The Chic show is a must and also the new restaurant/show Bravo!

Chic Caberet is a “do not miss” evening experience!

but it was such a relaxing experience and we enjoyed the spa pool and facilities afterwards. Entertainment wise, we enjoyed attending the TRS CHIC Cabaret show, this was approx $40 each, but for that we got a 5-course meal (delicious!)

Furthermore, the culinary experience, while generally satisfactory, could benefit from a broader variety of options in Chic Cabaret Restaurant.

Le Chic is worth the extra cost to go to.

Night time:
The best entertainment at night was the cabaret show chic, definitely worth the money and one of the best nights we had.

The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay.

We also used the Spa where my wife had a massage and we both used the hydrotherapy circuit, this is a pleasant place to spend the afternoon to relax with a very chilled atmosphere

Spa and facilities were the state of the art.

The Chic Cabaret show is an absolute must!

butlers, entertainment instructors, the CHIC dancers, hostesses, the gardeners, the cart drivers, baggage gentlemen, the cleaners, towel boys, bartenders, chefs and wait staff.

All food and wine pairings were wonderful in a great atmosphere.

Many adult only pools intimate to large and breathtaking with infinity pools and live music.

Best place fir breakfast : order from the menu or have the choice of anything in a gourmet buffet style

The grounds are stunning and love that they make it home for the wildlife too

Entertainment 
Chic Cabaret is great to try for the evening and the bingo was very fun.

I would recommend Bingo night with CHIC cabaret.

The pool is perfection, the atmosphere is sublime, and the massages we had were amazing.

It was absolutely a wonderful vacation for us!

We can safely say this was the best holiday we’ve experienced.

Also special thanks to the duty manager, Braulio, who did his best to enjoy our holidays and made sure that we could leave in time when our taxi did not show up.

Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at TRS Yucatan.

I have never been on such a beautiful, relaxing vacation!

We also would like to highly commend Martha at Helios who was friendly , accommodating , and looked after us throughout our entire holiday.

A daytrip to the maya ruins in Tulum, a snorkel adventure with sea turtles, a swim in a cenote followed with an authentic mexican dinner in a local restaurant of the beaten path, made our mini vacation complete.

Absolutely 100 percent best vacation I have ever experienced.

After two great trips to TRS Coral resort including our wedding back in February 2023 we decided to give TRS Yucatan a try on a long weekend, pre-holiday getaway and it did not disappoint!!!

Alex at the infinity pool kept bringing us drinks without us asking and he made sure we were enjoying our time.

The Infinity Pool and Saltwater Pool were amazing.

With the exception of waiting for towels at the pool(s), the exceptional staff and concierge service made up for it!

Throughout our stay, we moved around the various pools, some with live music and others that were more peaceful (the ‘quiet’ pools).

The lobbies, villas, restaurants, bars, garden and pool areas, the standard of cleanliness is excellent everywhere.

We loved the pools throughout the resort.

The 3 pools give you the possibility to change scenery and enjoy different places in the hotel.

We saw staff stop others coming to the pools that were not allowed.

Pool:
The setting around the infinity pool is beautiful and serene.

The pools were all clean and well-maintained,

Pool rooms didn’t offer the privacy we needed.

We spend the majority of time by the infinity pool, eating breakfast and lunch at Helios, where all the staff were fantastic and greeted us by name every morning, food and drink was of high standard with great cocktails and great service, even bringing us cocktails in the pool.

There are fish in the moat that you can feed from your balcony hot tub jacuzzi.

The infinity pool grill was a nice feature

The saltwater pool was our absolute favourite for swimming!

Next to our private pool, on the beach, along the winding pathway, in the pretty water feature.

Luckily, there was a nice couple that had a private company they booked outside of the hotel for airport transport that heard what was going on and offered us to get a ride with them if the company they were with allowed - the company did

We had private reformer Pilates classes with the resorts trainer, Elizabeth, every morning (which are included at no extra charge!).

There is a private TRS section with a bar and food and the ocean is amazing with such soft sand!

We loved sitting outside by the private pool and using the pool since we went during one of the hottest, humid months of the year there.

Our suite with a large private infinity pool was spectacular and allowed us to seclude ourselves and enjoy some time together each day.

It is surrounded by jungle and felt very private.

We used the jacuzzi a few times, it worked great, was quiet and felt private.

but if I went back in the summer I would get the private pool.

Wonderful breakfasts at Capricho every morning, followed by relaxations at the tidal pool or private TRS beach drinking exotic elixers recharged our batteries.

We also utilized our private pool which had lovely shade on the day we couldn’t find anything.

