Also small pool and gym consisting of one treadmill and one bike.

After a certain hour (8pm I think), the door downstairs is locked, and has to be opened from the inside – was never a problem since there was always somebody working the front desk.

the swimming pool is very small, just to refresh your feet ( 4x5m on depth 80cm )

I spent only nights, not tried the restaurant, there are very good restaurant in the city.

There´s an small awful looking dirt-brown couch in every room, which neither I nor my colleagues felt comfortable sitting on.

Room I had was one bedroom with ensuite (shower) and a living room with basic self catering facilities.

However the last stay the infrastructure is deteriorating- the bathroom was leaky and some faucets were not working.

Rented a room early June 2016 and noted the following: the shower was terrible, with little to no control over the temperature, and the acoustic isolation in the room was awful since I was able to hear all my neighbors moving around and talking.

The rooms are not enormous, furniture is new, people talking on the aisles of the floor can be heard inside the room, bathroom sort of small,

Walls are kind of thin, so you can hear other' s rooms TV or people.

Our room was very clean with a comfortable, big bed & a shower stall large enough to dry off inside.Hot water and good fluffy towels were available.

The hotel is new, internet is quite OK, channels selection at the TV are limited to some Brazilian channels and religious ones, so nothing in English.
