We had an amazing time in Ritz Carlton Bali and it's the best hotel we ever stayed in.

- still the warm warm care kindness the best staff in Bali
- Chef superlovely teams that work tirelessly was wonderful to see them all again, they made the stay!

At this pricing level, you get much more in other hotels in Bali and you the get same at half the price in Thailand.

This was our first time in Bali and Ritz Carlton made it very special and unique.

I wish everyone all the best and hope that lots of families choose this hotel for a stay in Bali.

We took out family of 6 to Bali for the first time…and what an amazing time we had at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton.

We had one of the most memorable moments at the Ritz Carlton Bali.

What really made the trip was how lovely the staff were, amazing people thank you Bali! 🫶🏾

They even had statues of buffalos in the foyer of the elevators as if we were in America - not Bali!

We booked the sky suite the last night of our stay in Bali.

I definitely recommend staying at the ritz Carlton in Bali the staff there is so friendly attentive and and make you feel welcomed I’m definitely coming back next year  Mira one of the concierge members helped me thru the check in process smooth and fast  she’s very friendly and helpful I look forward to come back again

Other than that, its a beauiful property, good for honey moon, as well as family, as its a large property, i think it can accommodate both kinds of clientele

This is our second time staying at the Ritz Carlton Bali and we had the best time.

I encourage you all to get back to Bali, support the locals and people who have suffered immensely over the last few years, accept that getting back to pre pandemic status takes time and enjoy all the love and service they have to give!

Despite first visiting Bali in 1972 and coming back many times, we had never been to Nusa Dua.

Lounge & Bar is transformed into a dance party and the lobby is definitely the best location to watch the New Year fireworks.

We spent our time at lounge and bar with cake and ice tea.

On the contrary note, we found that the staffs at most restaurants, particularly at the Bejana, the Ritz Lounge & Bar and the Beach Grilled were super nice and made all our dining wonderful experiences.

This the first time i’m Come to Bali for holidays with my lovely family, in the ritz Carlton Bali we are very happy and enjoy the holiday, in afternoon at ritz Carlton lounge and bar we enjoy some afternoon tea, the views is very beautiful and the cake is delicious, very relaxing to stay with this hotel

The only first time I stayed here the resort was very clean and comfortable with the food was delicious and very tasty recommended for a Indonesia’s restaurant and perfect view at the lounge and bar for a afternoon tea time in the ritz Bali

This the first time we come to Bali for holidays with my family, in the ritz Carlton Bali we stay for one week, in the afternoon we join the afternoon tea time at the ritz Carlton lounge and bar, and we take the Indonesian afternoon tea, and the taste is very delicious.

The lounge name ritz Carlton lounge and bar which has perfect ocean view .

Another example is at the Bar and Lounge where we had coffee in the afternoons.

In the afternoon at RC lounge and bar was great view.

we came in bali for celebrate my wife birthday，their staff was well prepare for our dinner at RC lounge and bar.

during we arrived this hotel was great, some their people was friendly and gave us cold towel at RC lounge and bar.

RC lounge and bar was nice in the afternoon for enjoy some snack and fresh cocktails.

We love RC Bali, our favorite lounge RC lounge and bar in the evening.

Breakfast and dinner at  Beach Grill restaurant were excellent, specially the salmon for breakfast, and the Rustic pizza we had during the day around the pool.

i met mbak novi from beach grill restaurant super helpful as well.

The breakfast area is moved to “The Beach Grill”, which provides a breakfast with a view, as it is situated at the beach.

Even through the pandemic with only two restaurants open (senses for breakfast and the beach grill for lunch and dinner) the food was an absolute highlight.

The highlight was our celebration diner at the Beach Grill overlooking the ocean.

Breakfasts were so excellent at The Beach Grill.

But breakfast in The Beach Grill was so great : many varieties from continental, asian, balinese/indonesian, and all food was DELICIOUS.

The BBQ on the beach with bond fire on the beach were very nice for family reunion.

