The choice and quality of food at breakfast, tea and dinner is fabulous and I enjoyed all the various choices.

Rooms were incredible, breakfast was top tier.

They serve variety of Rajasthani food and other specialities, food was really delicious and service was excellent, Staff Abhinandan served us very well.

As for the breakfast, there's so much variety of food, until you don't know what to eat :)  of cause the room rate was not cheap,

The hospitality has been excellent and I want to particularly thank both Abhinandan and Dipanshu for looking after us so well during breakfast and lunch.

Let us start with the positive side : the location is good, a little bit outside the rush of Jaipur, swimming pool is beautiful, breakfast is close to perfect and rooms are very spacious and the luxurious feel is there.

And dipinshu Enjoyed the breakfast and all food is good mi order for fast time dosa nice food in South Indian.

Fairmont staff provided amazing service and food was very delicious especially banquet team very helpful to me .Mr Ajay and mubarik.devender and all staff provided great service.

Fish pond is great during the breakfast time.

We had a really wonderful breakfast at the property and the staff was amazing - always willing to go the extra mile

The meat quality both in the Lal Maas and biryani was poor.

Food in the buffet hall, though, was of poor quality.

The reason I am giving it a three is because of F&B operation and specially @Shekhar at Zoya restaurant who went above and beyond to make our dinner and breakfast experience amazing otherwise it would have been poor.

Very poor management, staffs are behave like don.

but can't compensate for the extremely poor service by the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Fairmont Jaipur , initial impression at check-in was poor as no one received us or made us welcome.

We had a room with an adjoining door and could hear all the conversation from the room next door which I reported

We managed to fall asleep with the aid of the aforementioned white noise machine,

If you stay here during a wedding (which they seem to have every day), the hotel grounds right outside of your room will turn into an outdoor concert venue, complete with fireworks, industrial lighting, and deafening music until 2-3am.

the service was horrible there was some construction going on at night due to wedding and there was this continues hammering going on above my room i couldn't sleep, had to call the manager to stop.

Where the disappointment came from: we arrived to the palace and a wedding was taking place that night, and our room was overlooking the front door of the hotel, where big tam-tams were receiving the wedding guests, fire machines that were doing crazy sound.

People from the wedding were extremely loud and noisy.

It's a  marriage party hosting hotel not for pleasure or leisure travelers, party guests make all night long noise out side your room and pool is always closed for.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps taken to improve these aspects of your service.

The hotel at the outset seemed very noisy - and so was the floor we stayed on initially.

And with a wedding, everything is more noisy and crowded and its difficult to enjoy the true beauty of this hotel.

The rooms need a bit of sound attenuation as you can hear everything in the hallways when you are trying to sleep.

Fairmont Jaipur was so terrible starting from the check in - took 45 mins , failed to provide a king bed which was prebooked , had to change from the first room alloted because there was too much noise from an event .

It took a couple of hours to get that sorted out, only to hear that they had “made an error”.

Front Office Team has fooling us and given newly painted room with full of color smell and which is really dangerous for health and lots of noise of maintenance work and not maintained washrooms and not working air conditioner controller too

The weddings going on were another story… loud blaring music every night and on asking them how long this disturbance would continue we were told that they didn’t know maybe till 2am so we were offered a change of room at 11pm ….seriously!!!

So there was lot of loud music noise could be heard in our 3rd floor room till late in the morning around 2am. 3).

Also if some kids are creating too much noise in the corridors, and being loud, the hotel should ask their parents to manage these kids.

Additionally loud deafening music was played till 4 am in the night and started again at 10 am in the morning.

As We were traveling from Jammu to Jaipur the team from Guest service department headed by Ms Sushma Roy   were in constant touch with us so that we didn't find any difficulty in reaching the hotel.

One of the pillows was dirty with a large stain on it.

The shower area had red and black stains. 5).

our washbasin was leaking and the bathroom wall had water stains on them.

Fourth, the room wasn't clean, the dustbins were broken, the water spouts were blocked, the blankets had stains on them.

Amazing ambience, comfortable stay, luxurious and great services, scrumptious food and beverages served at the buffet, notably well-behaved staff, cordial exchange of services by Ms. Sudeshna Roy, very thankful for her caring yet professional behaviour.

We had breakfast at Preet Mahal on both the days instead of the main restaurant - the chefs and servers at Preet Mahal were top notch.

We also loved Flutist Hemant performance during our morning Breakfast.

Even at breakfast hours there was live performance of Flute Player Mr Hemant.

And what a great gesture on provding breakfast to the room.

The breakfast ambience outdoors was enjoyed more by a flutist playing and scanning the palaces stunning architecture whilst sipping on tea made right infront of you.

The food absolutely delicious, the rooms comfy and super clean.

Rohit especially at breakfast and dinner was helpful to me personally in explaining dishes and providing a quality service.

