Clean room and lovely food at breakfast.great location closed to the beach and many shop around.The spa was amazing with takented therapist.

The grounds and rooms are up to their usual high level of maintenance and cleanliness and the "What the Truck" sandwich wagon is still an excellent meal deal.

It’s clean, beautiful, and the staff are very kind and friendly, nothing it too much trouble for them.

The room was very modern, clean & perfect for a luxury getaway.

Find it difficult to find any faults, spotlessly clean, quick and pleasant service nothing too much trouble.

The hotel room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and left exceptionally clean.

The facilities are impeccable three pools to chose what suits your needs.

we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room - was more like an apartment - spacious, clean.

I really recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids.. they have kids club, nice pool and good pool bar.

The kids club was a savior for me and I was able to leave my baby there for two hours and go for a massage at the spa.

Also great facilities for families and kids-kids club.

Kids also love the kids club and love Komang who accompanied them in kids club.

The hotel also offers buggy service to the beach and ‘Eat Street’ where there are more bars and restaurants.

The hotel is in a perfect location, it also has a free shuttle that will take you to Eat Street, Seminyak Square or Double 6 beach.

although the beach and eat street are also easily accessible by foot.

It was only 5 min away from the beach , Eat Street and night life.

Also loved the free shuttle to ‘eat street’ or the Courtyard’s private beach which was also within walking distance.

There is a shuttle to eat street and it’s own private beach.

The shuttle is available to the B66 beach and Eat Street.

The location is perfect to all the iconic beach bars with bean bags and so close to eat street restaurants.

Hotel has a golf cart to take you to their private beach area or Eat Street, etc.

Rudi from house keeping was also another staff members who stood out went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect ..
We booked the indulgence package and highly recommend definitely felt it was great value with massage, lunch, dinner and cocktails included..
Easy to stay at the hotel and just relax or venture out as great location to eat street and the beach.

Location great, 5 mins walk from beach, step outside hotel and restaurants, bars are within walking distance or free shuttle buggy can take to Eat Street, where there’s an array or places to eat.

Other things about this resort that were great include:
- Buggy available to take guests to one of three spots in Seminyak - Eat Street, Seminyak beach or to Jl Raya Basangkasa (shopping street) - very handy!!

The hotel has a golf buggy that can take you to eat street or down to the beach which is walk able.

Plenty of news and movie channels on the TV, excellent air con, free popcorn and fairyfloss for the kids, a complimentary shuttle to drop you off at the beach (which is an easy 8 min walk), or Eat Street.

Location is spot on, short walk to beach for sunset and a 15 minute walk to eat street for dinner.

They provide a free shuttle to bring you to the courtyard's private beach (free water and towel) and eat street.

Our kids used the kids club facility at the hotel for few days and they were more than happy to back to the kids club each day!

The upper level has the bar with a swim up pool section and the lower section has a shallower area for kids.

The mash potatoes were nice and kids burger too.

Hotel concierge organised us some great trips to the local temple and dance and to release baby turtles for an unbelievably decent price and driver even waited for the tickets for the dance for us while we explored the temple.

My daughter and I stayed for a week during which time we experienced wonderful staff, so willing to please.

I came with Family to celebrate my daughter birthday, thank you Yudi to welcome us so nice and make our plan here so good, and the food are still so nice even the pandemic,definetely will coming back again with another planning.

Great staff with amazingly friendly and caring service, especially Ms.  Chinta with her hospitality, also the staff who serve on the rooftop and the room cleaner's girl who have worked well and politely.. Don't hesitate to come back to stay here in the future..

Checked in with 3 children to spend 4 nights stay

while our friends watched our toddler for us.

There are 3 pools, one being the pool bar, normal pool and then a kids pool.

Kids are treated so beautifully by all the staff and other guests.

The other rooms are way too noisy, small and dark!

About 40mins to airport on a normal traffic condition.

Lots of chaotic, noisy traffic, persistent honking taxis and stallholders

A staff member asked us to turn it down - you could barely hear it as it was.

The rooms are a bit noisy as hotel is situated in a busy area

but we could hear the music went on until 1AM.

the pool and the restaurant can get noisy in the day and evening

but functional, the pool expansive, although perhaps its central layout means it can be a little noisy for pool view suites.

We stayed in room 352 which we found was extremely noisy as we were over the "kids" pool area.

but got placed in a corner room directly by the streets - so cars on both sides-traffic is very bad in Bali, so it was super loud.

This became quite nauseating after a few nights, we would have preferred to hear traditional Balinese music

I would not recommend a street view as it’s a busy street and noisy.

There should be a safety device to protect guests, if my sister had not woken me i may not have lived to write a review.

but it was perfectly situated near the poor but far enough away from the kids pool to avoid hearing the hustle and bustle.

My 11 yr old daughter was quite overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of Seminyak

I’d read a few reviews before I booked that the city view rooms were noisy

We were kept awake by the horns and woken at 5:30am by chairs being rearranged by the restaurant.

The reception staff quickly responded after we had issues with rude, noisy guests in adjoining rooms and Ramu in management personally saw to rellocating us.

Also woken by drunkards in the corridors and outside.

This resort was the perfect getaway with an amazing pool, spa, and private beach area.

Looking forward to the rest of our holiday and the hotel spa.

The massages were incredibly relaxing and just what we needed to relax.

Look for him if you want some games to remember 😉👌

The gym has an adequate range of equipment, and the spa offered a very professional massage service.

I had Parsini and I think she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had.

Breakfasts at the Seminyak Kitchen were amazing, great rooms, lovely pool, fitness centre and a spa.

The spa is also great and I would highly recommend the Balinese massage.

All the staff were friendly and helpful for us, accommodating our requests. My husband and I were also able to get away for a couples massage (which was divine!)

