The only issue was that the queen bed was two twin beds side by side that kept coming apart, they weren't secured together and you could feel the division in the middle, very uncomfortable.

I have asked reception to send me bedsheets and to prepare an extra bed for my 2 yr old child, untill now ( 5 hours later) i haven't rcvd any service 
I had asked for towels and  reception told me i had to go down to get them ( i checked in wth 2 children 1 sleeping so i had to wake her up

but there is a small knob near the bed that gives you a wide range in speed of the fan in the A/C.

but that situation almost wreck the weekend; 2) The beds, furniture and all room decoration are very cheap and  definitely not in accordance with the prices they charge, so with look for a comfortable stay proportional with the prices charges look for someplace else; 3) Avoid rooms that face the back of the Hotel, because we were at the ninth floor and still faced noise problems coming from the bars located at the streets on the back.

Instead of a king size bed you get to matresses pushed together and you have the bed comming apart during the night.

The second room is OK. Other thing…my little girl went to the reception asking for a spoon of chocolate for her night milk … the answer was NO … Only on the breakfast … she was on shock!!

The breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection of foods.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast, they had bacon and scrambled eggs, as well as all types of beverages (water, coffee, yogurt, tea, you name it).

Rooms are ok. Tasty breakfast, with fresh pao de queijo and really well organized, even it was really crowded in the morning, all was working in the breakfast.

Speaking of keys, I had to go downstairs THREE SEPARATE TIMES during my stay because my card wouldn't let me in my room.

However, I did find it a bit awkward that the reservation services contacted me a week before my stay and asked me to deposit half of the value or give them my credit card info so that they could debit the amount to “guarantee my reservation”.

charged me USD 4 to my room service because I asked for bread to come with my food, which didn't even come with a salt shaker, or a tray for that matter.

but I find it ridiculous to charge you $1 for hot water (to prepare tea for example) in most hotels of this category or superior that I've been give you that as courtesy.

When we check-out, they try to charge us for breakfast that it was already included in our reservation!

After an hour or so went to open the bathroom door and was blown away with the raw sewage smell coming through the drain in the floor.

There was a funny device by the entry door that had a couple of small switches on it,

The hotel is noisy, you can hear the parties on the beach all night, you hear the noise from upstairs, downstairs, neighbors, outside door.

I stayed on a weekend, so it did get somewhat loud (but not during “quiet hours”) and they could use about two more elevators,

The 2 elevators are not enough, sometimes we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get one.

And poor attention vs customer, as our request for a breakfast bag was completely disregarded.

The service is poor, very few kind personnel and generally with little training, the receptionists at the front desk are not well organized and get easily confused.

Good rooms and the breakfast isn't good, there are few options and almost of think is industrialized.

Breakfast had what is expected and the room as well.

The quality of breakfast and food served in the restaurant must improve.

Breakfast is good, with good option of fruits and pastries.

There is not enough space if you carry more than two pieces of luggage as we did.

If you have a small bag you can get a taxi in the airport and ask to drop you in the ferry boat, you cross the river by ferry and get another taxi in the other side to the hotel, doing this you will spend only R$ 30,00.

First room was not clean and not meeting my reservation requirements.

When the hotel is full booked many things are missing on breakfast.

They did not find my reservation and I almost had to go searching for another hotel.

but you can get a small discount by making your reservation online.

We paid 380,00 reais for two nights including breakfast, so I believe it was fair.

It is not meant to be an upscale Hotel therefore don't expect luxury rooms or service.

If you are looking for luxury, bear in mind this is not Sofitel

They should be aware of this trouble and give us a room far from thi noisy neighbor.

although the acoustic isn´t, therefore  it is complicate to sleep when some other rooms are making some noise.

Thin walls: very hard to sleep, as every sound other guests made was heard.

+ they open the windows and doors of each room during daytime if there are no guests in order to not have any bad smells accumulating there - something that is very effective

I enjoyed the breakfasts overlooking the ocean.

The breakfast area looks out onto a big lawn that gives right onto the beach.

The Hotel has good service, very clean, large rooms, great breakfast and very well located.

The breakfast is great and the dinner buffet is also very good.

The dinner buffet is enormous and totally worth the high cost of 40 reales, most restaurants are charging the same.

The breakfast and the dinners were delicious!

Don't you miss the Bondindinho trip which will take you to the Unipraias park, an amusement ride that you need to experience, ending at the Laranjeiras beach.While you are there, try to have lunch on the La Gaúcha restaurant and delight yourself with an all you can eat buffet.

The garnish (Risotto) was cold and sticky, not like anything we could expect from a Risotto.

Being an expensive hotel I would expect that the rooms were better (they look old and there is nothing special about them).

As soon as we parked the car in front of the hotel in order to take our luggage off, an attendant asked us if we were already staying.

The gentlemen were very unrespectful and unpolite, I asked to call up their Manager.

The installations are a old and worn out, many signs of lack of maintenance are visible: windows do not close properly, faucet is dripping, the pilars at the lobby are very scrachted, the carpets are really worn out and smell a bit.

The staff were all amazing, they were always looking to help us and Ian front desk, made us feel extremely welcome, the facilities were good, breakfast was nice, room was comfortable and WiFi was good, all was 3 minutes from the beach loads of shops and food places nearby.

Breakfast, must be the best breakfast I ate in a mid range hotel.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best on our journey and it alone makes a stay at the hotel worthwhile.

The receptionist were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were really comfortable and clean, the have a warmed swimming pool and the breakfast was well served and good.

It is overpriced for the poor quality and service.

but prices in January were the same as a resort hotel.

They have small parking lot with extra tax.

The hotel hás poor management skills and my check in was Full of Just wait a minute.

After all, they had some apartments booked "for companies" and almost an hour later, given my threat to notify the competent authorities, I ended up being accommodated - for the last time of course - in this hotel.

The bathroom has a lower level than expected and the breakfast was just fair.

I ate breakfast (buffet) and lunch at the two restaurants and both of them are rather nice,

Breakfast is complete with several kind of fruits, cakes and breads

The staff is composed by  very gentle people.

Breakfast is excellent and typically included in the price.

They seemed very old, in need of renovation and there were a few bugs.

However, the rest of the room was musty, cramped, and had bugs.

but judging by its looks, it too is in dire need of some maintenance.
