We found Prime Plaza Suites in Sanur an absolute pleasure to stay at.From the Very Friendly and Helpful Staff at the Resort to the Beautiful Facilities.Also the Sanur Beach was only a 15-30 minute walk pending on your fitness,once there we found the Beach Absolutely Beautiful with a Huge Variety of Restaurants to Dine in.I would Highly Recommend Prime Plaza Suites to Anybody Travelling to Bali,Particularily in Sanur.

We travelled to Bali with my 4 and 2 year old and are very happy with our stay at the Prime Plaza Suites.

We had buffet breakfast which was your standard Bali buffet.

On our last night my 10 year requested that Bali, and in particular Sanur Suites, remains our annual family holiday for many years.

The kids area and activities were as good as I have seen in Bali.

Overall for prime season in Bali it was a great overnight.

If we'd go to Bali again we would definitely re-consider booking this place.

Second time in Bali, first time in Sanur.

This year was our second time in bali and in Prime Plaza Suit.

It was always great to come back each afternoon after touring around Bali.

Our 7 and 17 month olds loved the both pools in particular Camp Splash and the waterslide, who needs Waterbom!!

We were able to buy discounted tickets for Waterbom water park from the front desk, along with booking other trips and tours.

For the kids Waterbom water park is a must.

It's only about 20minutes to Kuta for Matahari shopping, or Waterbom etc.

The reception staff are fantastic, always engaging with the children and they organised our tickets for Waterbom and the Safari park (including discount) effortlessly which saved us time and money.

We also arranged our Waterbom Park tickets from reception at a discount, very efficient as always.

Huge and out the other side, the 30 m waterslide was well used by us and good preparation for Waterbom Park!!

:) The slide was safe and in fact kept the boys so happy that we end up at Waterbom (probably good as those who have been say Waterbom slides are not really safe for young kids).

The staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned very well, the spa was nice and the shuttle service to the shops and beach was an added bonus.

but the shuttle bus drops you to the centre of Sanur or the beach every hour.

Shuttle bus to beach and supermarket was great too.

A lovely calm beach, perfect for children.

Went to get shuttle 'bus' to the beach as it comes once an hour,  the van was full so we waited an extra 15 mins for a van to come get us and another family to take us to the beach.

We used the complimentary bus a lot to get around to markets, supermarket and the sands beach club.

The shuttle to Saur was great, and there is a back gate that made walking down to the beach a breeze, i just wish they'd keep it open later than 6pm when the bus stops - this is prime time for getting down to Sanur beach and the nightlife - all in all it was a great place for the money, and a LOT of room for the kids with the kitchenette and cable tv - will definitely return, especially if they have a reno!

We stayed in a nice clean and very spacious suite with a balcony overlooking pool area.

Beautiful, clean, helpful staff  meals fabulous, breakfast fantastic.

Lovely clean pool cannot compliment them enough.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need and if we asked for anything it was brought promptly.

Again the restaurant was very clean, cutlery was wrapped and staff were always sanitising.

All rooms had climate control and the full kitchen was great to be able to cook a little bit for the kids.

This place is very well set up for families and our kids very much enjoyed the kids pool, waterslide and gardens to play in.

The kids even had a bath tub, the cable and DVD player work well.

The kids club and waterside and playground are just what we need on holiday.

This has all the facilities we needed for our family and children and i could certainly stay here again.

The kids pool was a great set up for all of our kids.

Our daughter loved it and so did we, especially for the price you pay.

Facilities are great for kids and adults.

We had a group of 6 Adults and 8 Children stay for 5 nights.

The resort, the huge rooms, the staff, the food and the cleaning keeps us coming back again and again!

Breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety of breakfast cuisine available.

Served from 6.30-10.30am each morning which was perfect in case we wanted a late start or needed to eat before leaving for a day trip.

It's also an easy walk out the back gate to the local shops and restaurants.

The room service provided various food options.

Great friendly staff beautiful food very clean rooms and massive.

It’s a short walk to the Main Street of Sanur where there’s lots of shops and restaurants

moreover, after check out time, i visited the restaurant for an online meeting and ordered lunch,

There's also heaps of warungs along there if you want to eat cheaply.

Everything we needed organise food when we didn’t want to go out.

Rooms are spacious and private, the food was great, especially the local dishes.

We had the free flow drinks package which was great and combined with the food options on offer, we did not have to venture far meaning more relaxing pool time!

However this is locked at 6pm, it would be great if management would leave it open till 8 or 9pm to accommodate going out for dinner.

but due to that hotel being disgusting we checked out and moved to the Prime Plaza Suites where my son and his family were staying.

but the aircons had a little funny smell to them.

The only thing I could fault about our whole stay at this hotel was the beach towels smelt pretty bad, quiet musty.. Not really a big deal breaker at all.. Can not recommend enough.

What I feel let it down was -
- Our room, while large had some dated decor and one bedroom in particular had the “motel mildew” smell (not strong enough to ask to move).

Staff were for the most part great (the only dilemma we had was with a crazy bad engine oil smell in our room on the last day and the maintenance and reception staff refusing to acknowledge it until I got angry) - all the staff in the restaurant and the kids club and the pools were always happy, had time for our kids and were just an asset to the hotel.

Some of the cons are: 
- living area couch had quite an unpleasant smell;
- one of the bathroom doors was hard to close;
- the balcony door lock was working,

Oh, the lifts are horrible, tiny and stink!

One thing that could be improved would be to restrict smoking to a certain section of the main pool area – smokers can smoke anywhere and everywhere around the main pool, which meant you were always engulfed in the stench of second-hand smoke.

I would suggest that the bean bags that get used around the kids pool be washed/cleaned a little more often as they do get to smell a bit after a while?

he was there to smoke in the only open air part of the corridor, when I asked him to move along, he got abusive so I rang the front desk who promptly arrived and told him to move.

