The staff were always very informative, the hotel restaurant and bar was lively and stayed open late and the common spaces were always clean.

but that is because of the quality and service of the hostel/pod hotel.

I stayed in this hostel (mind it, it's hostel, not the hotel) from 05-July to 12-July-23.

I was lucky because there was another pod available for me in another room that day for the period I had booked.
