Very central to Eat Street and Seminyak Square.

The hotel is in an ideal location, very close to eat street and seminyak square.

We can't comment on the breakfast as we always eat out, which was another benefit of the location of the hotel as it is literally around the corner from eat street where all the amazing cafes are.

If you walk out of hotel turn right and then first right that street takes you straight to Eat street near Ultimos restaurant!

Surrounded by ‘eat street’ and main Square; everything is at your doorstep!

Luckily the "eat street" is 250 meters away with abundance of cafes as ne restaurants.

This hotel is a 5 min walk from eat street which is very touristy and busy.

The location of the resort is great, about 6 minutes walk to either Seminyak Square or to Eat Street.

It is also in a great location not far from eat street and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort and Villas runs parallel to Eat Street, an a short 5 minute walk to get there.

Location wise, it was only 3 mins easy walk to Seminyak Eat Street.

We stayed in a Deluxe room which was very spacious and included a huge bathroom.

The bedrooms are a great size with a huge bathroom in each room.

The room is spacious with a king bed and a large bathroom.

The room is well equipped with a large bed, good air con, and a very spacious bathroom with a outdoors aspect.

The quiet was next and the size of the room and bathroom was huge.

The room was basic with a large bed and large bathroom area.

The deluxe room with big bathroom has an open air setup in the shower area, which is very nice

Rooms were super cosy and large, we were surprise at how big the bathrooms were with separate bathtubs and shower area in the open.

Lovely garden, good outdoor space, large bath room with bath and and comfortable bed.

I stayed in the main part of the hotel and my room (I was upgraded to a superior which was a lovely surprise) was spacious with a large bathroom with a gorgeous shower area.

I had booked a standard room (room and bathroom both very spacious) and on my first night, there was lots of flies in the bathing area.

But for such a quiet, peaceful location so close to Seminyak Square, I would return to the Mutiara.

We booked the delux villa for my daughters hens week end The proximity to Seminyak square and great food was excellent.

But the situation close to the Seminyak square and the beach makes it a OK choice for a mid-range price.

Mutiara is in a fantastic position in Seminyak, close to both Seminyak Square and Ultimo corner.

Location is perfect and in walking distance of seminyak square, the beach, and a lot of top restaurants.

We were close to Seminyak square, shopping and beach.

Located just down a lane right near Seminyak Square and the restaurant strip.

The pool area is sadly lacking shade which means you can not use the sun loungers for most of the day or you just burn up.

Bathroom tiles and shower head was covered in mould, breakfast was cold and soggy and bakery items had small ants baked into them.

Faaaar from being a boutique hotel as their name claims – the room is old, the bathroom is dirty, towels are not very clean either, breakfast is poor, all kinds of noise are heard from the room, it smells like damp.

Three times this stay I got chemical burns from the poor implementation of of your chlorine/bromine.

I am sensitive to smell and I could detect a slight musky smell.

Room smell of mould when open door to room and bugs everywhere.

Only bother was that I got some nasty mosquito bites from my stay here even with repellent on me the whole day or night I'm in the room.

however they did fix this quickly, however the smell never left the room.

The food is so bad that I would just not eat here if your staying here, food is really bad, tea pot and milk jug was filthy like it had never been cleaned before and wait staff didn't speak English so I could order more hot water.

but it wasn't unbearable and after the first day the smell of cigarettes disappeared.

but the properties, well, drawers had fallen off, bathroom tiles had come loose but worst of all, my upstairs room had damp and I found mould growing on my bed underneath the mattress.

Our villa was right next to the road so no great views, and sometimes the air would smell of exhaust.

Initially we weren't happy with the cleanliness (sheets and towels stained and smelly).

After 3 days we had to ask staff to remove the smelly durian that had been in the bin that long.

It did not leave the skin smelling or feeling pleasant.

(Trying to flush away the pee on the seat first) the bed is like sleeping on tiles, the road noise is terrible, the lighting is bad.

Just beware the new traffic regulations where the police have changed streets to one way only NIGHTMARE! Keep breathing and reminding yourself you're in Bali Time :)

Nonetheless, we were luckily provided with a cot the next morning as well as finding out that the internet was back up and running.

15-20mins to the beach depending on walking speed.

