Hotel was close to Buckingham Palace (10 min walk) and Westminster Abbey (2 mins).

Not to mention in close proximity to Buckingham Palace.

I went out on the afternoon to pay my respects at Buckingham Palace, on the death of Her Majesty, The Queen.

With Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, London Eye, Horse Guards Parade, The Mall and Buckingham palace all within 15 mins walk and St James park only a stones throw away.

Absolutely perfect location 2 mins from tube station and walking distance to westminster abbey, St James Park and Buckingham Palace etc.

Firstly the location is really good, within walking distance of Big Ben, the big wheel and Buckingham palace.

This is a fantastic location within easy walking distance to subway and bus stations, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery, the theater district, and more.

Just a 2min walk from the St James's Park tube station, it's very easy to visit the main attractions of the Centre of London on foot (a couple of minutes away from Buckingham, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Churchil's War Room, Big Ben, London Eye, etc).

You can also walk to St James Park and Buckingham Palace which isn’t too far.

We were in London for the jubilee, the hotel is ideally located for the major attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

This hub is in an ideal location for visiting Westminster: just a few minutes walk from Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and St James's Park  

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is such a good hotel, just a stone’s throw from Parliament, St James’s park, Buckingham Palace, Whitehall and Victoria to name just a few locations.

We stayed here for my daughter's Duke of Edinburgh Award at Buckingham Palace and it was a 10 minute walk away.

Great access for Buckingham Palace, Covent Gardens,  most theatres, St Paul's and London Tower Bridge

St James Park and Buckingham Palace were a very short walk away too.

The hotel is ideally situated with regards to the London Tube system and many of the great places to visit; Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery and many more.

Big Ben and London Eye 5 minute walk and Buckingham Palace 10 minute walk.

The hotel is centrally located to various attractions including Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye and Buckingham Palace, all within walking distance.

Was able to check in on arrival and the rooms were modern and clean albeit small which I expected.

Room was comfy, quiet, clean and had sufficient storage.

Everything was clean, the staff were helpful and the location was perfect.

Carpet, linens, towels seemed very clean.

but neat and cheerful room, excellent facilities and wifi and a cosy bar with endless free coffee at all times, I can't believe the pleasantness and value in such a central location.

We had a good, clean room (although very small in size and that was with the King/upgraded room size).

Location was great hotel staff friendly we had breakfast a couple of times and couldn’t fault it.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the restaurant was very good for late night drinks and socializing!

Great location, so close to St James Park tube, with Westminster tube also very close.

Overall, even with the minor inconveniences, this is an excellent place to stay & I would recommend it, brilliantly located very close to St James Park station and Westminster.

We preferred this location as it was away from the mobs of tourists staying in Trafalgar Square/Chelsea/etc.

A modern budget hotel which provided me with a spotlessly clean room, and some much needed air conditioning on a day when the temperature outside reached 34C.

Have stayed at Premier Inn Westminster Abbey twice now and love the location, the hotel, the rooms are compact, clean & modern, just what you need for a stop over place.

The hotel is very modern with a quick and efficient check in and check out service.

Clean room, modern gadgets, spacious room and bathroom, nice water pressure in the shower with modern shower, CLEAN BATHROOM CURTAIN!!

Location is good for a base around London Westminster, Palace and Parks, and with the nearby tube (St.Jame's Park Station) it provides easy access to the wider London.

As expected the rooms were tiny and a clear indication they are trying to squeeze as many guests in as possible.

Possible CON: The room had a small window (which you can't open) with only a view of opposite office building.

The air conditioning didn't work in any of the rooms (moved 3 times) so unfortunately this affected the quality of sleep as the rooms are small and stuffy and no opening windows for ventilation.

We stay in the larger rooms in the hub, not the very small rooms.

While the rooms are small, it’s close to all the tourist attractions, theater district and the Underground subway which we used to get to the hotel when we landed at Heathrow.

but the small team at the Hub catered exceptionally well for their surge of guests, quick, efficient and so patient.

however, there clearly isn’t the staff and facilities to support a busy hotel on a busy weekend.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

My high rating is for the staff and service the team there is fantastic and the restaurant has a great bar.