The food was amazing and so were our delicious cocktails made to our liking.

The buffet meals in Sukh Mahal are amazing.

He shared his contact with my SIL and personally made sure all of her food was cooked with ingredients free from allergens.

Mr. Hemant Flute Player magical with his flute at the Sukh Mahal the place for breakfast.

Breakfast was a treat every morning with a wide array of options - I tried something new every day.

The murals on walls and the glass work on walls all over are a masterpiece.

Candle lit in a room with intricate glass work, lavish spread of traditional Rajasthani cuisine.

but only candles with glass reflection is interesting.

4.Next morning while we were having breakfast in your main dining hall piece of chandelier fell on our table  glass pieces were all around in food and there was an infant with us too  main point here is that chandelier was pasted by tape from edges . 5.

Then we reached our room where as soon as we entered there were used water glasses, a dirty kettle, a dirty pool (which was supposed to be emptied and sanitised and refilled with new water) and a welcome note in someone else’s name.

But the luggage service is not in good side at d time of check out no one cn lift my luggage i self lift my luggage it is very poor at ur side .

Service is really a issue and will say its poor.

One, wheelchair accessibility is very poor.

There would be logging in many areas due to poor drainage and poor floor leveling

but beyond the chipped walls, lack of cleanliness (this is NOT a new hotel but a rebranding of an old hotel) and poor service, the greatest source of worry was the complete disregard for health and safety standard.

I was informed about my spa inclusive in package at the time of check in and at that time only i had requested them to book it for 12:00 pm next day i had said the same to 3-4 staff members out there everyone nooded there head like it was ok and no one said no when i asked next day spa manager denied with booking .

I had very bad experience with the Leela palace
It was my mom’s birthday n I asked the booking 2 days back only n it was confirmed

On the bright side, the staff at the front desk accommodated our request to cancel our two night stay as we were absolutely shocked by the safety standard and thankfully, our “holiday” at this terrible Leela property was limited to one night.

First, the ambience is too good, and the walls and the ceiling are decorated with tiny mirrors, looks like a replica of Mirror Palace of Amber Fort.

The latter was a dining experience under candlelight in a room with mirror inlays throughout the walls.

Purely elegant with mix of traditional sky blue paint on the walls and modern bathroom.

Wherever the eyes went, there was exotic Indian Beauty in the decor, paintings, upholstery, walls, fountains, plants, trees, lotuses, nests.

The Indian dining area looked so opulent with thousands of mirrors inlay on the wall and ceiling - 'Sheesh Mahal'.

Having  breakfast in garden , sunbath by the side of pool  and walk in the lap of  nature  is worth remembering.

We like the concept of personalized food with table service instead of regular buffet.

We sincerely thank her and the entire team for the delicious birthday cake too.

Would really recommend anyone who goes to the hotel to interact with her and get out of the world customised preparations whether Indian, continental or Oriental.

The food at the property was probably the most delicious I ever had in a long time since I am travelling to different hotels.

Location= No ola, no private cab nothing

New year gala cost 12000 for couple, they had a bakwas singer and the food was not good the the street food
As per the costing of rooms no  service and no one will ever come to ask u, do u reall need any thing, they are just ready to throw u out the property at check out, too much boring and fake property, do think if u ever want to visit the property

In all not worth the cost , it’s not worth 30k per day .

however feel that there should be a buffet option for food rather than it being ala carte for the money that the guests pay.

but nothing came, I lost time (and money) listening to them hoping that the details would arrive and finally had to settle for lohagarh at additional cost who were super cooperative and prompt, needless to say that lohagarh is amazing.

The only thing that I felt could be added were few inhouse free of cost activities like pottery or some artistic workshops, small game zone for kids, etc.

Very cheap behaviour and cancelation policies favouring them too, our main guest had covid at property ,We asked for a one day credit note

Their restruent is dirty with dust on light fixtures and tables - when one asks for in room dining service they levy a charge for service … 
The property is in the middle of nowhere if you need a taxi plan ahead by an hour and a half as they don’t have any cars available quicker than that .

Cons- Villas don’t offer airport transfers(not even paid) and they are almost an hour drive from Jaipur.

Check-in process was smooth as our villa host had collected our identification documents via WhatsApp the night before and there was no hidden/ additional costs.

Our pool villa cost Rs 64500 for two nights.

Having said that, the place is expensive therefore it is not for everyone.

Found the property to be overpriced for the room tariff and not really worth the price for the food.

but not the least, it was cost savvy too.

For the price i am paying , dude i don't need favours from anyone . 3.

Overall it was a very average experience and not worth the price paid.

The food is overpriced to the point of robbery.

The food is expensive and the taste is average.

But I do think their food was a little expensive.

How is that possible when you are making a booking for a family of four & quoting the price for three people’s dinner.

