The location of the sink and shower in the middle of the room was odd

The bathroom layout was crazy - again it was very compact

We had a leak in our shower ceiling we reported it and they changed our room Immediately.

but had an extremely intensve smell of mould spores - on investigation, we found the shower tray (below some tiles placed over) was completely mouldy (see picture).

but was very small with the bathroom sink in the living area which I have never seen before!

but not very well set out the wardrobe space isn't long enough to hang dresses in, the lighting is very dim and there is no where to sit in front of the mirror to Dr your hair.

Unusual layout as the wash basin was in the middle of the room and the shower had a full length/height opaque glass wall, unable to use these facilities if you had a guests in the room.

The hotel rooms are modern and the shower area has a glass wall meaning if you do put the light on at night it illuminated the whole room, the sink is in the bedroom area so not totally private- be careful who you share with!

there were no paper tissues   and  no welcoming  drink only a bottle of  water.

My only complaint was that the hairdryer in my room was awful and kept cutting out. .

Also, no privacy at all in the bathroom area.

A hook on the door inside the public toilets would be an idea, as l dont like putting my bag on the floor.

We had a junior suite with the sink in the bedroom area (same in all rooms as we now understand) and separate from shower so not a great design feature as surrounding space is small and awkward.

but to put a couple of cans in a fridge should not be an issue.I dare say the toiletries from the guests in our room before were all removed and new ones put in there,the same goes for the shower gel.

Email request prior to arrival not actioned, slow check-in, what is classed as superior room is definitely not - small cramped room more suitable for sole use, unable to pass each other between toilet, shower and wash basin, 2 on balcony and its over crowded.

The staff at the reception were less than helpful, and non of the amenities were open to the hotel guests due to COVID.

but did not like layout of bathroom and insufficient lighting in wardrobes and lack of draw storage for a two week stay.

When we arrived, there were two weeks of the season left so I fully expected all amenities (as advertised) to be available as there was no hint this would not be the case.

However there were a few problems - food was cold on several occasions, the wet room floor was ceramic and slippery, and if one of us got up during the night to visit the toilet, the entire bedroom lit up as

Just came back from a week's  hoilday , myself and my wife  booked Bed and breakfast.

The food on the salad buffet was excellent and the desserts,

The food was marvellous & plentiful for mass catering!

The breakfast is good, half board is plentiful and quite good.

but I would only recommend bed and breakfast if you are going to go there and be a fan of walking.

Can we especially Thank Monica in the morning for a fantastic breakfast!

The rooms are kept very clean by the staff and the choice of food at breakfast was fine, with omelettes cooked to order.

Breakfast was excellent and the evening buffet was good too.

Breakfast was very good; full selection and you can request omelettes and pancakes etc which are freshly made for you.

Breakfast was the star of our stay, very rich and varied.

We wish now we had stayed just bed and breakfast, breakfast the food was amazing,

Really nice breakfast where you could sit inside or out.

We always stay on a B&B basis and the breakfast provides a full range of choices with the food fresh and well presented.

Breakfast is chaotic, so often  items were not replenished  and some of the hot food was cold.

The food was cold unless you happened to miraculously get a fresh plate and the all inclusive stops at 12 noon on your departure day no matter what time you are leaving.

Food was quite poor, always cold! Disappointing.

but the hot food was barely warm at times and not up to the standard I expected, cold food appeared to be better quality.

I do agree with some of the complaints small room, cold food

we were half board and the food for breakfast was ok the evening food was very poor quality and always cold .not enough staff this is not a 4 star hotel

The temperature of the hot tubs on the roof was so cold no one was using them so I asked reception if someone could have a look and they told me they would.I also put the message on the app twice.They called my room gone 11pm and said I cannot use the hot tubs at night,I replied I wasn’t using them as I was in my room.I just used the app to ask the question again.

( even though we upgraded ) only all inclusive in roof top bar from 5-7 at night you then have to pay after that and the food was so so basic and always cold …  lunch time pool bar you could have a cheese pizza

but it was dire cold cheap cuts very little selection.

but all the hot tubs were cold after being told some were 30 degrees.

Apart from the live cooking, the rest of the food was sometimes cold and very bland.

However, the so called ‘hot tubs’ were absolutely freezing cold and was not pleasant at all!

Hot tubs are cold,food very average if not below average.

The first day we discovered that the hot tubs were in reality, freezing cold pools of water and two days into our stay - the sky bar was closed for the remainder of the season.

but that is not enough, guests need to see they are being listened to with action taken to remedy complaints, that said I do not think the cold food issue is easily fixed.

