Dinners were delicious, the sushi bar is a bless and the whole menu is amazing.

I highly recommand this hotel , specially for the kindness of the staff , the exceptionnal ski service , the very good breakfast .

Every night little sweets and fresh water were brought to your room, in the morning they remembered my breakfast preferences and also celebrated my birthday :)  
They are full of ideas to arrange other trips/excursions for you, as well as for the spa, we had a great massage :) 
Also the connected ski (rental & lessons) people were wonderful, they had a free guide to show us around on the skipistes!

The spa is terrific, and the breakfast delicious (always espresso, unless you order American) A unforgettable ski holiday

So many lovely touches, delicious food and wine, very comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and generally very impressive!

The breakfast buffet had a good variety to offer.

The food was delicious and there was a diverse menu with an extensive wine list.

The food at breakfast is outstanding with everything you could imagine on the buffet and more, including a chocolate fountain.

However for a 5* hotel & 5* cost (600€ a night), it is a shame that some things like mineral water or a simple coffee machine or tea are not featured in the room.

Being a 5 stars hotel there are also a couple of things which will require an improvement:
- speed, coverage and stability of the Wi-Fi
- assortment of pillows
- Nespresso machines in the rooms

Overall highly recommendable

The only thing that they didn't have is coffee and tea in the bedrooms and the coffee at the bar wasn't the best either.

We left without desserts or coffees and wowed to never come back unless this restaurant has a major turnaround.

Our knowledge of English, French, Russian and German was often not enough even to buy a cup of tea or get a napkin.

Using your 3G/4G phone as modem is faster
- top level of junior suite, especially the bathroom, can get quite cold
- windows on 3rd and 4th floor are built into the roof and often covered by snow.

If I had to make a remark, I find the lobby and bar area a bit cold, dark in some aeras and not very cozy for after ski drinks.

The conditions were a big luxury for us -- we are used to the cold and ice of New England, USA.

Plus the showers in the changing room were cold.

A very poor service experience in the Racletterie on our first night, staff in the boot room misplacing our skis and boots, mixed quality of drivers to the slopes (one was excellent, the other drove with one hand whilst using his mobile, impatient, and threw our skis into the boot), no turn down service in the bedrooms (unlike our previous experience), staff unwilling to enforce mask wearing indoors, and a permeating strong stench of cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel communal seating areas impacted on our ability to relax downstairs.

I tried to call again a few more times, either no answer or someone would answer and would immediately hang up.

We then went back up to our room to have a hot shower and warm up to find that the water in our room wasn't hot either so we had to call reception and they organised a work man to come up.

but the Mediterranean was nice with a good menu.

Overall good hotel, nice pool/spa area and nice restaurants.

Excellent duplex family room, great all round service, cosy swimming pool, good spa and massage service, play area for kids, quality restaurants.

Service was very kind and helpful at the restaurant and the ski locker/shuttle staff were 5 stars, always trying their best to take you to the slopes in time and helping out at the lockers.

Great restaurants, best location close to ski lift, quality spa with pool, sauna, steam and overall kind and helpful staff. Excellent!

Good food, great rooms and incredible staff who look after you and take care of your skis and drive you to the closest Ski lift every morning and bring you back!

Gastronomically speaking the hotel is very good: they offer different styles and restaurants and everything on their menus is great, perhaps a some rotation in the menu would be nice for those of us going on a yearly basis.

Otherwise the hotel is super accommodating (although room service a bit hap hazard) with decent rooms and food.

We want to specifically congratulate the restaurant Chef for his fine mix of rather creative dishes and of genuine local recipes : starters , main course and desserts were just delightfulls as well as were the wines , delivered by just perfect waiters.

Facilities and food were up to scratch for a quality hotel and at a very reasonable price.

And also the rooms are very comfy and luxurious!!

4 of us in total and had 4 separate rooms and every one was pristine and perfect.

Clean and well designed rooms and public spaces.

The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

We chose this hotel since it had the best family room.

The rooms were a good size and very clean.

Our room (superior) was excellent with balcony and fabulous views.

Hotel is close to the ski lifts thanks to the hotel shuttle that get's you up there in 3 minutes.

The ski lift is just 2 minutes with the hotel shuttle.