They literally were breathing down our necks  and wouldn't leave regardless of how many times we forcefully said no.

While the 1 bedrooms are half the price, ours was dark, dingy and musty.

but was easily solved by lifting the drain cover while showering.

It was extremely smelly - damp and many items from the kitchen were missing.

but a little musty because people hang their wet swimmers in the bathroom on the line provided.

Hotel pool small, old and grotty, high amount of chemicals in pool - help keep the germs at bay.

Around the pool for example, it's pretty built up so there's no breeze to push the smoke on, it's so crappy for non smokers and those concerned for their children's health.

The staff and amazing, the facilities and room are beautiful and so spacious, and so many added bonuses when you go in low season.

We were impressed with the spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms.

Very spacious apartments with split aircon, fridge/freezer, water dispenser, great place for families, excellent breakfast, great staff.

The rooms were very specious, location excellent.

Prime plaza was the perfect solution - a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with all the benefits of a resort.

The rooms are very spacious and are kept immaculately clean every day.

We stay 2 nights at Nikko Bali, the hotel is quite luxury and well designed, strategic location and place are beautiful with private beach.

There are plenty of excellent hotels in Bali and in this area.

but even the Nikko Bali is to quiet, come back fro a meal out at say 8 or 9 at night, you might want to sit out on the loverly veranda overlooking the beautiful hotel garden, but try finding a beer, a coffee, tea, ANYTHING!!!

Watching the kites fly bys while sitting in the ocean pool was a relaxation dream I came to Bali for.

We definitely will revisit the magnificent Nikko Benoa Bali.

My wife 'n I re-visited Benoa, Bali for a 5-day stay at Hotel Nikko.

If you want the perfect resort in Bali, this is the one.

We ate at Bali Luna three times and was good value for money.

but compare to other hotels and locations that we’ve stayed in Bali, we definitely can say : we love it here

Easy stroll to other resto for culinary adventure.

We enjoyed drinks at the swim up pool bar, breakfast had a great range of choices and we dined several times at their Bali Luna Restaurant which I reckon had the best Nasi Goreng I had in Bali!

The maintenance of the grounds and pool area was undertaken daily, even scooping up the Frangipani flowers multiple times a day.

The cleaning was immaculate throughout the hotel and the surroundings and pool area were pleasant.

The pool area was very well maintained as are the grounds.

The pool area is lovely overlooking the private beach.

We booked 2 rooms with connecting door,check in process was fast,staff is good at their job.welcome drink.. yes.. they gave you.room is spacious,clean towel,clean bathroom,breakfast was great.. a alot of variety food,asian food,western food its all great.but please dont buy cocktail in pool area.. the taste was poor.they said it pinacolada..

The gardens and pool area  are also really well maintained and the pool is fine

In general it was very very clean and a stones through from the edge of the pool area.

This resort offers a gorgeous beach and pool area adjacent to each other, with a swim up bar.

The pool area is very spacious with plenty of beds to go around and it is right on the beach which offers a lovely view point.

The separate bath/shower was always a big plus for me

Our room was in the 4th floor viewed with view to the pool and sea.

It was so spacious with floor to ceiling windows facing the pool and ocean.

Very spacious with huge king bed , balcony over looking the pool and ocean and bathroom with great heat and pressure in the shower.

If you don’t want a view of the building site next door then I would upgrade to a pool view, especially if you like to relax on the balcony and take in the view.

We had a garden view room which allows u to also see the pool and the ocean it is breath taking.

On arrival at the hotel we checked into our Garden Deluxe Room, the room was clean, neat with a beautiful view of the Garden, pool and Sea.

We had a standard deluxe garden room and it was exquisite overlooking the pool.

but the ocean and pool views are excellent.

The gym was well equipped with big windows facing the pool and ocean.

My sister and I stayed at the Grand Aston in July checking in was excellent and we were taken to our room and given all the information we needed 
Our room 326 had a lovely view of the sea and pool ,beds comfy and a lovely bath.

Ocean and pool facing rooms are comfotable and suitable to see sunrise.

We had a lovely view of the pool and beach though.

I asked for another one if there is one available, and they gave me a really nice and bright one, overlooking the pool and the ocean.

The garden looks beautiful, the beach was not special; shallow and a lot of stones, no restaurants.

but this is where we found delicious food, the sea was immediately visible from the room, warm and fast service from the head of housekeeping, Mr. Ucok.

The hospitality, spacious and clean room, tasty breakfast, and  the direct access to the beautiful beach are all are very great.

And also they have various and tasty breakfast!love it.

Loads of fun, loads of info and hacks from Godasan, we laughed, we learn, we eat, we want to go back.

The meals were included in the Silent Day package and were fresh and delicious .

Walk out front to great selection of restaurants and mini marts near by.

Food and beverage prices are very cheap and quite tasty.

We did go outside of the resort for a few meals

Top Japanese restaurant, Nagisa, great Sashimi chef, goes to a lot of effort in shopping fresh from the markets each morning.

Hotel has very big outdoor swimming pool and nice restaurants.

The hotel was very accommodating to us as a large group and even thanked us for spending time and money at their bar and restaurants.

The resort is on the beach and the backend faces numerous shops and restaurants, all very reasonably priced with live entertainment.

The Bad:
Beach is gross, SO much rubbish, smelly,
A massive old rusty abandoned boat on shore to the right of hotel.

Were given a room with bad moisture and damp smell on second floor

.room dark no natural light which accounts for dampness and smell.

The toilet was another matter, it seemed to smell every time it was used.

- the room smelled really damp and the whole building felt badly ventilated, the building is quit old and that’s noticeable, the rooms would need a thorough cleaning.

The sheets were stained and the toilet was filthy.