The CONS:-

The hotel is cold and unwelcoming, more like a corporate headquaters than a holiday hotel.

Our room over looked the pool and had a nice size balcony all very clean and tidy.

Great sea view watching boats coming in and out and sunrises Staff are all friendly the pools are lovely and always have sunbeds available.

The food around the pool was average at best.

There is a nice seating area outside at the front (in the sun) or around the pool area (on the inner area of the hotel) in the shade or air conditioned in the restaurant.

The hotel staff (apart from pool chap) were very pleasant and helpful.

Was always able to get a lounger by the pool or on the rooftop.

The pool is lovely and it was great that there was always a lounger free no matter what time we went to the pool.

The pool area downstairs gets sun until late aft then the rooftop area has sun until it sets.

Adults only with a spa, indoor and outdoor pool and a Sky bar with amazing hot tubs and fantastic views.

Fab sky bar with fantastic view and nice dipping pools.

First class excellent hotel, good service, meals were of fantastic quality, rooms were spotless, swimming pool was beautiful, Dining room was of a very high standard very clean and well laid out …………..

Our room was pool view, with a large 6 foot bed, unusual wash basin layout

Pool area very enclosed by surrounding private buildings, no view to enjoy.

hotel was nice and clean décor nice .staff were nice and polite and helpful .but when you go around the pools there were only 5 para sols for 50 sun beds on the lower pool and none on the roof pool we were unable to use the roof pool because of this.

The spa pools and views from the rooftop terrace are an added bonus.

Pool area was nice, again  with plenty of beds & a snack bar.

Pool area is great and relaxed although I do hope they change the music choice to something more varied

Our favourite meals were from the pool side bar.

We enjoyed lovely views from our spotlessly clean room and the terraced roof bar,

The views are spectacular from the roof terrace which is served by its own bar, and if you’re All Inclusive so many rules apply you go crazy following them!!

though when you go to the roofs it’s gets extremely hot so plenty of sun cream.

We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace and the snack bar menu for lunch.

We loved laying in the beds on the roof and having a drink in the sun with the view.

Pool - If you want sun head for the roof, tall buildings = lots of shaded areas.

Lovely pools and yes the tubs on the roof were cool

We overlooked the roof over the bar and it was filthy.

There was always sun beds free and the swimming pool and the hot tubs on the roof are amazing.

Hot tubs - I was extremely excited to be able to go in the hotels 6 ‘hot’ tubs on the roof terrace, which looked absolutely amazing!

Staff very friendly and helpful   and the location is brilliant  go onto the roof to see what i mean   we will return👍

Lots of sunbeds round the pool or on the roof.

even though I don;t like heights, the roof terrace is worth a look.

Roof bar and bathing area was lovely and the beds etc were very comfy plus the views were amazing.

Drinks weren’t cheap, particularly up on the roof

There was no shade on the Skybar terrace so the time spent on roof watching the ships was mainly done after 5pm such a shame as location nice.

We paid €20 for a ‘cabana’ style bed purely for the fact that we wanted to lay up there as it has a better atmosphere than the pool downstairs and the cabana has a roof that can be pulled over to give you a little shade.

Sunbathing on the roof is heaven, it has an amazing panoramic view and there is a bar.

Wardrobe was cramped and not enough drawer space for 2 people.

Firstly, yes as said before- the rooms are not big and the wardrobe space can be difficult.

but again extra hooks and shelves would have been helpful.

Storage - absolutely rubbish, if you are staying more than a few nights.

It would be better with more drawer space, perhaps in the bedside tables.

I have to agree that the 2 heavy chairs at the desk are a waste of space and do create noise issues when the people in the room above start dragging them about,

but it's still the same, if they fix the storage issue we would return next year or earlier, but I need to see that done first, the food problems do not bother me as we only stay B&B but the lack of storage and noisy chairs movement puts me off as well as the room safe charge.

Rooms are very cramped and breakfast was disappointing with only average service!

Expect an unusual layout where the sink is in the bedroom and makes it awkward for accessing the wardrobe where all the hanging space and drawers are.

After this was sorted we found the room was really nice, if a little small and could do with more storage solutions.

The rooftop bar/sunbathing area is the icing on the cake with spectacular views over the bay and several small splash tubs and plenty sun loungers.

The food was really good and plentiful and there was always something enjoyable to eat, it’s a buffet style menu which caters for everyone, including gluten free which was a surprise.

