The choice and quality of food at breakfast, tea and dinner is fabulous and I enjoyed all the various choices.

Rooms were incredible, breakfast was top tier.

They serve variety of Rajasthani food and other specialities, food was really delicious and service was excellent, Staff Abhinandan served us very well.

As for the breakfast, there's so much variety of food, until you don't know what to eat :)  of cause the room rate was not cheap,

The hospitality has been excellent and I want to particularly thank both Abhinandan and Dipanshu for looking after us so well during breakfast and lunch.

Let us start with the positive side : the location is good, a little bit outside the rush of Jaipur, swimming pool is beautiful, breakfast is close to perfect and rooms are very spacious and the luxurious feel is there.

And dipinshu Enjoyed the breakfast and all food is good mi order for fast time dosa nice food in South Indian.

Hosting my daughter's wedding at Fairmont Jaipur was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the entire staff.

2)	The staff in restaurant is too good to help you or your family – may it be elders or children to get you a good experience for the meals.

Our server Anshuman helped us a lot handling my daughters as we are having twin daughters 3 yrs old age and they have a new wish every 2  - 3 min.

The meat quality both in the Lal Maas and biryani was poor.

Food in the buffet hall, though, was of poor quality.

The reason I am giving it a three is because of F&B operation and specially @Shekhar at Zoya restaurant who went above and beyond to make our dinner and breakfast experience amazing otherwise it would have been poor.

Very poor management, staffs are behave like don.

but can't compensate for the extremely poor service by the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Fairmont Jaipur , initial impression at check-in was poor as no one received us or made us welcome.

Finally to cover all of it, they did what every such hotel at poor service does, make the dinner complementary.

We had a room with an adjoining door and could hear all the conversation from the room next door which I reported

We managed to fall asleep with the aid of the aforementioned white noise machine,

If you stay here during a wedding (which they seem to have every day), the hotel grounds right outside of your room will turn into an outdoor concert venue, complete with fireworks, industrial lighting, and deafening music until 2-3am.

the service was horrible there was some construction going on at night due to wedding and there was this continues hammering going on above my room i couldn't sleep, had to call the manager to stop.

Where the disappointment came from: we arrived to the palace and a wedding was taking place that night, and our room was overlooking the front door of the hotel, where big tam-tams were receiving the wedding guests, fire machines that were doing crazy sound.

People from the wedding were extremely loud and noisy.

It's a  marriage party hosting hotel not for pleasure or leisure travelers, party guests make all night long noise out side your room and pool is always closed for.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps taken to improve these aspects of your service.

The hotel at the outset seemed very noisy - and so was the floor we stayed on initially.

And with a wedding, everything is more noisy and crowded and its difficult to enjoy the true beauty of this hotel.

The rooms need a bit of sound attenuation as you can hear everything in the hallways when you are trying to sleep.

Fairmont Jaipur was so terrible starting from the check in - took 45 mins , failed to provide a king bed which was prebooked , had to change from the first room alloted because there was too much noise from an event .

It took a couple of hours to get that sorted out, only to hear that they had “made an error”.

Front Office Team has fooling us and given newly painted room with full of color smell and which is really dangerous for health and lots of noise of maintenance work and not maintained washrooms and not working air conditioner controller too

The weddings going on were another story… loud blaring music every night and on asking them how long this disturbance would continue we were told that they didn’t know maybe till 2am so we were offered a change of room at 11pm ….seriously!!!

So there was lot of loud music noise could be heard in our 3rd floor room till late in the morning around 2am. 3).

Also if some kids are creating too much noise in the corridors, and being loud, the hotel should ask their parents to manage these kids.

Additionally loud deafening music was played till 4 am in the night and started again at 10 am in the morning.

As We were traveling from Jammu to Jaipur the team from Guest service department headed by Ms Sushma Roy   were in constant touch with us so that we didn't find any difficulty in reaching the hotel.

Room service is very friendly and cooperative .

They will bring you whatever you want to eat and served fresh.

We were very happy to spend our evenings there relaxing in the bar area and the restaurant.

Amazing ambience, comfortable stay, luxurious and great services, scrumptious food and beverages served at the buffet, notably well-behaved staff, cordial exchange of services by Ms. Sudeshna Roy, very thankful for her caring yet professional behaviour.

We had breakfast at Preet Mahal on both the days instead of the main restaurant - the chefs and servers at Preet Mahal were top notch.

We also loved Flutist Hemant performance during our morning Breakfast.

Even at breakfast hours there was live performance of Flute Player Mr Hemant.

And what a great gesture on provding breakfast to the room.

The breakfast ambience outdoors was enjoyed more by a flutist playing and scanning the palaces stunning architecture whilst sipping on tea made right infront of you.

The resort is beautifully sorrounded by nature , best place for ralax and romantic gateway.better place for family as well.they have kids club with activities for kids daily, while the parents can enjoy their free times .

The murals on walls and the glass work on walls all over are a masterpiece.

Candle lit in a room with intricate glass work, lavish spread of traditional Rajasthani cuisine.

but only candles with glass reflection is interesting.

4.Next morning while we were having breakfast in your main dining hall piece of chandelier fell on our table  glass pieces were all around in food and there was an infant with us too  main point here is that chandelier was pasted by tape from edges . 5.

Then we reached our room where as soon as we entered there were used water glasses, a dirty kettle, a dirty pool (which was supposed to be emptied and sanitised and refilled with new water) and a welcome note in someone else’s name.

But the luggage service is not in good side at d time of check out no one cn lift my luggage i self lift my luggage it is very poor at ur side .

Service is really a issue and will say its poor.

One, wheelchair accessibility is very poor.

There would be logging in many areas due to poor drainage and poor floor leveling

but beyond the chipped walls, lack of cleanliness (this is NOT a new hotel but a rebranding of an old hotel) and poor service, the greatest source of worry was the complete disregard for health and safety standard.

Service was excellent by Santosh & Satyam from housekeeping Hotel is good Food was very good.

We also had a great time at Mohan Mahal where we had our dinner on the Christmas Eve.

Lalit had given very good services at Sukh Mahal Restaurant.
