When we went to check out and pay outstanding charges, there was still confusion as to our bill.

Unfortunately, I have misplaced the card on which I wrote their names.

They promised to send me receipts, breaking down whatever they’d charged us - I’m yet to receive this.

We waited there for over 1hr and eventually left as nobody from the animation team showed up.The hotel should make it clear to guests that you are only entitled to one drink with your meals if on full board and will be charged for others including ice creams and water unless drinking water from the room.

I noticed that parents who use babysitters in the playroom(whose charges are too high per hour), all the children do is, watch television the whole time!!

My advise please do not put money in your room account to spend because what is left is never returned and kept as a credit which means you must come back to the hotel.

Consideration for kids - kids below 3 are provided for meals at any time they need without any additional charge.

Some issues with reservations resulted in extra charges which hopefully will be resolved.

(Note that they still charged us for that.)

however did not like the exploitative Forex rates and the fact that when you pay in USD, the balance is given in KC.

More credits to Joab, Stephen, Amos, to mention a few.

Please share with me all your charges especially if I bring my family there.Asante.

the front desk also does not accept transaction in dollars.

but someone posted a bill that was not ours in our invoice.

Then we find one in our room and its being charged with our private charger without permission.

You have to pay a fee if you are swimming and if you are not then you pay a cover charge which is basically redeemable at any of the facilities available.

Allowed late check out at 7pm without extra charge! !

They charged 1500 for adults and 750 for kids for 2 hours.The Safari Aqua Park was such a win for both kids and adults.

They charge you entrance fee of Kshs 1500($15 USD) which is not redeemable. 2.

Friendly staff all over from reception to restaurant and at the pool the staffs were very jovial and supportive

I will definitely recommend this hotel 100 times its worth the value 👌 everything is just amazing 👏 their ambassador mwanamperani she's a gem very polite and friendly ready to listen and assist in all queries the food was good It was worth the vacation

The room was very spacious food was good with variety, staffs are kind and friendly guest service mwanamperani was very assisting and concerned about every aspect.

The service was excellent especially the service by trainer Hernox at the gym.He even offered me his training shoes I didn't carry mine.The staff are so committed to their work and friendly to the guests

The huge clean pools and the Aqua park for the kids is incredible.

Mr. Mutua was able to organize a visit for me to the Hassan Joho Girls Secondary School Utange Mombasa-Kenya.

I can’t forget to mention the location of the hotel,that’s 17kms from Moi International Airport.That’s welcoming you to the glorious beauty of Mombasa town while traversing through.But with poor travel plans and timings you might miss your flight due to sometimes heavy traffic back to the Airport.

One of the receptionist was outright rude and looked down on me like I was so poor and joblese that told me my parents are the ones who paid for me.

The mishap of poor reception and the hotel unpreparwdneas was tolerated on those two accounts.

The internet was poor more so on the conference area. 3.

With poor food handling and poor Guest relations, why would anyone want to go there.

At least 4 of our delegation came down with some form of illness which we think was related to poor food hygiene.

service at the restaurant was poor as we didnt get the best service lacked on preparation of the a table forehand the staff was uncoperative.

but the service was just too poor for a hotel of the standard they show.

I’ve read the management responses to poor reviews here - they are all justifications and excuses, no ownership - “the front office did not handle”, “misunderstanding” etc.

They have very poor quality of foods and regret spending over $100 dollars on lunch which tasted like devil himself. 4.

The service is poor, the music is loud and the food is VERY underwhelming.

All was well except the shower head in my room which has poor water flow.

Unfortunately food service is poor, snacks are always running out during tea break, food serving points are empty.

This review is due to my rating and it was poor, the hospitality was very bad starting from the reception, also the food was really terrible and i would not recommend it to anyone else because it was disappointing.

The security guards have poor customer service training.

The shows at night are super entertaining.

The welcome was very warmly done.Dennis part of the animation team will always be present and ready to assist and have fun with the guest at all times.He is super energetic and always welcomed with a smile.The other A team members also did a good job by advertising water polo to the guest.It was a very enjoyable stay and I am looking forward to see Dennis and the Prideinn Family

The experience we had here is something else .The food was amazing the entertainment was top notch.

The hotel in general is amazing and not to mention the animation team is quite outstanding Dennis, Walter, Henry, Joe and the rest of their colleagues know how to entertain the guests and all of them show acceptable character whether it's in the pool, during dinner etc.Special thanks to the catering team, despite the hot weather they go around rooms cleaning up whenever we go for breakfast.

but I have never been to such a beautiful, quiet nice beach resort that has a world class service with so many friendly staff and great management.