The food at breakfast and evening meal was beautiful.

The restaurant is large enough to cater for everyone, decent selection for breakfast and always something different in the evening!

At breakfast the choices were okay, particularly the pastries, including freshly made drop scone style pancakes –

The "buffet style" restaurant is basically a canteen.

Clean, great staff, great service, usual hit and miss food, breakfast is really good for choice.

A great selection of buffet food except for the fact that the desserts were not suitable for my daughter who had a nut allergy.

The hotel was very quiet (would of been busier if not amber Covid) 
The rooms and hotel was clean, food was plentiful and different every time.

The food was well presented and plentiful

The food on site was plentiful, hot, tasty and well presented (although could get a little samey,just like all buffet style all inclusive restaurants) especially the desserts, they were virtually the same every day.

They are obviously also surrounding all of the food at the buffet area too.

Dinner in the restaurant again was alway plentiful with choice, we particularly enjoyed the carved meat and gravy served most evenings.

Nuts are also out and open in the restaurant in the evening and they have large buckets of Nutella out at breakfast!

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

New – Daytime snacks
Snack bar has been moved from upstairs to the side of the bar, right near the poolside. This makes a lot more sense, and you now ask for the food you want (chips, hot dogs, burgers, salad, yogurt, ice cream, etc.)

Restaurant: the quality of the food was very good.The Breakfast included freshly made fried eggs,waffles,pancakes & croissants,meats,cheeses,cereal,yoghurts,fresh fruit & pastries.They had a large selection of bread

RESTAURANT - lots of choice at all meal times including meat station, vegetarian station, pasta/salad station and childrens buffet area.

but edible, pizza and pasta was available every day with fish and meat dishes changing.

The food is plentiful all day and enough variety from an all inclusive that you have a rotating selection of main dishes as well as the ability to mix and match salads, fresh fish, chicken and other meats from the grill.

Separate kids buffet which did become pretty same-y

At the time of our visit (early July so a bit before the really busy season) shaded sunbed space was plentiful.

We went in May when the temp was about 23-28 degrees and it was very relaxing as not too busy with plenty of sun beds.

The entertainment girls kept all the family busy throughout the day and night.

One large pool which never felt busy despite being the middle of August.

but we then became aware, after reporting to the TUI rep our concern that it could’ve been the hotdogs being served from the snack bar (as they were stored in a hot cabinet that was constantly opened and closed due to it being so busy and hence the temperature was not maintained) of another 7 reported cases to TUI of sickness.

but, there is a small beach with the sea in busy use that may make a change from being around the pool all day.

Really busy at these times, be prepared to be patient for pizzas cooking, meats grilled etc as this done freshly.

but a small cove which is a lovely hide away from a busy and noisy hotel.

but could imagine it would be very busy in peak season

Yes the dining room was busy and a bit noisy at times,

I can imagine in the busy months that the pool and restaurant would be crammed .

It was not too busy at that time of year and there was something for us both to do together or separately morning, noon and night.

We thought about the times we went for food and avoided busy times - common sense.

however it was in the basement so got very very hot down there, it felt like a school/hospital canteen sometimes when it was busy!

Food is cold and is not covered from the flies.

Shocking hotel don't waste your money rooms are not the best food not great hardly any there at meal times seems to be the same everyday would not recommend coming g here today they closed  the restaurant at lunch by time so unsure what people can do the snack bar food is terrible cheese burgers served stone cold .

we had three cheese burgers and some chicken nuggets everything was stale and cold or so hard you couldn't eat it.

Food always cold with long queues as there was only one chef who only cooked about 6 pieces of meat at one time.

It was consistently cold (there are microwaves to heat it up).

The ugly - the food was just awful, very repetitive and always cold, was glad to go home to eat hot food that was actually cooked as so many foods are served undercooked and unfortunately there isn’t anywhere else to eat in the area.

The wasn't much to do around the local area apart from a small beach .

Cold burgers or burnt chicken nuggets and all pre cooked and stored in a large metal container keeping the food warm.

Pools were lovely, a little on the cold side

but we're noticeable at times around the cold foods section.

The pool itself was really really cold though.

