I had booked this hotel and flights altogether with British Airways Holidays and the room included was ‘standard double’ with breakfast included.

There’s a lot to like about this traditional British hotel—top of the list is location: it’s directly across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum (which is right next door to the Natural History Museum) and just around the corner from the Underground. The Big Bus tour stops right in front and there’s a bunch of good local restaurants (we liked Thai Square and  Comptor Libinais in particular.)

If I stay in London, I want a place that feels like I'm in London, cozy & comfortable with a British breakfast and Sherperd's Pie for dinner with the most polite & helpful staff at all times.

However The Rembrandt offers everything what is considered quality and oldfashioned British in its best sence.

I booked the hotel as part of British Airways vacation.

breakfast was nice with good british and Continental selections.

I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to V and A museum, Harrod’s or the British Museum of Natural History.

The conservatory is "so British" and so comfortable.

Wifi was a strong signal all the time and the TV available was a good selection of British TV channels.

We picked this hotel on a recommendation from British Airways.

Location very good for Science and Natural History museums and across the road from V&A.

Right across the street from one museum and a five minute walk to two more.

The location is excellent, at least for a ‘cultural’ visitor – at the W edge of Knightsbridge, close to key museums and a short bus or Underground journey to many others, the theatre district and Mayfair.

We particularly appreciated the location in South Kensington, across from two major museums and with a bus stop a few yards away from the entry.

The only saving grace is the location, which is ideal for the museums and the Knightsbridge shops.

Very close to museums and Harrods and not too far from Hyde Park and underground station.

This hotel is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube, 2 minute walk to two museums, a 10 minute walk to Harrods.

Excellent value and service in a wonderful location opposite the V&A Museum. Beds comfortable, shower water pressure the best I have ever experienced (and I lived in the US for 30 years.)

Breakfast was good plentiful and fresh, location is great absolutely across the road from museums and a 5 minute walk from the tube, on reflection would I recommend this hotel to family and friends then because of the room issue the answer would be no

Location was terrific, right across from the beautiful Victoria and Albert's Museum, the Park, 30-min nice stroll to Buckingham, etc.

The Rembrandt is a lovely hotel so convenient for all the museums, Imperial College and the Royal Albert Hall (and Harrods too if that's your thing!)

I stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel for 2 nights over New Year 
The Hotel is situated opposite the Victoria & Albert Museum in South Kensington and is a two minute walk from the Tube station.

Location is only a few minutes walk from the Tube (Piccadilly Line with easy access to Heathrow and St Pancras for train to France etc), Harrods, Natural History Museum and V&A.

I booked a room here for Friday 18th for myself and my 4 yr old son so we could visit the natural history museum.

The hotel has a great location - literally across the road from the V&A and Natural History Museum.

The V&A is across the street and the Natural History Museum is next to that.

Location is great  if your going to V&A,Science Museum,Natural History Museum ,Royal Albert Hall and Kensington High Street  or Kensington Palace .

The location is fantastic with Harrods, the V&A and the natural history museum just a short walk away.

The Receptionist very kindly let us put us bags in their baggage room before our room was ready so we could go to the Natural History Museum.

Wonderful hotel - staff friendly and just a stone’s throw away from the Natural History Museum and Science Museum, which is why we chose it.

This hotel has a great location: a short walk from South Ken tube station and Harrods, opposite the V&A museum, 2 minutes from the Natural History museum. Nice clean room, good cleaning each day, good breakfast in well run breakfast room ( used plates etc removed directly)

I brought my younger brother for his 21st to head to the natural history museum.

It is located directly across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum and very near the Natural History Museum.

Our room was beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect with the V&A museum and Natural history museum directly opposite.

The hotel location was great for us, just cross the street of the V&A and Natural history museum.

The location is excellent, close to Sourh Kensington tube stop, the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum.

But this time it was really disappointing each time (at 8:30) – a buffet with no visible staff, low quality juice, poor choice of fruit, stale croissants, grey lukewarm scrambled egg, too many items offered packaged (but at least the Americano coffee was good).

Every part of the breakfast is self-service - and a ‘poor man Premier Inn’.

i have (still a guest at the hotel at the time of this reiew) made my booking for 20 days at this hotel and had faced lots of poor service,
well to start with my list 
rooms are too small
no dentel hygene kits
no drinking water provied (but for a fee which is £5)
and the worst part is when i wanted to connect my Apple Tv.

The food in the bar was average - the service was terrible- lazy and disinterested 

The breakfast was poor - coffee terrible and staff awful.

