The food on the all inclusive was good, the a la carte Asian themed restaurant was disappointing though.

Food was very good for AI generally and nice to see Cava at breakfast time to pep up the orange juice.

The food was probably the best we have had in an all inclusive hotel.

The buffet resteraunt, as with the majority of all-inclusive hotels, dont have much choice for fussy eaters.

but to me it was a typical 3-4 star European all inclusive family hotel, rather than the amazing 5 star I expected from reading the reviews on here.

However, what this is a high quality value for money all inclusive resort with many, many more positives than negatives.

Great selection of all inclusive drinks & ice creams all day, we ate lunch at the pool bar every day which serves burgers, hot dogs, kebabs, fries, salad & fruit.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly, happy and helpful and the all-inclusive food is the best quality I have experienced in Spain.

Secondly the food and drink, having been on all inclusive holidays before we were not expecting to much an we were pleasently surprised - food wise there was so much choice loads of fish options, meat and Veggie options.

The all-inclusive aspect was superb with well stocked snack bars available throughout the day along with fridges full of ice creams and pour your own beer, sangria, pop, water etc.

Also, I’d like to comment that all the cooks at breakfast could cook an egg while you waited and there were English sausages which isn’t always the case at 4* hotels.

Just returned from a very good holiday we had room 226 faceing the pool and sea view this was our 2nd visit to this hotel Drinks very good and BRANDED if you ask eg Gordons gin   though tonic from the pump we liked our lunch time drink in the pool bar and ate lunch there everday      We have a moan for main resturant We could NOT get a WARM boiled egg for breakfast staff where puzzeled why hot, ok yes there where boiled eggs

Breakfasts on the other hand, were even better than we remembered, the fried eggs and omelettes were our favourite!

The food in the buffet was excellent and varied - lots of different meat and fish options every day.

From the moment until the moment we left, the staff were so helpful and friendly (a special mention for Oliver the waiter in the buffet, he was so attentive and engaged with all of our family).

There's cava available at breakfast too if you like a mimosa to start your morning.

Little touches like mini fridge restocked every day and putting on breakfast early for those leaving early morning.

Buffet had lots of options and was good quality.

We were a family of 14, and we never got to all sit together at breakfast or dinner, which we have done previous years.

We ate breakfast & dinner in the main buffet most days - lots of choice for everyone including a dedicated children’s buffet.

Breakfast is the better meal, fresh eggs cooked to your choice.

Breakfast was lovely, fruits, yogurts, breads, cold buffet and hot buffet.

The scrambled egg was a little cold so I got an omelette made for me each morning which was lovely!

Breakfast was nice and lots of choice (breads, meat, cheeses, cereals and also fresh baked goods).

We would return as we got this holiday for an excellent price

Another excellent holiday following our visit last year.

We stayed here for a week in September, it was our first ever family holiday.

I don't think anyone would be disappointed with a holiday here either couples or families as it caters for everyone with the additional bonus of being virtually on the beach.

Came home after a weeks holiday on the Thusday and booked two weeks aleady for next year.

We visited Protur as our first abroad holiday as a family with our 7month old.

This hotel has everything you need if you want a relaxing holiday and have young children.

We have just returned from a week's stay and we had a brilliant holiday.

We travelled as a family of 11, with children aged 7-13 and did have a fantastic holiday.

The porter also collected our luggage for us at the end of the holiday and took it to the coach.

Fantastic hotel, very clean,great location, friendly staff everything you would want for a family holiday.

Little fella with glasses who I think works the night shift tried to explain what has happening, he subsequently ran off in a huff like some sort of petulant child and left the poor cleaners to try and sort.

The evening entertainment was very poor, not a lot of people even turned up to watch it.

Reception staff are poor at dealing with queries.

Overall, probably a poor choice on our part.

By the time the mini disco (and following ad hoc singing and dancing) is over the adults get an hour or so of some poor tribute act or a quiz.

Most of the time the food was only just warm and and there was a poor selection at the salad bar.

Also the choice for the children was extremely poor.

2 star entertainment wow so poor it let the hotel down.

however, the food in the Buffet of an evening was poor.

When the hotel’s website promoted a “unique experience”, I did not expect it to be a poor one.

