Cons:
-We stayed here several years ago and loved the free breakfast on the upstairs patio.

way back when they had welcome baskets, glass coffee mugs and hot chocolate & coffee options in the rooms, full hot breakfast, and an evening snack reception.

Parking was plentiful and spacious and was worked into the daily rate which meant no added fees.

We had ability to drive to grocery stores and stock up on breakfast items.

Park Vue Inn used to have a  great hot breakfast

We hope they bring back the breakfast, it's a huge selling feature for us.

but the breakfast provided was decent and kept us going until lunch.

but it is clean, generally up to date (some of the rooms have jacuzzis, is relatively quiet for a non-corridored hotel, has a nice little breakfast as part of its booking, and the convenience to Disneyland is unparalleled.

you cannot get any closer to Disneyland, nice, clean, comfortable, good breakfast.

They had free breakfast complete with make your own waffle irons.

Rooms were spacious and you have a whole little kitchenette so easy to fix something for breakfast or make a lunch to bring into the park.

There is a full breakfast included with your stay.

There is also a free breakfast offered with waffles, bakery items, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and a variety of drinks.

It was a good enough breakfast to get the day started

Clean, quiet, a very nice light breakfast bar and a warm pool and hot tub to refresh your achey “skeleton”.

Decent rooms, free breakfast (hot = waffles) and several different food and stock-up store options (7-11, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, fast food) all within walking distance (1 to 3 blocks away).

Free parking, free breakfast, good WiFi and a 5 minute walk to Disney, what more is there to need.

Now the breakfast is just like any other place, yogurt, cantaloupe/pineapple/grapes, cereal, muffins, waffles, etc.

Two years ago when we stayed we were super impressed with the free hot breakfast, I loved the bacon, scrambled eggs and turkey sausages and I was so excited to get these again-

My daughter and I shared a queen bed and the grand girls had bunk beds.

-Bunk beds for kids was a nice option 
-Ceiling fan was nice to keep air flow in the room moving.

But the layout of the room is great with the bunk beds and the price can’t be beat.

The room was very clean and most important for my kids, it had bunk beds!

The pool and bunk beds were great for our family.

The bunk beds were great to have for the kids.

Our room was great with two queen size beds and bunk beds, plus a small kitchenette, roomy bathroom and clean and inviting.

We’ve stayed at numerous hotels near Disney and this one has been our favorite because my kids first and foremost LOVE the bunk beds, LOVE the delicious complimentary breakfast, LOVE that we are literally across the street from the park entrance, and there’s no hidden fees for parking, WiFi, etc.

On our first three visits we reserved a room with bunk beds and a queen bed and was always happy with that option.

The kids loved that they had their own space with the bunk beds instead of having to share a bed.

With free parking, hot buffet breakfast, nice outdoor dining area, clean pool & hot-tub with plenty of towels, and rooms that include bunk beds for kids - it really is the best bang for your buck in the area.

My daughter loved the bunk bed, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

Everything worked in this hotel - bunk beds for the kids, hot tub and pool, decent breakfast.

Pros-
++We booked the family suite, which has 2 queens & bunk beds.

Our bunk bed room was nice, clean and spacious.

but the kids loved the bunk beds and it kept them from having to share a bed - bonus!!!

This time we stayed in a large room with two queen beds and a set of bunk beds.

You get a clean and comfortable room, including bunk beds for the kids, in-room coffee maker and refrigerator, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking, cookies and lemonade at the front desk, and a swimming pool; all for a very reasonable price and no resort fees!!!

I will always stay here for my Disneyland vacations.

Park Vue Inn is the best location for Disneyland.

Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Disneyland with a family! !

The motel is in the perfect location for easy walking access to Disneyland and nearby restaurants and shops.

We always stay at park Vue when visiting Disneyland.

A simple, lovely clean establishment right across the street from Disneyland.

The stay was pleasant, the room comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi a welcome respite from the crowds and the walking, and the proximity to the Disneyland and California Adventure parks was so convenient (literally across the street) from the main entrance.

It was very clean and quiet.perfect location to Disneyland and price was good.lots of food options around .we will definitely stay here again .good place to stay

The location can’t be beat if you’re going to Disneyland.

We would be glad to recommend this lodging to anyone wishing to stay in this area, with a short walk to Disneyland.

Took the kiddos for their first visit to Disneyland and we were so glad we stayed here.

Add that to the amazing staff and comfortable bed and you will have the best Disneyland experience short of  sleeping in the park.

Being literally across the street from Disneyland was extremely valuable to us, and we enjoyed this perk very much.

This was our first trip to Disneyland and the Park Vue was the perfect setup for our family.

The continental breakfast was good and opens at 6:30 AM so we were able to eat before heading to the park.

which was great to either sit down and eat or grab a bagel and coffee for on the way to the parks.

Many places to eat within a very short walk.