Great location, very close to Eat Street in Seminyak!

The resort itself is within easy walking distance of "Eat Street" and a short taxi ride (or shuttle) to the beach.

even though the hotel is located next to Eat Street.

The Trans is in a great location, being close to Eat Street.

Overall our stay was great, I would stay again, the only big down fall is the main road and trying to navigate with a pram along the street up to the main Seminyak eat street area, it is a lot of dodging cars and we found it really unsafe with our kids trying to get up there because of the large amount of traffic.

‘Eat Street’ is only a few minutes walk away to many good restaurants, shops and spas.

but I can honestly say that The Trans provides the best solution for all types of holidays and is perfectly located, close to Eat Street but slightly away from the hustle and bustle!

It's also only a short walk to Seminyak's "Eat Street" if you want to go out and experience some great dining options.

Amazing hotel located conveniently to Eat Street.

On some occasions i preferred to swim at the beach which is at the end of eat street, a mere 10 minute walk past several famous bars and shops.

The resort is beautiful the rooms are spacious and high end location of this resort is 5min walk to eat street there was only one negative the resort didnt have a swim up bar apart from that i couldnt fault anything else i highly recommend this resort

The pool was very large, one section has a small beach area for children and parents with sun beds and parasols.

It was quiet during our stay with several families with young kids having a great time.

Swimming pool clear and wide not too deep, so we can swim around freely, great for family with children.

The slide was great and the kids enjoyed going down it a million times.

Being in my 40's though, and with adult kids, I will definitely book a villa on my next stay for the added peace, tranquility and privacy.

My grandchildren had a lovely time in the kids club .

However, the down side is the hotel do not have access to any beach or the ocean view.. 

My family enjoyed the pool area.. my baby girl loves playing with the sand..

The kids enjoy the kids club and the staff throughout the entire resort are fantastic.

Our children are already saving their pocket money so we can return again next year!

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage  children) recently stayed at the Trans Resort and had a fantastic time.

The 80 metre long outdoor pool is fantastic with a shallow end for the kids, separated from the deeper main pool.

Our kids were moved to a twin room in the following night and the room was miles away from us with bad internet connection.

Our families enjoyed the kids club, the gym & the spa facilities.

but it would be great for kids too as there seemed to be loads of activities for them to do.

There is a lovely quiet small bar on the corridor as you head up to the rooftop bar, which again is stunning…..watching the sunset from there was just magical with plenty of choices of drinks available.

Their rooftop bar is amazing, I could spend my whole evening there, its just needs a little replacing of the furniture

The accommodation, restaurant, pool, roof top bar and most of all, the wonderful friendly staff made our experience awesome.

Buffet breakfast at The Restaurant is plentiful with barista made coffee and you can’t beat the sunset views on The Rooftop Bar.

They have a great rooftop bar, where we watched the sun set.

We love all the ladies in club lounge, Sanji up on roof top bar always greets us with a big smile.

lastly thank you to  Sanji and Norris for their assistance in the club lounge / roof top bar.

Rooftop bar was very relaxing with amazing views.

We enjoyed all the facilities, especially the rooftop bar.

The facilities were also amazing and my family and I had a very relaxing holiday. Kids loved the beach pool and the rooftop bar was also great (excellent sunset views)

The roof top bar is great for sunset drinks.

Another highlight was the 18th floor roof top bar, each night once again experiencing delightful people.

We loved our choices to have a drink, either in the Lobby or Roof Top Bar.

There is a roof top bar which is open from 4pm until late and you can watch the sun setting, it is really lovely.

The rooftop bar was a lovely place to watch the sunset.

Ketut, Indra & Norris in the restaurant greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast
Sanji, Gusto & Angga at the roof top bar were ready with our nightly cocktails.

A man by the name of Norris greeted us every morning for breakfast and every evening on the rooftop bar.

The staff are so friendly and always polite, especially at the rooftop bar and lounge.

Their responses to complaints is very slow.

The only other thing that lets them down is the pool service is frustratingly slow waiting excessively long times just for a drink order, and when you can see no one at the bar even making any drinks it is very frustrating.

Some of the food was cold, drinks service very slow.

The hotel WiFi is terrible, barely usable, it was very slow to open an email, streaming Netflix was out of the question.

but found there was a very slow service when ordering hot drinks and omelette orders as it seems that there are not enough people working these counters to meet demand.

Resort is in a great location and you can do a slow walk to Seminyak Square in about 20 min.

(-) internet is very slow, and sometimes keep disconnected.

Only negative that I feel the hotel definitely need to think about and improve on, is how slow and few the elevators are.

Juices were mostly from concentrates, food was very slow to be replaced when it had run out and generally quite bland.

Wonderful breakfasts, rooftop bar cocktails, and spa treatments.

All rooms overlook the pools and each has a good sized balcony with comfy day bed and spa.

We loved putting our baby boy in the man-made "beach" nearly every day, our room for an entry level room was huge, we were always well stocked with bottled water, had a day bed and spa outside and had so many hidden extras.

The sauna was great, we used it almost every day.

Special thanks to FB manager NORRIS & Bartender SAPTA, Spa attendant EKO & chef EDI for looking after us.

A spa bath with a citrus bath bomb (supplied daily) is the perfect way to wrap up the day.

Hugh variety at breakfast and the Spa has a great variety of services (although a little pricey).

There were quite big trouble on the SPA service, Villa bachelor, In-room dining service.

Spa service was great with many specials available.

The hotel is located centrally in Seminyak with plenty of restaurants, shops and spas around.

We got some great inclusions during our stay, free massage, cocktails and lunches such a nice bonus!

This is our 2nd time at the Trans Resort Seminyak and we definitely recommend staying there, excellw t for children with a fantastic kids club, not to mention the amazing day spa.
