11/16/2021 - The location is a great base for many of the attractions and things to do, steps from the Chinese Theater and Dolby Theatre and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

10/22/2021 - You are steps away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Dolby Theatre, the Chinese Theatre and the mall (it's actually connected to the hotel).

09/09/2021 - The location is unbeatable as you are part of the Hollywood & Highland complex adjoining the Dolby Theater and TCL Chinese Theater.

09/05/2021 - The AC (minisplit) also clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time; I got up on a chair to clean it, to wipe off some dust residue.

03/21/2021 - As the hotel website says, the hotel is a converted 1950’s apartment building, and they may have been exempted from adding an elevator. The pros, (washing machines!!)

10/03/2021 - but laugh at the comedy of the situation, one of the front desk workers could have easily run a few bottles up the first time I asked rather than keep passing the buck to room service (who never answered the phone ever).

07/28/2021 - They didn’t even care, talked to the manager (Adey) and the security guy (Julián) they told us to call 911 Police officers arrived and they said this HAS HAPPENED BEFORE…..BEAWARE you are at risk!!

09/27/2021 - There are many choices for hotels throughout LA and I was disappointed that The Roosevelt was resting on its history and not offering consistent customer care nor paid attention to details like basic room maintenance.

09/27/2021 - They even argued over how we were going to pay for it…we spent $800 in less than 24 hours there on the room and multiple meals and drinks, and it took multiple calls to figure out who was paying for the shipping for my wife’s purse and which account.

09/04/2021 - Unfortunately later that night, the employee was gone so a verbal altercation took place in the elevator because too many people tried to get on the elevator without wearing masks.