More like 4 star hotel .food plates are never clean enough,foods are not great as you expected, very poor spa option(just bubbly water)if you planing to go sea for swimming water is to dark and sand too stoney, it’ is   not for couples more like family.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the speciality restaurant, the Asian was very disappointing and the food was poor, so much so we cancelled our reservation at the Italian the next night and enjoyed the buffet instead.

Entertainment was poor or perhaps not my cup of tea.

but other than that it was pretty poor and painful to watch!

The ‘professional’ acts we did see (the Disney show, a dance crew and the Spanish dancing) were really poor more suited to a 3 star hotel.

The hotel has tweaked a few things since the last visit for example the wi if was very poor last time

however dated (poor shower) and impossible to sleep before midnight due to the entertainment (not suitable for families with very young children).

The room was perfectly clean and spacious, with the mini bar topped up everyday with fresh soft drinks.

Breakfast was the best meal of the day, branded soft drinks available, branded alcohol wasn't included in the all-inclusive,

There were lots of positives - it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the main pool with the lazy river was great, baby/toddler pool looked good, food available all day, good day time activities, lots of space for sunbeds (if you didn’t need/want to be round the pool), lots of cabanas, 1/2 bedroom suites were huge and nicely furnished, direct access to the public beach (which was gorgeous) free soft drink mini bar in all rooms, ice creams available all day, soft drinks/beer/sangria help yourself station and all staff were helpful and friendly!

The rooms are nice, they have air conditioning and free mini bar stocked with soft drinks.

The complimentary mini bar in the room is fab - a selection of soft drinks & water that is replenished every day.

Small fridge with soft drinks replenished every day.

Serve yourself sangria, beer and soft drinks are open at the pool bar from 10:30am, which was fab.

Mini bar of soft drinks only was topped up everyday.

There’s also a self serve bar open all day for 
Soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee, sangria and lager on tap (Estrella). Food!

It was a decent size, comfy beds, small fridge with soft drinks replenished daily including water and a kettle with coffee/teas/etc.

Our room was brilliant as we had a wonderful view of the sun setting, everything was cleaned to perfection and clean sheets changed on a regular basis, the fridge was topped up every day with water & soft drinks.

It also had a mini bar which was restocked daily with a variety of cold soft drinks and water.

Rooms were nice and comfortable and the mini fridge is restocked with soft drinks every day.

The rooms are a good size, very clean and with a well stocked fridge of soft drinks.

Drinks at the bars are great plenty of branded spirits with all inclusive and self service station where you can get beer,sangria soft drinks and coffees and tea.

We had our room fridge re-stocked every day with soft drinks.

My kids loved the lazy River as did I. Minibar in the room with soft drinks and water was refilled every day which was invaluable.

My wife and I booked All Inclusive and stayed for 7 nights from 08 to 15 Oct 2023.

Its a great hotel for the kids to have a free run in a large safe environment and food and drink are more than adequate for an all inclusive hotel.

Named ice creams, ie magnums and cornetto's, crisps (never had that on AI before) massive choice of drinks, the snack foods in the restaurants was of a far better quality than the usual toasties and hotdogs.

We arrived on Thursday 21st September, for 10 nights all inclusive, from the get go everything was brilliant, staff lovely, as for the sun bed situation, I'm not sure if other people were blind

Knew before we went what both kinds of all inclusive were so don’t know why others had a problem.

Me and my family couldn't eat in certain places on certain times as our all inclusive wrist bands didn't cover that place.

There are two restaurants that you can use on the All inclusive band

however it quickly became clear that orange bands given to Spanish guests and black to others meant the Spanish guests got the FULL all inclusive experience with everything included, priority treatment and access to ALL food and drink.

You definitely do NOT get what you pay for as have to pay and book other restaurants on site that isn’t mentioned in your ALL INCLUSIVE package.

Booked with TUI - Shame that you cannot book one of the other restaurants for a meal as you usually can with other all inclusive holidays.

As a mom of 4 kids I have ALWAYS chosen all inclusive TUI 4* with kids clubs, day/evening shows, even if it was the hotel kids club and not TUI staff.

The all inclusive if great , plenty of choice , numerous bars and choices of eating places so don’t have to go far for a drink /snack .

