Apart from the low shower there was a large overhead shower with plenty of hot water.

The Trans resort Bali is total luxury, in every way - from the size of the rooms, the toiletries and facilities, to the food and  the top notch, attentive service.

The bathroom was large, well designed and had quality towels and amenities.

The room amenities was excellent, the most complete amenities provided I saw in Bali.

they have this value : keep the room and bathroom clean.. including the visitor elevator..

The things that we loved the most is the luxurious of the bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi and the ambience it self.

Rooms are plush and large in size, amenities are top quality and refilled daily.

Awesome pool, kind staff, high-quality bathrobe, comfy bed, and meals were impressive.

The toiletries in the bathroom are luxurious too.

The lobby is opulent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with luxurious toiletries supplied, the pool is sparkling and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The Trans was super clean and had great amenities (the spa and gym were fantastic).

Very satisfied with the quality of the rooms, from high quality bedding and excellent toiletries (especially the Villa with Acqua di Parma toiletries).

They were great in not over charging and charging for the little things like extra water bottles , adaptors and amenities.

A spa bath with a citrus bath bomb (supplied daily) is the perfect way to wrap up the day.

All the amenities and luxuries one could ask for when travelling.

Overall cleanliness was 10/10
Also very generous with bathroom amenities, you won’t to bring anything apart from deodorant.

Rooms are big , beds comfy and all amenities you need .

Bath tub and bath bomb also have in the room.

Despite having fun with the activities, I personally believe maintenance should be a priority considering broken tiles may lead to safety hazard (pictures attached).

Were it not for a few minor things like the wifi in our room cutting out, and the plug in our jacuzzi being broken we wouldn’t be able to fault the stay.

On this occasion a tumbler was chipped in the bathroom - I’m not sure if the chip was already there or broken by one of our kids

need a little improvement on the kidsclub as mainly of its toys are old and broken and could add mini slides like the one in Bandung.

but not ideal for small children because of JL Sunset being incredibly busy and all the seminyak roads are very busy and not suitable for prams (also because of broken paths, potholes etc).

If travelling with a broken ankle you really need the knee scooter.

The location was an easy walk to eat st and the shops and restaurants there and one day we walked back from double six beach (including the kids, 10, 8 and 4 who struggled a bit towards the end

The pool was very large, one section has a small beach area for children and parents with sun beds and parasols.

It was quiet during our stay with several families with young kids having a great time.

Swimming pool clear and wide not too deep, so we can swim around freely, great for family with children.

The slide was great and the kids enjoyed going down it a million times.

Thanks for the hospitality and gave surprise my son  birthday’s cake at the restaurant.

Being in my 40's though, and with adult kids, I will definitely book a villa on my next stay for the added peace, tranquility and privacy.

My grandchildren had a lovely time in the kids club .

Thank you again for being so kind to me, my wife and my son.

However, the down side is the hotel do not have access to any beach or the ocean view.. 

My family enjoyed the pool area.. my baby girl loves playing with the sand..

Our children are already saving their pocket money so we can return again next year!

The kids enjoy the kids club and the staff throughout the entire resort are fantastic.

Kids club is fantastic and they also have nannying services.

Trans is ideal for families (waterslide for the kids)

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage  children) recently stayed at the Trans Resort and had a fantastic time.

The 80 metre long outdoor pool is fantastic with a shallow end for the kids, separated from the deeper main pool.

Our kids were moved to a twin room in the following night and the room was miles away from us with bad internet connection.

Our families enjoyed the kids club, the gym & the spa facilities.

but it would be great for kids too as there seemed to be loads of activities for them to do.

The balcony had a day bed and a jacuzzi which added a luxurious feel to it.

Beautiful main property, amazing pool area and wonderful warm staff.

This includes everyone including the guys out the front managing traffic to the room cleaners, pool and gym guys, restaurant, reception etc etc.

They’re honestly beautiful with your own pool and serviced by your personal

The Villas are incredibly lavish and located in a lush garden setting with a beautiful pool and cabana.

I believe that every room have balcony, and the unexpected part yet should be fully anticipated is the jacuzzi.

The kids loved the swimming pool it’s amazing, half is like a sand pool and the other half is a normal pool.

The rooms are amazing ( wish we had booked a room with direct access to the pool) .

