I noted staff being exceptional at front desk on check in and check out, at the pool, gym and restaurant and they were  They also do have one Peloton bike in the fitness center which is a plus, the salt indoor pool was really great for my kids also along with an amazing Sunday brunch so there was some balance here

The in-room dining was delicious, the indoor pool was beautiful, and the staff was so professional.

The indoor pool is very nice and the sitieing of the outdoor patio gives it summer sun from 10-5.

Finally the Spa and indoor swimming pool was really good.

I was at the top floor excellent view staff were kind and quick the room was luxuries the food was great the pool was the best and the hotel was super modern same the the lounge and waiting area I recommend this hotel for sure.

The pool and hot tub are spectacular and honestly would go back  just for this.

Everything about they stay, from the room to the awesome pool, great snacks and drinks at Bar Margaux and a wonderful breakfast at Park 75.

The pool attendants were great and food delicious.

After my wife and I separated for treatments and pool activity, I asked the staff to get a message regarding our after-spa plans to my wife.

We enjoyed in room dining, the pool and spa, the kid’s amenities, the turn down service.

The amenities included a 24 hour business center, fitness center, pool and spa.

The saltwater pool is impressive and perfect for swimming laps.

It’s well located and we enjoyed the gym and the pool this time.

but it is huge, has the newest equipment (they even have 2 Pelotons), and the pool is beautiful and actually long enough to swim laps.

The spa and pool area are the best I have ever seen.

The second room smelled like a neighbor was smoking.

but also the strong marijuana smell in my room and hallway leading to my room.

The dank smell inside the ice room was a clear indication that there is a problem.

The complimentary cheese tray/dessert tray that was sent to our room was old and nasty.

The room was perfectly appointed and fairly clean: the bathroom sink was not clean in particular the drainage was not properly working because it was filthy dirty.

The rooms are dark and dingy and unfortunately very dark in decor and pillows smelled terrible as if they were never cleaned.

The first room we went to smelled like bug spray so we got moved to another room.

My room smells like  both the carpet and the mattress are off gassing.

Our older room had that lovely, moldy carpet smell.

This time, they gave me a room with a very strong dog odor.

Upon entering the 5th floor room we were hit with the obvious odor of tobacco.

Bath towels on last day smelled almost like they were a bit burnt from the dryers.

The window exteriros had not been washed in looked to be years; just filthy (and I wasn't even on the construction side).

The stench was so bad, that I asked my daughter to smell my breath, shoes and back, because I was afraid that perhaps I smelled or had stepped in something, as it smelled like vomit.

Seemed to need updating and a smell I can only describe as "Holiday Inn".

And I had gotten out of the pool just moments before they discovered the poop.

We were able to use the newly renovated spa/ sauna the facility was absolutely amazing and comfortable.

Connected to a well-equipped gym, spa facilities.

The restaurants and spa were also excellent.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are fine; the saunas and steam room were good and they have a bathing suit spinner in the changing room.

I enjoyed my stay including the wonderful Spa.

The food was amazing, I enjoyed the breakfast experience and I truly enjoyed the spa.

Restaurant food was great, very attentive spa staff and front desk was on point.

Every staff/service person I talked to throughout the hotel-reception, restaurants, housekeeping, gym/pool  attendant, spa staff- I could keep going- ALL showed exceptionalism .

but go to their Spa quite often or at least we did prior to COVID-19 but from time to time take a staycation at the property.

We visited the spa each day and found it clean and well-equipped.

The spa and fitness facilities in particular are amazing - they have 2 Peloton bikes and a gym with any equipment you could need.

We have done their breakfast package as well as their spa package.

The Four Season gave me the best hotel stay experience I have had in awhile.

The service from check-in to check-out was consistently personalized and superb with probably the best maid service I've experienced since the pandemic.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were outstanding, and the entire experience from start to finish was perfect.

Had a way better experience than at the Ritz, St Regis.

We liked the fact that there were plenty of dining experiences nearby.

I love that his felt seen and included in his own luxury experience.

I went to the Atlanta gift show for the first time and chose to stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta as I felt confident the hotel would be safe and offer me the gracious experience I have come to expect at a Four Seasons property.

It has become our go-to place to stay when we are in Atlanta.

There is definitely better luxury hotel choices in Atlanta.

The St. Regis is the most expensive hotel in Atlanta and for that price I expect as near perfection as you can get.

We can always count on The St. Regis Atlanta to make our trips to Atlanta memorable, relaxing and luxurious.

This is by far my favorite property and the only hotel I will stay at while in the Atlanta, GA area.

I live in Atlanta & I must say, I will be planning on more staycations at The St. Regis & will be booking again very soon!

Used to staying with the St. Regis specifically in Bal Harbour and NYC, and figured Atlanta would meet the standards associated with the brand.

The high quality of the furnishings and amenities of the entire hotel, make this the best hotel in Atlanta by far.

My husband and I were recently stranded at the Atlanta airport during the power outage as we were departing for our honeymoon.

Am sitting in our room at the St Regis and writing reviews for our recent trip and realized I had never written a review for the St Regis Buckhead.

My wife and I made a last minute decision for a night out in Buckhead with a romantic dinner and stay.

If you want to be in Buckhead the location is okay,

The price point is just too high compared to other Buckhead hotels, and the service is hit or miss.

Short walk to Buckhead Village shopping too!

The hotel is situated a block or so off of Peachtree on the edge of the commercial and residential areas of Buckhead.

The property is in a great location (in Buckhead) directly across from a Whole Foods and a number of fantastic restaurants.

