Its very cozy and lively also the staff very friendly and very helpful especially the concierge team.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the cleaning lady was always friendly and did a great job.

The staff and in particular Tina (chief concierge and guest services manager) has been incredibly friendly and helpful.

but a bit noisy, also the air conditioning was pretty noisy suspect old fashioned - could be improved.

Noisy Rooms: old Window glass - allday noise of street audible; AC also extremely noisy.

But it's quite sad because the concert was held opposite of the  hotel, it's a bit noisy during our stay.

The noise from the stadium next door was too much it went from 7am to midnight for2 days.

but still, you can hear noise from outside.

But there’re noise like machine all night so i have to use airpods to make me sleep well.

However avoid taking taxi and it's always traffic jammed going towards hotel.

but the traffic could be a major problems too.

but could hear loud noise from the metro and the traffic nearby sometimes.

Things we do not really enjoy:
-The swimming pool was a bit small and the atmosphere was not really pleasant
-Annoying traffic noise during the nighttime.

I did my work in the lobby which ends up being noisy as there is no business center either.

There was some traffic noise in the room, which might bother some people,

Just the room can listen the railways sound.

It was impossible to sleep because of the sounds of cars and noise.

Negative points: There were working on higher floors so it was noisy during noon time, the internet speed was horrible specially at night, bathtub water drainage was bad and finally try to avoid a girl in a reception called MO, she was unpleasant and not helpful

Sometimes it is a little bit noisy at night.

Only the windows are leaky, in my opinion, and it was very loud in the room in some places.

but just this location had very bad traffic during the evening so your ride with extra buffers if taking cars.

but the soundproofing should be improved.

Getting across town is a slow process if yoh can't use the light railway; 10km in a taxi can easily take over an hour.

Only complaint was that the lifts were very very slow.

The room service was slow, I understand the lack of staffs

but trust me, its still not help since the Black Colour Coffee Machine is slow to take 1 coffee (approx 1-2mins waiting) and the other one (White color) it only able to serve Black Coffe/Americano.

My only issue was the water drainage on the sinks and bathtub, it was a tiny bit slow.

Only 2 small complaints were the Wi-Fi being extremely slow and the water sometimes goes between hot and cold.

while there was wi-fi availability it was very slow and was not fast enough for normal browsing and working,
Anyway, we will suggest this hotel to everyone and look forward to staying with Siam@Siam again when we visit Bangkok👍🏻

I have to regretfully admit that the wifi is very slow

Just Wi-Fi signal is slow in room 1706 and hope that can be improve when come back next time.

What can be improved is the aircon is not cold enough and the wifi is very slow.

Anyway we experienced some difficulties about wifi connection which was slow

The WiFi connection was unstable and the internet was generally slow.

The only negative review i have of this place is the extremely slow hotel internet, i would recommend just buying a fast sim as it will be faster than the hotel.

Can't fault anything here except the wifi that was too slow.

It was slow and not functional at all for lap top user and mobile.

The wifi was very slow for us and we often struggled to get a signal at all in our room.

Wifi was slow especially during peak hours.

They are very responsive when you contact them.

The bellman and concierge team were always there to help you with anything.

Among the standout stars of the team were Ms. TINA & Ms. GABRIEL who managed most of everything for us.

We have loved our stay and cannot thank the staff enough for their warm, helpful attitude that creates the atmosphere.

And we would like to thank the concierge staffs too!

Perhaps she is just one “bad apple” out of a great team that’s coping with the madness of peak tourist season in Bangkok.

Again Tina was very kind, polite, and professional, a true ambassador for Thai and every culture.

Needless to say about how professional the team members are.

The professionialism of the staff, the ambience and the location in Siam was perfect.

Anyway the best thing that fullfill this hotel would be Employees.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff at the omelette station so sweet.

We have stayed here more than 3 times and we will be so glad if the wifi gets speed improvement as well as some parts of the rooms should be repainted.

Wifi once connected to lobby wifi cannot connect to room wifi so room wifi connection was very bad.

Now the big downside: I had no internet via the in-house wifi, which was not fixed during my whole stay.

But this visit seemed like wifi was very low.

HOWEVER, what needs to be improved is the wifi connectivity.

After changing rooms (15th floor), the WiFi was absolutely terrible and we weren't able to plan any of our trips from there.

Coming to room, dated interiors, poorest internet speed, water leaking from taps, poor water pressure, no iron board.

but wifi was not consistent - it always disconnected.

but the wifi cannot do anything about it.

Only thing to improve is the wifi, it doesn’t work that good.

The first night we arrived we got a very noice room, we were too tired to change the room so we ask to change the room on the second day, the reception gave us another room, with very poor WiFi connection.

The reception is not right in front of elevator

but still ok as hotel is just next to the station, need to walk stairs back to street level with no lifts or elevator.

Only small hassle was having to switch lifts from ground floor to rooms.

I saw him standby by the elevator all the time, so I didn't have to worry if I needed help and nobody around.

Another important note- this hotel felt incredibly safe with many security guards at the road, at the door/ entrance before the lift and in the hotel lobby all day and all night.

As I exited my room on my last day, one housekeeping staff pushing a cart of linen saw me, proactively pushed the lift

I was loosing the wifi while walking in the hallways and close to the elevator - having to reconnect while I came back to the lobby and room with the hotel login credentials.

The elevator 24th to ground is sometimes long time coming.

The diffusers on the floor next to the lift look ridiculous.

Therefore, the hotel is not crowded and the elevators are fast and prompt.

You have to take some elevators as the hotel starts on the 24th floor of a big building.

On arrival to the hotel, we were taken directly to the 32nd floor, (via a service elevator to avoid potential spread of covid) where our suite was located, to remain until our PCR results arrived.