The quality room products were superb from bedroom, sofa, bathtub whirlpool, terrace balkon.

The outdoor jacuzzi was great to unwind in at the end of the day.

They have daily games in the pool which are great.

The resort was spotless, the pool was exceptional and staff second to none.

The rooms are spacious, spotless and modern and each balcony has a pool view, which is lovely.

The accommodation, restaurant, pool, roof top bar and most of all, the wonderful friendly staff made our experience awesome.

However, I ordered in room service and some snacks by the pool that turned out to be delicious..

There is also an a’la carte breakfast menu which had a good choice.

Wonderful breakfasts, rooftop bar cocktails, and spa treatments.

6 Star Hotel as the service from staff are so welcoming and willing to make sure your stay is fabulous, delicious breakfast with foods from around the world, the ambience, luxury rooms, and cocktails on the roof top lazing on big sofa beds with a blazing fire pit and view over Seminyak. Amazing!

Plus there were quite a few options on the A La Carte menu.

Although a busy street (where isn’t it busy in that area), it’s close to the main shopping and eating streets in Seminyak, and still walkable to beach.

All the food, drink, cocktails, etc… was fantastic and the facilities were first rate.

The service from check in , restaurant, room service & all the personal were fantastic.

A lot of the food during breakfast are left with no lid and guests could take their own food in the buffet with no mask on.

We ordered food and drinks and all was great!

I consumed In Room Dining and very surprised that the quality of food and taste met my qualification, also good presentation.

Place immaculate and the food was outstanding.

Great variety of foods for breakfast, fresh juices, yummy desserts and tasty Asian food.

The F&B food and service was excellent as well.

The buffet breakfast was vast, something for everyone and we did eat in the restaurant on the first night and that was yummy .

Everyone greets you with a smile and I need to stress this majorly - I've been to Europe and other parts of Asia and always been pushed to take my business to certain restaurants or services that are linked with the hotel -

Minus items are:
- no valet parking
- smoking area is not isolated, so when kids passing to the lift, strong smoke will be annoying us.

I did notice a smell for most of our stay in the bathroom which is probably just the plumbing.

The Italian soap/toiletries that offer smelt really weird.

At reception half the area ( bar side ) allows smoking, and getting to and from the lifts is not nice for non-smokers.

My wife had a muffler burn a few days before from riding a scooter / motorbike.

(if you are looking for one, not the place to stay)
- Somehow new policy of not allowing food from outside to be brought in the room; dunno if this is a good policy when you have only one restaurant which closes at 11:00 pm

Needs to be improved:
- I somehow could not find any socket in the bathroom for using the hairdryer 
- Spots for smokers are very limited and also a bit discriminated whether you smoke as a foreigner (non Indonesian) or as an Indonesian; as if to foreigners you don’t dare to tell them it is prohibited,

The toilet/plumbing is poor - on several occasions a stagnant sewage smell bubbled up into the bathroom.

but the hotel doesn't have non-smoking and smoking sections segregated so we were blanketed with second hand cigarette smoke from other inconsiderate guests.

.we had a bad experience after second night we discovered sewerage was leaking from the above room urine leaking from the toilet above .

apologize if I could say my only one minus is the minimum smoking area place.

Some towels had permanent stains, toilet wasn’t clean every day (I could smell the urine).

One area they need to change is SMOKING !!

It was also limited The wine on offer was disgusting cheap and nasty, not what one would expect from an establishment such as this, the drinks were not free flowing and you had to ask when your drink needed refilling.

We didn't swim at the beach as many open drains empty straight into it and we didn't want to take the risk.

The room are big complete with a pool in the bathroom.

Rooms are come in decent size with your own jacuzzi inside the bathroom.

The bathroom was a lavish all white marble with windows all around.

It has all required amenities for comfortable stay.

From the ample lounge space, huge bathroom with beautiful views from the bathtub and the most comfortable bed our stay was amazing.

The rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom which had a corner bath and large shower and there were plugs in all the right places.

We booked 2 rooms with connecting door,check in process was fast,staff is good at their job.welcome drink.. yes.. they gave you.room is spacious,clean towel,clean bathroom,breakfast was great.. a alot of variety food,asian food,western food its all great.but please dont buy cocktail in pool area.. the taste was poor.they said it pinacolada..

