09/20/2019 - While waiting, guest relations manager Hugo Madrueño greeted us and let us know they prepared a comfortable room for my pregnant wife and me and to let him know if we needed anything at all.

09/05/2019 - They have tremendous staff and a special thank you to Marina in guest relations who helped us plan a special surprise for our daughter's birthday.

05/04/2019 - The guest relations manager Hugo was very helpful as I managed to book a trip to Palau de la musica Catalana on line on a french tour not English, he rang the venue and we managed to transfer our tickets to an English speaking tour, many thanks Hugo.

08/20/2019 - The pool was not clean around the walls at water level and clearly has a problem with black mould - on the grout around the small tiles around the pool and lots of bits of black mould in the water that the filter is not clearing out.

02/19/2020 - The location is incredible, the neighborhood is safe and modern, with lots of restaurants and shops to go, and the "hop on hop off" buses have stops right in front of the hotel.
