At the time of our visit (early July so a bit before the really busy season) shaded sunbed space was plentiful.

We went in May when the temp was about 23-28 degrees and it was very relaxing as not too busy with plenty of sun beds.

The entertainment girls kept all the family busy throughout the day and night.

A few wear and tear marks after a busy summer season

One large pool which never felt busy despite being the middle of August.

but we then became aware, after reporting to the TUI rep our concern that it could’ve been the hotdogs being served from the snack bar (as they were stored in a hot cabinet that was constantly opened and closed due to it being so busy and hence the temperature was not maintained) of another 7 reported cases to TUI of sickness.

but, there is a small beach with the sea in busy use that may make a change from being around the pool all day.

Really busy at these times, be prepared to be patient for pizzas cooking, meats grilled etc as this done freshly.

but a small cove which is a lovely hide away from a busy and noisy hotel.

but could imagine it would be very busy in peak season

Yes the dining room was busy and a bit noisy at times,

I can imagine in the busy months that the pool and restaurant would be crammed .

It was not too busy at that time of year and there was something for us both to do together or separately morning, noon and night.

We thought about the times we went for food and avoided busy times - common sense.

however it was in the basement so got very very hot down there, it felt like a school/hospital canteen sometimes when it was busy!

Food is cold and is not covered from the flies.

Shocking hotel don't waste your money rooms are not the best food not great hardly any there at meal times seems to be the same everyday would not recommend coming g here today they closed  the restaurant at lunch by time so unsure what people can do the snack bar food is terrible cheese burgers served stone cold .

we had three cheese burgers and some chicken nuggets everything was stale and cold or so hard you couldn't eat it.

Food always cold with long queues as there was only one chef who only cooked about 6 pieces of meat at one time.

It was consistently cold (there are microwaves to heat it up).

The ugly - the food was just awful, very repetitive and always cold, was glad to go home to eat hot food that was actually cooked as so many foods are served undercooked and unfortunately there isn’t anywhere else to eat in the area.

The wasn't much to do around the local area apart from a small beach .

Cold burgers or burnt chicken nuggets and all pre cooked and stored in a large metal container keeping the food warm.

Pools were lovely, a little on the cold side

but we're noticeable at times around the cold foods section.

The pool itself was really really cold though.

The snack bar also only serves food at luke warm temperatures (burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets and chips all received cold and uneaten).

but comfortable appartment and daily maintained, a bit noisy neighbours, large restaurant with daily a lot of different buffet choises (warm and cold) but unfortunately (mainly UK) guests that spill a lot of food

Upon on arrival all seemed as booked, we were delayed and the hotel had made a cold buffet available, we were too tired and went to bed

The cleaning and housekeeping team are so friendly and work very hard and they sometimes go unnoticed or unappreciated.

The staff in the restaurant are friendly and very efficient with collecting plates and clearing tables.

The good points - staff all very friendly so can’t fault that.

I would like to bring it to your attention about excellent customer service by Rosa the reception ( Manager) she had a excellent customer service skills and very helpful and friendly.

Staff were super friendly, the hotel grounds and public areas were kept really tidy.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

We have seen a lot worse and all in all the evenings were good and many guests friendly with a very mixed nationalities.

although could do with some more ramps to make it a bit more buggy friendly.

Positives: this is a clean hotel, the staff are friendly, the pool is really nice.

but Maintenance were there within 20 minutes and fixed both.All the staff were great, friendly and polite.

The complex is lovely, really clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, pretty beach down the road where we’ve hired kayaks.

With children’s and adult entertainment in the afternoon and evening, we were very happy with our stay and would return again.

but they would do it anyway, we got fresh towels every day for our room, beds made and bathroom cleaned which was nice 

big and clean pools, one giant pool with a kids area and another quieter pool up the top.

My little boy struggled so much he lived on dry pasta and baguette and my husband has lost 2 stone 🙈

Nice little kids area with slides and splash zone.

There was entertainment everynight for both kids and adults as the entertainment team was very nice and always ready for fun.

The pool was brilliant and perfect for our children aged 3 and 6.

The pools were both fantastic and the kids pool was perfect for them.

The room was perfect for 1 adult and 2 children, would have been a bit of a squash with 2 adult.

SWIMMING POOLS - 1 large one which is excellent and never over 1.5m a childrens pool, play area toddler pool and separate quieter pool a small 100m away on same complex.

Night time entertainment wasn’t great, I think they could put a bit more effort into this and involve the guests and children more!

the food is what i would expect from a resort like this always something to eat great chips,if you are looking for 5 stars dont come here its a family complex and kids good and naughty ones everywhere

There is also a kids pool that has the slides and fun activities.

The kids, after 2 weeks didn’t want to leave.

The kids club was cute staff there lovely.

It was a family holiday and perfect for the kids!

A young girl had sunburn and the blisters were popped.

There is also a play park and pool area with 4 pool tables.

The hotel and pool area is clean & tidy and the apartments acceptable ( after we asked to move on the first day) 

The bad - the place is deserted There is not a soul about in what is basically a housing estate.