The full breakfast each morning meant we could eat before going to Disneyland and it was the closest hotel to the Main Gate.

Handy off-site places to eat - iHop, Panera, pizza.There's a microwave and fridge.

The full breakfast is included and there is a nice rooftop patio to eat on or watch the nightly fireworks from.

There is also a fridge and microwave in the room which we used for a lunch break from Disney to warm up and eat a previous night's dinner.

There is a outside seating area that we used one morning and it was nice to eat outside.

Breakfast was included which saved us lots of money as we could eat as much as we liked meaning that our belly's were full to conquer Disney each day.

The staff was eager to answer all our questions from transportation to where was good to eat.

We were able to eat and go straight to the park in 30 minutes time.

It is quite nice to have a small convenience store on the  lower  level for goodies to eat or last minute  gifts for  people.

It is next to I hop, so you can also save money with the kids eat free days.

There was an excellent breakfast buffet every morning, were you can eat outside on the deck.

Plus they offer a great continental breakfast, free parking, and great places to eat and snack on either side of them (IHOP and Cold Stone).

It was nice to be able to eat upstairs on the balcony outside the dining area.

They had turkey sausage, eggs, and potatoes so I could actually eat and not have to bring my own food!

The breakfast is great and no matter what time we came, we had seating and lots to eat.

Price was reasonable, plenty of places to eat right next door and a very short walk to Disneyland entrance.

Breakfast is included and was great, I really enjoyed the fresh fruit.

Free breakfast before the parks open, free WiFi and free parking all made for an easy trip.

but the free breakfast, great WiFi as well as great staff makes this the place to beat.

This motel is great in many ways - free breakfast, free parking, lovely staff, comfortable beds, plenty of USB adapters for charging electronics, strong WiFi signal, lovely little heated pool and hot tub, stone cold creamery (so awesome!!).

3 things we wanted for our Disneyland Hotel:  proximity to Disneyland, hot tub, free breakfast.

The included breakfast has a good variety of kid friendly foods - waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc.

), a very respectable hot/cold breakfast included, a well stocked little store, and a good price/value.

At this point, the children had been awake for close to 20 hours so we used bathroom in lobby and wore shoes in the room to make it through the night.

The outside noise can get a bit much at times, especially after park closing.

but you can hear people running/talking  outside your room, a car alarm going off in the lot will wake most people and the cleaning carts going by make for a loud rumble in the morning.

The bed frames are metal and were noisy if you accidentally kicked them with your foot.

I read complaints the rooms had thin walls and you can hear everything from adjoining rooms.

First off the walls are so paper thin you can HEAR EVERYTHING.

The only negative I can say is that the AC was a little loud so bring your earplugs.

If you're a light sleeper, you should ask for a 2nd floor room, and you'll still hear movement on the walkway so earplugs would be useful.

The only downside I can think of is it can be noisy and you can hear neighbors around and above you.

Another noise issue was the ridiculously loud ac unit in the room.

First floor rooms can hear footsteps from above.

There was some louder than expected highway noise that could be heard from our room along the back edge of the property, past the pool.

The hotel is noisy - you can hear every footstep, every door closing.

I could slightly hear the shower of the room next to me and people walking by,

Very old wall unit air/heat AND terribly noisy!!

again, the front desk and other employees of the Park Vue Inn are exceptional!

The hotel felt completely safe and secure, there is a small shop near reception which is great for essentials and cold drinks.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff are nice and friendly and responsive to queries.

The staff at Park Vue make it very clear they want you to feel welcome and comfortable.

The front desk staff is wonderful, professional and courteous.

The man at the front desk was welcoming, helpful and professional.

This was helpful since our flight didn’t leave until later.

The value of the room was wonderful, and the staff was warm and welcoming.

Staff was friendly and prompt with requests.

Wonderful hotel staff has always been very helpful with any issues have been coming here for over 6 years and have never had any issues ! !!

Staff was super friendly and helpful when I forgot a toothbrush.

Carlos was super courteous and helpful at the front desk.

The location is perfect , right across the street.

Right across the street from Disneyland, clean, cute and affordable.

You literally walk off the property, cross the street, and you're at the walk-in entrance to Disneyland.

You cross the street and you’re on the walk to security.

Stayed in just about every hotel on Harbor across the street from the parks and hands down, Park Vue is the best.

One of the BEST things is that this hotel is LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ENTRANCE TO DISNEYLAND PROPERTY!

The location literally cannot be beat, you are right across the street from the Harbor entrance.

It is pretty much right across the street from Disneyland, so it is very convenient if you want to head back to your room for a mid-day nap.

It is just across the street from the entrance to Disneyland plus it is within walking distance to several restaurants.

This hotel is directly across the street from the Disneyland pedestrian entrance.

This hotel is directly across the street from the main entrance, so it was very convenient.

The location is perfect for visiting Disneyland as it's just across the street.

but it was indeed a small space - a few wall hooks, small shelf or a stool would assist in keeping families organized in the room as there is only space on the floor and minimal counter space.

