As closing of our night, we went to Rock Bar.

We enjoyed their robust facilities, from Spa, 12 different pools, secluded beach, various bars and restaurants.

The facilities are incredible, the many choices of pools, bars and restaurants it’s staggering!

Many fantastic views to be savored around the resort : The Rock bar view is worth crawling out of your room for, and so is the Roof Top cafe-swimming pool/bar at Rimba that overlooks Jimbaran.

Breakfast was sensational and dinner at the Roof Top Bar at Rimba were food highlights.

It is the perceptive and friendly service that makes it worthwhile staying in this hotel, The room we had was spacious and had an amazing view, the breakfast is good and the distance to the beach is limited, there is a shuttle service to Ayana / Rock Bar to access the beach.

I am a frequent guest at Rimba & Unique Bar and the hostess there - Ayu - has been absolutely incredible.

One of them being the Rock Bar, where we got EXCELLENT service, thank you to Nari for the Extra help in making our night memorable!

So far, this is the best hotel in Jimbaran, located in same complex of Ayana and Rock Bar.

Their staff are helpful and polite, scrumptious breakfast, beautiful sunset dinner at rock bar, very well maintain hotel facilities and clean private beach, We really enjoy our stay here.

We had dinner at the Rock Bar on our first night and watched the sunset.

The swim up bar was great for an afternoon cocktail.

One of the best hotel in Jimbaran Area, near the Rock Bar.

They had beach club that located on cliff also, called rock bar.

You should try the entire hotel’s facility, especially Rock Bar, Unique Rooftop Bar, and Ayana Spa.

you also got priority pass when visit rock bar when you had your stay in Rimba.

Great kids pools and the spa's are incredible.

The Pool is big and you can play hide and seek around, kids love it.

The Aquatonic  pool is worth it - we were repeat customers :).

A visit down to the beach front pool by the elevator for a Bintang is a must, it is just stunning.

So many swimming pools you can check out a new one every day of the week.

It was very much a relaxing holiday, and between us we swam in every pool at the resort.

On previous stays at Rimba - the staff would come by at the pool with drinks, fruit and even clean your sunglasses.

.ocean pool probably the most beautiful in the world.

After that you could enjoy the spa or pool.

One thing worth mentioning - the number of pools Rimba and Ayana have together combined really changes the entire experience.

The resort has everything you could want with so many pools and choices of restaurant.

The gym has lots of equipment and overlooks one of the pools.

- They have many pools, restaurants and kids Club.

There is a current pool, there is a slide, there is a playground and many sunloungers are available.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay — kids enjoy the various pool and also visit to the beach almost every day of our 5nites stay.

We were very enjoying the pool and the water slide, very big and there were 3 main pool.

For this price, i think other hotels is better ( such as apurva kempinsky )

We also paid a bit extra for breakfast at Dava on two mornings and it was next level in terms of food and service.

Maybe the price for food kinda expensive.

The food and drink at the resort is of course expensive and

The only criticism i would have is that the hotel seems to feel you are a captive audience so they can change ridicules prices for everything which becomes tiresome to the extend we went out for breakfast on 3 of our 7 nights there.

The extra person charge is almost half the cost of an additional room; with that in consideration, we felt overcharged for what we received.

My only negatives about this resort are that everything is so expensive once you're there - we never ate or drank while we were there because it was ridiculous pricing.

Unfortunately overall I don’t think we’ll return, the place was very overpriced.

•Make no mistake, this place is very expensive. $$$$$.

Eg our place in Ubud was significantly more expensive and paled in comparison!

She said that they have their own Spa (at exorbitant prices such as US$200 and over for a single treatment).

On the second night we visited Rock Bar for sunset and had tapas, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the drinks were slightly overpriced (higher than they were in other bars around the hotel) which was disappointing as being hotel guests you would expect to pay the same price for the same drink at each bar in the hotel.

There has been a few whinges about cost of taxis .

but it still didn’t prepare us for just how expensive it was.

Two ocean-view rooms for four nights with most meals at the resort including the not-inexpensive cultural show at Kampoeng Bali – not a small expense on our part and we chose to invest it in the same place.

There isn't terribly much to do outside, we did venture outside of the resort for dinner each night as otherwise the expenses were adding up.

I’d have to say the food is expensive and average

The choice of drinks are not different from other bar, the price

Message is very  expensive here , for one hour need 120 USD.

