The drinks were international brands that you don’t usually get with all inclusive and large measures.

On AI with a pool and sea view room and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

They weren’t interested and i think assumed we where all inclusive or just didn’t care what they served.

Variety and quay of food was very good and drink prices were pretty reasonable (we had half board, not all inclusive).

We were all inclusive there was plenty of branded spirits available and San Miguel draft beer,wine and soft drinks and also cocktails, the food was plentiful although very repetitive,

Upon arrival the reception staff spoke English well to be able to assist with check in and explaining the all inclusive options etc and gave us a room on the 7th floor - we took a superior sea view room.

It’s convenient that your room key access is on your all-inclusive wrist band.

Just returned from a 7 night all inclusive stay with Jet2 at this fantastic hotel,our 3rd visit in 4 years (had to miss 1 year because of Covid Rules) This hotel cannot be beaten,everything just keeps getting better.

Yes, it is a very busy hotel with so many children and families on holiday, I understand all that

although it was busy I never saw a queue.

but be prepared for a wait for a bus as they are very busy on market day and 2 filled up before we could get on one.

but very busy, beach straight out the gate, lovely little resort, caters mostly  Spanish tourist who I found d some very rude and especially to staff..

In the evening the staff do come and ask you what drinks you would like and they are bought to you, the only downside is if you want another drink it is hard to get a member of staff to get this for you as always busy cleaning up etc.

although very busy and it seems like perhaps not big enough for the amount of guests.

Pool is only quite small and gets really busy to the point you cant even swim

Only downside for us, the hotel was full and therefore very busy.

This hotel could be so much better - ie sort the smell of sewage spray areas to stop flies etc - There is only one canteen that is clearly not adequate for the amount of guests - then maybe have 2 sittings at meal times  ?

Only problem it seems that the entertainment is geared for the Spanish guests.

If your not Spanish expect to be made to wait to be served by the bar staff who serve all the Spanish guests first and who openly ridicule non Spanish guests, expect to be pushed out of queues in any of the (very few) shops there are and expect to be looked up & down and scowled at when you walk along the front.

but if you're a English speaking family with no Spanish it is really not the place we found that if you didn't speak Spanish you couldn't join in with any of the kids entertainment or the nighttime entertainment as this was all in Spanish also the bar staff tended to leave the English guests just waiting and serve the Spanish guests first

On the occasions that guests were just walking in and not having the towels I assumed that they hadn’t paid.

It is geared as a hotel for Spanish holidaymakers so in terms of the entertainment most of entertainment is in Spanish and I think this an area that could be looked at

It was so loud in the evening as many quests wasn't happy.

If you want a quiet relaxing hotel, Best Sabinal is not for you, both spanish adults and children were rowdy, police being called on one occasion and spaniard guests extremely rude.

but very much catered for the Spanish guests and not English.

The majority of guests at the hotel are Spanish and it’s rare to see other English families.

As everyone else has said the majority of guests are Spanish.

I did think that maybe 33% of guests were foreign, from all over Europe and the entertainment should have been directed to a more international audience.

but outside round the pool and bar  it had never been cleaned this was 10 30 in the morning  bins were  overflowing  with what is going on in the world right now this is unacceptable  to me this should be clean before  guests start coming down around the pool very disappointed

Going to the restaurant was such a stressful experience due to the sheer volume of people, it was so noisy you couldn't hear yourself think, you could never get a table, the staff are so over worked the restaurant is not big enough for the amount of guests.

My Wife and myself had a 2 week holiday here at The Best Sabinal in October .

but was guickly dealt with by all staff and enjoyed our room 288 with amazing views for the whole holiday food was always something different but better this year from previous years home now went from 24th Sept to 8th October will return in future as we like the whole area and hotel memories this year as son was swimming for first time seeing u soon best sabinal

We didn’t have to struggle, it made our holiday.

We went on holiday at the end of June 2023 and have delayed this review until Tui have considered our complaint.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel & those within who work so hard to ensure you have a brilliant holiday & hope we will have the chance to visit again one day!

I have rated the hotel 5 out of 5 as we had a lovely summer break in this hotel.

This was a mixed family holiday with adults grandparents & grandchild all enjoyed our weeks stay always found sun beds together ( x 6) pool lovely

Overall we really enjoyed this holiday and would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday with lots to do and nice views.

Lovely pool area and food to a very good standard.

The hotel and pool area were kept very clean, and there were plenty of sun beds and no need to get up early to reserve.

The Entertainment was poor for the British, it was all Spanish.

They did run out of ice creams and the alternatives were in poor condition, pity.

The poor staff were rushed off their feet.

The night time entertainment is unfortunately poor, to the point that after a few nights we didn't even bother to go and watch it.

The soundproofing was poor, could hear coughing and sneezing from the next room very clearly.

His manner is very poor and bordering on ignorance.

however were poor quality, often stained and on occasions not replaced when left for exchange.

The evening entertainment was poor, seemed to be more geared up to Spanish pensioners.

however, coverage in our room was very poor and hardly worked - we could get no connection at all on the balcony.

This combined with the noise from the children enjoying themselves and a very poor sound system for the entertainment which is situated right in the middle of it all makes for a very un-relaxing time and one literally can't hear oneself speak.

The food in general was poor,cold, very few vegatables and those overcooked, very little choice and breakfast was worse.

