Our bellhop Arya was a wonderful introduction to the resort and explained many of the amenities to us.

If you’re looking for a place to relax with 5 star amenities and treatment, professional and amazing staff and steps to the beach, this is the place to be.

Lovely resort, many amenities, very friendly staff.

The family rooms are brilliant, the kids have their own room with bunks, their own tv and own bathroom.

Such a gorgeous resort with amenities to please everyone.

Bagus, Senti, Rust, Nova, Eri, Ardi, Rusfa are so helpful, polite and we love coming back to the Padma year after year to see the wonderful team.

The amenities are 1st class, food is excellent, surrounding gardens are immaculate and the staff are so nice and helpful, nothing is too hard for them and they always have a nice welcoming smile.

My last day after checkout I could use the departure lounge and the resort facilities for the whole day and shower before my flight.

Here you can hang you travel clothes in a secure locker - enjoy your day, and then have a shower etc prior to heading out to the airport.

The rooms were spacious, beds were super comfortable and good powered shower.

Check in process was smooth assisted by Pak Surya, hotel room was spacious for deluxe category and equipped with 5 star amenities.

I've got upgraded to Deluxe Chalet, bed was very comfortable and bathroom are huge.

And they had my favorite soap fragrance, lemongrass soap!

The room is spacious with good amenities.

Bathroom is clean, food is great, and the staff hospitality is top notch.

We had a great time at this resort, the place is beautiful, manicured garden and wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.

The gardens are immaculate and beautiful.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the resort is beautiful with all its gardens and pools, plus there is an abundance of activities to do.

Had a wonderful 10 nights in a Garden Club Chalet.

Excellent place, huge garden, many pools(lagoon, infinity & kid pool), modern design in the each room, beach just at the back of the resort, walking distance to shopping center/shop/ pasar seni.

The gardens, facilities, food and drinks are all incredible,

So happy to return to Padma post covid, They certainly didn't sit on their laurels, much of the staff worked on the gardens and general maintenance during the closure and the place looks absolutely stunning.

The gardens are impeccable, service is top notch, I honestly couldn't fault it and can't wait to go back.

We prefer the chalets upstairs, near the dragon statue in the garden.

We had great service from staff everywhere - restaurants,  The Garden Club, Swimming pools, bars and reception.

above all a beautiful environment and gardens and pools and rooms and of course lovely staff.

Sumei the Manager at Garden Club is also an asset to the Padma, he is amazing, and it was great seeing him again.

The gardens and pools were absolutely awesome.

Plus the hotel and gardens and pools are so beautiful and the food is amazing and the spa is great.

Everything at the Padma was beautiful - the staff, grounds, our chalet, gym, spa, food, location.

However as always with the Padma, from security, to housekeeping, to the grounds staff, and the pool staff - all fantastic who genuinely care for their guests and get excited to see you back.

The pools and facilities were incredible and the grounds were maintained very well.

The room, grounds and the restaurant are all lovely.

The whole team were amazed on our clean rooms, sparkling pools, and extremely tidy hotel grounds.

The grounds of the resort are stunning, there are 4 pools and always deck chairs available.

Although, I cannot remember her name at the moment, the young lady who remembered my birthday and organized a bday cake and song for me during dinner and also the gentleman who assisted me upon check in with my luggage and would always offer suggestions of Bali highlights when I ran into him on the grounds.

We loved our stay at the Padma fantastic grounds and pool.

The people and the grounds, hotel room staff are so helpful and attentive.

Condition of the property was superb, grounds were amazing, food excellent, staff were so accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

It was exactly like the pictures, clean very well every day and we really liked the location within the resort grounds.

The vast grounds and gardens are beautiful and the 4 pools have something to offer guests of all ages.

No matter which table you sat in, there was always a stunning view of the resort grounds.