So many restaurants to choose from, with high end dining.

The resort has multiple restaurants and the food and cocktails were delicious.

I really liked that you could use the facilities of both Rimba and Ayana Resort when staying there, very big choice of restaurants and things to do.

Excellent resort with great views, tasty food, and accommodating service.

although I recommend the chinese one just outside Rimba > back then, we could have the restaurant deliver up to our room.

Can't fault the staff, facilities or food while we were there.

It’s the perfect place to stay for relaxation as it has everything you need and you don’t need to leave - multiple restaurants, pools, private beach, spa, golf, tennis, gym.

The food was great, service was amazing and the view from Ayana is just spectacular.

It is also connected to Ayana hotel and guests from both sides are free to explore and move around both hotel compounds, including using facilities and restaurants at either hotel.

The food was great and sunset incredible!

The warm welcoming staffs, the clean and spacious room and very helpful and friendly staffs, the foods, all the ayana - rimba facilities always crave us to get back to this hotel for every of our Bali Trip.

There are so many pools you also get access to AYANA resort, their facilities and Rock bar.

Mrs.Cintya at the front desk was also very hospitable, explaining alk things related to the rooftop bar, ahyat abalone restaurant and the famous rock bar.

Starting morning with jogging in the forrest, going to Kubu Beach by boogie car and spending evening at Rock Bars. Perfect!

As a guest at the Rimba you also have additional access to the Ayana Resort complex, the pools and restaurants there and of course the well-known Rock Bar.

We spent most of our pool time at the pools at Ayana (our days at the Ocean Beach pool and the River pool were some of the best days of my life) and Rock Bar is definitely a must-do,

The room is quite spacious, and the view to the jungle is amazing.

I stayed at Rimba in the Jimbaran suite and it was absolutely spectacular, highly recommend if you want a super spacious and luxe room.

The room so hommy and clean with complete room amenities set up.

When we get to our room we were welcomed with beautiful happy anniversary sign that truly set a romantic mood for us.

but that being said, from what I could see those rooms are gorgeous as well.

but regardless everything went smoothly, from the Check-in to our Room.

The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and cosy.

The beach itself offers us a very beautiful sunset 🌅 
Room was clean, pretty spacious with HUGE BED *super love*!

Our room was spotless and well stocked with everything we could possibly need.

Very relaxing in morning time because our room had the sunrise.

We’ve got room that quite enough far from the lobby, and our room have AC trouble and tv cable issue.

Special thanks to Mr. Agus the Butler and Mr. Anom the Duty Manager who had helped us getting the best room for us.

This is like a 3-in-1 kind of resort with plenty of options - ideal for us during the quarantine as it was a bubble hotel yet we are able to access all three properties via their complimentary hotel buggy shuttle.

Access to the beach was easy, just using the shuttle bus every 10 or 15 mins from the lobby and there’s an elevator to get us down to the beach.

There is a regular shuttle tram between the resorts RIMBA, Ayana, Villa and the private beach which was great.

The employees drive you to every part of the resort with a small shuttle.

Special thanks to Damar who was the most amazing host and all the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel special.The leaf is situated in the highlands of Jimbarin with a mini mart and laundry sevice at its door
They also have a great shuttle service free of charge.

The pool, the view, food, friendly services, shuttle.

There is a hotel shuttle that takes guests between the other Ayana hotels, including the private Kubo Beach and the amazing pools at Ayana.

You can also get the shuttle bus (every 10 minutes) to AYANA and use all the facilities there - the ocean beach pool and the Rock Bar are a must.

Johan, one of the shuttle drivers was wonderful company and took the time to explain to us all about the resort, best times to visit the beach etc 

Food at Rimba and AYANA are quite good.

From the airport shuttle, ballroom setup, room allocation all the way to check out.

One man, Jafar, a shuttle driver, and I bonded over the commonalities of family and faith that we shared.

‘Tram’ shuttles were fun and frequent between Ayana, the Villas and the beach so you got to explore an expansive resort (with monkeys in a protected pocket away from the hotel main areas which you could view).

We stayed at Jimbaran room which is really good and i love there is free shuttle  every 10mins to go around the resort
which is very convenient.

Then every 10 minutes there was a shuttle to AYANA resort so you could use their facilities too - 2 incredible infinity pools and priority access to Rock Bar which I hear is one of Bali’s most famous bars of its kind overlooking the water.