The pool was a good depth for both adults and kids and mine personally loved the splash pool.

This hotel is perfect for families or couples, the swimming pools are decent size with lots of sun loungers always available!

There is a wide choice of food and drinks, entertainment is limited, pools are excellent, lots of space.

The good bits - great  pool area , nice rooms , great shower , food not really that bad

The pool was great, not really busy, plenty of sun loungers as well.

We absolutely love this place, we had a two bed apartment with balcony which was clean well equipped it was large great beds, the pools are fantastic we loved the food the staff where amazing would highly recommend  it’s a quite area which is what we wanted the beach which is five mins away is beautiful loved our stay here

As we were ground floor near the smaller pool (which is still a brilliant size) we had a lovely outdoor space which we were able to put sun loungers on.

The pool is brilliant and the rooms are as expected.

though there are plenty of pool tables outside, by the snack bar.

Hotel was very close to the airport so brilliant transfer time , pool area was very nice lots of sunbeds and no rush in the morning .

You have to pay extra for the safe on an all inclussive and cost us 74 euros for tax so you better budget for the conservation tax.

There were no open restaurants nearby and the price for half board was so low it didn't make sense to cheat on the chef.

Staff 10  food 8 clean 9 pools 10  entertainment 4 drinks 9 rooms 7 shops site bus 1.75 euros  day trips catch the bus it's cheaper had a lovely week I would go back again.

but on the whole you get what you pay for so value for money was fine

I know it was not expensive at all so cant moan about the money.

From Tuesday on we didn’t eat at the hotel again, wasting money, as we had paid for all inclusive.

Staff:
We're brilliant, absolutely lovely welcome when we arrived, really first rate and set the scene for the holiday.

- Hotel towels are provided, can be replaced at a cost of 1 euro.

but at the end of the day they have done a great job at making it child friendly, for what we paid for 1 week all inclusive, i think was good value for money.

Pool towels are included in your stay and if you want clean ones you pay a euro each.

We also traveled to Mahon which cost £15 Euros and back I have actually uploaded to my YouTube channel our 7 days at the hotel -

Suffice it to say that despite this being an all-inclusive resort, we were so desperate for some decent food that we paid for a number of meals outside the hotel.

My daughter visited the kids club once and this was for the chocolate party, it was sunday 6-8 and cost 9 euros

Whilst Thomson rate this as 4 star it is officially a 3 star.

The entertainment was as you’d expect on this kind of holiday, the girls had lovely voices when they sang and the kids characters were great, so great that i paid €27 euros to bring teddy versions of them home with us lol!

We could not fault the food and found the staff very helpful and cheerful especially when it came to the children, there are high chairs available and plenty of family tables to sit at.

The catering team and service team are on top of everything.

I found that customers behind me would take priority when I’m reception and I was ready to go home after 3 days.

All the staff were very polite and smiley,

I’ve just spoken to a couple who arrived this morning and they want to leave already

The staff are lovely and couldn't do enough to help.

All in all this is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff who can’t do enough for u!

The staff was great, it was really easy to rent a motorcycle and car through the hotel and the apartment was always cleaned to suit our needs.

Lots of entertainment around the pool during the day by the 3 entertainment staff who again didn’t stop!

The animacion team leader was female, supported by two guys, and she was very energetic, very good at getting the dancing going on during the musical acts, and also hosting hour long aquagym sessions in the day (a bit too long for us!).

RECEPTION - Excellent English and smart, cool and friendly staff.

Reception staff really lovely , friendly and helpful, you can ask them anything and always willing to help, call taxis for you etc!

Free shuttle to the beach was a nice touch

The big plus is the water park it’s brilliant and free for all guests.

Bonus for the holiday was the water park, fabulous for the family and in with the cost of the holiday.

There is a free bus to the local beach and the public bus to the city Mahon is only €1.80 one way and stops right outside the hotel doors.

The added water park is definitely a added bonus and a fun place to be, if you are all inclusive the drinks are included at the water park.

The splash park was good, free of charge and unlimited.

Nothing special repetitive as most all inclusives are (big thanks to the chef who sourced gluten free snacks for my partner)

Last of all free entry to Splash water park across the road if your on an all inclusive basis which was a lot of fun.

Amazing stay here, water park attached to the hotel was amazing and the free evening entertainment.

Water park across the road an added bonus included if booked AI with certain travel providers open 10-6.

There's a free bus to the nearby beach, every hour.

I would honestly ignore the negative reviews and recommend trying this hotel.

I think we would return here one day as the water park is such a bonus.

Free entry to the waterpark was an excellent bonus, and would recommend going there as well as going on the glass bottom boat from Mahon which was just an hour tour well worth it.

There is a free splash bus every hour from the hotel to take you to punta prima.

There is a small cove a few minutes walk from the hotel which is lovely to swim
In and also a free bus to punt prima beach.

The water park is such a great added bonus, our 12yr old loved it.