First of all, allow me to express my earnest thanks to these amazing Ladies & Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton Bali; Ms. Isa Dewi (Front Desk Agent), Mr. Mario (Front Desk Agent/Auditor), Ms. Tika (Front Desk Agent) & Ms. Suli (The Beach Grill Restaurant attendant) - Well done to every one of you; the exceptionally immaculate, professional, and hard-working staff who made our stay extremely wonderful - they all deserve a huge recognition in the hotelier industry.

Allow me to express my earnest thanks to Mario (Front Desk Agent), Isa Dewi (Front Desk Agent), Chef Made, and Ms. Desi (Beach Grill).

We had afternoon drinks by the beach and dinner in the restaurant with our servers being Bertha and Hanetti (I think) with outstanding service from both of them.

We had dinner twice at The Beach Grill and at our last dinner, the kitchen staff brought us a chocolate cake as farewell to us.

Our favourite was bbq dinner on the beach prepared by chef Made, chef Wayan, chef Adi and Mona.

The Loyalty Manager, Mr. Ale helped me to arrange everything flawlessly, he upgraded  my room, arranged unexpected surprise, set beautiful dinner at Beach Grill restaurant, and always willing to help

My daughter and I enjoyed exercise and jogging every morning and we had meals in the only Beach Grill restaurant.

Some of the staff that we remember are Aldi the F&B manager, Omey from Bejana, Ngurah, Wahyu, Angga from Senses, Arsa from the Beach Grill, and many other staff that we couldnt name it one by one.

We were especially impressed with Chef Adi from the Beach Grill restaurant.

Although not al restaurants where open yet you can enjoy most of their menu in your room or have that special dinner at the Beach Grill.

Try to wake up early to enjoy the sunrise on the beach.

It would be great if they can offer rooms with beach view, since this hotel is actually located on Nusa Dua beach.

Just one thing, if you are expecting to have a beach day you need to know that the sea goes back like 100 meters around 1 pm, so you don’t have water on the beach.

We visit the ritz carlton lounge and bar in the afternoon, this lounge has best view from beach and green garden.

The view at beach also most beautiful and very breezy.

Enjoy some cocktails by the beach was nice, another place at RC lounge and bar too comfortable lounge for enjoy blue view from beach and a cup of latte.

Our lunch was great in the afternoon with beach view .

our suite consists of Ritz carlton suite (with living room) and Sawangan suite, it has half view of the beach and the ocean.

this our first time saw the view from beach was clean and beautiful blue beach, the colour was really wonderful, we saw from Rc lounge and bar for enjoyed lunch and we took pict at their pond pool.

Love this place, this so beautiful view, very relaxed stay with this hotel, and at ritz carlton lounge and bar we enjoy the afternoon tea with nice view to the beach, staff here is so friendly, warti and mely as a server very tame care of us.

Amazing day in Bali stay with ritzcarlton Bali, beautiful afternoon with view to the beach, nice chapel for wedding ceremony, we are lucky stay with this hotel, and ritz Carlton lounge and bar my favorite place for relaxing in the afternoon.

It’s really good hotel was amazing view from their beach and green plants.

we also love their view from beach i, it was grogerious.

And lounge and bar my favorite placr for enjoy the view to the beach and try the nice afternoon tea.

I personally really look forward to spending my time at The Club Lounge.

The staff are excellent, especially at check-in and at the club lounge who couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful, we ended up going there often and they were extremely welcoming and professional every time.

I had an opportunity to enjoy the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge where there is a private pool, jacuzzi, and ample space for lounging outdoors, on the patio, or inside the lounge.

We enjoyed the food in the Club lounge and the special Indonesian dishes that they made at lunch and dinner.

The club lounge serves 5 meals and unlimited drinks everyday and we can use the exclusive club pool while sipping cocktail by the pool.

In particular the service at the Club Lounge was impeccable.