Just home from 2 weeks all inclusive at Zoraida park, our second time there last being in 2019.

Breakfast was standard all inclusive buffet, nothing fancy, was a decent start to each day.

AI is excellent, magnam and walls ice cream free and crisps too.

although we went all inclusive so didn’t eat out.

All Inclusive - you receive a black band and we had full use of the buffet plus three other restaurants for lunch times only.

When the choice of all inclusive Ice cream is a Cornetto to a Magnum, Pepsi soft drinks and quality crisps you get the planning for children.

Food was ok sometimes good typical AI always found something and never went hungry.

Main restaurant had a good variety of food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner it also had a live cooking station with specials of the day options depending on time of day.

The quality of the food was a massive issue and whilst we can appreciate that people have different tastes in food we can’t see how this food would have been able to satisfy any family when the puddings being served were quite literally mouldy apples.

Buffet selection always something for everyone.

We had the lower one, where we were not allowed to use the restaurants in the evening leaving us to only have the buffet which was not appetising at all, leaving us to go out of the hotel and eat else where, and were given the cheap alcohol at the hotel. 2.

Buffet very basic, personally found the food quite awful,on the positive side the pool was great, plenty of sunbeds available and blackout curtains work well in the room.

There’s a huge variety of food that changed daily including freshly cooked fish, chicken and steak aswell as a pancake station.

Some of these restaurants were only half full yet the main buffet restaurant was very busy.

All hotels I have been to previously have pork sausages and decent bacon, just the basic.

One of the main reasons we love this hotel is the availability of a la carte restaurants on site in addition to the buffet restaurant.

- Ques for breakfast often 30/40 people right through reception area.

Excellent drinks and snacks at the bar, always something to choose from breakfast, lunch & dinner meals and the pools were fantastic!

Breakfast (8am - 11am) is your typical continental, cereals, toast, pastries, meats etc, dinner (1pm - 4pm) and tea (7:30pm - 10pm) they serve a selection of hot and cold foods, they also have a grill station at the back on the restaurant which serves cooked meats straight off the grill.

Food - the meal times were Breakfast (08.00 - 11.00), Lunch (13.00 - 16.00) and Dinner (19.30 - 22.00), all local times.

The food is fine, typical all inc buffet, great snacks through the day.

However we did spend some time at the buffet restaurants.

Even other guests who were Spanish was rude.

There is a segregation between the hotel guests too.

but was treated by staff and guests like they didn’t want us there and like second class citizens, my wife was Vegan and nobody understood this, and she ate salad and chips for first 5 days as no choices or understanding of what Vegan is.

although a few guests were stung by jelly fish whilst in the water.

In our time there we witness one or two polite Spanish guests the rest were very rude and ignorant.

It did feel very one sided with some rude Spanish guests

however, with SO many British guests, I think it’s ridiculous that nothing is in English.

We also noticed that the British guests were given rooms facing the carpark & which is where the loud generator is situated.

It is very loud, very busy, yes there are a lot of Spanish guests

Very little missing to be excellent and I guess that is less 200 guests in Hotel (approximately) in same time.

The guests at the hotel are probably 60 to 70% Spanish, which we fully expected, and was no issue for us.

My tips for improvement:
- Let people use their Room Cards to rent towels
- Make better shifts for restaurants so your guests can enjoy their meals and not rush to book them
- Reinforce the NO NOISE after 10pm rule, people with children trying to sleep will thank you
- Manage the quantity of people that go to breakfast at once

We were put on the 3rd floor with a car park view along with many other of the guest we had travelled with from Manchester.

I believe the hotel total capacity is too high for the size of pools, catering facilities etc judging by the volume of quests arriving end of May.

I would say that also applies to German guests as well.

but I think there were around 70 guests all arrived on the same coach, so the reception team worked hard to get through everyone.

Guests running around the hotel shouting at 3am Mostly catered for the Spanish.

I’d say it was 90% Spanish and 10% English guests.

I was in complete shock at how rude and disrespectful the Spanish are guests and locals.

A little hard to communicate as it’s a very Spanish hotel with about 90% Spanish guests.

It has large grounds around it with salt water pools, great area especially if you have children, large safe environment, with life guards.

even though there was plenty of English children around.