There is a private TRS beach area about a fifteen minute walk from the TRS main area.

but quite private, and was pleasant at the end of the day.

Whilst there we booked a private romantic dinner at the Ixmucane Grand Cenote which was so lovely.

I feel this one was north worth it than the romance buglalo that was a “upgrade” we were right next to the infinity pool and had a private pool to ourselves.

Very knowledgable, kept to a good schedule and readjusted the trip so we visited the cenote first so we could have a private swim!

It was a great experience to have the option to try both rooms

If you need to take a shower before your room is ready, they have a very clean little private shower space for men and women (see attached photo).

but for the cost, I would expect more than 2 restaurants that stay open.

Maria worked at the bar by the infinity pool grill and she made the best cocktails and drinks and was so nice to us.

Gorgeous grounds, excellent food options.

The New Year eve special dinner was great could use a little more elaborate menu.

We went to Tentazione (Italian dinner) and the food was great.

The French, Italian and Argentenian restaurants were also great.

The food in some of the restaurants  can be inconsistent

He másé great suggestions - this is how we tried one of our best desserts ever (verrine de coco. ).

Helios: The breakfast / brunch buffet spread was incredible.

The food in every restaurant was great and I have never experienced service like this before.

We tried all restaurants and as per usual, the service and the staff were great.

The moonlight dinner, (once a month at full moon) was fantastic, best dinner we had.

The staff and service here are incredible and they truly care about your experience.

At this point we roped in the palladium management as well as the transportation service management.

Palladium delivers when it comes to service and quality!

We had great service from Will C at the grand Azul, Lucia at the TRS beach, Julian and Patricia at Capriccio, Jose N at Helios, Wendy and all the evening waitress at the colonial bar and Xavier bartender at Colonel bar.

Always appreciated the turn down service with either the little chocolate or the tube of honey.

Excellent service and food - perfect dining experience.

Great customer service experience all around.

Language barrier (expected based on non-English-speaking location/culture), inconsistent service quality and cleanliness of the spa were the downsides

Each pool has a bar with poolside waiter service.

What really makes this hotel a 5 star experience for us is the service and quality of hospitality throughout the resort.

Service was very professional, quick and preview.

On top of that, service was slow which just hampered the overall evening.

Service was spectacular and everything was perfect.

butler service is great, very friendly and polite, we booked all our dinners with them from some of their suggestion's, i requested a magnifying mirror which was in the room on our return.

butlers George and Barnardo provided amazing service.

The restaurants were all high-end with delicious food and impeccable service.

however they do smell damp and musty, as does the bedding.

As much as we tried to get rid of the smell, it persisted throughout our stay.

All of our clothes and room smell like mildew.

but smelled like mildew for our entire stay.

The smell was overpowering and our clothes were constantly wet.

The Room-
We stayed in block 69 it did have a musty smell about it, not sure what it is it did not seem to go either whilst we were there, our room had the jacuzzi on the balcony

As it is in most humid places, the pillows and sheets smelled moldy/sour.

The room had a terrible smell and we experienced a power outage twice!

The rooms with the jacuzzi do not have a damp (I use that word lightly no rooms has a bad smell) smell at all they are probably the better condition of the rooms especially top floor the room cleaning and turn down was always perfect .

Would I class it as a 5* hotel definitely not more like 3.5 at a push, room was musty and damp and really smelt, everything looked a bit tired, food was hit and miss, some restaurants were better than others, wine was awful unless you pay more for better wine.

Your basket will consist of stale bread and cold unseasoned steak slices.

This room had no issues with smells or allergy triggers,

Great experience would go agian ,but I wouldn't get the pool suite next time due to the fowl smell coming from the standing water by our room and the cart guys that pick you up if you weren't from their hotel like Colonial they wouldn't take anywhere I would have to wait for an TRS buggy.

The only downfall was a strong smell of drains in our room and the attitude of a male receptionist at Zentropia…we were hardly ever in the room so decided not to complain and for the receptionist…hmm let’s just assume he had a bad day.

People were smoking at the sun loungers and even in the pool despite there being a non smoking policy.

Also, some stains on the toilet and molds in shower room

They advertise the wish list but it was something we never got which was disappointing, daily we had to ask for fridge to be topped up 
Overview the hotel it's nice but  felt there was alot of inconsistencies.

We were not expecting to be choking on cigarette smoke in a country where it is apparently illegal to smoke except in designated areas.

We were on honeymoon so it was about relaxing, last two days was slightly impacted  by next door smoking drugs on the balcony & partying all night.

The Spa is amazing and so are the pools and the beach.

butlers, reception, spa, bellboys) they were all magnificent.