There is a free shuttle provided between each of the hotels and it runs every few minutes.

but you can easily get around through the shuttle service which runs every 10 minutes to all of the key places.

Beautiful vibe and also the shuttle bus which takes you to Ayana and you can use all the Ayana facilities too, plus to Kuba beach which is cool too.

The hotel staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Felt looked after by all the amazing staff, especially Yan Eddie and Diari.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff and they gave us garland as well as welcome drink.

Best of the best service, thank you so much , especially to Pina , so helpful, polite, out of her duty just to do the best for the customers, Edi in reception when we check out so helpful, Gus mang so helpful on the breakfast every morning, Putu Sumita very nice man and so helpful, makes us stay for few days so worth it.

Very impressed on the whole resort complex, common facilities, offered service and staff hospitality.

She always remembered our names and waved and smiled when we approached.

Oh and I promised myself my review would do a shout-out to the landscaping/gardening staff.

Ayu and her team never fail to amaze me, always going above and beyond my expectations.

The staff are super friendly

It seemed a lot busier than we remembered.

On top of that, Agatha, has been really helpful and great.

Everything was very clean and proper (In the room and ALL facilities), we even got a Bunny shaped towel on the second day, compliments of one of the Housekeeping Staff called Parwata.

When I reached out to the hotel staff, they were very casual about this incident initially

Make sure you give Yoga a go or even the aerial yoga in the bamboo huts.

We were so well taken care of by everyone — particularly AGUS from Archery team, ANGGA from Animal Farm & PASEK from Agriculture.

AGUS was our archery guide in padma hotel, and he gave us a fabulous experience even in the bad weather.

There are many activities at the resort, we had so much fun for trying them, especially golf.

The hotel have a lot of interesting in-house activities.

Super recommended for whose love to do Yoga.

Another activity that we tried was archery (with Bli Dade as well).

He taught me archery and other activities… he was really helpful and super nice… i recommended him if you want to stay here in Padma Ubud to be your coach

The hotel offers you many interesting activities for adults or kids.

They provided many activities for the guest such as yoga class, archery, bike riding, etc.

but the Bamboo Forest for yoga and aerial yoga was very breathtaking.

We really enjoyed archery and the jungle trekking.

They also have a lot of free activities, such as 
Yoga (salute to Bli Made Parwita and Bli Tama for the great tutorial); 
Archery (thank you Bli Fiska for the excelent help);
Golfing and Cycling(unfortunately we dont have enough time to try this)

Besides, we also love their Afternoon Tea and 5 choices of pillow, which I personally never found in any other hotels.

Special thanks to Fiska for archery and golf courses and Tama for yoga practice.

There are a lot of activities that we can join, very suitable for family getaway.

Activity must to do during your stay in Padma Ubud.

Tried placing order for two glasses of water at the bar, got three.

some comments for further improvement:

providing wine glass so that we dont have to ask the staffs for it

online reservation for activities and shuttles so we dont need to call FO everytime

providing option for no fish for the degustation dinner

providing alternatives for shuttle service from airport to ubud (our only option was Golden Bird which is 3 times the cost of using Grab)

providing more private space for degustation dinner, since the area is so crowded with families.

When checking out, we also forgot of pair of nice sun glasses in the room, only realizing this after we got to our next hotel, 45 minutes away.

Recycled glass bottles are being planted upside down, along the walkway paths.

but food is tasty and deserts are very delicious, the room ice buckets need to be replaced by others of better materials to avoid getting ice melted quickly, wider range of drinks should be also served for the mini-bar, and it would be extremely better to have glass shelters in the breakfast restaurant so as not to hide the incredible view in case it was raining, particularly rains may last for days in Bali and a traveler for 3 days may not get able to enjoy this view during his stay in case of continuous rains.

The reception ( too bad i didn't get his name , he was wearing black outfit and glasses and worked at hotel mulia bali before) was very helpful and informative.

but they are plastic bottles, when we were in Seminyak the hotel gave water in glass bottles that at least can be recycled.

The resorts was good, my kids always want to come back again.

We are adults have options for join the activities each day, the kids also have good programs for the activities,especially Karini, one of the Padma Ubud's staff who is very patient, and taking good care of my children when we stayed there.

My boy loves archery and was taught by Mas Parwito.

For animal feeding, the staff the help us taking care of the children is Mba Yuni.. She is really kind and can have interaction with kids really well..

