Exceptionally clean and quiet rooms, very good service, a comfortable night's sleep, and a decent breakfast.

but we could go to a excellent Pizza1 restaurant that serves italian dishes besides the obvious pizza options and they have a service buffet.

Also, breakfast was close to splendid for the price.

I got a "madrugador" breakfast (early in the morning) and it was nice served.

Hotel offer a good breakfast meal, good room installation with comfort, good location and more important good price, near by a Shopping center e city downtown.

The staff is lovely, the hotel is very well located, the breakfast is nice and the best is the price: a very good one.

A very good breakfast in included, served in the rooftop restaurant.

Breakfast was included in the the price and was reasonable with continental or cooked option.

There is a nice restaurant on the top floor with a yummy crunchy chicken filled with roquefourt cheese.

the breakfast on the 11th floor is very good and various with fresh fruit, juice and continental dishes.

After a certain hour (8pm I think), the door downstairs is locked, and has to be opened from the inside – was never a problem since there was always somebody working the front desk.

the swimming pool is very small, just to refresh your feet ( 4x5m on depth 80cm )

I spent only nights, not tried the restaurant, there are very good restaurant in the city.

There´s an small awful looking dirt-brown couch in every room, which neither I nor my colleagues felt comfortable sitting on.

Room I had was one bedroom with ensuite (shower) and a living room with basic self catering facilities.

Breakfast was basic with eggs on request .

The staff is very friendly and the its restaurant provides homemade Brazilian style food in a buffet.

The service at the entrance,  reception and the restaurant is very good and so is the buffet for dinner and breakfast.

-	Very good breakfast with fresh fruits, cereal, eggs, sausage, cheese, Brazilian bakes (must have the dolce de leice donuts), juices, coffee.

However the last stay the infrastructure is deteriorating- the bathroom was leaky and some faucets were not working.

Rented a room early June 2016 and noted the following: the shower was terrible, with little to no control over the temperature, and the acoustic isolation in the room was awful since I was able to hear all my neighbors moving around and talking.

The rooms are not enormous, furniture is new, people talking on the aisles of the floor can be heard inside the room, bathroom sort of small,

The breakfast was ok, with the usual menu: scrambled egg, bread, fruit, milk, coffe and juice.

The breakfast was ample & the pool area sizeable.

Walls are kind of thin, so you can hear other' s rooms TV or people.

The hotel is new, internet is quite OK, channels selection at the TV are limited to some Brazilian channels and religious ones, so nothing in English.

Breakfast is good and the only things I can congratulate is the quality of the food in the restaurant.

When hearing that we planned to spend some time in Lorena,  friends who used to go there in the seventies mentioned the name, wondering if the place still exists.

The food served for lunch and dinner in the hotel’s cafeteria was absolutely delicious- better than some restaurants we’ve been to.

The only issue is that the walls of the rooms are very ‘thin’ and you can hear other people in nearby rooms and the hallway.

The room we were assigned was right over the reception lobby and close to the street in the front of the hotel so it got noisy at times