Oh yes, the rooms are beautiful, the bar is really really terrific and Atlas is one of Buckhead’s best restaurants.

The St. Regis Atlanta, is a stately resort-style luxury hotel in the heart of Buckhead.

The hotel is connected to a few great restaurants and is in the heart of Buckhead.

My fiancé and I visited the St.Regis Buckhead and were very impressed with the service and the property.

There are a number of small boutiques that are good values in addition to the Shops of Buckhead that are similar to Rodeo Drive.

Buckhead, walking distance to restaurants, and perfect place to stay no matter what the occasion.

The St. Regis in Buckhead, Georgia, is to Atlanta what the Drake is to Chicago, the Plaza is to New York City, the Brown Palace is to Denver and the Beacon is to Boston.

We travel very frequently to the Atlanta/Buckhead area.

Stayed here for a bit of a staycation after attending a show at Buckhead Theater.

Also, the location is fantastic in the heart of Buckhead !

It’s defintely the place to stay in Buckhead and currently our favorite in Atlanta.

The room charges were $3,000 and the meal was $50.00.

The Langham in Chicago is in the heart of downtown, only charges $50 and it is like a well-oiled machine.

Initially I was disappointed because I was not able to get a room upgrade (a benefit of a credit card I hold) which I assume was due to no availability.

Ended up getting valet charges when we didn't even have a car and told that the valet said they were valid so they remain until the manager got involved.

but included getting charged $12 for 2 club sodas in plastic cups.

We had to leave earlier due to sickness and fear of covid- 
Front desk agent that morning (10am) said they will credit us the second night--
my Amex Travel agent even called them--they never did.

We were not able to fully utilize our breakfast credit because of this.

my package included valet parking; they tried to charge $50 for it.

After leaving, there was a dispute with crediting our suite night credit.

Explain when you charge $750 for a $200 room you have to gouge me $50 to park my car at night and get it in the morning, ridiculous.

First off, after sending all the details (including printing, signing and emailing various times the credit card information through the system), the booking was completely fussed up.

However, be warned that you must use the food/beverage credits every day or apparently forfeit them!

but otherwise we'd only have been able to charge one device at a time).

but it was cold and there seemed to be a charge for using the computers which is nickel n diming in my opinion.

but wonder how often do they try to sneak in these type of extra charges.

The Bellman known as Said took charge to see the bags would be delivered to the right room.

It ended up being charged for the entire stay.

The St. Regis Atlanta is the nicest hotel in Atlanta- luxurious, great location, great indoor/outdoor bar scene and very beautiful and amazingly quiet rooms.

- Attentive, helpful, yet not stuffy front desk and room service staff
- Great indoor/outdoor bar area (interesting people watching)
- Only con: somewhat congested valet area
- We would definitely go back

So, refreshing to find a hotel that remembers the days of class, elegance, hospitality.

Maybe the $800/night guests don’t merit these luxuries.

I had the pleasure of staying at five-star hotels throughout my years of travelling.

but getting a luxurious treat for 24 hours was just what we needed.

This is one of the few truly luxurious offerings in Atlanta.

To be honest, it felt like a resort pool in some far away island getaway, very luxurious!

We have always received something in our rooms in 4 Star and luxury hotels around the world.

The rooms are beautiful and luxurious and the staff are very accommodating.

I highly recommended this place to stay if you are looking for a true luxury and exclusive experience in Atlanta.

I work in the field of luxury and customer service and I am disgusted by how they treated me on this issue.

The house car is a luxury Mercedes-Benz (including a side-pushing function when it turns!

It's a five-star, AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort that caters to the visitor's every whim and desire.

I've long wanted to stay at the St. Regis, as it seems to be the go-to luxury hotel.

While the hotel is most often associated with luxury (and is very nice) I was most impressed with the staff.

The pool is also quite nice and the staff is very attentive.

I got to enjoy the entire pool by myself.

I would fine another fine hotel if they had a pool .

The pool area, St. Regis bar, chauffeur service were also very attentive and highly recommended.

Barra and Carlos at the pool, and all the ladies at the spa.

The suite was to die for, the front desk and concierge were outstanding, the pool and staff were excellent, top notch service all around.

Pool area was lovely with very attentive service and yummy food and beverage options.

From the bellman to housekeeping to front desk to pool attendants, all were inviting and helpful (other than the concierge who was somewhat argumentative and curt when trying to have help with a dinner reservation).

but you could order and get anything in your room or at the pool area.

There is a beautiful outdoor pool, spa and fitness center on site.

In early November, the pool transforms into an ice rink for a few months of winter fun.

Great service, nice gym, beautiful rooms, a lovely pool on a hot summer night, and great restaurants both in the hotel and nearby.

Spa, pool, gym, dining, shopping is very accessible.

We spent our few days at the pool and you didn’t want for anything!

The rooms are divine, sumptuous, great touches, sliding doors and the pool to boot is just right.

I asked for sliced pineapple that wasn’t a menu item by the pool and received an entire bowl full of freshly sliced pieces along with a lovely side of Greek yogurt and honey.

Yes, you don’t have in and out privileges and have to pay every time you leave,

but the prices are bordering on the absurd, as is the pricing of room service and the mini bar.

but certainly not enough that we could afford the St. Regis prices often.

though as much of the food here - it's quite pricey.

Some brands compromise due to cost, availability, resources, staff and training.

The prices do not justify the stay, as it currently is.

Don't pay the outrageous rate- it's not worth it.They need to train their people to live up to the St. Regis standard and expectation that they advertise.This is NOT a luxury hotel.