The bathroom was also super nice and large.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.

There was a really lovely glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, making it possible to enjoy the ocean view from both.

Everything from the scrub, massage, and bath was impeccable.

The linen , toiletries and towels were a good quality.

Spacious rooms (with nightly turn - down service) had everything we needed,  including bath salts for a relaxing soak in the tub.

Rooms are very nice with tub and large shower.

Loved the surrounding area and the other amenities in the hotel.

Bathroom was huge with a triangle spa bath in the corner and a large tiled shower.

I loved the big shower and bath and their little toiletries are great.

The hotel itself has some of the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered on a holiday, from the front desk down to the gardeners they all say morning, smile and greet you on a day to day basis I would personally say the staff here are what makes this hotel you really are some of the best.

The separate bath/shower was always a big plus for me

Our family on vacation truly enjoys the bird's eye-view of the horizon from the hotel high tower by the shore, where starry sky, ebbs and tides are our observation delights.

The garden looks beautiful, the beach was not special; shallow and a lot of stones, no restaurants.

We stay 2 nights at Nikko Bali, the hotel is quite luxury and well designed, strategic location and place are beautiful with private beach.

They have swimming pool and they have own beach, kids club etc.

The beach area is nice and if you are used to living near a F1 track the the constant revving engine noise from the countless Jetskis zooming across the sea, and the waft of fuel every now and again.

The hospitality, spacious and clean room, tasty breakfast, and  the direct access to the beautiful beach are all are very great.

Nice big pool on the beach and cool pool bar.

Would also recommend to clean the beach near by hotel from seaweed.

It is located perfectly near all local shops and on the beach.

Pool bar, breakfast buffet, Giorgio, Nagisa Izikaya, the spa, yoga class, of course the pool and the beach.. all are awesome !!!

The resort is on the beach and the backend faces numerous shops and restaurants, all very reasonably priced with live entertainment.

We chose to pre-book a romantic beach dinner and we were not disappointed, the set up was stunning and very romantic for our special trip - the steak the prepared for our main was to die for!

The hotel beach offers the most beautiful sunrise too and is a key selling point for the venue.

And they offered lots of other little things like a romantic dinner on the beach, local cuisines and dance nights etc.

A popular destination for foreign tourists who spends weeks here enjoying the beautiful environment and the sandy beach.

Friendly and efficient staff, good buffet, the excellent Italian restaurant (with live musicians), very good rooms and located next to the beach, great bars and a myriad of high-quality spa massages.

but I found the hotel very noisy late at night/early am as noise echoed off the tiled walkways with foot traffic, and the relatively large gap under the door also let conversations intrude easily.

Room looked old, doors were broken, breakfast was sad (except for the nutella),

$15 AUD for a cocktail is Way too high, when you can go next door and get them for half the price!

Talking of jet skis etc - it does get a little busy when the tide is right as they sell jet skii and boat rides etc right next door -

Resort is a little tired and Slightly disappointed in garden View room as I am looking out to a wall with another multistory resort next door.

Spoke to reception who told us to show her what was wrong and told us we had double locked the door.

but it never went on late and we couldn't hear the music when our patio door was shut, despite being almost next to the main area where the performances were held, which resulted in a great nights sleep every night.

But beware, the door to the hallway are thin.

We did find it quite noisy outside our room in the mornings while we were still sleeping of doors bagging and people.

but not as bad as the beach in the public beach areas next door which are pretty much disgusting.

We ended up going to the hotel next door and spent a lot of money on food and drinks.

Firstly , the room service wasn't knocking door when they bring us a towel to the room.

- you will wake up very early every morning as the doors get slammed
- there is a company right next to the beach that do paragliding - an absolute nightmare!

but window and balcony door could not be closed properly and bathtub stopper knob does not work, is using the manual stopper.

We looked out over a back service door and an unfinished building that had no sign of workers.

There are no curtains on the balcony doors, merely shutters, so you are either in the dark or exposed.

One door to our balcony was permanently locked shut, not big issue

However they were very noisy as the front doors were not well built.

The doors slam close and the ice machine is being accessed 24 hours s day.

The fridge wooden door was difficult to open, as well as the drawers, the safety deposit box was not working, the water cattle lid was broken and it couldn't turn off automatically, the wall paint started to pealing off with cracks here and there, the lap shades were moldy.