I did not feel that I could relax due to the amount of judgment we felt from the Spanish, including my 10 year old son who was slapped in the face by another young Spanish boy after asking him if he was English.

The entertainment was mainly Spanish,  both adult and kid’s entertainment.

Kids clubs are only available to Spanish kids they have different activities throughout the day

but a great thing to have there (kids boredom of them set in on day 5).

The part that I think is meant to be for the kids was the same every night give or take.

though was only by the children’s pool.

Come here with my 1 year old son and my nan, had a wonderful time was perfect for all ages.

Positives is the staff are friendly and hard working, the rooms cleaned every day and there is a football pitch for the kids.

Pools are big, one area mainly children and a water park the other for swimming and pool games , free kids club open all day/ night good entertainment programme .You can upgrade the all inclusive to gold

You have top less females sunbathing & this resort is for families with children.

If you walk about 15 mins along prom you will come to a mini play area for the kids, mini golf, bouncy castles and kids rides etc, surrounded by shops and bars.

We watched the Disney show, mix of languages, kids knew the songs from the tune when in Spanish and did sing in English alongside which was cute.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and there’s nothing short of things to do with the children.

Entertainment was mainly in Spanish, we liked it, remember you are in Spain!

Today we went on a tui trip to a a wild west show and  zoo.

The animation team seem very nice again especially the men

Entertainment was all in Spanish nothing in UK, would be great if you spoke Spanish.

All entertainment was in Spanish, and no English translation.

Animations are in mainly in Spanish, there is a timeplan for animations for all group ages

The entertainment again is catered for the Spanish which makes me believe that this is a stay cation resort for the Spanish.

- Only one week cycle of entertainment so we saw everything twice, magic show and vegas band both great, otherwise mediocre.

Heard bingo every day at 6:30pm on the Terrace.

Entertainment fab, you can join in lots of activites if you wish.

Entertainment- it’s clear to see that the entertainment team work so hard.

Each night a different superhero would appear on stage, a great hit with the kids (and the adults too).

The drinks were international brands that you don’t usually get with all inclusive and large measures.

On AI with a pool and sea view room and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

They weren’t interested and i think assumed we where all inclusive or just didn’t care what they served.

Variety and quay of food was very good and drink prices were pretty reasonable (we had half board, not all inclusive).

We were all inclusive there was plenty of branded spirits available and San Miguel draft beer,wine and soft drinks and also cocktails, the food was plentiful although very repetitive,

Upon arrival the reception staff spoke English well to be able to assist with check in and explaining the all inclusive options etc and gave us a room on the 7th floor - we took a superior sea view room.

It’s convenient that your room key access is on your all-inclusive wrist band.

I have just come back from a 7 night all inclusive holiday here with my younger brother and grand parents and we were not disappointed.

- If you have all inclusive, the drinks are great and cocktails as well.

Excellent, is one word to describe this hotel the staff we all very friendly and helpful and for a all inclusive the food was magnificent, it was my birthday while I was there we was going to go out for a special meal

Just returned from a nice week at The Sabinal, good location right on the beach, plenty of local bars and restaurants for those on half-board instead of all inclusive.

My favourite part was the all inclusive bar menu: such a wide variety of drinks on offer.

but we did manage to find something every day, we were all inclusive and the alcohol choices were very good choices of vodkas & gin available!!

The all inclusive was great, massive selection of drinks and pop on tap to get whenever.

Just returned from a 7 night all inclusive stay with Jet2 at this fantastic hotel,our 3rd visit in 4 years (had to miss 1 year because of Covid Rules) This hotel cannot be beaten,everything just keeps getting better.

The all inclusive wine was also very good quality -  a rather lovely Rioja!

The bacon also wasn’t the best, we do expect Spanish bacon when we’re in Spain,

The restaurant: some food was only warm, and most time have to wait for fresh egg dishes.

We bought milk at the supermarket and brought teabags and sugar up from breakfast.

The food was plentiful, so always something to eat.

Breakfasts were good, lunch by the pool of toasted sandwiches, chips and ice  cream good too, the evening meal wasn't to
our liking

Friendly and helpful staff.,   Very well set up for disabled guests, Breakfast consisted of the previous evening meal in some of the dishes , fresh fruit not being very fresh .
