After a forced absence of 3 years, it was great to be back at our Bali home and fantastic to see so many of our friends were still working there.

Bali is still very quiet and needs people back.

I will stay in Padma Legian when I am back to Bali my next trip.

My Brother in law had Bali Belly and Sumei arranged Coconut water and the Dr to attend his room, Sumei is exceptional.

I could not fault Padma and would recommend to anyone wanting a fabulous relaxing holiday in Bali.

It was my first time to Bali and went to waterbom park and visited one of the temple sites.

We booked two tours through the hotel, one to Waterbom (with a 20% discount compared to Waterbom website), and a full day trip to Ubud.

The studio suite suited our little family of 3 and was beautifully cleaned by Rai.

The gardens are immaculate and beautiful.

Highlights include : Balinese dinner with cha-cha dancers, daily pool activities, kids hair by the pool, kids cupcake decorating, water slides, kids foam and dance party, shake shake milkshakes, etc.

Overall the rooms were clean and fresh, and houes keeping always did a good job.

Lots of pristine pools and kids pool with slides that makes it great for kids of all ages.

The whole resort is immaculate, there are people cleaning and sanitising all around the resort constantly, the rooms are also immaculately clean.

The gardens are impeccable, service is top notch, I honestly couldn't fault it and can't wait to go back.

The room was so spotless, I'd like to take him home to clean my apartment.

The amenities are 1st class, food is excellent, surrounding gardens are immaculate and the staff are so nice and helpful, nothing is too hard for them and they always have a nice welcoming smile.

Nice warm welcome at the airport  with a clean nice vehicle and an easy transfer to the Padua Resort Legian.

The whole team were amazed on our clean rooms, sparkling pools, and extremely tidy hotel grounds.

The pool was super clean and there were people constantly sweeping or cleaning all around the resort.

Great facility, comfortable accomodation, staff work all day to maintain cleanliness, all staff very polite and helpful, kids loved it.

The hotel was spotless and the deluxe chalet which we stayed in was ideal.

It was amazing, everything kept immaculate, stayed in a chalet garden view, bed amazing.

We had a great time at this resort, the place is beautiful, manicured garden and wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the resort is beautiful with all its gardens and pools, plus there is an abundance of activities to do.

Had a wonderful 10 nights in a Garden Club Chalet.

Excellent place, huge garden, many pools(lagoon, infinity & kid pool), modern design in the each room, beach just at the back of the resort, walking distance to shopping center/shop/ pasar seni.

The gardens, facilities, food and drinks are all incredible,

So happy to return to Padma post covid, They certainly didn't sit on their laurels, much of the staff worked on the gardens and general maintenance during the closure and the place looks absolutely stunning.

We prefer the chalets upstairs, near the dragon statue in the garden.

I enjoy the greenery and gardens in the property.

We had great service from staff everywhere - restaurants,  The Garden Club, Swimming pools, bars and reception.

above all a beautiful environment and gardens and pools and rooms and of course lovely staff.

Sumei the Manager at Garden Club is also an asset to the Padma, he is amazing, and it was great seeing him again.

The gardens and pools were absolutely awesome.

Plus the hotel and gardens and pools are so beautiful and the food is amazing and the spa is great.

Everything at the Padma was beautiful - the staff, grounds, our chalet, gym, spa, food, location.

However as always with the Padma, from security, to housekeeping, to the grounds staff, and the pool staff - all fantastic who genuinely care for their guests and get excited to see you back.

The pools and facilities were incredible and the grounds were maintained very well.

The room, grounds and the restaurant are all lovely.

The grounds of the resort are stunning, there are 4 pools and always deck chairs available.

Although, I cannot remember her name at the moment, the young lady who remembered my birthday and organized a bday cake and song for me during dinner and also the gentleman who assisted me upon check in with my luggage and would always offer suggestions of Bali highlights when I ran into him on the grounds.

We loved our stay at the Padma fantastic grounds and pool.

The people and the grounds, hotel room staff are so helpful and attentive.

Condition of the property was superb, grounds were amazing, food excellent, staff were so accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

It was exactly like the pictures, clean very well every day and we really liked the location within the resort grounds.

The vast grounds and gardens are beautiful and the 4 pools have something to offer guests of all ages.

No matter which table you sat in, there was always a stunning view of the resort grounds.

Everything was so great, the value for money, the staff oh what a lovely team of staffs, the food (nasi padang breakfast was the best), the gardens, the room with our own little patio and mini garden (thank you for the junior suite), the easy acces to the beach for beautiful Legian sunset everyday, the big pools, the kids pool, the maintaince of the ground, the cleanliness, the safe feeling,.