This year  I needed a longer more intense massage and Victor did an amazing job for me at the spa.

We had massages at the spa and it was great.

The spa was nice, and we enjoyed massages and the hydrotherapy experience.

We got appointments for two massage sessions which were very communicative and accommodating.

Zentopia, the resorts spa and gym were perfect and had everything we needed in terms of weights and cardio equipment.

Other
We enjoyed a couples massage, make sure you go early to enjoy the rest of the facilities and the juice bar.

Spa:  We adored the Zentropia Spa and pool.

The Zentropia spa was a very tranquil and relaxing experience from start to finish.

Friendly service from all the staff, from Uziel at check in, check out to the constant attention of our Butlers Antonio, Daniel and Miguel, our waiter Fernando at El Gaucho and rest of the wait staff, pool staff, spa staff, drivers, bartender's and housekeepers.

I was amazed by how many of the staff remembered me.

The entire staff is so kind and accommodating.

We’ve traveled all over the world and have never had a more considerate attentive and kind staff ready to help us in every way.

We had Victor as our server and he was so kind and happy.

The staff at TRS Yucatan were so friendly - whether it be the serving staff, housekeeping or maintenance - it didn’t matter who they were, when they walked by they always had a smile on their face and said hello.

Staff basically did everything they could to say yes to every request.

Susana, our concierge, was a delight and went over and above to help make our experience amazing - they did a special birthday room for my special day too!

This was our 4th trip to Mexico and first time at TRS Yucatan, it’s the best one we’ve stayed in - I would highly recommend this hotel if you appreciate attentive service

The staff in general is very friendly and helpful, waiters, cleaning staff etc.

but specifically enjoyed seeing some of the staff from prior trips.

but they were very pushy, so much so that we declined wine towards the end.

The beach is amazing, plenty of lounges and Bali beds available and haven’t had a single issue of getting a Bali bed every single day during our stay.

Every day my friends and I were able to spend our day on the beach on a Bali bed.

The only other pool we used was the Gaviotas Swim-up Pool, which was rather jolly. Beach.

Suemy was amazing in the coctel class miriam she was great too the beach is amazing the resort beautiful l really recommended the food is amazing you really should come here l am having so much fun here.so beautiful

Anastacio at the beach has been fabulous helping us every day with our towels and beach beds.

We spent every day at the beach and got great service from Anastacio with the towels and beds and all other staff at the resort.

We can’t say enough about the staff, particularly Suemy the beach waitress, Azael the beach

Suemy’s beach service for drinks was always timely and she was super nice!

Suemy provided my wife and I excellent beach service.She has a very good sense of humour and is very detail oriented.

The beach was lovely and clean with more than enough sunbeds.

- I could relax on the Bali beds whilst my other half played all the pool and beach volleyball he desired, and we could both get involved in the likes of table tennis, cornhole and blackjack tournaments.

We had breakfast and lunch at the beach bar restaurant, and they were fantastic., Happy Holiday.

There are plenty of beach chairs and beds.

When it comes to beach service- Suemy, is nothing short of if a SIX STAR REVIEW!!!

Suemy, Alicia and Martha are amazing friendly servers!

A huge hat tip to the servers, housekeepers and concierge’s who were without exception, helpful, bright and friendly, with a hola at every turn.

They couldn't do enough for you, and were super friendly!

Especially Anastacio who was always happy to help with any assistance required at the beach and was very friendly.

Always friendly, kind and keen to assist when possible.

Entertainment staff are outstanding - Daniel is super fun and friendly and great at volleyball!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

All the hotel staff were so friendly and the customer service was like no other. The sports entertainment team (Jaidy, Fernanda, Alex, Benjamin, Daniel and Gabo) were all brilliant, very friendly and so inclusive (they did amazing to remember everyone’s name too!)

She is fun, friendly,  attentive and her memory of what w2 drank 3 days ago. perfecto!

They have been so friendly and helpful and genuinely concerned about making sure that every detail is perfect!

We haven’t used the pools more than once as we have always managed to get a Bali bed by asking Anastacio who has been very friendly and helpful.

The staff is so nice and friendly and greet you all day everyday.

All good no issues 
Al was a friendly smile to greet us nothing too much trouble.

A particular thanks to Obis (think that was his name) for being a fantastic waiter with a friendly smile.

They were super enthusiastic and friendly, just great people to learn from.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous, the grounds are a immaculate, all staff are very friendly and helpful.

The people that work there are outstanding, friendly, and helpful.

From start to finish it’s been wonderful and relaxing Anastacio has been excellent and helpful to us, helped us with everything we requested nothing was too much hassle it’s been a perfect holiday 👍🏻♥️🏖