Everything was so great, the value for money, the staff oh what a lovely team of staffs, the food (nasi padang breakfast was the best), the gardens, the room with our own little patio and mini garden (thank you for the junior suite), the easy acces to the beach for beautiful Legian sunset everyday, the big pools, the kids pool, the maintaince of the ground, the cleanliness, the safe feeling,.

Darma was fantastic coaching us and the kids.

The activities all ran on time, our daughter especially liked the foam party.

We love the padma, it is the most amazing place for kids, every staff member is so kind we especially love Freddie who works around the pool at the kids area.

Highlights include : Balinese dinner with cha-cha dancers, daily pool activities, kids hair by the pool, kids cupcake decorating, water slides, kids foam and dance party, shake shake milkshakes, etc.

Our boys repeatedly told us how much they adored you, as did we!

This time being a bit older my daughter joined in with activities with Jessica for 7-12 year olds.

but for a family and what it offers for kids and catering for the adults, its a great spot!

Lots of pristine pools and kids pool with slides that makes it great for kids of all ages.

Darma didn’t just deliver our bags for us, he greeted us so warmly, and he was kind and fun with our kids - they are looking out for him to say selamat pagi again!

My husband and two adult children have stayed here with many other friends and everyone of us has loved our experience every time.

Parents getting both play time with kids and relax time with the adults, and you wanted to be treated like a guest who they are honoured to have there rather than just another number.

not only are they playful with the kids, they are always watching out for them.

Awesome, so family friendly and special mention to Parwika for looking after the kids at the pool.

The staff are just beautiful, even to having a kids area at breakfast for them to play after eating, so that the kids can be occupied while you relax and enjoy your breakfast.

He was a great teacher, very patient and the kids had so much fun.

My daughter love to feed the ducks and fish at the pond.

There also have yoga,water sport and kids activites everyday.

It was a mistake to stay here only for one night!!

From the moment we arrived we knew that we had made a terrible mistake.

Unfortunately there were a minority of Padma staff who made our stay miserable due to repeated mistakes with our bookings, (everything from meal bookings through, airport transport to ordering a coffee!).

* The guest services number you dial for Room Service/General requests on several occasions said "yes yes yes" to our requests yet did not follow through on them or made mistakes with our requests.

not good when the rest of you travelling group are located elsewhere, we made this mistake.

2nd big mistake:  on checkout we advised the staff we would be in departure lounge waiting for our transport, we were due to be collected at 4.30 so at 4.20 we made our way back to reception and sat in clear view of the reception desk.

You get to really know a person/company by how they respond to mistakes. Padma.

TIP: If you are holidaying from Europe, don't make the mistake of staying in Nusa Dua as you will end up paying 30% more for food and drink in the resort and that's why the Padma is in an ideal location.

* The TV was old, poor quality and had a permanent line running through the screen.

Given the fact the hotel was only at 60% occupancy pretty poor I think.

The rooms weren’t cleaned to a satisfactory level.. floors and showers just received a wet towel wipe over.. pretty poor
Buffet breakfast was only fair

At 4.45 I asked concierge to please contact our driver, he lept up calling to the bell boy, told us our transport was in reception, they failed to mention to us that the poor man had been waiting for 1 hour 10 mins!

The poor hotel staff go out every morning and try to tidy the little strip in front of the hotel,

Service at the pool was a little slow, and staff had poor understanding of English,

To summarise the myriad of poor service and issues experienced:
- 2 days payment taken in local currency and charged FX by card compay (not clear when you are booking – as quoted in GBP), without access to the room given it was their error they did not take full payment on booking, only after a big argument were we given access to a room we’ve paid for (at least 2 days).

We had the new year party compulsory with the stay, it was expensive and unfortunately very poor effort by the hotel.

bar is 👌Had a very poor experience with another hotel so we decided to move to the padma.

Maintenance has gone off a bit and entertainment and music was poor.

Right now the view items towards the side of the hotel, so pretty poor.

