Don't ask about the Rooms, I couldn't say a word when we opened the door for the first time.

Room can be better,shower tiles , bathroom walls and door not very clean .

Only downside was they had some construction work going off in the room next door and we had to hear some drilling etc.

In particular the lack of power points, incredibly low lounge and coffee table, shower that failed to drain quickly enough and flowed out past the shower door and toilet that was larger than most bathrooms

There are doors on both the shower and toilet - they are both frosted glass.

The doors would slam when they close, you can hear every noise from the corridor at night. Overpriced

but still had a hard time sleeping when there was a loud party going on at the villa next door.

Extremely loud banging of doors during the night and morning while trying to sleep.

however we couldn't really hear this from the room when the doors were shut on the balcony, you can't hear it from the rooftop pool either which is great when you're relaxing during the day.

I stayed on level 1 which sometimes got a bit noisy with people walking by or hearing doors slam,

So we closed the curtain most of the time and we never open our balcony door.

but it would be better not to have gaps on the glass doors in the toilets.

For the price I would say staying at Ize Hotel few doors down is almost the same

but the bathroom/showerroom door was not in a good condition.

Bathroom configuration is a little odd: the toilet and shower are two separate cubicles which have their own door,

The toilet and shower do have a frosted glass door though.

The door didn’t seal properly so even putting towels down to block the noice didn’t work.

The wardrobe sliding door did not close properly and the sliding door onto the balcony only partially opened before it became jammed.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of Eat Street so there's plenty of good upscale restaurants around us.

We picked this hotel because of its location- it’s smack bang in the middle of the Main Street in Seminyak called “eat street”, tonnes of restaurants and massage places just at the front door.

Bang in the middle of Eat Street, with easy access to all the bars/restaurants, this has been our go-to hotel for 6 years and will continue to be for many more to come!

This is a great hotel, right in the heart of eat street Seminyak.

It is perfectly positioned right in the middle of the famous Seminyak eat street, fantastic staff, great rooftop pool, really good breakfast and excellent free WiFi.

The location is fabulous right on eat street with so much choice for food and bars , an easy short walk to the beach and shopping square .

This was the second time my partner and I stayed at this hotel, we’re in our mid 20’s and couldn’t recommend it any more for young couples wanting to be in the middle of Seminyak, especially with a great rooftop pool.

My favourite feature and one of the reason I keep returning, is the rooftop pool.

From the roof top pool with all day sun, to the street filled with dining options.

Breakfast was good, and the rooftop pool was also great.

The rooftop pool and bar area is spectacular with views across the city and to the sea - a great vantage point to watch the sun set over the ocean.

The rooftop pool was great & happy hour perfect for that holiday treat.

So nice to pop back after a morning by the rooftop pool to a clean room.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the rooftop pool was just perfect.

CONS:
- one of the sofa inside the room, you can see with visible eyes, that it has a big stained with dark color o it and its a little bit nasty to sit on it.

The smell of soap and shampoo and body wash is really good.

Unfortunately, we were placed in a smoker's room (neither of us smoke) and this meant we were on the ground level - right near the open foyer and street.

Only downside was the funky sewage smell at the lobby at times,

Only downside was the slight smell in our bathroom.

The only one negative point is the smell in the elevator.

The building is getting old, and you can smell bad smells everywhere inside the corridors.

There was a slight smell from the bathroom on the first night which either went away or we got used too.

Slight moldy smell in room, be nice to offer essential oil burners.

Still notice a bit of a sewage type smell in the lifts and sometimes in the bathroom.

Back Elevator did have an unpleasant odour coming from it that should be addressed.

Very noisy aircon and waaaay too much perfume in the room on arrival (I suspect may have been hiding something).

But somehow you know that someone is doing his or her business because you can just smell it once you entered the room.

The toilet also smelled a little bit funky

The AC in my first room did not work well on the first night and the taps in the shower were old and rusty with a little bit of an off smell.

