose from and The Honesty Bar was so convenient in the evening to sit on the terrace and relax.

There is a relaxing honor bar on the roof, breakfast beverages and 24 hours snacks are included.

The breakfast was great with both cooked and continental on offer with sandwiches, teas and coffee available all day.

The eggs are made to order, (much better than pancakes).

Breakfast in the morning is its own event - complete with eggs made to order, every bread/pastry you could want, meat, cheeses, Iberico ham, fruits, yogurt, etc.

The bar on premises is closed on Sunday's and Monday's which is a bit of a bummer

Travelers tip 2: when planning your activities in Barcelona, keep in mind that many places are closed on Sunday.

The elevators, halls and rooms feel closed.

We had the drapes closed for privacy most of the time so the room had a cave-like feel to it.

but be aware that the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.

The area is then closed for an hour, allowing the staff to remove breakfast and ready the area for the rest of the day.

We had the "city suite," and it was huge when the sofa bed was closed.

We didn't make use of the downstairs area as it was closed during our stay -

At 11:30, breakfast closed and an extensive choice of snacks, salad, soup, and drinks were available - all at no extra cost.

but once the doors to the balconies were closed, you could not hear a thing.

Because it was a holiday, many sites and restaurants were closed.

The kids did not like the fact that the sliding door separating the bathroom and bedroom did not close fully due to the design of the hanging rail around the wall which meant the door had no lock and a very small gap was left when closed.

however our adapter kept falling out when we closed the safe door.

Unfortunately, the restaurant next door was closed 2 of the 3 nights I was there and  I did not have a reservation for the first night.

The bedroom was dead quiet and so dark that it became too easy to sleep too long.

A bit concerned because the photos showed what appeared to be a dark (red walls) & smallish room.

I would recommend an upper floor as the 1st floor is a bit dark (and I was on the 'city view' side) and noisy if you have your windows open.

Everything was dark red and black not very inviting in my own personal view.

The only thing to note about the room is that it’s a bit dark and faces the street.

If I had one nit-pick it's that the room was rather dark, and there was an area of the room that wasn't lit at all.

My husband was able to sit up and watch tv while I went off to sleep in a dark room.

but to get to hotel you had to walk about 3 blocks  down a very dark narrow street/alley.

You can make the room as bright or dark as you want with the roll down blinds.

Perhaps the most important is that there is no clock that can be read in the dark so it is impossible to know the time with the shades drawn unless you turn on your cell phone.

but very dark due to red and black decor and lack of enough natural light.

Lighting could have been better as the bedroom was a little dark.

Rooms in the A part comprise 2 parts: a bedroom with bath facing the vertical gardens (very quiet,but a bit on the dark side) and across the floor a small living area with a hammock (this side faces a small road well frequented also in the night).

At first the bedroom feels a bit dark as there are no windows,

although this view and red colour of bedroom make this place rather dark.

The main reason I could not give it 5 stars was because the room was so dark with harsh lighting and it got very little natural daylight which kind of spoilt the experience.

This hotel is in a quiet street in El Raval, a two block walk to La Rambla.

Centrally located, you can walk to most major sites (La Rambla was only two blocks away), with local cafes and wonderful restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in an excellent location - just steps from La Rambla with lots of nearby restaurants, cafes and shops.

but this one was exceptional, and we enjoyed the short walk to La Rambla and all of the nearby restaurants, shops and cafes.

This hotel is in the perfect area on a very quaint, small picturesque block, near La Rambla - I can’t say enough about the staff - Milos Vlad Angelica Daniel - so helpful !!!

Perfect location, just a few minutes off La Rambla, 10 minutes walk to the Aerobus airport transfer and a perfect spot to explore all around Barcelona.

Well located, quirky hotel that certainly delivers.

The staff was all gracious, and the location of the hotel was ideal for visiting various different things throughout the city.

And the location is super quiet despite being only a short walk from Las Ramblas.

Casa Camper is a great hotel for lots of reasons: perfect location, comfort, style, excellent breakfast, free food all day, roof deck with bar, exercise room, pool table lounge with bar, etc., etc.

Just everything about the place is great - Terrific location - the front desk staff is so professional and helpful in every way.

It is centrally located, close to Catalunya Plaza and La Ramblas while being relatively out of the way of the crowds and sounds on a side street.

The hotel is located just off La Rambla within 5 mins walk of Placa Catalunya.

The location is steps from the Ramblas and Catalunya Square.

The location was excellent, close to subway and a station with S9 train all the way to BER Aiport.

Casa Camper is located in the heart of the Barcelona Gothic quarter, steps from The Rambla and other notable points of interest.

It's central location is ideal for exploring the city.

Reception is helpful and accommodating with tourist advice and  restaurant bookings.

Food service staff and other front desk Staff were equally helpful and warm.

Need directions, help with the Metro, need a taxi, where to eat, etc.

The snack bar is super generous with actual food including sandwiches, salads, fruit, hot and cold beverages, etc.

It was the first hotel I’ve stayed in that included food from 7am to 5am.

Alcohol is chargeable yet all soft drinks are free.

It is just a couple hundred yards off The Ramblas, meaning you have fast access to the gothic quarter, the market as well as hundreds of restaurants, and cafes.

There's a great rooftop honesty bar too for relaxing as well as the cocktail bar which is worth a visit.

but it is very convenient, just off the Rambla, near many tourist sites and great restaurants.

(seriously, the assortment of food and drinks was astounding) and it's all complimentary.

Breakfast choices were extensive; complimentary food & drink were available all day.

but felt close to restaurants, shops, ect.

The hotel has a cocktail bar with a very talented bartender in the basement.

Hot made to order breakfasts and all day yummy snacks are included - like salads, sandwiches, tiramisu, yogurt, etc.