Ms.Tina as kids activities assistant is very friendly and welcoming to our kids.

Breakfast and afternoon tea was great, huge selection and delicious, staff was very happy to accomodate my daughters allergies.

The hotel offer many activities for the guest, you can stroll around the jungle down to the river, small animal garden for the kids, infinity pool, and I even try to do some aerial yoga and archery that lead by mister Tama.

Many thanks also to Miss Karini and Miss Rini, especially Miss Karini who has invited, accompanied, introduced, looked after and taught Caitlyn and Cannavaro's children while at Padma.

Great place to stay for family with toddlers, lots of activities from yoga, archery, golf, animal farm, cycling, trekking.

Bali voyage trip with bli Tama as a guide came out as a great advdnture for our kids.

A very family friendly hotel with plenty activities for kids like the animal farm.

Kids Friendly (archery, feeding fish, animal feeding , jogging Trek.

Then there is the pool with the view to dream of.. 100% recommend visiting this resort on your next Bali stay, even if only for a few days

thanks to the staff our padma experience were flawless, staffs were very friendly and proffesional, especially to : 

- Bli Widi, Bli Bayu, Bli Nyoman, and Bli Trio, the pool restaurant staff, who prepared our BBQ under the star dinner
- Bli Nyoman, golf instructor.

The infinity pool is beautiful with the forest scenery.

We were amazed with their invinity pool, which has a total length of 89 metres; 30degC temp, and a perfect landscape.

Our children also love the warm pool, they can swim until 9 PM, this hotel is very recommended for staycation and family, children have lots of activities and also for the parents/adults.

5 star experience for the romantic dinner at Padma Ubud

Widi helped create an amazing atmosphere and shared some great stories and culture along the way.

The breakfast buffet has so many cultural choices, the restaurant food is sensational.

They’ve got a whole list of activities you can do in the hotel - from archery to yoga to feeding chickens!

Comfortable room, good taste from the food, so many great facilities & also photo spots, really worth it. Special thanks for Elta @reception for ur kindness for taking care of us during the holiday (Early check-in, Late check-out, also taking care of our goods when we were taking photos :D )

Checkin was seamless, food was great (both breakfast & afternoon tea), room was great as well.

The foods are good, staff are very friendly.

We went to Puhu Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and we were warmly welcomed (thank you Mbok Widyari) by the staffs and (of course) the food.

Beautiful place, exceptional view and scenery, kind and respectful staff, everywhere well decorated and clean, delicious foods, great breakfast.

Excellent food by chef Bayu, super helpful and friendly waiter Mega, very nice decoration and ambiance, making our romantic anniversary dinner at Bamboo Nest- Padma Resort Ubud an unforgetable moment.

Waiter Mega was very helpful , and  chef Bayu's food was delicous.

The bikes weren’t great quality and made the trip a little bit slow and difficult.

He was incredibly slow, was asking us for accommodation vouchers which we did not have, could not tell us what was included in our deal and then after some work on the computer, he called housekeeping, who obviously told him that our room was not ready as yet.

Shuttle service to down town is very slow with delays.

But when we take dinner in here, the service was very slow.

Dinner was also good, the cooking was a bit slow , i think it's quite crowded that day,

but could hear children screaming down below where the pool was which took away the peacefulness..We found the service received was very slow we where not offered drinks until we asked one of the staff to attend to us the drinks took a while to arrive and request bottled water that took 30 minutes to get, the food was basic and the hot food was cold this service happened the whole stay including breakfast time which we waited and waited finally we had our order taken and again waited for our breakfast to arrive once we received it it was cold!

Afternoon tea sufficient and room service good albeit a bit slow.

Sometimes the tea & coffee refill was a little slow, and lukewarm.

- the complementary daily afternoon tea is a nice gesture

Cons
- the reservation team is a bit slow to respond to mails

We tried couple spa, such a nice experience before, during and after the spa.

friendly and always alert staff, delicious breakfast and the chef is also friendly always recommends the best food, swimming pool with amazing views, hot pool with the right temperature, amazing environment, friendly customer service when children need information or something when calling zero from the room, a restaurant with delicious food when we ordered from the room, as well as a children's menu that the kids liked, with ice cream so yummie and comfortable spa also at "The Spa" with good staff,  massages comfortable.

Spa was also amazing even my husband enjoyed the facial spa and fully body massage.
