The pool area is a jewel with a beautiful pool and a superb bar with many offerings at reasonable prices.

The pool and pool bar was great for a cocktail or snack during the day.

On the way you pass many of the tourist restaurants and bars.

The pool bar is also very reasonably priced and the food was gorgeous.

The pool bar is open all day and does light lunches.

The pool / bar area is lovely with very nice sun loungers.

The pool area is lovely, with very comfortable cushioned sun-beds, soft music and pleasant staff ready to serve at the pool-side bar.

Anna, Dimitris and Gianni are perfect hosts and they are ably backed up by Tommi and Christina on the bar.

but a very helpful bar server rang him for us.

The gal who worked the pool bar was so lovely and we had many a wonderful conversation.

The overwhelming experience of our visit was the warmth and kindness of the owners Anna and son Demetri and Leta who works in the pool bar 3.30 pm to 11.30  deserves a very very special mention, she is the smiliest person we have ever met!!

The pool is nice and the waitress at the pool bar was very very helpful and kind.

Plus, the bar and pool, fantastic for cooling-off after a day at the beach.

Breakfast worth including and the pool bar was very well priced.

Facilities - pool area was amazing in such hot weather to be able to just come back and jump in pool (I did not think it was salt water at all as previously read must have changed) never struggled to get sun beds in fact was often empty, bar was great and very reasonably priced, snacks including salad were lovely.

Room was immaculate, well renovated with a modern bathroom which used its space very well.The outside pool area with chairs and tables was excellent and the pool bar with first class friendly service matched any 5 star hotel we have experienced.

Special mention to the lady that made my Greek salad at the poor bar she promised me is will be the best I’ve ever had and she was right (sorry I didn’t get your name).

Amazing family run hotel & self catering facility, swimming pool and beach bar, what more could anyone else.

The bathroom was dated and water went everywhere.

The only slight criticism we had was that the room, shower room and balcony were a bit smaller than we were expecting from the website photos.

Granted, as per other reviews, the bathrooms are a bit on the small side,

We could have done with a shelf in the renovated bathroom as it was a bit short on space to place toiletries.

The toilet was still refilling from when it was flushed before we went for dinner (8pm - 12am).

but you had to be a little careful about using the water sprayer as you could easily cover the entire bathroom with water if you aren't careful.

We were less impressed by the small room size and outdated bathroom.

The ensuites are bijoux and the water pressure in the showers is really not very strong (for those with long hair will be an issue).

but as others have said, the bathroom needs an upgrade.

The only thing we would say could be changed is the bathroom.

maybe useful information -  they don't give free toiletries, we didn't find hairdryer,  the bathroom is very small and WiFi is poor.

but rooms without separate toiler or shower, facing an unfinished block of concrete.

This meant it didn't soak the whole room and showering was actually pleasant, a rarity in many greek accommodations!

Only negative is the shower could do with an update,

but the bathroom is very outdated and very small.

However, I have to mention that the rooms and bathrooms are small.

The breakfast spread hits the spot too, the fresh orange juice was fantastic and there were  plenty of options.

Anna makes a delicious breakfast every morning , and gave us tips on where to go.

Breakfast was lovely, especially the coffee and homemade orange juice.

Breakfast is the best we have had in the 5 hotels we have stayed in during our 2 weeks in the Greek Islands.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the pool area provides the focal area for your stay as breakfast, which is excellent value, is served here.

We had not much choice, with it being 7 in the evening, to find alternative accommodation and without doubt the pool area is very nice so we decided to stay.

The best part of the hotel was the pool area, it was very clean and the sunbeds and loungers were so comfy.

Breakfast is served in the pool area and there are a number of very shaded tables and comfy rattan type chairs to enjoy your first meal of the day.

The pool area is stunning and the temperature perfect.

there are only 10 suites and so it is very calm there, the main pool area was most of the time empty.

Love the friendly and helpful Dimitri and his family who run this establishment, the great location at 10-15 minute walk from the harbour and for exploring Parikia on foot, good cleanliness, the welcoming pool area and the homely breakfast cooked by the family matriarch.

The hospitality provided by Anna and her family was very impressive, we were picked up (1030 pm) and dropped off at the port, breakfast was served daily around the pool with home made food, the hotel is very clean both our room and the pool area.

i recommande this hotel for couple who visit Paros, The service is excellent, nice room clean and they owner is all time smiling.