Comfortable rooms, great staff, complimentary food and drink after 12.30pm, the roof terrace, the rain shower on the roof, the location, great chef who cooks your breakfast to order.

Rooms are comfortable, beds large and will ensure a good nights sleep.

The morning shift woman who checked us in (sorry I can’t recall her name) was so helpful in helping us determine what to do while we are waiting for our room to be ready.

Check in both times was really good and the second time we got our room at 10am as there happened to be a room ready.

Rooftop honor bar is awesome and I love the fact that the separate some of their hotel rooms from sitting areas so that a family can have one person napping and another watching tv

They also brought our luggage to the room despite us mentioning that we can do this on our own.

The room felt like an apartment with plenty of space.

The shower is also incredible and the room was very spacious and pleasant.

I loved that we had 2 separate rooms - 1 for sleeping with washroom and 1 across the hall for relaxing with seating area, tv and hammock !!!

New, modern, lots of amenities - plus little fun quirk (hammocks in some rooms, key card on lanyard, loooong row of hooks for hanging things on in the room, "honest bar" on the roof top where you serve yourself and just make a note to be charged).

Rooms are quiet, spacious and well maintained and stocked.

The separate sitting room allowed my insomnia-prone wife a place to watch TV and relax without bothering me.

We had a king room and it was large and well planned.

Rooftop terrace, honesty bar - we used this on our first night when we were jaded and just wanted an easy drink without having to think.

What makes this a standout is 24-7 snacks (enough for a light lunch or dinner), a cooked breakfast, and a lovely terrace with a great view.

The roof terrace in particular is a gem and is worth spending time up there on a lounger or enjoying a drink from the honesty bar.

At the end of a long day exploring, it was a joy to sit on the roof top terrace and enjoy the view while relaxing with a glass of wine from the honesty bar.

As for the mini-bar, Casa Camper replaces it with another unique and customer friendly idea.

Chalk up another 5-star review for the place - this unique, centrally-located spot with it's all-you-can-eat offerings really can't be beat.

The high ratings were justified by the friendly staff, great location and unique offerings.

Very unique hotel with large room plus a second room/lounge with hammock and Juliette balcony.

Then the really unique things that eliminate all the irritating things about hotels.

We LOVED the unique layout of the room in this hotel with the lounge across the hallway. My daughter absolutely loved the hammock and amazingly slept in it all night (possibly because we were totally jet lagged!)

To the unique design of the rooms (a bedroom and a separate lounge with a hammock:) to the minimalistic design that is so modern.

Also discount offered on their equally unique shoes at the Camper store a few doors down.

A unique experience and philosophy with this hotel.

We found Casa Camper to be a truly unique travelers hotel.

The King City View room is very spacious with high ceiling and unique city view.

The room setup we chose is unique, at least as far as I have seen.

Located in a nook of a street in El Ravel, off the Rambla, this hotel is unique, friendly, clean and gracious.

There is a unique separate little living room with hammock and small balcony across the corridor from the bedroom.

Check in went smoothly - the room is a bit unique in that you have the main room and then across the corridor you have a second room, sort of a lounge area with a couch, table, hammock and another tv.

Located minutes off Las Rambalas, this hotel is unique, and one of the best we have stayed in.

Loved the architecture of the building, breakfast was amazing, the staff friendly and helpful.

I will say that the staff was great and the breakfast was very good.

We had intended to have a casual morning with breakfast.

In contrast, the breakfast was good and the beds werefine also.

Breakfast in the Palmer Restaurant on the 14th Level was enjoyable with a great variety of food from Iberian Ham, cold meats, hot dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, etc.

but we did have a delicious vegetarian paella in a restaurant nearby!

I spoke with hotel reception and they apologized and offered to buy me breakfast.

I’d suggest better takeaway items at the lobby coffee bar for breakfast and suggest it opens earlier.

Breakfast is good and the rooftop bar and pool a great experience.

Consistently clean, quiet, great breakfast and appreciated upgrades.

The breakfast had everything you could imagine and more.

Breakfast was provided daily with huge food item selection of excellent qualifies (they will probably have to do so considering there is very few dining selections around the hotel properties) which made my daily breakfast dining easily one of the highlights of this hotel.

Wonderful green surroundings, beautiful green plants in the hotel.

It is also famous for vertical garden Oasis and rooftop Pool with palm tress and lush vegetation.

This hotel boasts one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in, with modern amenities and elegant décor and one of a kind shaped windows.

It is such a special hotel and truly an piece of art.

but if you like modern clean-line design, this should fit your taste quite well.

As you noticed from the photo posted by me and other reviewers the architecture is quite different than most hotels.

Architecturally the hotel is impressive from the room windows to the overall design.

Facades of the hotel is decorated and designed with energy efficiency in mind with sunshades on the building resulting in minimal viewing outwards from the rooms.

Now to the good aspects:

- The design of the hotel is very cool, and the property has a vertical garden that runs through the entire central atrium complete with palm trees and other tropical vegetation.

The design of the hotel and especially  the windows in the rooms add to its unique atmosphere.

Once you get to your door, it would be best if you were a football player and you knew how to hit the door like a football tackling sled because you REALLY need to push that door with some strength!.

At least 2 of the doors did not latch as the guests entered or exited their room.

but oddly the shower and sink was in the main room (separated by a curtain from the bed area) with just the toilet closed off with a door like a cloakroom.

Meeting rooms smelled musty and smoky and the bathroom doors in the conference space were so dark and confusing.

Intentionally removed the “Do Not Disturbed “ sign so that our room will be freshened up when we come back in the evening after our day out 

However , upon our return , a “ Do Not Disturbed “ sign was hanged outside our door which was never there when we left .
