Roof top bar was great - lovely views and drinks prices were reasonable.

It has a great rooftop bar for the sunset and a convenient location.

Loved the spring rolls and the swimming pool.

I like the swimming pool and also the staff is nice very helpful ,when i need the car for us to go anywhere, the staff is very fast and helpful .

The hotel also had a fantastic roof top sky bar and swimming pool, which offered stunning views of the city.

The view of the rooftop is really open with a Nice swimming pool open from 6.00 am till 9.00 pm.

Gym is nice and clean also the swimming pool quite okay.

as for the location of this hotel I would give 5 out of 5 ,the shopping mall MBK is totally 
connected to this Hotel, the room is the Horizon suite, Fantastic room.

Food was very good abd the hotel is connected to a large shopping centre with lots of retail and food units (7-11, Dunkin Donuts, Tim Hortons, Burger King etc as well as local eateries).

Hotel is also connected to National Stadium BTS and connected to the other malls via the walkway outside MBK.

Excellent  location, connected with MBK shopping centre and easy walk to Siam square.

Needs to be better to charge the normal price you charge  room room was well below average this time last time very good.

I show this to the persion who told me my card was rejected, then he tells me, you have to pay again!

I was also charged for a drink we thought was complimentary that was stated within the side of the fridge.

Oddly enough i was charged $200SGD more for the old room then the renovated one.

She did not finish listening and immediately chipped in to say I need to pay in baht for the lost card.

At the checked out, they not listened any complaints just asking for my credit card.

She just wanted my credit card for payment!

There are plenty of charging sockets including USB sockets and also multinational plug sockets so we did not need to use any adaptors which is really useful.

but upon checkout we noticed quite a few "extra charges."

Tuk tuk drivers want to charge 50 baht to drive you across.

When i was doing check in and purchase their Breakfast buffet, my credit card has some problem with the hotel

Further, on my return to the hotel for my second sector stay, I was informed that I had to be charged a "security fee" of B$8000 and "holding fee" which equivalents to the total room charges.

When checking out, they inform me that I have over 1000 baht in minibar charges!

Things settled quickly and another card issued without charges.

but was surprised in my last visit to the hotel, in short the following what made me unhappy 
late check in compared to other hotels

not so friendly front desk staff
they served me fruits with worms in my room

However, we just received only one room key card when checking in.

especially since they had charged us a week out and the rain had certainly been around long before that.

The only downside to our stay was a still unexplained charge on our credit card.

Being attached to the MBK shopping centre and having Starbucks and a 7/11 right at the entrance also made for convienance to grab a couple of items.

If anyone wants to stay in the business and variety shopping center area, this hotel is the best choice for you and fully convenience.

The service is excellent, the rooms are incredible, the food is wonderful and there are 5 large shopping centres either attached to the hotel or across the road from the hotel.

this also including MBK shopping Centre which is virtually attached to the hotel and you can easily walk between the two.

Conclusion: if you don't have high expectations and want to be close to the shopping centers then the hotel is a good choice.

Great location on top of the MBK centre which is an excellent shopping mall.

Fabulous hotel, great staff, excellent rooms, wonderful food AND close to so many shopping malls.

The only down side- was the toilets in some of the rooms had an awful smell.

The only issue we had was a sewage exposure in our bathroom to which they relocated us.

Our toilet kept leaking throughout our stay, and a bad smell emanated from the shower drain.

Rooms are cheaply appointed, with tacky barely 3 star hotel design that looks straight out of khao San road, plus an old pipe sewage smell emanating from the drains.

They could do with a reed diffuser or some other air freshener in the small toilet area to help with this as I think it's just the smell of the water in the toilet.

Furthermore, we were simply not prepared for the extreme degree of pollution and filth in which the city is affected by.

however our room was next to a room being worked on so we had to put up with noise and strong chemical smell.

It is a pity that the room which we wanted has issue with the drainage system.

The lift lobby and entire passage was dark and smell Moldy.

1st and last visit for this utterly disgusting place.

but rooms given to us are old fashioned smelly.

however can improve even better on their toilet facilities maintainance such as the (1) bathing drainage - water takes time to drain off well and (2) the on/off tap switch for the basin as water tends to seep out when the 'cold water' switch is turned on.

During my 7nights stay the room cleaner almost everyday will short of somethings towels, shower supplies, cotton buds and basin was moldy and cupboard very stink each time I open hv to stop breathing.Last time I stayed with this hotel don't hv this problem?

It is in a cute area of Bangkok- walking distance to Lumpini Park and Chinatown, a little farther from the airport and the River district.

Great proximity to Chinatown for amazing food, and a short taxi ride to Khaosan Rd, The Grand Palace and many others

Clean, comfortable, near train station, polite staffs, free shuttle to SIAM Paragon areas and China Town.

Subway and Skytrain transfers are easy to understand, and you can reach Chinatown, Asiatique, and Icon Siam from your hotel.

Given Guided map of nearby attractions, shuttle bus service to some Malls n Chinatown.

The location of the hotel is good, you could walk to chinatown and the park.