When we notified the manager of this he told us that he was not able to fix it, causing for a very disturbed sleep.

The doors are paper thin so it is very noisy if you want to sleep early ( we didnt have any problem since we went late).

Couldn't sleep very well as there were some drunk shouters almost every night.

We didn't get much sleep because the walls are paper thin and we could constantly hear someone moving a chair around above us.

There is only a sheet on the bed, so if you like to sleep with more than that you can ask for a bed throw.

but as far as I know having stayed in Greece a few times 3/4 of the hotels in all of Greece have pretty solid mattresses so maybe get in to the habit of sleeping on your back.

The last door slammed at 3.50am at which point I was able to get to sleep.

I guess that if you want to leave earlier as we did, they are not so friendly and they do not care if you cannot sleep.

Believe me, as I said earlier, these small showers are common in Europe.

The double bedroom we had was tiny and the bathroom minuscule

but quite small and the bathroom very simple.

Our room was also just okay, with the bathroom being small, if not tiny (the toilet was practically in the shower) and awfully outdated.

What we did not like was that the room was not like shown on the hotel's website and really wasn't much bigger than a walk-in closet and the bathroom was so tiny the toilet was in the shower.

The bathroom was small, green and dim, wth limited water supply.

We stayed two nights before and one night after a sailing trip through the Cyclades, and our rooms both times were small

It was a really nice stay and an amazing area close the beach and restaurants!

Close to the beach and walking distance to the city.

Also at a quiet area and close to the beach.

The beach is close to the appartment, the room was cleaned and sorted up every day.

He explained everything to us , gave us loads of tips and other useful information, Giorgos let us use the washing machine, the place is very close to the beach, Taverna,s , bars, 12 min walk to the port along the harbour, we slept like logs because the place is so nice and quiet!

The rooms are located very near the beach (where the restaurants are) and walkable by foot in 3 minutes.

Giorgios met us on arrival and showed us to our room, the basement hall was filled with pictures of guests who stayed and some family photos as well as any information we needed during our stay - local taxis, tours etc.

The rooms he has available are capable of hosting couples and families as well.

We are a US/Catalan family that traveled in Greece for 3 weeks and we stayed on many different places at Andros, Paros, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete.

Lovely hotel,modern,central to the town,port,bus station,Tassos and his staff very friendly,helpful and kind.Loved the breakfast, fantastic hotel quiet,calm comfortable and a great place to stay.Comfortable room,loved the bathroom/ shower.A lucky find.

Location is in the heart of great shopping and very close to the port and bus station.

Shopping and restaurants were right in the area and if you want to take a trip to Naousa or grab the ferry to Antiparos, the bus station is close by (there's also a taxi stand with plenty of taxis lined up if you'd rather do that).

This is a great boutique hotel with such friendly, helpful staff and a perfect central location near to the port, bus station, bars, restaurants and shopping.

Good location at the central square at Parikia port close to taxis, bus station and ferries and a 25 euro taxi ride from the airport.

It is a good base to move to other areas in the island, because is near the port and the bus station.

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Parikia opposite the Ferry Port and main bus station.

About a three minute walk from the bus station and a 4 minute walk to port you cannot ask for a better spot.

Location is perfect - steps away from the bus station and ferry port and right in the center of the main streets.

The bus station and port are a two minute walk away, the bank and atm is next door, it's surrounded by cute little shops, restaurants and coffee shops, there is a beach with loungers that you can rent for the day and several grocery stores also within a 3 minute walk, like I said it's a crazy good location.The hotel is clean cute and comfortable and it has a restaurant downstairs on the square that serves a great breakfast.

Beautifull quiet rooms, cosy little garden in the patio, tasty breakfast with local products, friendly staff, great location (next to a bakery and the central market street, the bus station, the port), you have everything you could ask for a dreamy comfortable stay on the island.

Argonauta Hotel is a cosy and stylish hotel with a fantastic location, in the centre of Parikia and close to the ferry port and bus station.

The location of the hotel is also fantastic, it's close to everything you would want, shops, restaurants, the bus station, ferry port and the beach, all in all, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!

The location of this hotel in the centre of Parikia could not be better - near the central square and very close to the ferry terminal and bus station.

however a point to note is that I do not think there is a lift to the rooms.

The only thing was there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage to your room.

Please keep in mind there are no lifts in this hotel, so you will have to carry your luggage up some stairs.