Not that the food was poor, I just think it could be better..especially the club breakfasts at the SKAI club.

Only negative is poor lighting in the bathroom.

A great feature is their departure lounge which is basically like a business class lounge you can use if you have a late flight after you have checked out.

Arrived late at night, booking in was easy, welcome drinks in our room!

Upon checking in late, we were greeted with such friendly staff, even having welcome cocktails sent to our room.

Firstly I have to say a big thank you to all the staff at double six from greetings on arrival.

Everything from arrival to departure was fantastic.

We arrived in the evening and were greeted by staff who informed us booking.com made an error.

The customer service  from the time you check in till the time you Leave is exceptional.

Check in was actually fun with the signature cocktail- check in can be a pest at some hotels as you just want to relax after the flight

We ordered dinner at 11pm when we arrived and it was served to us within 15 minutes!

They immediately escort you to your room and you do the check in service from the comfort of your own space, may I add in air conditioning and without anyone else looking at you in the hotel lobby, the

Service can’t be faulted from the moment you arrive they are prompt, polite, informative and you get an introduction to everything straight away and then checked in, in your room.

but coz we look different we were getting evil stares and were targeted and felt very uncomfortable.The staff at reception and spa were very nice, friendly at first but once we checked out and went back for massage they weren’t helping us or assisting us and were not friendly.

Spacious room, clean bathroom dan the best part is my balcony facing the swimming pool dan the ocean directly.

We booked the Family Suite which consists of 1 main bedroom with very spacious bathroom, 1 living room and 1 smaller room with twin beds with smaller bathroom + a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean & the very large swimming pool.

Through the bathroom is access to the very large suite,

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and has all the amenities we were after.

We loved everything from our two stays there - the amenities, staff , location and restaurants and the pool.

Spacious and spa like - huge bathroom and bedroom area.

It was a shame as the hotel and amenities were lovely.

All washroom facilities were ALWAYS clean and tidy!

though was quite large and the stunning and gorgeous bathroom was huge.

but the luxury wasn’t apparent to us

Had it been half the price we’d have felt better about our stay but at $2,900 aud for a week we expected much more

Our first room on the second floor looked over the pool loungers, no view though we’d paid an extra $500 for one, very noisy with restaurant next door

We asked to see another room and had one on the 4th floor.

HOWEVER.. there is motion sensors in the whole room (even outside the toilet door?

Poor standard, out of tune singers competing giving you a mish mash of beats, poor quality music booming in your room, despite all the doors closed.

My only complaint was the door leading into the bathroom, not great for privacy.

Practically connected the bathroom along with the entrance and detached the bedroom with a sliding door for more privacy and soundproof.

Very no friendly attitude from all of the team meeting the Customer by the door!

The only drawback was the surroundings, which sadly were so noisy and the sound is at a all time high, even with doors closed.

Sadly I must mention the hideous Bar Coccoon located next door to Double Six Hotel which pumps out very loud doof doof music till all hours.

but the sound does seep through even with the doors closed.

We just shut the door and turned the air on to drown it out.

though had to leave door open due to damp musty smell so then had street noise & music from surrounding bars .

First time that  had a bad experience, in other hotels as soon you mention C trip they open  their doors .

Unfortunately, there is a loud bar across the road on the beach with the amps facing back toward Double Six and a beach club next door to the hotel -

Shortly after that was over we got a knock at the door asking if we need new towels.

butler service an added bonus (I had read reviews saying these rooms were too noisy with music from the beach bars but it doesn't go very late and it was lovey to sit on the balcony having a during listening to the live music which probably stopped around 9pm and with the large glass doors closed you can hardly hear it inside the room).

The noise meant we could not open our balcony doors or even watch a movie with the doors closed.

I would not recommend the Groundfloor rooms at the Southern end next door to Coccoon and the bars over the road.

Only complaint that it was a bit noisy until 10.30pm due to the music from the Coocoon Bar next door, this only was an issue the night before we were to get up early for a tour as we were out most nights until then.

