Friendly staff, clean nice restaurant in lobby just a great place to stay!
The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
but the staff was graceful whenever I needed something.
Kyle was so nice and caring he even fully refunded my booking
The Orlando is in a super convenient location if you need to stay in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area.. Super helpful staff.
But the worst thing was they even charge you for water bottles.
It’s unbelievable that at midnight I couldn’t check in this hotel because my credit card doesn’t match my passport name.
Also, another promotion for a Visa travel rewards cash was a total lie.
They also did not credit anything .
but use cash tho because they double the charge with credit card and they will hold it till you leave
The tablets never worked
but what is most upsetting the valet took my $200 AirPods, a portable charger and the change I keep in my meter for the street meters.
If those are not familiar with using the tablets (The elderly), then it is almost impossible for them to use your facilities
Only remark is the hairdryer power which is not the best.
Bedside lamps had no electrical outlets.
It also felt a lot safer than say Hollywood Boulevard Third Street is packed with lots of great restaurants, take away food and stores.
24 hr room service..great area to stroll and take in some of the hippest stores and restaurants in the LA/West Hollywood area We stay here frequently.
Lots of stores and restaurants around.
Plenty of good eats nearby - would stay here again.
Living in LA we already knew it was a great place for our guests to be able to walk to a variety of local restaurants and shops nearby the property.
Close to Beverley Centre and The Grove and some lovely restaurants and boutique stores nearby.
We have stayed at the nearby Four Seasons and Hilton hotels when visiting Beverly Hills, and decided this trip to try one of the inviting small boutique hotels, for the experience of it.
There are several nearby restaurants as well as shopping mall.
You can walk to a ton of restaurants, the Beverly Center and The Grove.
Close to The Grove, The Beverly Center and Sunset Blvd all within walking distance.
Beverly Center is close by too.
major shopping in Beverly Center and along Melrose, close, as is Century City.
The location of the hotel is brilliant – just a short walk to the Beverly Centre (where you will find lots of shops such as Macy’s and Bloomingdales) and we walked to Rodeo drive on one morning and it took us 20 minutes.
The walls are thin and the ventilation system is pretty awful as we could smell the people that were in the room next to us smoking weed and then they tried to cover up the smell will burning incense.
However as other reviewers have commented the rooms are tired and worst of all the air conditioning in my room made the buzzing noise as if there was a couple of insects in the room in a faulty refrigerator.
Design wise, the bathrooms could use some type of shelf unit under the sink to store a toiletry bag.
Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly and it was not resolved during my stay.
Second room better except for the replacement of fan.
We loved the selection of eateries along 3rd street and was only a 20 min or so walk to the farmers market (where we got the bus to Hollywood).
West Third Street has lots of restaurants - a great covered farmers market at one end & a shopping mall at the other plus a lovely Mediterranean restaurant in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is ideal for wanting nice restaurants close to you and the grove and farmers market is about a 15 mins walk (would recommend going there).
You can also take a 10 minute walk to the Original Farmers Market or 30 minutes to get to Walk of fame.
Walking convenience to quality, relaxed restaurants within 3 blocks, including breakfasts; Farmers' Market and sites beyond.
