Amazing people from Amin who’s in charge along with best chef JAMAL who memorized our order and once we enter the restaurant he would get it sorted, he also started coming to our table and recommending few items going the extra mile and making us feel so welcome, all the way to chef ISSA who’s also warm welcoming and friendly.

We really had a good time at the lobby with sally she is so friendly.

The hotel is great, the service is astonishing,friendly service over all and I extremely enjoyed my stay one of the best two that have helped me are Sally barakat and Zaid khrais they definitely made my stay better

And they have a very good hosting and care of residents, especially "Amal" who was friendly, helpful and responsible.

She would check on us in the restaurant and call our room and check if we need anything.

They are not helpful with organising “outside” transportation, they do not even call you a local taxi.

When he found my ring, he left a note and made sure that I realized that I had left it so I dont lose it.

- Swimming pool is outdoors, and a bit small for those that are wanting to use it for exercise
- Two days in a row, we had to call for amenities in the room that were provided incorrectly/missing (e.g.

till now I didn’t get my watch and I’m still expecting  a call from them 
, giving my back my watch ,even the operator they way the answer calls are not nice this hotel not recommended at all  and make sure you to not forget anything in the room cos you will never get it back

We decided to go to the steak house in the Hotel to wait until he calls.

I lost a ring and they searched and after I left the hotel I received a call saying that they finally found it.

and the improper replenishment of bath supplies making you keep calling the housekeeping to fix this was just not so relaxing.

We faced two consecutive incidents that we didn't really appreciate, first one with the receptionist Serena, once we came down to reactivate our keys, and asked why this is happening at all times, she insisted that it is because of our mobile while we don't have cellphones with us, and once we informed her about that, she insisted that it is either the mobile or the x ray machine outside,

We had to call the reception to ask for essentials constantly.

Sally in the Guest Relations department was very helpful during our visit.

Sally & Areej (Guest Relations) - Sally always made an effort to ensure we knew some Arabic words to help us with our adventures in Jordan.

The hotel is luxury, the rooms are great (and our view too), the Spa is “cool” and the Fairmont Gold Lounge was more than perfect (many special thanks to Hashem for the hospitality and the excellent service).

The Vitalic Spa - 5 stars - The spa besides having Jacuzzi with you find at most properties this spa offers you a complete vitalic journey mud steam room and vitalic pool that is Maintained at 38° And equipped with air and water jet features, Such as a Hydro back bench, and body massage.

I always feel at home and welcomed whenever I visit the spa, definitely top in Jordan!

The breakfast was amazing, the pool and spa were very nice.

We had dinner at the skyline sushi restaurant and the service was special , and I thank both Mr. Nader and Miss Jessica for the good service and wonderful handling, and I thank both chef Rafat and chef Rami for preparing delicious food.

I was looked after by Nisreen; she put me so much at ease and helped me to find my way around the extensive breakfast menu!

We have had breakfast and lunch several times in the Colours restaurant which is also near to the swimming pool.

Breakfast was very tasty, with great variety.

Breakfast and lunch meal is perfect, food, workers especially Nisreen, Fadi, Nader, Firas, and chef mahmoud!

The breakfast room service was very good and on time.

Land mark hotel   there' is amazing  rooms  so great views  especially  in the  zest pool so delicious food especially  in breakfast  buffet  .. so nice  smile  Rula .. Mr Fayez   very  friendly  great  . .

I asked if there were any bananas at breakfast as I didn’t see any and one of the staff, a young lady who seemed to be in charge, actually had some delivered to our room later!

but the position of swimming pool is not good. I had problem with Room key card but they solve it, however it was weird problem and strange.Check in and check was smooth staff well trained, cleaners are the best in particular "Amer"

For example, it took 30 minutes to check in to the hotel (no clear reason why) and when my key card stopped working, I had to wait for someone else to check out (about 10 minutes) for someone to reactivate my card (something that takes less than a minute to complete).

My only complaint was that I was set up with a taxi driver who seriously overcharged me.

However, I don't particularly like the patronizing choice of blocking a high amount of money from the credit card when checking in (around 30% higher than the actual room bill) in order to cover in advance for possible extra expenses.

It’s been almost two weeks since we checked in, they still have a hold on my funds despite us chasing this several times.

but you know, someone is being unprofessional. 2) they tried to charge me for extra stuff I haven't taken from the mini bar (Nuts, Pepsi and water!)

You have to insert your card several times to get in.

but was billed for 15 JD .when i insisted ,receptionist told me 1JD is for tax .since ,i had to rush out  to airport ,i din't make it issue .Actually ,extra 1 JD was donation for cancer treatment to some hospital,it has to be on voluntary basis instead ,receptionist billed it without asking and not letting me know actual reason.