I've read other reviewers complain about the noise from the beach bars and Cocoon Bar in the evenings, it didn't particularly bother us, we either enjoyed it whilst sitting on the balcony or could hardly hear it when inside with the doors closed.

Double Six Beach in front of hotel is great if you prefer the ocean from the beautiful hotel pool.

Highly recommend the Double Six beach resort.

The hotel is located right on the beach at Double Six beach, the pool area is a beautiful setting on its own and it's hard to go past!

You can cross the pool by bridges, walk down the steps, cross the quiet road and you'll be on Double Six Beach.

Booked because of the location, close to the Double six beach.

Loved the unlimited ala-carte breakfast over looking the pool and out onto Double Six beach and the Indian ocean.

of Double Six beach it has great ocean front balcony rooms (if you book them - and highly recommend it) a lovely pool and great facilities.

It’s located on the beachfront at Double Six beach with all the beach bars out front.

Situated on double six beach in Seminyak area with great beach clubs and shops walking distance from hotel.

but we could hear the noise and singers from the beach bars till about 11 each night.

Toothbrush, loofah, floss, nail kit, free bottled water, the list goes on. Yes, the noise from the pubs across the road is at times annoying (especially karaoke night!)

Most nights we would walk via the beach front as quicker and less time stuck in traffic.

but may not suit older people or families as you can hear music playing until around 10-11pm every night.

The beach side bars directly opposite the hotel were a bit noisy in the evening with competing singers

but the noise did not bother us as we drifted off to sleep each night by 11pm.

but the constant noise pollution  and annoying sensors unfortunately takes off the 'luxury' branding for us.

Of an evening you can’t sit on your balcony now because the different types of music played extremely loud from the 3 closest beach bars is overwhelming.

Constant dog barking all night over at the bar at the beach also loud music until approx 11pm to 12 each night.

The fridge sound like a airplain at night and there is mice crawling in the roof and keeping you awake all night.

I must agree with some other comments - you can hear loud music from surrounding areas

If I could add video you would be able to hear the level of noise.

Our neighbour made a noise one evening and we complained .

They even have ear plugs in their vanity kit as obviously we weren't the first ones complaining about the noise.

Traffic is horrendous in Bali allow plenty of time to get anywhere by taxi.

Secondly on some nights the multiple venues near the hotel all have live artists and so sometimes there were three competing sounds.

First night iwe had a room near cocoon nightclub, very very noisy.

Great location and watching the sunset at the Rooftop Bar is amazing.

No faults with anything in the hotel from pool service, spa, cleaning service, Rooftop Bar and buffet breakfast

The rooftop bar where you also have breakfast is next level good with the best view.

The Rooftop Bar is out of this world and cocktails are generous in size and alcohol content.

The rooftop bar was sublime as always, with delicious cocktails and lovely staff.

Satisfied with welcome drink, credit voucher rooms and free cocktail for 2 / room in Rooftop bar (no choice for the cocktail).

Do not miss the rooftop bar , serving great cocktails and yummy snacks.

The rooftop bar is spectacular to watch the sunset with a panoramic view.

The roof top bar has a lovely view for sunset drinks.

The sunset rooftop bar was also a huge highlight for us, every night of our stay we went up to have cocktails.

They have an amazing rooftop bar - if I wanted to go out and live it up - this is where I would stay.

The restaurants are beautiful especially the buffet breakfast at the rooftop bar.

Loved the Roof top bar with the snack foods, and again all reasonably priced.

We did the yoga classes which were held in the rooftop bar overlooking the pool.

Breakfast was always perfect and the buffet breakfast twice a week at the rooftop bar is just amazing!

We loved the rooftop bar and also happy hour at the lagoon bar by the pool.

The sunset roof top bar is the perfect place to sit back and watch the sun go down sipping on cocktails & eating some delicious food!