The only thing we would like U Paasha to improve is having a NON SMOKING pool, it will make some differences.

Very slow and doesn't load basic pages - we had to hot spot using mobile data for emails
- Not much hot water after a few minutes
- Bathroom and toilet has mould and water damage, the drain in the toilet was blocked upon check in so the floors stayed wet after house keeping must have hosed it down 
- Small details that we had on our last stay were missed: no bath robes, no floor towel and bath items missing 
- Breakfast quality drastically declined.

High quality standards, spacious rooms, amazing breakfast (both Indonesian and Western options).

The room are spacious with a big size bathroom.

Quick and easy check in, room was spacious, clean and loved the door to open up to the balcony.

It is  very spacious, with large rooms and wide hallways.

Though it is now an older hotel and like many hotels recovering after the Covid shutdowns, it still offers spacious modern rooms, a very comfy king-size bed and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

The suites are spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, I had trouble waking up in the mornings.

The hotel is great and well designed, the room are extremely spacious and love the open layout.

We had to call each time to get our towels.

When we tried to get the room again at 7pm the room is not that ready the staff needed to bring towels to us later

Cons , not enough sun beds , late with pool towels most days , poor quality breakfast , misleading details , (pillow choice , soap choice ) gym now in basement not rooftop  .

especially you handle a towel for your guests)

The hotel had a car service they provide who met me at the baggage claim and took me direct via air conditioned car with wifi and a cold towel to the check in desk.

Pool towels provided and you do not have to bring.

hand towels and face washers were not provided in the room

The moist towels and water in the car were most welcome.

3) electrical wall sockets built at inaccessible areas close to the ground.

And the bathroom towels are white and fluffy.

Only feedback would be to upgrade the towels as they are getting a bit worn.

Robes and on occasion towels a little worn and need replacing.

SERVICE
Cleaning services was quite poor, on more than four occasions they had taken away our towels and emptied bins.

The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the room towels, they had stains.

However the shower was still dirty and the towels were not clean, we always had to ask for new towels.

The bedding was dirty, as were the towels.

The resort itself is within easy walking distance of "Eat Street" and a short taxi ride (or shuttle) to the beach.

The Trans is in a great location, being close to Eat Street.

Overall our stay was great, I would stay again, the only big down fall is the main road and trying to navigate with a pram along the street up to the main Seminyak eat street area, it is a lot of dodging cars and we found it really unsafe with our kids trying to get up there because of the large amount of traffic.

‘Eat Street’ is only a few minutes walk away to many good restaurants, shops and spas.

but I can honestly say that The Trans provides the best solution for all types of holidays and is perfectly located, close to Eat Street but slightly away from the hustle and bustle!

It's also only a short walk to Seminyak's "Eat Street" if you want to go out and experience some great dining options.

Amazing hotel located conveniently to Eat Street.

On some occasions i preferred to swim at the beach which is at the end of eat street, a mere 10 minute walk past several famous bars and shops.

The resort is beautiful the rooms are spacious and high end location of this resort is 5min walk to eat street there was only one negative the resort didnt have a swim up bar apart from that i couldnt fault anything else i highly recommend this resort

The pool was very large, one section has a small beach area for children and parents with sun beds and parasols.

It was quiet during our stay with several families with young kids having a great time.

Swimming pool clear and wide not too deep, so we can swim around freely, great for family with children.

The slide was great and the kids enjoyed going down it a million times.

Thanks for the hospitality and gave surprise my son  birthday’s cake at the restaurant.

Being in my 40's though, and with adult kids, I will definitely book a villa on my next stay for the added peace, tranquility and privacy.

My grandchildren had a lovely time in the kids club .

Thank you again for being so kind to me, my wife and my son.

However, the down side is the hotel do not have access to any beach or the ocean view.. 

My family enjoyed the pool area.. my baby girl loves playing with the sand..

The kids enjoy the kids club and the staff throughout the entire resort are fantastic.