The breakfast in the Club Lounge featured a separate ala carte menu that one can ordered from and looks impressive as it include items like lobster scrambled egg.

butlers Howard and Radika have anticipated our every need and Club Lounge was excellent along with exceptional staff at the restaurants at which we’ve dined.

We had access to the club lounge, where all the staff were most hospitable in every way.

The Club Lounge is a fantastic deal which includes everything from breakfast to dinner for a very low pricetag.

However, what stood out for us was the staff, particularly Rahaul, our peanut sauce supplier and all the fabulous team in the club lounge.

the staff in club lounge were excellant and i could not praise them enough, we enjoyed every min there.

In fact, we spent so much time at the Club Lounge that we came to be very close to the very attentive staff all of whom deserve recognition.

We discovered a Club Lounge where you can sit in privacy and they serve food.

Thank you to Salim in the Club Lounge for serving up so many amazing fresh dishes on demand.

It would also be a huge loss if you did not utilise the club lounge during your stay, it had all-day snacks and food which could definitely fill you up for any cravings.

but not even close to the ritz-carlton standard we expected, we had previously stayed in other ritz-carlton hotel in other country’s and we where hopping to get the same or similar but not here in Bali, they manage to change my mind that Ritz-Carlton standard is great, it was low and poor with very bed maintenance and I had to accept the sad reality and continue with our holiday but I didn’t give up to meet Linda the director of the rooms and explain what’s going on here and if she’s aware of that.

Very poor service, dirty rooms, bad food.

Dirty, shabby looking hotel with non existent beach, poor maintenance and overall standard is pretty low.

The breakfast experience was the only place it felt busy and then rather than a positive it was a manic, overly pressured, rushed, unenjoyable experience with incredibly poor service even for a largely buffet led set up.

If they do not resolve then of course go ahead and give them a poor review.

Due to poor maintenance our pool became increasingly cloudy and murky and for the latter part of our week was too gross to enter.

The room is shown in the pictures, it's beyond my poor ability to evoke properly in writing.

Out of all my years of staying in Ritz Carlton Hotels throughout the world,  I have never been so disappointed with poor service.

location is ok, beach is not that good, only can swim at poor, view is good,

Poor selection, poor quality fruit taste like water.

Thier advise on  the water sports agency was very poor (really far from the rest of places and dogs chased us)

Besides, it's not going to fix the overcrowded venues, wedding parties, poor room service and so forth.

Unfortunately, food there was super overpriced and poor quality.

The spa, gym, hydro pool and restaurants were outstanding.

what I needed, she also helped me arranged, restaurant booking.

He responded to our request promptly and took care of everything for us, including dinner plan and reservation, during our stay.

Food was excellent and awesome access to the beach for a great sunset

She remembered from the 1st visit to the restaurant what we wanted and how.

Great food, amazing restaurants, beautifull rooms and kindly staff.

Had an amazing time at the resort spent between the shisha at the private beach front, private pool, 2 brilliant restaurants, an amazing spa and an exceptional breakfast buffet.

The Indonesian restaurant crew was attentive, very friendly and accommodating.

Went for Indonesian dinner and my bf wanted pork belly which they don’t have it there in the menu and the girl at the reception overheard ( we were arguing about the food because he wanted to go to another restaurant 😅 ) 
so she told the chef and they brought it for us!

Food is superb and they have the Best Chefs.

Eating in the hotel restaurants is greatly recommend as the food is delicious.

We ate at both of the specialty restaurants; both outstanding and highly recommended.

Everything in this hotel is 5 stars, the food, the villas, the service as well as the views and vista’s.

Bejana Restaurant  (Indonesia Food): Fantastic and great attention to detail.

The food was”ok” and there were very little activities for young or old alike.

- At the same restaurant, was expecting mint lemonade to be a refreshing natural lemon taste with crushed mint (this is the Ritz Carlton, after all),

Breakfast buffet was great, huge selection, efficient staff and great coffee.

however the staffs are very helpful,  especially Ms Luhde.