My family and I had a good time at voyager as we were celebrating our anniversary.honestly it was the best compared to all others we have ever had elsewhere.the rooms were owesome and sparkling and spacious..staff were friendly and showed friendliness to my two small boys all time which enhanced our experience.A guy at the front desk who introduced himself as George Oyugi was really helpful when we had a hiccup when checking out.

Everything worked out well mostly due to the friendly and reliable staff.

The staff are super friendly, the food is very delicious and the grounds and pools are always clean and immaculate.

Only criticism was that the shower had very poor water pressure.

4) Same food being served day in day out in the restaurant.

I learned how to swim and I was a very poor swimmer.

The room was very basic, the cleaning was okish, the bathroom was poor.

We were checked in 4 hours late, told to check out on time and the food was poor.

The hotel itself probably needs some updating, the rooms especially,

A few renovations required to the bathrooms(stained floor and taps not working).

but I believe this was more due to the overdue update needed rather than not being cleaned thoroughly.

Some rooms could use a bit of refurbishment though. 8/10

although the bathroom was crying out for an update.

The resort looks like it needs some updating and fixing up,

I swore not to go back untill a renovation

However the bathroom is very tired looking and definitely needs updating,

Breakfast to dinner that accommodates all cultures, age and including those with health conditions like Diabetes, all very scrumptious and  luscious.

Some of the rooms at Voyager are in need of refurbishment,

especially bathroom has foul smell and outdated.

Only minus point is the bathrooms in the room, personally I think they need renovation.

Only recommendation is to renovate some rooms as they are a bit outdated.

Rooms could use a little updating and deeper cleaning,

The sun loungers need to be updated as they are wooden

Our rooms were cleaned well the bathrooms and water system ie showers need updating and tiles need a grout as old

I cannot stress how amazing that food is.

Excellent service, shout out to Raymond of look out bar for his hearty, exemplary service, best mixologist, Hilda our restaurant attendant and Eunice, George for their understanding and making sure our stay is comfortable.

The 3rd time we stayed at Voyager with family and ever so impressed with the entire facility, rooms, food, swimming pools, cleanliness & professionalism .

Voyager has always been my good to place for holiday both with family and friends..The food is great,activities are so much fun and I really love how Jackson in the ATeam hosts.He has a great personality.I also like the service the reception special mention to Felix and Dismas.I also would like to mention Jesse and Jacinta from the gift shop and Amani,Jilani at the bar.

The ambience, the well decorated place for the season, the clean rooms, the sumptuous meals and overally the selfless staff!

As always, the food offered a great variety, enhancing our overall experience.

The customer service is top notch, The food is esquist.

All meals were sumptuous with something new and  different to eat and dine every day with a theme from different countries.

I greatly enjoyed my stay that was accentuated by traditional acrobat dances at night.

Rooms are superb as well as entertainments.

I loooved the Lion King show by A team..These guys are so talented considering they work full time in the hotel

The animation team did a wonderful job to keep us entertained, Rafael from the animation crew facilitated our team building session.

The "A TEAM" excellent performance at the sports bar will keep you there till the last minute of the night.

From the reception to housekeeping, to the restaurants, to the Kids club, to the live evening entertainment, to the seamless check-in and check-out process.

I loved the mixed grill at the Kenyan Corner on Saturday.

Swimming pool activies as guided by Edgar were superb while the animation team led by Jackson made my Sunday and Tuesday evening be lit.

Jackson who was the MC aka.Mr.Dimples😂 Omd he's hilarious and Judith who is a really good dancer,Teddy who cheered me up during the games and Ian who was really helpful.

The pool water games were enjoyable, Edgar and the entire games instructors made it alot of fun, their energy on the dancing stage was top notch!

Amazing shows and day activities at the funny pool.

The awesome animation team, especially @Jackson and @Edgar who always ensure that we have fun throughout.

I’m sending a special shout out to Jackson for moderating and coordinating his entertainment crew.

The atmosphere is welcoming and very relaxing.

The welcoming at Voyager Beach Resort was exceptional.

The expirience is Magical.I want to give a big mention to Ibrahim and Hilda for exemplary service.They took very very good care of us, Always served us with a big smile 😊.The whole team is amazing.

Our experience was truly outstanding, thanks to the consistently cheerful and helpful staff.

The staff, from the trumpet at the gate when you get into Voyager, the front desk crew lead by George who's patience and hospitality is out of this world was terrific.

It was great and the reason for that is, as always, the staff.

All in all,thanks to 'Lavine' at the poolside who made us smile despite the 1st encounter.

The staff is incredible and very welcoming.