Darma was fantastic coaching us and the kids.

The activities all ran on time, our daughter especially liked the foam party.

We love the padma, it is the most amazing place for kids, every staff member is so kind we especially love Freddie who works around the pool at the kids area.

Our boys repeatedly told us how much they adored you, as did we!

This time being a bit older my daughter joined in with activities with Jessica for 7-12 year olds.

but for a family and what it offers for kids and catering for the adults, its a great spot!

Darma didn’t just deliver our bags for us, he greeted us so warmly, and he was kind and fun with our kids - they are looking out for him to say selamat pagi again!

My husband and two adult children have stayed here with many other friends and everyone of us has loved our experience every time.

Parents getting both play time with kids and relax time with the adults, and you wanted to be treated like a guest who they are honoured to have there rather than just another number.

not only are they playful with the kids, they are always watching out for them.

Awesome, so family friendly and special mention to Parwika for looking after the kids at the pool.

The staff are just beautiful, even to having a kids area at breakfast for them to play after eating, so that the kids can be occupied while you relax and enjoy your breakfast.

He was a great teacher, very patient and the kids had so much fun.

My daughter love to feed the ducks and fish at the pond.

There also have yoga,water sport and kids activites everyday.

It was a mistake to stay here only for one night!!

From the moment we arrived we knew that we had made a terrible mistake.

Unfortunately there were a minority of Padma staff who made our stay miserable due to repeated mistakes with our bookings, (everything from meal bookings through, airport transport to ordering a coffee!).

* The guest services number you dial for Room Service/General requests on several occasions said "yes yes yes" to our requests yet did not follow through on them or made mistakes with our requests.

not good when the rest of you travelling group are located elsewhere, we made this mistake.

2nd big mistake:  on checkout we advised the staff we would be in departure lounge waiting for our transport, we were due to be collected at 4.30 so at 4.20 we made our way back to reception and sat in clear view of the reception desk.

You get to really know a person/company by how they respond to mistakes. Padma.

TIP: If you are holidaying from Europe, don't make the mistake of staying in Nusa Dua as you will end up paying 30% more for food and drink in the resort and that's why the Padma is in an ideal location.

There is a good variety of pools….adults only infinity pool, 45m main pool and family pool with slides.

The deluxe rooms are fantastic, staff extremely friendly and they go out of their way to help you

Had three massages at the spa, staff highly qualified

There is a pool for everyone and whole place is wonderful

The food around the pool and happy hour which starts around 3pm, is a winner!

Could not fault the resort , pools great , food great , garden club great .

Nice pools everywhere, different styles for different age groups.

A special mention to Partita  from the infinity pool area who greeted us with a large  smile and  genuine kindness and delivered the most amazing service.

Private pool was perfect dimensions for young swimmers.

All the staff are amazing with kids, ESPECIALLY the kids club staff and the pool guys!

* The TV was old, poor quality and had a permanent line running through the screen.

Given the fact the hotel was only at 60% occupancy pretty poor I think.

The rooms weren’t cleaned to a satisfactory level.. floors and showers just received a wet towel wipe over.. pretty poor
Buffet breakfast was only fair

At 4.45 I asked concierge to please contact our driver, he lept up calling to the bell boy, told us our transport was in reception, they failed to mention to us that the poor man had been waiting for 1 hour 10 mins!

The poor hotel staff go out every morning and try to tidy the little strip in front of the hotel,

Service at the pool was a little slow, and staff had poor understanding of English,

To summarise the myriad of poor service and issues experienced:
- 2 days payment taken in local currency and charged FX by card compay (not clear when you are booking – as quoted in GBP), without access to the room given it was their error they did not take full payment on booking, only after a big argument were we given access to a room we’ve paid for (at least 2 days).

We had the new year party compulsory with the stay, it was expensive and unfortunately very poor effort by the hotel.

bar is 👌Had a very poor experience with another hotel so we decided to move to the padma.

Maintenance has gone off a bit and entertainment and music was poor.

Right now the view items towards the side of the hotel, so pretty poor.

Not that the food was poor, I just think it could be better..especially the club breakfasts at the SKAI club.

Only negative is poor lighting in the bathroom.

Archery was very fun and Darma was very kind and helpful.

Our bellhop Arya was a wonderful introduction to the resort and explained many of the amenities to us.

The staff were very welcoming, happy and friendly.

The Padma team are so beautiful, taking excellent care of us from the time we arrived, nothing is a trouble to them.

but we go to breakfast at least 3 times when we go over, it costs about $30 pp but we’ll worth it, huge variety and again staff brilliant.