Our children are already saving their pocket money so we can return again next year!

Trans is ideal for families (waterslide for the kids)

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage  children) recently stayed at the Trans Resort and had a fantastic time.

The 80 metre long outdoor pool is fantastic with a shallow end for the kids, separated from the deeper main pool.

Our kids were moved to a twin room in the following night and the room was miles away from us with bad internet connection.

Our families enjoyed the kids club, the gym & the spa facilities.

but it would be great for kids too as there seemed to be loads of activities for them to do.

There is a lovely quiet small bar on the corridor as you head up to the rooftop bar, which again is stunning…..watching the sunset from there was just magical with plenty of choices of drinks available.

Their rooftop bar is amazing, I could spend my whole evening there, its just needs a little replacing of the furniture

The accommodation, restaurant, pool, roof top bar and most of all, the wonderful friendly staff made our experience awesome.

Buffet breakfast at The Restaurant is plentiful with barista made coffee and you can’t beat the sunset views on The Rooftop Bar.

They have a great rooftop bar, where we watched the sun set.

We love all the ladies in club lounge, Sanji up on roof top bar always greets us with a big smile.

lastly thank you to  Sanji and Norris for their assistance in the club lounge / roof top bar.

Rooftop bar was very relaxing with amazing views.

We enjoyed all the facilities, especially the rooftop bar.

The facilities were also amazing and my family and I had a very relaxing holiday. Kids loved the beach pool and the rooftop bar was also great (excellent sunset views)

The roof top bar is great for sunset drinks.

Another highlight was the 18th floor roof top bar, each night once again experiencing delightful people.

We loved our choices to have a drink, either in the Lobby or Roof Top Bar.

There is a roof top bar which is open from 4pm until late and you can watch the sun setting, it is really lovely.

The rooftop bar was a lovely place to watch the sunset.

Ketut, Indra & Norris in the restaurant greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast
Sanji, Gusto & Angga at the roof top bar were ready with our nightly cocktails.

A man by the name of Norris greeted us every morning for breakfast and every evening on the rooftop bar.

The staff are so friendly and always polite, especially at the rooftop bar and lounge.

Their responses to complaints is very slow.

The only other thing that lets them down is the pool service is frustratingly slow waiting excessively long times just for a drink order, and when you can see no one at the bar even making any drinks it is very frustrating.

Some of the food was cold, drinks service very slow.

The hotel WiFi is terrible, barely usable, it was very slow to open an email, streaming Netflix was out of the question.

but found there was a very slow service when ordering hot drinks and omelette orders as it seems that there are not enough people working these counters to meet demand.

Resort is in a great location and you can do a slow walk to Seminyak Square in about 20 min.

(-) internet is very slow, and sometimes keep disconnected.

Only negative that I feel the hotel definitely need to think about and improve on, is how slow and few the elevators are.

Juices were mostly from concentrates, food was very slow to be replaced when it had run out and generally quite bland.

Wonderful breakfasts, rooftop bar cocktails, and spa treatments.

All rooms overlook the pools and each has a good sized balcony with comfy day bed and spa.

We loved putting our baby boy in the man-made "beach" nearly every day, our room for an entry level room was huge, we were always well stocked with bottled water, had a day bed and spa outside and had so many hidden extras.

The Trans was super clean and had great amenities (the spa and gym were fantastic).

The sauna was great, we used it almost every day.

Special thanks to FB manager NORRIS & Bartender SAPTA, Spa attendant EKO & chef EDI for looking after us.

A spa bath with a citrus bath bomb (supplied daily) is the perfect way to wrap up the day.

Hugh variety at breakfast and the Spa has a great variety of services (although a little pricey).

There were quite big trouble on the SPA service, Villa bachelor, In-room dining service.

Spa service was great with many specials available.

The hotel is located centrally in Seminyak with plenty of restaurants, shops and spas around.

We got some great inclusions during our stay, free massage, cocktails and lunches such a nice bonus!
