We enjoyed views over the rooftops of local residential area across to the hills.

The small kitchen area had a microwave, which I didn´t touch as it didn´t look very clean.

Not a tourist spot , many industries located in the area.

Rooms were adequate with kitchenette, living area, small bath room, and bedroom.

A very good breakfast in included, served in the rooftop restaurant.

Breakfast was included in the the price and was reasonable with continental or cooked option.

There is a nice restaurant on the top floor with a yummy crunchy chicken filled with roquefourt cheese.

the breakfast on the 11th floor is very good and various with fresh fruit, juice and continental dishes.

Nice clean apartment style hotel, was a Mercure once.

There are numerous food outlets in the mall too if you feel like eating there.

They serve the room service with some nice choices.

Dinner quite pleasant when we used restaurant in evening.

While restaurant on roof -- preferred the restaurants near hotel.

We had a warm welcome at reception and were pleased with our room on the second floor which has a mini kitchen with some utensils provided, a flat screen tv, open plan lounge area, comfortable bedroom and a shower en suite.

The reception is open 24h/day and people are kind and helpful.

However, the water looked incredibly filthy!

A rua durante a noite é tranquila, mas começa o movimento muito cedo,  o que pode incomodar um pouco a quem deseja dormir um pouco mais, para mim funcionaou bem pois costumo sair cedo de hoteis.. O café da manhã não estava bom, mas fui durante a semana e de repente por esse motivo não me atendeu.

I really appreciated the room, that is comfy, cozy and clean.

The beds are good queen size and the rooms are new and clean.

The rooms are very clean and with new furnitures, including the common spaces.

Good hotel, very clean and quiet very close to Aparecida sanctuary.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and with lots of lights and big windows with magnificent views.

The building and rooms were very clean, great showers too!

There is a large pool on the 17th  floor as well as gym and sauna.

There is swimming pool, kids room with a lot of toys, gym and the restaurant is very good with tasty food and a lot of options.

Everything is brand new, the roof top pool is a plus.

The restaurant is great and the service is first class.

Restaurant like very simple as a cantine for student or pilgrims.

The food in their restaurant is buffet style and it offers an ample variety for everyone.

Local honesto, simples, bem limpo, relativamente próximo do Santuário e bem aconchegante.

Perto do Santuário, mas longe do burburinho, já que sua localização é um pouco escondida e em local tranquilo, uma rua pequena.

Possui um restaurante com café incluso e é possível almoçar e jantar lá tb.

Café da manhã simples, poderia ser melhor.

O café da manhã tem várias opções de frutas, pães e bolos; além de café e suco.

Os funcionários são muito gentis e o café da manhã é muito bem: variado, fresco e gostoso.