You were both unbelievably kind, attentive and entertaining to us adults and especially our children.

Ardi works hard on a hot day with big smile.

The hotel is unchanged since pre-covid and the staff as lovely and friendly as ever.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly,  breakfast is great, so many options of fresh food and fruit, and barista coffee on offer which was on point as well.

Staff fantastic , friendly , special mention to Dewa & Johnny (enjoyed our chats ) Wulan ,Dana & Staff at the Garden Club.

Just want to said Padma, you really good hotel for have that kind of person.

Rooms are so big, with separate kitchen, lounge room, bathroom and bed room.

We found Prime Plaza Suites in Sanur an absolute pleasure to stay at.From the Very Friendly and Helpful Staff at the Resort to the Beautiful Facilities.Also the Sanur Beach was only a 15-30 minute walk pending on your fitness,once there we found the Beach Absolutely Beautiful with a Huge Variety of Restaurants to Dine in.I would Highly Recommend Prime Plaza Suites to Anybody Travelling to Bali,Particularily in Sanur.

We travelled to Bali with my 4 and 2 year old and are very happy with our stay at the Prime Plaza Suites.

We had buffet breakfast which was your standard Bali buffet.

On our last night my 10 year requested that Bali, and in particular Sanur Suites, remains our annual family holiday for many years.

The kids area and activities were as good as I have seen in Bali.

Overall for prime season in Bali it was a great overnight.

Second time in Bali, first time in Sanur.

This year was our second time in bali and in Prime Plaza Suit.

It was always great to come back each afternoon after touring around Bali.

Our 7 and 17 month olds loved the both pools in particular Camp Splash and the waterslide, who needs Waterbom!!

We were able to buy discounted tickets for Waterbom water park from the front desk, along with booking other trips and tours.

For the kids Waterbom water park is a must.

It's only about 20minutes to Kuta for Matahari shopping, or Waterbom etc.

The reception staff are fantastic, always engaging with the children and they organised our tickets for Waterbom and the Safari park (including discount) effortlessly which saved us time and money.

We also arranged our Waterbom Park tickets from reception at a discount, very efficient as always.

Huge and out the other side, the 30 m waterslide was well used by us and good preparation for Waterbom Park!!

:) The slide was safe and in fact kept the boys so happy that we end up at Waterbom (probably good as those who have been say Waterbom slides are not really safe for young kids).

10 minute walk to the beach and great shops.

Very close to the beach and dock for ferries to Nusa Penida and walking distance to several restaurants.

The staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned very well, the spa was nice and the shuttle service to the shops and beach was an added bonus.

but the shuttle bus drops you to the centre of Sanur or the beach every hour.

Shuttle bus to beach and supermarket was great too.

10 min walk to main shopping area ,Restaurants and beach area.

A lovely calm beach, perfect for children.

Went to get shuttle 'bus' to the beach as it comes once an hour,  the van was full so we waited an extra 15 mins for a van to come get us and another family to take us to the beach.

We used the complimentary bus a lot to get around to markets, supermarket and the sands beach club.

The shuttle to Saur was great, and there is a back gate that made walking down to the beach a breeze, i just wish they'd keep it open later than 6pm when the bus stops - this is prime time for getting down to Sanur beach and the nightlife - all in all it was a great place for the money, and a LOT of room for the kids with the kitchenette and cable tv - will definitely return, especially if they have a reno!

We stayed in a nice clean and very spacious suite with a balcony overlooking pool area.

Beautiful, clean, helpful staff  meals fabulous, breakfast fantastic.

Lovely clean pool cannot compliment them enough.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need and if we asked for anything it was brought promptly.

Again the restaurant was very clean, cutlery was wrapped and staff were always sanitising.

Bed super comfortable , rooms are very clean and grounds are well kept .

Accommodation amazing, tidy and cleaned daily.

We stayed in both the 2 and 3 bed options and they were spacious, clean and comfortable!

The rooms were modern, spacious and sparkling clean.

Had a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and main bedroom with own bathroom.

The place is extraordinarily clean and tidy.

Rooms are really spacious for a family with great clean facilities.

Food was nice, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great facilities for family at this hotel, kids have so much fun, food is good we’ll priced something there for anyone.

All rooms had climate control and the full kitchen was great to be able to cook a little bit for the kids.

Kids splash club great, pools perfect, arrived with beautiful staff.

This place is very well set up for families and our kids very much enjoyed the kids pool, waterslide and gardens to play in.