Punta prima is a short free bus ride away with a good selection of local restaurants and shops.

There is a free app called MOOVIT which was handy re buses as it tells you where and when buses go etc.

The entertainment was great for kids the evening shows were ok and we had fun, all the staff work so hard and we're so friendly and helpful.

The drinks at the bar where good and the staff friendly.

We found all the staff were really friendly, the air con in the room was really bad too, I complained to the reception and he gave us a fan which actually helped a lot - No deposit!

The Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

It was clean, friendly staff and food was ok.

Check in was fast & friendly; lots of info from the staff.

(Even a luggage room to put your cases so they are not in the way)

Great hotel ignore the moaners

We have just come back from a week away with our two children aged 6 and 9.

Entertainment was okay each night l, kids mini disco every night at 8.30 for about 20/25 mins.

10 days all inclusive last visited in 2017
This is a great place for families we were going to go 2020 with our grandkids

we were AI and found the food fine always plenty of choice even for fussy grandson.

Stayed here all inclusive for a week as a family of 2 adults and a child.

All in all, good holiday, kids loved it, cheap and cheerful!

The kids sofa bed was right next to us also.

We met a family with  2 children and they  struggled with storage and space.

Activities and fun games through the day for kids and adults.

We made the kids disco a couple of nights,

We are a family of 3 including a 3-year-old boy.

Travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids ranging from 4-9 years old.

Tia, Sophia and Sandra were great getting the kids and … adults 😂 up for a dance with the kids disco #koukoumove …

but it is all children’s stuff, if you have kids this is great but of an evening as an adult there’s nothing to do other then sit and listen to baby shark the same time every evening.

Kids adored the Disney show, which was actually pretty brilliant.

Travelled as a family of 7, the children's ages range from 10 to 13 years old.

There is so much to do the entertainment team all were really good with our children particularly Sandra, Valerie, Paulo and Franchesco.

Yes my fussy son lived on pizza and hotdogs

They had aqua every day at around 6pm and then some entertainment for smaller children. Brilliant!

The water park is great snd yes it's salt water

Water park was ok, pools were salt water which we loved the reason behind it conserving water and using sea water

The water park is a big plus I think especially when you have kids.

The splash park was fantastic and had a lot of fun in the pool.

Water park across the road is good fun and drinks included with all inclusive in there.

If you have the water park included in your stay, drinks are all inclusive

I’d come again just for the water park and how close it is to the hotel.

The waterpark didn't disappoint and we went nearly every day, lots of sun loungers at the water park and we never had a problem getting any.

The splash park included was the reason we chose this hotel and we was not disappointed both loved it there.

but are fine, the showers as very small and turning in them at times was interesting but we dealt with it.

but it is what you pay for, rooms are very basic, tiny TV with only 3 English channels, bathroom is tiny with a tiny square shower which if you’re a larger person you’re not getting in there easily.

The bathroom was very small and struggled to get in and out of the shower due to it being very small and the toilet being directly next to it, leaving very little room to move.

but no biggie, only as we prefer a bath for our small kid.

Room - Party of 4 basically the room was one room with a put me up bed and two single beds pushed together so a living room area with make shift beds and a small balcony and very small bathroom with only a shower/toilet/sink in.

The beds are uncomfortable and the shower is so small so if you’re a larger person you might not be able to wash, and the water floods at the bottom of the shower during.

Although the shower is very small, u turn around and knock the shower off 🙈😅.

but bathroom was small with a small shower and no bath.

food is good (I’m a fussy eater abroad and ate more than I usually would) 
water park is fab, we did prefer the pool area for the kids and the park was within seeing distance from our sun beds as our kids are a little older meaning we didn’t have to stand over them 24/7.

As other people have commented the shower is small

- I also agree with the review a little below about the small showers.

The rooms, showers too small, doors do not open fully as they are too close to the sink.

The room (twin) - basic room, comfy, nice view, air conditioning, small shower room (no lock on door

however the shower is tiny and in a silly position so the shower door opens on to the sink.

All the staff we encountered were nice and polite.

The only issue is it’s filled with salt water if you swallow a mouthful you will be Sick like me
The animation team were very good we joined in a lot of the activities and enjoyed it
The food was quite good wit a fair selection and the dish replenishment was ok apart from the potato hash browns 
The entertainment was average at best 
Drinks were good and service was quite quick 
Now the downsides
WASPS they have a massive wasp problem they are everywhere.

The time we then spent afterwards in the restaurant and bar areas we felt uncomfortable as this was where all the staff from the room underneath us were working.

The entertainment team where great and always encouraging people to get involved in the activities.

So thanks for the reception lady for that.

Entertainment staff (Paulo, Francesco & Matej) were amazing!

I wish the reception and waiters/waitresses were as kind.

always happy to help and most had a smile.

Transfer from Mahon Airport was around 25mins, On arrival staff spoke fluent English and explained the hotel layout and meal times perfectly.

We were spoken to very rudely by staff in Punta Prima etc.

He was super Friendly and always up for a laugh especially at awards evening time.