We had four passwords for 24/7 internet which was adequate & a good speed.

Besides, you can visit almost any shop and café and they will offer you their wifi passwords for free.

Great wifi & also an area with computers & printer if needed
Definitely recommend this place.

The Wifi was great and could always connect.

Wifi was fast, breaskfast had a wide range.

Wifi is unstable - then again, internet connectivity across Indonesia is not exactly fantastic compared to many other countries in the region.

Great location, very close to Eat Street in Seminyak!

The resort itself is within easy walking distance of "Eat Street" and a short taxi ride (or shuttle) to the beach.

The Trans is in a great location, being close to Eat Street.

Overall our stay was great, I would stay again, the only big down fall is the main road and trying to navigate with a pram along the street up to the main Seminyak eat street area, it is a lot of dodging cars and we found it really unsafe with our kids trying to get up there because of the large amount of traffic.

‘Eat Street’ is only a few minutes walk away to many good restaurants, shops and spas.

but I can honestly say that The Trans provides the best solution for all types of holidays and is perfectly located, close to Eat Street but slightly away from the hustle and bustle!

It's also only a short walk to Seminyak's "Eat Street" if you want to go out and experience some great dining options.

On some occasions i preferred to swim at the beach which is at the end of eat street, a mere 10 minute walk past several famous bars and shops.

The resort is beautiful the rooms are spacious and high end location of this resort is 5min walk to eat street there was only one negative the resort didnt have a swim up bar apart from that i couldnt fault anything else i highly recommend this resort

The pool was very large, one section has a small beach area for children and parents with sun beds and parasols.

It was quiet during our stay with several families with young kids having a great time.

Swimming pool clear and wide not too deep, so we can swim around freely, great for family with children.

The slide was great and the kids enjoyed going down it a million times.

Thanks for the hospitality and gave surprise my son  birthday’s cake at the restaurant.

Being in my 40's though, and with adult kids, I will definitely book a villa on my next stay for the added peace, tranquility and privacy.

My grandchildren had a lovely time in the kids club .

Thank you again for being so kind to me, my wife and my son.

However, the down side is the hotel do not have access to any beach or the ocean view.. 

My family enjoyed the pool area.. my baby girl loves playing with the sand..

The kids enjoy the kids club and the staff throughout the entire resort are fantastic.

Our children are already saving their pocket money so we can return again next year!

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage  children) recently stayed at the Trans Resort and had a fantastic time.

The 80 metre long outdoor pool is fantastic with a shallow end for the kids, separated from the deeper main pool.

Our kids were moved to a twin room in the following night and the room was miles away from us with bad internet connection.

Our families enjoyed the kids club, the gym & the spa facilities.

but it would be great for kids too as there seemed to be loads of activities for them to do.

There is a lovely quiet small bar on the corridor as you head up to the rooftop bar, which again is stunning…..watching the sunset from there was just magical with plenty of choices of drinks available.

Their rooftop bar is amazing, I could spend my whole evening there, its just needs a little replacing of the furniture

The accommodation, restaurant, pool, roof top bar and most of all, the wonderful friendly staff made our experience awesome.

Buffet breakfast at The Restaurant is plentiful with barista made coffee and you can’t beat the sunset views on The Rooftop Bar.

They have a great rooftop bar, where we watched the sun set.

We love all the ladies in club lounge, Sanji up on roof top bar always greets us with a big smile.

lastly thank you to  Sanji and Norris for their assistance in the club lounge / roof top bar.

Rooftop bar was very relaxing with amazing views.

We enjoyed all the facilities, especially the rooftop bar.

The facilities were also amazing and my family and I had a very relaxing holiday. Kids loved the beach pool and the rooftop bar was also great (excellent sunset views)

The roof top bar is great for sunset drinks.

Another highlight was the 18th floor roof top bar, each night once again experiencing delightful people.

We loved our choices to have a drink, either in the Lobby or Roof Top Bar.

There is a roof top bar which is open from 4pm until late and you can watch the sun setting, it is really lovely.

The rooftop bar was a lovely place to watch the sunset.

Ketut, Indra & Norris in the restaurant greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast
Sanji, Gusto & Angga at the roof top bar were ready with our nightly cocktails.

A man by the name of Norris greeted us every morning for breakfast and every evening on the rooftop bar.

