Breakfast, included in the room rate, was really outstanding, with a terrific assortment of breads, meats, fruits, and cheeses, as well as excellent coffee.

As said in a lot of reports on this site, the building holds his charms inside and in the garden.

New looking building, transformed to look old.

At first it looks a bit like an apartment building that was modified to be a hotel.

Food was tasty and beautifully presented.

Food and wine (a lot of local ones) are high quality bio-organic products

We will visit this place again

We, all 19 of us totally enjoyed our stay, the food is something wonderful.

Sometimes these 2 styles clash a bit, for example in the dinner area.

Currently there is turn off timer for some strange reason
- Apart from the above, the facilities are very good and the spa area is excellent
- Whilst it was rarther cold and wet during our stay, we do understand there is no air conditioning in place.

As with most small, old European hotels, there is no air conditioning, which we Americans expect.

The failure rate we had was in excess of 50%
- The shower needs a shelf or rack to hold personal items
- The bed reading lights should operate on either side of the bed, not both on at the same time and the timer to be removed.

Tiny TV, tiny bathroom, small very uncomfortable bed with only one pillow that is really soft, you have to ask for extra.

The renewed hotel features beautiful, modern and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and equally delicious dinner.

Breakfast is ample, coffee is nice, and yes I will stay here again.

Plus its proximity to the old city center with lots of restaurants and sights is great.

Issues include:
- Room #1 has a serious problem in that if the curtains are open, people in the street can see into the bathroom.

There is an excellent kitchen with a good menu and seasonal specials.

The terrace outside is cozy, and the receptionists were very kind and helpful.

Great hotel with a fantastic breakfast, shower and wi-fi throughout the hotel and in all the rooms.

The breakfast was also excellent, and we were offered eggs cooked to order.

But frankly, there is nothing much to shop since the shopping center also is small.

It was a short stay at Bad Neustadt and this hotel was recommended by a colleague.

We were in this hotel 2 years ago for a meeting, and now returned for another meeting.

There are restaurants though, so food is not a problem.

350 m to the old town where there are many excellent restaurants.

You can eat very good and you will be very happy because they have almost everything.

The pillow menu if the pillow is not to your liking is a nice touch,

The man on the reception desk when we arrived was welcoming and very helpful.

The hotel has a very beautiful garden and the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and for dinner. On the other hand my room was small and very hot (I was on the last floor and in June the sun could be hot!)