When I asked him to delete he said his phone was dead.

We accidentally left the dishes outside the room instead of calling for a pick up,

but it sounded like they were running, moving furniture and thumping around to the point where I did call reception to ask if construction was being done.

We had to livestream the game on our mobile phone and were disappointed that we could not watch this big game on TV.

Excursions via the hotel were more expensive so we used a local specialist and made friends with a taxi driver who took us everywhere we wanted pretty much on call (inc trips to Bali Safari, Bali Swing and Waterbom).

Anyway we went and had a look around the so called resort if you could call it that?

The plumbing was an issue and we twice had to call maintenance to unblock the loo.

There were so many power points in the room, you’d never run out of points to charge your phones or devices!

They did not replace the towels accordingly and we had to call the reception 3 times with no results.

Our toilet was not flushing properly and we had to call maintenance to check.

We looked up every bottle on their list with our phone and they were charging like $60 USD for a $4 USD bottle in the states.

When I saw the camera I called for security immediately, it took 15 minutes and 3 phone calls from me before they sleepily showed up at my room.

but you can call the housekeeping department and ask for one and they will bring it to your room, you can keep it for your entire stay at no extra charge.

Then we rang again the following day to book for the next morning and were told again they weren't on.

$13 for a poorly made cocktail is not what I would call relaxing.

i booked ocean view suite, every day i need to call maintanace to look after one or other issue.

Ive tried to call for the engineering service,

buttons and reading the screen of the machine it came to my attention that there was an issue with the machine, i brought this to his attention, he then spoke to the manger who rang the bank and 20 minutes later payment successful.

Apart from this on our third day, the towels were not replaced and we had to call for towels, it took about 10-15 mins for it to come, so I suggest guests to call as soon as you see them missing, so you have them when you'd like to use them.

but this is where we found delicious food, the sea was immediately visible from the room, warm and fast service from the head of housekeeping, Mr. Ucok.

but even the Nikko Bali is to quiet, come back fro a meal out at say 8 or 9 at night, you might want to sit out on the loverly veranda overlooking the beautiful hotel garden, but try finding a beer, a coffee, tea, ANYTHING!!!

And also they have various and tasty breakfast!love it.

Loads of fun, loads of info and hacks from Godasan, we laughed, we learn, we eat, we want to go back.

The meals were included in the Silent Day package and were fresh and delicious .

Walk out front to great selection of restaurants and mini marts near by.

Food and beverage prices are very cheap and quite tasty.

We did go outside of the resort for a few meals

Top Japanese restaurant, Nagisa, great Sashimi chef, goes to a lot of effort in shopping fresh from the markets each morning.

Hotel has very big outdoor swimming pool and nice restaurants.

The hotel was very accommodating to us as a large group and even thanked us for spending time and money at their bar and restaurants.

but compare to other hotels and locations that we’ve stayed in Bali, we definitely can say : we love it here

Easy stroll to other resto for culinary adventure.

Broken tiles and lots of moss/slime so not amazing.

but when you're in it you find missing tiles everywhere was left with a few cuts to my feet.

Tiles were missing on the sides and bottom of the pool.

The shower unit itself was showing signs of wear with a tile broken and rust from the metal frame running down the tiles.

but poorly maintained..tiles are missing everywhere and the pool also is not well maintained.

Only negative on the pool is that there are loose tiles.

but nothing too noticeable as where the tiles were loose were too deep for us to stand on anyways, so I'm not sure what the other reviews were talking about.

The only negative was the hotel it starting to show its age and a little faded in areas, scuffed woodwork and paint and occasional tiles missing around pool

However the pool does have a bit of maintenances needed to maintain it, a few cracked tiles on the bottom, not a deal breaker,

We waddled down to the pool to escape our room, only to find once you're in it, all the tiles on the bottom are loose or floating around like little plastic fish nipping at your ankles.

but there does seem to be more and more tiles coming away from the floor area of the pool, this I think needs addressing before it gets way out of hand!

however the pool flooring around the wet bar is looking rather sad and dare I say it, dangerous as many tiles are missing from this area.

although the pool needs some work as the tiles are loose and does sometimes cut you thus the reason for the rating of 4 and not 5.