The staff are so friendly and always polite, especially at the rooftop bar and lounge.

Their responses to complaints is very slow.

The only other thing that lets them down is the pool service is frustratingly slow waiting excessively long times just for a drink order, and when you can see no one at the bar even making any drinks it is very frustrating.

Some of the food was cold, drinks service very slow.

The hotel WiFi is terrible, barely usable, it was very slow to open an email, streaming Netflix was out of the question.

but found there was a very slow service when ordering hot drinks and omelette orders as it seems that there are not enough people working these counters to meet demand.

Resort is in a great location and you can do a slow walk to Seminyak Square in about 20 min.

(-) internet is very slow, and sometimes keep disconnected.

Only negative that I feel the hotel definitely need to think about and improve on, is how slow and few the elevators are.

Juices were mostly from concentrates, food was very slow to be replaced when it had run out and generally quite bland.

Wonderful breakfasts, rooftop bar cocktails, and spa treatments.

All rooms overlook the pools and each has a good sized balcony with comfy day bed and spa.

We loved putting our baby boy in the man-made "beach" nearly every day, our room for an entry level room was huge, we were always well stocked with bottled water, had a day bed and spa outside and had so many hidden extras.

The Trans was super clean and had great amenities (the spa and gym were fantastic).

The sauna was great, we used it almost every day.

A spa bath with a citrus bath bomb (supplied daily) is the perfect way to wrap up the day.

Hugh variety at breakfast and the Spa has a great variety of services (although a little pricey).

There were quite big trouble on the SPA service, Villa bachelor, In-room dining service.

Spa service was great with many specials available.

The hotel is located centrally in Seminyak with plenty of restaurants, shops and spas around.

We got some great inclusions during our stay, free massage, cocktails and lunches such a nice bonus!

This is our 2nd time at the Trans Resort Seminyak and we definitely recommend staying there, excellw t for children with a fantastic kids club, not to mention the amazing day spa.

As soon as we put the room cleaning alert on before going to breakfast, the room was done within the hour - I was amazed at the speed of this because sometimes I went back to the room after breakfast and it had already been cleaned - perfectly.

Internet connection and technology in the room were top rate.

I had to either move to the balcony or the bathroom to get a good wifi signal to do video chat with family.

The wifi is fast, the gym is modern and well equipped and all of the staff are friendly.

The rooms were well equipped with a clean and modern finish and were a perfect size fit for the family, the rooms also provided free wifi and every morning and night we were supplied with bottles of water, the room also had a perfect view over the resort in which you could see everything over the balcony.

As for the outside area - the pool, garden, lounges, outdoor dining area and cabana provide endless options for lazing about, reading a book, surfing the internet, sleeping - anything you want. .

Didn't want to be too far from the airport for our return flight to Australia so I booked 4 nights at the Trans Resort, Seminyak which I just picked off the Internet. Wow!

We loved the large pool, excellent wifi, gym, security to help us cross the busy road and friendly staff.

However, he made me feel safe and also offered free WiFi in his van while escorting me around town.

I was given another wifi device to be kept in my room which had fast internet

Wifi was awesome everywhere on site, room service menu was great.

•Free wifi and they played the AFL games for us Aussies.

The kids are loving it and special shout out the the ladies in the kids club who always go above and beyond and Widi and Joni from the pool bar.

Nice location, beautifull hotel with kids club and i let my kids there for a day, well taken care by great and dedicated staff debby and diah who did an amazing job,my kids love to play there and begging to come back again, well recomended!! !

I really recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids.. they have kids club, nice pool and good pool bar.

The kids club was a savior for me and I was able to leave my baby there for two hours and go for a massage at the spa.

Also great facilities for families and kids-kids club.

Kids club here is fantastic with a ball pit and other play things and activities all day.

The kids club is extremely convenient with its 2 hours free of charge every day.

A buggy service is really great for transporting you to the beach club and surrounding amenities.

but I assume that the Marriott is competing against all the beach clubs.

Kids also love the kids club and love Komang who accompanied them in kids club.

This hotel is very convenient, great ambience, great kids club, the food is delicious and the staff here are amazing!

The Marriott beach area is in the most prime area- we originally were going to check out some of beach clubs