The tube nearby is convenient and there's a Pret a Manger and Costa café around the corner.

The hotel offers a luggage storage service so on the day of checkout we were able to leave our luggage at reception until we required it for travelling later.

Spent two nights this week and was warmly and thoughtfully treated by the staff.

but a good selection of hot drinks is available 24/7 in the lounge area.

Modern clean and bright..plenty of tea and coffee in the lounge and great helpful staff.

Location is excellent and great value for money, free Costa coffee and tea in the lounge.

But it’s freely available if you want to trek down to the lounge and back .

but it was great, and the Lounge was comfy for just sitting and having a late afternoon tea after work.

I was very impressed by the helpful staff on reception and in the lounge at breakfast time.

but this was not a problem as they did this in the lounge room free of charge.

The breakfast buffet at The Lounge with eggs, sausages, beverages and continental fare was a brilliant way to start the day.

They quickly checked us into our rooms and offered free coffee and tea at the lounge across from the lobby.

however, they are available all day, free to guests, in the lounge.

The lounge is certainly not spacious enough to get between tables and chairs with a wheel chair and getting to the food /drink area or the bar would pose an issue BUT the staff could move furniture around for you and I’m sure they could get food for you also as the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful at the hub.

but there are facilities in the lounge which are complimentary.

I picked it for those reasons and found myself happily surprised by the lounge it offers.

Nice to have the free teas and coffee available in the lounge.

But the weekends were nice, much quieter, we were able to actually use the lounge all weekend.

It was Such a good place to stay i will defiantly come back, the staff, the room, the lounge everything about this hotel is amazing!

My one major complaint is that many of the rooms don't have real windows.

As a couple and staying for two nights we had opted for one of the bigger rooms to give us a little extra space to move around and also to have some natural light through a window.

I got my coffee and grabbed a basic bench seat looking out of the window - not even a proper table as I was conscious not to take too much room .

The air con was a life saver due to not having opening windows in the room.

My only grumble would be the window was very small for natural light in the daytime

Make sure you ask for a room WITH window cause not all the rooms have one.

Luckily we had a window in the room (didn't pay extra)

Only downside was felt bit exposed in bathroom as there was a window from the bedroom into bathroom, presumably to let light in

Only thing I would change is the room ventilation and to at least have the ability to open a window and to have the ability to change the mode of the air-conditioner, not have it set just to cold.

I’m struggle in small spaces and needed a window to settle my anxiety, Nicole made this happen so Ben tho a blonde lady stood over him trying to stop this happening!

Our rooms didn't have a window which opened so it could get quite stuffy and meant the air conditioning had to be turned on.

Our only problem otherwise was not being able to get fresh air in the room as none of the windows were designed to be opened.

It did get very hot in the night as the air con kept turning off for some reason and there are no windows to open.

However, the windows do not open in the room and we had problems with the air conditioning system that wouldn't work with the control panel.

The rooms can be quite small and some have no windows so I would personally recommend requesting a room with a window.

Stayed in this lovely hotel, near King's Cross for 6 nights, and I very much enjoyed my stay, all the staff were lovely and very friendly and approachable, bedroom space was very good.

Hotel conviently placed a short walk from kings cross station.Check in was quick and easy,and the lady who checked us in was very friendly.

The people of the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast display is really cute however it's no fry up Just posh stuff like croissants and blueberry muffins, some of the staff are really friendly, I hope I haven't got her name wrong

This hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing in London and the facilities were great, we actually needed the hotel as our late night train back "Up Norf" was cancelled so had a after midnight panic what to do in central londinium with my 15 year old daughter in tow.

The room was clean, only small downside it’s only cleaned every 3 days.

but we only needed somewhere to sleep and get ready.We were out sight seeing all day so hardly spent much time in the room at all.The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfy,and the power shower was great too.We had booked a room with a window just so it felt a little less 'claustrophobic'.