The location to the slopes along with the shuttle to the lift was perfect.

but I was very impressed with the skiing in the area and ski organisation of the hotel which ran a constant shuttle bus all day, back and forth to the nearest lift.

For skiing the hotel runs a free shuttle to the lift which takes less than two minutes and is extremely convenient.

They take care of your skis when you get to the shuttle and they help you with your boots.

Baqueira is The most exclusive ski station of all The Pyrénées and The hotel La Pleta is the must you can find because of The very professionnel and kind young staff because of The shuttles to the snow very close .

The rooms are comfortable, the ski service is very good with a ski shop in the hotel and a shuttle always being available for the 500m drive to the nearest lift.

Have shuttle to the station and the hotel is located at 1700 meters.The rooms are large and wood, so they are comfortable.

There is a very flexible shuttle to the ski lifts when you want it - only a couple of minutes form the lift.

The shuttle service and ski valet was a great convenience.

Make sure to have a phone to call for the shuttle which takes all of 2 minutes hotel to lift. WOnderful.

The hotel is wonderfully located (we had a car, so could get to the Beret ski slopes - better for non-expert skiers - with a 5 minute drive; there is a ski locker and prep room in the hotel and a regular shuttle to Baqueira skiing,

We choose this fantastic spot in Baqueira every year when the skiing season begins.

The hotel is ideal for skiing (but not ski in/ out have shuttle bus) and the staff are great in managing the daily preparations.

We only did one day of skiing and concentrated on the spa and relaxation

There were lovely touches incluing Molton brown bath products, and being offered complimentary gluvine, soup and hot chocolate on rerun from skiing.

Spent a work week with meetings in this hotel and stayed the weekend to enjoy some skiing.

My family (4 adults, 2 young children) spent one week at La Pleta as part of a skiing holiday in Spanish Pyrenees.

Each day, they had sweets awaiting us after skiing.

The access to skiing is through their mini buses and it takes 2 or 3 minutes.

We loved Baquiera Beret for skiing and will definitely go again

The staff were wonderful, every single one of them.

Staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

Staff is very professional with some speaking really good french.

The quality of the facilities, location and especially the human quality of the staff make this hotel, whilst not inexpensive, highly recommendable.

It seems that the system cannot cope with the  number of connections.

but understandable is the internet for the hotel is slow but didn't even use it that often.

The bad:
Even in a Superiour room there is only shower over tub, not quite 5*
Spotty wifi throghout the hotel.

At this stage i got very upset and realised we must be the only ones staying in the hotel and they obviously aren't running it at full speed and felt very upset at the fact that they had accepted our booking!

Via "Small Luxury Hotels" network we selected the La Pleta Hotel & Spa in the montains, not too far away from our route.

The breakfast is amazing, the staff est very kind and always keen to help.

The breakfast is possibly the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced - perfect for a day on the slopes.

The choice for breakfast is unbelievable - every type of food imaginable and the quality superb.

The restaurants at the hotel are delicious and the breakfast buffet is the best.

Besides what you can expect in this hotel class, following deserves an extra mention:
-	Royal breakfast buffet, among the best ever in my experience
-	Perfect ski service: lockers under the Baqueira cable car next to the hotel = zero ski dragging
-	Great care
Take note that the beautiful Spa is not free, and children must be at least 16 to access.

Service is fast and good, breakfast is magnificent.

Breakfast in the morning is first class, huge variety and the fresh fruit juice bar is a highlight.

The breakfast buffet is as good as it gets - 10 out of 10 - and food in the brasserie is of similar high standard.

Simple touches make the difference and you got plenty of them in this hotel like the small cakes and cookies they leave every afternoon in the bedroom from when you return from the slopes or the cereal bars they leave at your disposal in the ski lockers in the morning.

The breakfast buffet was one of the most amazing we've ever seen.

Still, its a very good luxury hotel and probably worth the money.

It is very beautiful, luxurious and comfortable.

2) The hotel's higher-end restaurant, The Bosque, was closed all week.

Very luxurious rooms, excellent spa, huge breakfast buffet, high quality food and wine.

The decor is modern mountain luxury and it is located in the most convenient spot on 1500 of the exclusive Baqueira  Beret.

The room was too expensive for the service quality.