Special mention to Fenita in Front Office who was so helpful in many ways and the great staff in Lounge Bar.

Among all the staffs, I would like to specifically express my appreciation to the concierge team and my

butler Hani tended to our every need, ensuring we had the best stay.

The Sawangan Junior Suite1 is spacious room contains all amenities which you need for enjoyable stay

He was always on hand to answer any questions as well.

Breakfast spread was a good spread and service here was very efficient.

Excellent resort with very friendly and helpful staff.

The only thing stunning is the wow view of the lobby and the very polite staff.

The staff cannot do enough for you, they are amazing!

After a forced absence of 3 years, it was great to be back at our Bali home and fantastic to see so many of our friends were still working there.

Bali is still very quiet and needs people back.

I will stay in Padma Legian when I am back to Bali my next trip.

No one gonna miss the great experiences during your stay in Padma Bali.

My Brother in law had Bali Belly and Sumei arranged Coconut water and the Dr to attend his room, Sumei is exceptional.

I could not fault Padma and would recommend to anyone wanting a fabulous relaxing holiday in Bali.

We can't wait to get back to Bali and the beautiful Padma!

We would go back to Bali just to stay here again.

It was my first time to Bali and went to waterbom park and visited one of the temple sites.

We booked two tours through the hotel, one to Waterbom (with a 20% discount compared to Waterbom website), and a full day trip to Ubud.

The view over the beach was best at sunset.

I do raccomand the early session at 6:00 am you will enjoy the sunrise by the beach while you circle…

Beach views from the infinity pool are just amazing.

The proximity and views onto the beach are also fantastic

2) The staff are professional and lovely and make it their mission to ensure their guests have the best experience possible.

Last year when we came to Bali, we enjoyed staying in Padma Legian so much because it has yoga lesson everyday overlooking the beach.

the location is outdoor beside the infinity beach and our front view is the beach with the magnificient natural relaxation sound.

My wife and I stayed at this resort as part of the Padma mountain and beach package, which I can highly recommend.

A visit to their Ubud resort is a must we did 3 days ubud and then came to legian it was a great mix of mountain stay and beach stay.

but a beautiful view of the beach which is perfect.

There is also another restaurant (Skai) overlooking the beach where you can dine , swim and watch the sunset every evening whilst listening to live music.

The pools were so good and the infinity overlooking the beach so relaxing.

We especially love the adults only infinity pool and swim up bar - views of the beach, great atmosphere, so relaxing.

I enjoyed yoga session in the morning - facing the beach view, oh this is heaven.

but we opted to have in the SKAI bar overlooking the beach - somewhat a lot quieter but not as much to choose from - but still really good.

We particularly loved the adults only Infinity Pool, not only for the sunset beach view and delicious cocktails

but purchased a Mountain and Beach package from the Padma  Resorts website.

The staff are the best, the rooms are beautiful, the food is everything you could possibly ask for and the best location overlooking the beach.

You can also have breakfast at skai beach club which is nice as you overlook the beach.

We had a great time at this resort, the place is beautiful, manicured garden and wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.

The gardens are immaculate and beautiful.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the resort is beautiful with all its gardens and pools, plus there is an abundance of activities to do.

Great experience with Yoga the instructor in beautiful Padma garden.

Had a wonderful 10 nights in a Garden Club Chalet.

Excellent place, huge garden, many pools(lagoon, infinity & kid pool), modern design in the each room, beach just at the back of the resort, walking distance to shopping center/shop/ pasar seni.

Amazing resort, beautiful gardens, awesome pools.

The gardens, facilities, food and drinks are all incredible,

So happy to return to Padma post covid, They certainly didn't sit on their laurels, much of the staff worked on the gardens and general maintenance during the closure and the place looks absolutely stunning.

The gardens are impeccable, service is top notch, I honestly couldn't fault it and can't wait to go back.

We prefer the chalets upstairs, near the dragon statue in the garden.

I enjoy the greenery and gardens in the property.