If you don't already know, if you plan to have even a few minutes of not-completely-jam-packed wall to wall people at Disney, you had better be going through security before 7am (when the park opens at 8am).

The ONLY downside to this hotel is that the walls are not overly thick.

The AC unit positioning was a bit curious, the little wall that comes out from the sink area seems to block some air flow.

My only Con  really was the walls are pretty thin so when the baby in the room next to us started crying we definitely heard it

Our only true complaint is that the exterior wall is very thin, as you can hear folks outside your room way too easily (although not the rooms on either side).

I had read reviews that the noise level at the hotel was bad and the walls are too thin - I considered this an extra $2 investment per night for the hotel room.

During the day we just stood it up and slid it between a bed and the wall in the bedroom so it was out of the way.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your above and beside neighbours very clearly.

The downsides were used toiletries.. eww, and our jacuzzi tub that I was so looking forward to after a long day at Disneyland still had cleaning product residue in it which I don't really want to soak in :(  There was also hair on the shower walls and our coffee pot had smear marks on it, from a dirty rag maybe?

It's because you can hear everything through the walls.

I was a little nervous after reading some reviews on here about the noise level and the walls being thin .

Disneyland is not as much fun with sleep deprived kids because your walls are apparently just a paper mâché, Disney illusion, and it sounds like you're in bed with every car blasting music and tourist walking by.

Shortest walk to park, free wifi, free parking, quiet, and relaxing.

Very clean rooms, good internet connection, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast (crispy bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit. ).

It includes parking, breakfast, access to the pool & fitness centre, and WiFi.

Stayed here again for free wi-fi, parking & delish breakfast.

Nice rooms with free wifi and free parking and a tasty complimentary breakfast.

I selected the Park Vue Inn based on it's fantastic reviews, location for walking to the Disneyland Parks, it's free breakfast, wifi and parking.

The location is just across the entrance to Disneyland, has free parking, free internet, good sized refrigerator, a microwave oven, and delicious complimentary breakfast.

Also, WiFi worked great and there were lots of TV channel options.

They have great amenities including free breakfast, free parking and free wi-fi.

Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, wifi worked great,  the breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast in a clean breakfast room with plenty of outdoor seating if the room itself gets full, and in our interactions with staff they were always polite and helpful.

We felt it was misrepresented online 
-we would have loved a more casual / affordable place to eat in the resort itself.

There is a Safeway across the street so that made it super easy to eat breakfast/lunch in our room.

There are many places to eat and shop in Kapa'a where this resort is right on the beach.

Walking distance to places to eat and with Safeway grocery right across this street really rounded out this perfect stay in Kapa'a.

It made is possible for us to save money going out to eat.

We loved walking the beach directly outfront of the resort and the paved beach walk close by which led to various shops and places to eat.

Directly across the street were wonderful places to shop for groceries, eat, and get coffee.

Food: There is a Safeway market right across the street which made it really easy to eat our breakfasts in the condo and enjoy the ocean view on our patio, so enjoyed the sunrise breakfasts.

There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, usual American fast food joints all within walking distance as well as a couple of nicer restaurants to eat.

We did love the okinawa sweet potato chips and didnt order anything else as there are enough choices around the island to eat.

The tables could easily seat six or eight and the lanai was very large so that everyone could eat outside as well as inside.

A short distance away is the gorgeous historic village of Kapa'a with many great and different gift shops and places to eat - so refreshing to see original local business rather than franchises.

Oasis, the restaurant just downstairs was very good and with the ocean views it was lovely to relax and have a bite to eat.

The balcony was spacious enough to eat comfortably outside.

Although we didnt eat there, it seemed to be quite good with a great ocean view of the ocean

They know the island well and had great recommendations when it came to activities and places to eat.

Fantastic balcony with table and chairs where you could eat out and another smaller balcony off the second bedroom .

Superb calamari, attentive servers and managers made it an easy place to eat and relax.

Just outside of the resort there are several places to eat and even a supermarket so you can easily walk over to buy food and necessities.

Safeway is right across the street so plan your meals if you want to eat in

Grocery and restaurant and ice cream parlor across the street, and other places and shop all with in walking distance.

The location is nice, across the street from a grocery store and near lots of shops.

Close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches like Lydgate Park Beach.

Shopping Plaza across the street was convenient for grocery and others needs and we liked being able to walk to  Kenji Burgers next door and loved their food!

Having a grocery store across the street was nice.

Conveniently located near a grocery store, starbucks and Ross store so was easy to grab things we had forgotten.

This is not a full service property meaning housekeeping doesn’t come in each day.

Beware exorbitant cleaning fee - we stayed three nights and cleaning fee was $350.

My only real reservation was the combination of the resort fee ($26 a day plus tax) and the cleaning charge ($229 plus tax - only cleaned on departure).