Few things which make me give 4 out of 5 are: swimming pool paid access (40€ if I’m not wrong,

but expensive - 18 euros for some hummous and a few tortilla chips .

The hotel is in god conditon, anyhow the abcence of flexibility by the staff, and the fact that you have to pay 40 Euros per person every time you want to use the sauna/spa is a no good for a five star hotel.

Noisy rooms, breakfast area in a dark area without any mountain view and day light ( no view at all ), expensive

but you should get a coupon to use it twice if you stay a week for example or very less expensive like 15€.

however, quality is not cheap, when provided. 🙏🤗

Staying for 4 nights , we checked out the restaurants , long story short , very over priced , poor food quality and not creativity you would expect from a fine Hotel.

The only negative comment are going to Spa Service that is not included, we need to pay extra to use the spa, pool and sauna, and that is not comprehensive for a 5 star hotel.

Having bitten the bullet and paid I can only say that I understand why they charge the quality and variety of sensations on the spa was up with anything I have seen before,

The first night we had dinner at La Fondue and it is a perfect disappointment both food, meat of very low quality, too small portions and expensive

but expensive - you do better to eat out in Arties / Salardu if you have a car, or in Baqueira if not.

I tried to negotiate an all up price for our stay

Dinner is pedestrian and the prices - particularly in the fondue restaurant - are gougingly expensive relative to quality or quantity.

but price level in general too high and some noiring issues like € 16 pizza (similar as frozen from supermarket with € 2), spa cost extra € 27 and kids under 16 years have to go to kids Club small pool to swim and eg food quality not always high (fish partly raw) why 5 star hotel questionable.

So in conclusion I felt most of the weekend bad, first of all because I had the impression that the smoke-smelling room was the result of my “cleverness” to pay less, then I felt bad because I don’t speak Spanish and last

Honestly, we have rarely eaten so well anywhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel immaculate, food delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed as always the cosy bar with a fire at the end of long day in the mountains.

And another shout-out to Serge, who poured our GTs in the Bistro with aplomb!

Their Fondue restaurant was also excellent.

Hotel Val de Neu, have some issues regarding services quality the Fondue Restaurant forget to use your best cloths because the some inside.

And, three very good restaurants so you really do not have to move, if you don’t want to.

There are a couple of other restaurants in the hotel which we sampled during our stay.

though expensive restaurants - the on eI liked most was  La Fondue , which is VERY good.

We ate in the restaurant in the evening - very good indeed and a choice of 4.

This hotel is worth their 5*, with according amenities, quality restaurants and considerate service.

Restaurant (Italian) was delicious - globally (including La Bosque) a little over-priced.

The ski room is very convenient and we even have some help there !

The rooms at this hotel are superb and very comfortable.

but if you plan visit everyday the 25€ per day) and one more thing which we missed (as the weather was rainy few days) a heater/radiator in the room.

You just have to walk about 50m to reach the gondola, and your equipment stays in a room below the gondola - It is very practical.

5) the two hotel restaurants we tried, the Italian restaurant and the fondue restaurant, were fine albeit no more than that.

The entrance lobby is large and our room was very comfortable.

The hotel has a ski room right by the gondola with each room having its own locker.

As per usual, the experience was fabulous, the restaurante has amazing local food, the service from the reception to the ski lockers is perfect and the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

The lobby, the rooms, the bar, all well designed.

Everything from the location next to the ski gondola (2 minute walk, literally) to the quality of service makes it well deserve 5 stars.

There are much better alternatives than this in the good ski resort of Baqueira with the service you would expect from a five star hotel.

Service is reasonable and it does get pretty busy so get there early and grab the best seats near the fire.

The service was fantastic and the workers were all very friendly and always smiling.

Stayed for the first Time in that Hotel, and was extremely impressed with the quality of the product, and the service with very efficient and friendly staff, which is not always easy in Mountain resort, with HOTELS that are opened only few months in the year.

Indeed the location is perfect, nice kids park, good service in ski lockers, thanks to Kevin.

Otherwise, good hotel in a good location and on the whole good service.

This is, without the shadow of a doubt, the best hotel in Baqueira and one of the best ski hotels I have ever been to.

The hotel make the ski day so easy with everything stored at the bottom of the gondola with helpful staff assisting you with your skis and lockers.
