The daily breakfast was made to order along with a beautiful tiered selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries brought to your table.

The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

The hotel served breakfast every morning that is absolutely delicious.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

Quick walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and 20 mins or so to the colloseum and forum.

We were able to walk to all the major attractions such as the Colosseum, Forum, Trevi fountain, etc.

To make the most of a first trip, get a guided walking tour and an Eatitaly Food tour and book your Colosseum and Forum tickets in advance to print at home.

The location is excellent: a 5-10 min walk to the Spanish Steps; a 5-10 min walk to the Trevi Fountain, and a 15-20 min walk to the Forum.

Location of the hotel was very central, enabling us to walk within 30-40 minutes to the Vatican, the forum and Colosseum.

We like to walk so we walked to Termini Station, Colosseum, Ancient Forum, Pantheon, The Vatican, etc..

Excellent location in close proximity to the Colosseum and the Forum.

After a long day at the colloseum and Forum we were able to take the underground back to the hotel which was just a couple of stops away.

Just a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to the Colosseum, Palatino, and Forum.

From this hotel we were able to walk to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, forum and coliseum as well as the Borgese Museum.

Walking distance to the Roman Forum, Palatine Hills, Colosseum, shopping on Via Tritone, Pathenon, Piazza Navona, etc.

This lovely hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance from all major attractions like Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hills and etc, We even manage to walk back from the Vatican City!

The location is perfect within easy waliking distance of the Spanish steps, and Fontana de Trevi, and the forum.

They helped us book online tickets for the Colosseum and the Forum, which enabled us to "beat the queues".

Everything is within walking distance, including the Forum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and much more.

The Barocco Hotel was an amazing Roman getaway for my husband and me to spend our honeymoon!

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

but we stayed 4 nights and the room is so small it became quite oppressive.

At 12 sq meters, I knew my room would be small and it was.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

I loved the location as it was very walkable to the train station the Colosseum and many tourist attractions.

Location wise, the hotel is in a good spot, you are within a 30 minute walk of the colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

The location is an easy 1 mile walk from Trevi Fountain and close to the Colosseum as well.