Nisrien the hostess was friendly and helpful.

The highlight was the kind, friendly, and helpful staff, including Fadi and Nisreen from the Colours Restaurant.

Check in and check out were efficient and the staff all very friendly and accomodating.

The staff is very supportive, friendly and attentive.

the staff were so friendly and dedicated to their own work .

but  my visiting is  long I've been here for twenty two days I'm so happy with every thing especially the staff are so friendly and helpfully starting from morning welcoming by nisreen and a nice management from Nader and also  big thanks for the chef Mahmoud  for his always helping and take caring for us , I feel  like iam at home

Normally its not the first time that I been to landmark hotel as is always the food were great and delicious and the staff friendly spicaly Nisreen and Ahmad Talal and Jessica and Nader as well  so that's to landmark, my second home

Especially Fadi and Nisreen who were incredibly friendly and professional.

All three were friendly and professional, and always make us feel like we are at home.

The room on the 9th floor was steaming hot and must have been close to 40c as  the A/C was not switched on which I had to do and decided to go for a swim until the  room cools off.

but would have liked to have a hot sauna and a hotter jacuzzi.

They suggest you open a window if it's too hot (it was).

Never ran out of hot coffee with great table service.

The fitness room is small, and could use better air circulation as it gets quite hot.

but it was more of a warmish pool than a hot jacuzzi and we could not adjust the temperature and the sauna was chilly when we entered but we were able to get it warmer with the water supplied and pouring it on the rocks.

But from someone who gets hot very easily, it didn't quite do the job.

Breakfast room service was so-so - hot food was generally cold/lukewarm by the time it was delivered, and once was delivered 20 minutes before the time requested.

At night time it was very hot and stuffy.

Increasingly, the hot food was served cold and the cold food hot.

Mr Khader was our waiter, he was extremely helpful and polite throughout the meal.

Lovely staff espically the colours restuarant was very helpful and kind the food and service were exceed our expectation special thanks to Mohammad alzyoud, Nisreen, fadi, mohamad Jaber and yazan Abu alhawa and mohamad zuhair for did great job

Starting from Ibrahim the GM upgrading my room to meet my simple requests,  and the beautiful friendly conversations with Samer , Tarek, Fayez and Juan at the reception,  staring my day having breakfast receptioned by  Nesreen and the amazing team at the restaurant then going to my room finding it well arranged by Murad ready the way I want for my long working day, then going to Ghroub in the 13th floor , professionally managed by Mohamed where the beautiful Rula welcomes me and having me seated ensuring that I'm ok and served by the dedicated Rami, Khallil , Adham and Fathy.

Had the chance to have breakfast at the landmark hotel in Amman, and met some of the staff there 
Very hospital and great service with a  big smile by the restaurants staff and met with Fadi Zyoud this morning who was very welcoming and cheerful

The restaurant team chef Emad and chef Mouatasem, Rola, Mr Mohamed, Mohamed El Gattawy actually all the team.

Staff are amazing, rooms are clean, room service they answer on the spot.

however a pity smoking is allowed in the bar.

Another plus for me is that their shampoo, shower gel, etc are free of harmful chemicals!

VERY STRANGE 
We decided to stay the night and leave to the dead sea the next day and went for dinner at the Sushi restaurant, as soon we got there a bad oder of stinky fish was in the air that was extremely off putting, we decided to go to the outdoor terrace for dinner.

but evem more so when young chef Moatasem took his time to explain us how to properly eat local dish with fava beans called Foul Medames.

Non smoking chosen and no hint of cigarette smoke.

The one thing that i wasn't satisfied with is that the room smells like cigarettes and was annoying.

but noticed a bit of smell from the bathroom, might just be a faulty ventilation of the room.

but there is some area also where smoking is prohibited, at least in theory.

Shown to room, asked porter if room was non smoking as it stank, he said no.

though everything in the room has been marinated in cigarette smoke.

however some mornings there was a bad smell in the bathroom, probably some issue with the drainage.

It is not clean, very old, everything is smelly, incluinding the phone, it is moldy.

One issue: the bathroom smelled a bit foul.

Even the non-smoking areas smell like tobacco.

Very kind people and the service is amazing!!!

We stayed in our honeymoon and all was fantastic: the room was comfy and the personal very polite, especially Lara, she was very gentle with us, and she was waiting for us offering juice and water until we left the hotel.

Servers are also great and always efficient thank you Nisreen and Fadi for agreat job , happy and polite.

She seems to care that guests have a good experience there and is always very welcoming.

He's all around the restaurant with a warm and welcoming smile.

They are amazing, hard working staff and deserve special mention.
