 - But in the desk very slow and not very friendly.
 - but filter coffee, only these slow and small nepresso machines.
 - but a little slow to check us in and out.
 - The only “disappointment” (kind of) was the bar - slow service on top of strange coctail making: i ordered a strawbery margarita and got some drink in a small strange glass )) (for €12).

 - CONS: tiny television, ridiculous and rare 3 Euro charge for ice, no real coffee Nor espresso maker in the room, only cheap instant coffee.
 - A minute later, I asked the same thing, to which he responded that "he would have to charge me for that".
 - I’ve been to countless hotels around the world and never been charged for water.
 - It wasn’t a normal taxi, so I only assume the hotel get a cut of the private hire company’s fee that is charged.
 - They could not provide one and sent me to sent me to the restaurant who wanted to charge me 3 euros for this service.

 - Definitely not a 4 star hotel, very disappointed overall 🙄
 - Let me start off by saying this is not what I would call a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 star.
 - but this is a 4 star hotel.
 - I was also told there was an additional charge of 3 euros per wine glass - Four Star?

 - We have just returned from a 4 night break at the Oriente Atrium Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis.
 - Usual buffet (in terrific first floor atrium room with brilliant light which feels vast).
 - However it was wonderful to open the windows onto a Juliet balcony and be part of what was going on outside.Breakfast room was an atrium style, very light and airy and food more than adequate.

 - Only real downside was the metro under the hotel as its frequent & you hear & feel it pass!
 - but noisy, cold & smelly!
 - And worst nightmare, the ventilation in the bathroom ran all the time so no way of getting a quit sleep @ night without earplugs.
 - There was a dreadful smell from the bathroom drains, a very big leak in the hallway, which maintenance began taking down walls to fix and banging through the night, which kept us awake.
 - but all in all, i would not stay here again because of the street noise.

 - Marvelous historical building, directly on the rambla, 2 minutes walking from the metro station, the room for four was very comfortable and spacious.
 - Pros: - The location is really great: within a 2 minutes walk of La Boqueria market, Plaça Reial and Liceu metro station and a 10 minutes walk of Plaça Catalunya and Barrio Gothic.
 - The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Liceu metro station which was super helpful and i think it is what mostly gives the hotel an advantage.
 - This hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Liceu metro station on La Rambla.
 - I wasn't bothered about not having a good view(we backed onto the Police station backyard), we weren't staying there to look out of the windows.