I have to agree that this time I found the entertainment on some nights to be very poor, especially when they have Bingo followed by a kiddies disco with no children wanting to take part.

That was the good aspects, In general the service in both the dining room & bar was very poor, generally we waited an average of 15 minutes to order a drink at dinner, one meal we never got served at all, the bar was not much better, in fact we stopped using the bar, and left the hotel for coffee & drinks after our dinner.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and all have a fridge in which is handy.

The food on the all inclusive was good, the a la carte Asian themed restaurant was disappointing though.

Food was very good for AI generally and nice to see Cava at breakfast time to pep up the orange juice.

The food was probably the best we have had in an all inclusive hotel.

The buffet resteraunt, as with the majority of all-inclusive hotels, dont have much choice for fussy eaters.

but to me it was a typical 3-4 star European all inclusive family hotel, rather than the amazing 5 star I expected from reading the reviews on here.

However, what this is a high quality value for money all inclusive resort with many, many more positives than negatives.

Great selection of all inclusive drinks & ice creams all day, we ate lunch at the pool bar every day which serves burgers, hot dogs, kebabs, fries, salad & fruit.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly, happy and helpful and the all-inclusive food is the best quality I have experienced in Spain.

Secondly the food and drink, having been on all inclusive holidays before we were not expecting to much an we were pleasently surprised - food wise there was so much choice loads of fish options, meat and Veggie options.

The all-inclusive aspect was superb with well stocked snack bars available throughout the day along with fridges full of ice creams and pour your own beer, sangria, pop, water etc.

We would return as we got this holiday for an excellent price

Another excellent holiday following our visit last year.

We stayed here for a week in September, it was our first ever family holiday.

I don't think anyone would be disappointed with a holiday here either couples or families as it caters for everyone with the additional bonus of being virtually on the beach.

Came home after a weeks holiday on the Thusday and booked two weeks aleady for next year.

We visited Protur as our first abroad holiday as a family with our 7month old.

This hotel has everything you need if you want a relaxing holiday and have young children.

We have just returned from a week's stay and we had a brilliant holiday.

We travelled as a family of 11, with children aged 7-13 and did have a fantastic holiday.

The porter also collected our luggage for us at the end of the holiday and took it to the coach.

Fantastic hotel, very clean,great location, friendly staff everything you would want for a family holiday.

Little fella with glasses who I think works the night shift tried to explain what has happening, he subsequently ran off in a huff like some sort of petulant child and left the poor cleaners to try and sort.

The evening entertainment was very poor, not a lot of people even turned up to watch it.

Reception staff are poor at dealing with queries.

Overall, probably a poor choice on our part.

By the time the mini disco (and following ad hoc singing and dancing) is over the adults get an hour or so of some poor tribute act or a quiz.

Most of the time the food was only just warm and and there was a poor selection at the salad bar.

Also the choice for the children was extremely poor.

2 star entertainment wow so poor it let the hotel down.

however, the food in the Buffet of an evening was poor.

When the hotel’s website promoted a “unique experience”, I did not expect it to be a poor one.

More like 4 star hotel .food plates are never clean enough,foods are not great as you expected, very poor spa option(just bubbly water)if you planing to go sea for swimming water is to dark and sand too stoney, it’ is   not for couples more like family.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the speciality restaurant, the Asian was very disappointing and the food was poor, so much so we cancelled our reservation at the Italian the next night and enjoyed the buffet instead.

Entertainment was poor or perhaps not my cup of tea.

but other than that it was pretty poor and painful to watch!

The ‘professional’ acts we did see (the Disney show, a dance crew and the Spanish dancing) were really poor more suited to a 3 star hotel.

The hotel has tweaked a few things since the last visit for example the wi if was very poor last time

however dated (poor shower) and impossible to sleep before midnight due to the entertainment (not suitable for families with very young children).

but it was, we had a brilliant view of the beach and sea and the room was so clean and spacious.

There were lots of positives - it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the main pool with the lazy river was great, baby/toddler pool looked good, food available all day, good day time activities, lots of space for sunbeds (if you didn’t need/want to be round the pool), lots of cabanas, 1/2 bedroom suites were huge and nicely furnished, direct access to the public beach (which was gorgeous) free soft drink mini bar in all rooms, ice creams available all day, soft drinks/beer/sangria help yourself station and all staff were helpful and friendly!

The rooms are nice, they have air conditioning and free mini bar stocked with soft drinks.

The complimentary mini bar in the room is fab - a selection of soft drinks & water that is replenished every day.

Small fridge with soft drinks replenished every day.

Serve yourself sangria, beer and soft drinks are open at the pool bar from 10:30am, which was fab.

Mini bar of soft drinks only was topped up everyday.

There’s also a self serve bar open all day for 
Soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee, sangria and lager on tap (Estrella). Food!

It was a decent size, comfy beds, small fridge with soft drinks replenished daily including water and a kettle with coffee/teas/etc.

Our room was brilliant as we had a wonderful view of the sun setting, everything was cleaned to perfection and clean sheets changed on a regular basis, the fridge was topped up every day with water & soft drinks.

It also had a mini bar which was restocked daily with a variety of cold soft drinks and water.

Rooms were nice and comfortable and the mini fridge is restocked with soft drinks every day.