The snack bar also only serves food at luke warm temperatures (burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets and chips all received cold and uneaten).

but comfortable appartment and daily maintained, a bit noisy neighbours, large restaurant with daily a lot of different buffet choises (warm and cold) but unfortunately (mainly UK) guests that spill a lot of food

Upon on arrival all seemed as booked, we were delayed and the hotel had made a cold buffet available, we were too tired and went to bed

With children’s and adult entertainment in the afternoon and evening, we were very happy with our stay and would return again.

but they would do it anyway, we got fresh towels every day for our room, beds made and bathroom cleaned which was nice 

big and clean pools, one giant pool with a kids area and another quieter pool up the top.

My little boy struggled so much he lived on dry pasta and baguette and my husband has lost 2 stone 🙈

Yes there are flys and wasps everywhere

Nice little kids area with slides and splash zone.

There was entertainment everynight for both kids and adults as the entertainment team was very nice and always ready for fun.

The pool was brilliant and perfect for our children aged 3 and 6.

The pools were both fantastic and the kids pool was perfect for them.

The room was perfect for 1 adult and 2 children, would have been a bit of a squash with 2 adult.

SWIMMING POOLS - 1 large one which is excellent and never over 1.5m a childrens pool, play area toddler pool and separate quieter pool a small 100m away on same complex.

Night time entertainment wasn’t great, I think they could put a bit more effort into this and involve the guests and children more!

the food is what i would expect from a resort like this always something to eat great chips,if you are looking for 5 stars dont come here its a family complex and kids good and naughty ones everywhere

There is also a kids pool that has the slides and fun activities.

The kids, after 2 weeks didn’t want to leave.

The kids club was cute staff there lovely.

Entertainment - kids club hosts were great -

It was a family holiday and perfect for the kids!

A young girl had sunburn and the blisters were popped.

There is also a play park and pool area with 4 pool tables.

The hotel and pool area is clean & tidy and the apartments acceptable ( after we asked to move on the first day) 

The bad - the place is deserted There is not a soul about in what is basically a housing estate.

The pool was a good depth for both adults and kids and mine personally loved the splash pool.

This hotel is perfect for families or couples, the swimming pools are decent size with lots of sun loungers always available!

There is a wide choice of food and drinks, entertainment is limited, pools are excellent, lots of space.

The good bits - great  pool area , nice rooms , great shower , food not really that bad

The pool was great, not really busy, plenty of sun loungers as well.

We absolutely love this place, we had a two bed apartment with balcony which was clean well equipped it was large great beds, the pools are fantastic we loved the food the staff where amazing would highly recommend  it’s a quite area which is what we wanted the beach which is five mins away is beautiful loved our stay here

As we were ground floor near the smaller pool (which is still a brilliant size) we had a lovely outdoor space which we were able to put sun loungers on.

The pool is brilliant and the rooms are as expected.

though there are plenty of pool tables outside, by the snack bar.

Hotel was very close to the airport so brilliant transfer time , pool area was very nice lots of sunbeds and no rush in the morning .

Amazing Reception staff super helpful and friendly nothing to much for them, we has an apartment by the smaller pool which was great, the beds are hard

You have to pay extra for the safe on an all inclussive and cost us 74 euros for tax so you better budget for the conservation tax.

There were no open restaurants nearby and the price for half board was so low it didn't make sense to cheat on the chef.

Staff 10  food 8 clean 9 pools 10  entertainment 4 drinks 9 rooms 7 shops site bus 1.75 euros  day trips catch the bus it's cheaper had a lovely week I would go back again.

but on the whole you get what you pay for so value for money was fine

I know it was not expensive at all so cant moan about the money.

From Tuesday on we didn’t eat at the hotel again, wasting money, as we had paid for all inclusive.

Staff:
We're brilliant, absolutely lovely welcome when we arrived, really first rate and set the scene for the holiday.

- Hotel towels are provided, can be replaced at a cost of 1 euro.

but at the end of the day they have done a great job at making it child friendly, for what we paid for 1 week all inclusive, i think was good value for money.

Pool towels are included in your stay and if you want clean ones you pay a euro each.

We also traveled to Mahon which cost £15 Euros and back I have actually uploaded to my YouTube channel our 7 days at the hotel -

Suffice it to say that despite this being an all-inclusive resort, we were so desperate for some decent food that we paid for a number of meals outside the hotel.

My daughter visited the kids club once and this was for the chocolate party, it was sunday 6-8 and cost 9 euros

Whilst Thomson rate this as 4 star it is officially a 3 star.

The entertainment was as you’d expect on this kind of holiday, the girls had lovely voices when they sang and the kids characters were great, so great that i paid €27 euros to bring teddy versions of them home with us lol!