Check-in: Hotel lobby locates at 24th floor with separate elevator from G floor and hotel guest.

While the location is good, note that the BTS does not link directly to the hotel - you have to meander your way down a flight of stairs, an escalator, and through an office lobby and two sets of doors just to get to the hotel building, after which you have to take two different sets of lifts to get to your room.

Even the lighting in the elevator and lobby are controlled in a way that the ambiance doesn't change when you step in and out of the elevator.

I actually really like that you have to take an elevator from the ground floor to the lobby, and then another to the guestrooms.

I found the two lift situation and the link to the BTS to be a little annoying and really convoluted.

The only thing that bothers me personally is that it’s mandatory for guests to change elevator twice to get to the room.

This made for an uncomfortable user experience lining up for the elevator and check in area.

This makes it very inconvenient everytime you're rushing out - having to take the lift to the main lobby to switch to the lift that takes you to the ground floor.

We all know crap rolls downhill and here it is the General Manager himself who shapes his team into the most friendly and helpful staff ever.

The check-in staff were extremely friendly and the Club Lounge personnel couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The entire hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

You will meet the most friendly , genial, affable general Manager Mr Niek there.

Every staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end.

Amazing high end guest services from all levels of staff received during our 3 nights stay,.Breakfast spread were simply the highlights of our stay and we had such a gourmet adventures savouring all the delightful international spread with every small detail carefully curated by respective chefs .

The design, the service, the food, the drinks and the entire staff is as close to perfection as it gets.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the young gentleman working at the Front Desk, who was probably 5’7” tall.

The rooms are superb:  while modern and up-to-date, they are complemented with a level of service, twice daily, that exceeds most anything I've experienced elsewhere, while also being unobtrusive, quick, and efficient.

However, the greatest value was the Okura staff.

The bed was amongst the most comfortable and staff are very courteous, prompt and committed to service delivery.

I would like to thank GM Niek and his team, who always take good care of their customers.

The staff embody the ethos of hospitality from Japanese and Thai cultures, which makes one's stay more pleasant and relaxing.

but service was generally slow at the weekend and the hot drinks I ordered were cold when delivered to my table.

The service at breakfast is extremely slow.

They were completely rude with zero service mind, the waiter at River Barge even gave us a talk-to-my-hand gesture when we tried to ask him to take our order
- the food was served unacceptably slow and cold
- only 2 complimentary drinking water, you will need to pay for it if you order water from the room service
- we did complain about all this upon checking out and they did literally nothing except apologising.

The only thing I have a problem with was slow running water in the shower.

They are really welcoming me and my old parents who are quite slow.

I had dim sum lunch which the food was very slow.

I did the quickest risk assessment I have ever done (time was marching on and we had a tour booked for the following morning, which meant starting the slow process of getting up very early) asked for various items which would normally be found in any hotel’s housekeeping stores including six non slip shower mats, three to cover the floor of the shower, one to come out and one each for the basin and toilet.

I did call order for set of cutlery and bowl.. it’s take a little bit slow

The hotel operates a shuttle boat which is a diesel engine operated with the smell of diesel during the whole trip.

We changed to an higher floor room to avoid the stink.

Coffee shop cakes are way over priced - twice I visited the cakes were stale and I noticed several other guest complaining.

But if you smoke in the wrong place outside, someone will come right away.

However, we would like to suggest improving parking areas, it has unpleasant musty smell.

My only frown came from the smell in the room.

They do have a serious sewer smell throughout the floor we were put on and most lower floors.

Unfortunately a guest on our floor decided it was ok to smoke in their non smoking room with their door open.

The room was quite musty smelling when entering

We are all staying in amazing suites on different floors, am on the 14th floor,the only negative comment I have is that the river smells soooo bad and when you enter the lobby it’s the first thing you smell.

Most important to us were the sleep quality and non smoking rooms.

I’d like to share the following observations to explain my opinion: Some elements in the room looked a bit dated and used, and some were not very well thought through: I am uploading some photos that show stains and mold in the shower as well as a poorly designed water tap in the bathtub that splashes water against the wall instead of into the tub.

The only set back is the Indian Vegetarian Food, the food taste stale and not freshly cooked and has no taste.

The only drawback was that we could smell smoke in our bedroom.

but was shown another suite at a lower floor but has recently renovated, newer look but could smell paint in the room, never good to sleep with paint smell especially with kids and elderly around.

If the smell, carpet and dripping were under control it would be 5 star from me.

Club Lounge staff was excellent.Nalobol,Atchhara,Anthhika thank you so much.

but not excellent, buffet food for breakfast and dinner also have a la carte, good location next to river, rooms good size, breakfast good choice,  saw other hotels that are better e.g anartara , near market and is a boat to get sky train, pool smells a bit drainy but that’s the  river , it’s very polluted but that’s not hotels fault , staff helpful

Although only a short one or less service personnel attitude is very kind to let me even in the foreign also feel warm.

We are so impressed with the quality and views of the rooms, the excellent maid service,  breakfast buffet and the helpful and polite staff throughout the hotel.

Staff are warm and welcoming; the rooms are huge and immaculate - our river view this time was breathtaking; breakfast on the river side feels like a treat each morning; the pool deck is large with plenty of loungers and great drinks service; fitness centre is pretty good and the 24 hour access to gym and sauna was a help with the jet-lag!

Moreover, all staffs are very supportive and fast response.

The staffs are very nice also and there is free shuttle boat provided by the hotel every 30min going to Sathorn pier (near BTS Saphan Taksin station) and vice versa.

Most of the staff there are welcoming and respectful.

The reception suggested to merge the two twin beds together, I agreed.

Right from the check-in to checkout, the hospitality offered by the hotel staff was fantastic.