Food being expensive is an understatement

We took two Bedroom Luxury Pool & Spa Villa ( JACARANDA) from 15/05/16 to 18/05/16 at INR 30000 inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and taxes for 4 adults and 2 children below 5 years.

In few reviews it was mentioned that food is expensive or services are expensive.

Although the restaurant is a little bit expensive,

but then one has to understand that you don't pay just for the food but for its preparation (fresh vegetables, healthy - less oily), presentation and over all ambience.

I know some people felt that the food is expensive -

The room service menu seemed overpriced as well.

I would also like to mention how great and considerate Ajay the server at the buffet restaurant was also the rest of the staff members at the restaurant, and also I appreciate the reception people who make the quick checkin I call them already for quick because we hungry and then they do it much more then quick check in.

Shout out to Chef.Shamsher who despite taking a really long time dished out some yummy dishes and dessert for us .. since we are vegans and had food restrictions.

The gentleman charge there also tried to make us pay more ..so be careful when paying in the spa.

Earlier when i booked the tents it was slightly costly

I suggested this property to someone for destination wedding for which I received a quote of Rs 60 lacs + taxes from sales team.

I also did the same and booked the resort even after reading the reviews thinking that it was their personal experience and they may not be that bad as they rate themselves a 5 star property.

Very beautiful property with so many tents and a palace like building, tents happens to be very expensive and not worth, so we decided to stay in the main building as it is very near to the pool.

Much hyped and overpriced and no value for money.

but a tad on the expensive side, especially the food.

In snacks (for which they charged as 600/ perpax), they had brinjal pakoda and tea/ biscuits.. nthing more than that..comeon..you expect that from a dhaba as well.

It has a separate area for serving rajasthani food(just like choki dhani setup) which will cost you 600 per person.

but have failed miserably as they have made it paid for their guests as well. .

However, it is worst copy of it, where everything  is extremely costly and to top it all the food is worst.

but the service was really poor to get one thing done you would have to calll them 7 times the amenities wernt there the wifi was paid and someone tried to open and steal from our room as 4 in the mroning someone tried to open the door so hard that the chain broke after hearing that when my dad screamed asking who is there he ran away and in hurry dropped the spoon so in my opinion dont go here even if you have to stay in a guest house

Two gulab jamuns with a scoop of ice cream costed Rs 325 plus taxes, which I think was exorbitant.

but I was expecting a little more since I had paid extra money for that as per their claim on website such as a private sitting garden but there was none for my tent, moreover, the tents are placed in a stack of 3 so there is no outside view or anything so in the end I felt that extra money could have been saved ;-)
 
We had arrived after their kitchen hours but staff was nice enough to offer us complete lunch which was amazing.

Suggestion to management please keep your prices reasonable like this only as in affordable.

Buffet Spread (for the price) was not a spread at all!

but with cold water, there should be a heated pool in so called 5 star resort, they even charge you for swimming trunks.. huh..

The staff was extremely uncourteous.. Service was really slow, not at all upto the mark.. Food was also not good..

Only negatives is that service is very slow.

The staff was slow to respond to simple requests.

though as everywhere in India, we thought the hot water was slow to flow.

Two things that need to work on SPA which was average and food serving time as it was too slow

Its landscaping is really nice and staff is cooperative though slow at times.the bathrooms cleaniliness was an issue  and rooms without balconies get smelly at times I didn't know y ,

Upon arrival, after a slow check-in we were shown to our room.

The rooms were terrible, the  hygiene, water quality, air quality and how the and how the house keeping/staff cleaned the room, there were dirty dishes outside our doors the rooms were filled with dust and dirt, and the bathroom was next level dirty.

On the ast night someone came to look at the water situation and in the process they wet my belongings and left muddy footprints and puddles throughout the room.

but that's too without water storage as it had hole.

There was no hot water, the fridge doesn't cool, WiFi was not working (no estimate could be had on when it could be fixed) and there is no bathrobe for using the Jacuzzi!!

In our room - No towel, no dental kit, soaps, no water, no tea/coffee in tray in room and no one was there to fulfil guest’s requirements as ‘staff’ was busy in attending the function.

Early morning hot water not available unless & until you specifically ask for it.

I went for spa and at the end of the spa, I came to know that they did not have hot water because the boiler was not working.

but the shower 'tent' was simply below star-property standards with water logging, scale marks all over and broken fixtures.

Because of a faulty design, the water from the shower cubicle would come out and wet the whole floor!

After Rain water start peeping inside through walls and roof.

it was drizzling that day and we were forced to sit at a tant with water flowing from everywhere..there were other families too who complained

(2) Also they can't provide a glass of water to kid even with more than 35 C ( (95 F) in reception.

Coming to other amenities the room did not have a electric kettle and tea sashes,the pool was ill maintained and water had excess of chorine.