I stay in hotels for business & holidays .. I’ve never experienced such poor service for residents of a hotel.. £350 a night and no bar disgraceful !!

but I did think it was rather poor, 4 little finger sandwiches, egg, smoked salmon, ham, cucumber, quite possibly made for one slice of bread or may be one and a half.

Never have I been to a hotel this disgusting with such poor hygiene - and this is during a pandemic!!

Very poor communication to their guests about maintenance or things happening at the hotel.

Stayed here as a cheap break I wished I had booked somewhere else, customer service is very poor and guests are treated with little respect.

What really disappointed us was what we experienced on the 3 mornings we came for Breakfast (it's my own favourite "Treat Meal" when we're away from Home) : poor handling as you "Wait to be Seated", dishes not topped-up (one Fruit Salad bowl remained empty for all of one hour!

The cake selection was poor it was either carrot cake or a cream slice which looked like they had seen better days.

It is a shame I have to give the hotel such a poor review.

We also experienced poor service in the bar area where staff seemed to be uncoordinated and didn’t respond to our request for service in a timely way.

There needs to be more waiting staff  at peak times as on both evening(Fri &Sat) the poor single server couldn’t keep up with demand.

Why are UK hotels and particularly those in London so poor.

I have travelled worldwide and I’m astonished that hotels of the Rembrandt’ standard and category can get away with charging so much money for a room , whilst offering poor quality in terms of comfort and no customer service to their clients.

The sevice in the bar area was very poor.

The rooms are clean and quiet, the beds are very comfortable, all services were excellent.

The bar was very quiet and relaxing, with the usual choice of cocktails and drinks.

Room was clean, cool, spacious and quiet.

Very nice room with great walk-in shower and was quiet being located at the rear of the hotel.

The room was immaculate with a comfortable bed, and it was VERY quiet.

Our room was quiet, lovely and just what we needed.

Although I was allocated a room overlooking the road I was offered a change so I asked for a quiet area and was given room 577 right at the end of the corridor which was very peaceful.

It overlooked a side street so it was quiet.

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the rooms are very quiet.

So light and airy with 2 big sash windows that can open onto the quiet rear of the hotel.

but, has a village like feel, very pleasant place to be, it is still relatively quiet in the hotel, and you can get a good nights sleep at this hotel Room has everything you need, a lovely whirlpool bath, toiletries and kettle, ironing board , desk, table and chairs.

Rooms at the back, of which there are many, are quiet whereas a lot of traffic noise in the front.

no one attended us to offer refils of cold juice and despite a quiet restaurant all guests were seated on tables next to each other along the closed windows (not very covid safe).

We had a Club room, which was perfect for a family of three - very quiet and perfect for a couple of nights.

Have stayed many times before and as ever, the staff were great, one or two even remembered me, the room was spotless and the breakfast was all you could ask for.

Breakfast buffet was included with room price.

The room was clean and perfect for a weekend exploring London.

However, rooms are serviced only on request., which is an unnecessary irritant  The online option didn’t make much difference to check-in.

The rooms are nice and clean, so a bit small and the mattresses need an upgrade.

We wanted to say a big thank you to Neil for going out of his way when we needed to find a room with a softer bed for my wife… nothing was too much trouble, also to Pablo who helped us when we arrived.

You make your own bed and tidy your room.

The room was very acceptable, the food in the lounge bar equally so.

The room was amazingly clean and overlooked the back of the hotel.

but when we arrived the hotel had dated decor and our room was in the corner on the top floor.

but still this gives you a well-thought out room with good lighting, black-out curtains,  comfortable chairs, a jacuzzi tub.

Very pleased with our Executive Double room, plenty of space to put things, and spotlessly clean.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a king size bed and I was appreciative that the twin pull-out couch had already been made up into a bed for our son when we checked in.

Our room was large and comfortable with a great shower and products.

All staff we encountered were friendly especially Scott at front desk.

Two chairs a table and a desk with chair, Robes, free bottle of water in mini-fridge daily.

The team were helpful, and the amenities were great.

This hotel was very patient and accommodating as we tried to reschedule through the pandemic.

As usual, all the staff we met were professional and pleasant,

The hotel has the best concierge in town with Mr Neil Cowan.

Just wanted to mention that the curry in the bar lounge was amazing, really enjoyed it & having 2 free drinks for booking direct was a nice bonus… all the staff were so helpful!

The shining light at the Rembrandt is a gentleman called Pablo.

The reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff were friendly, helpful and always professional.

Staff is professional and helpful on all points.

The staff on the front desk, in the bar and the restaurant were all very attentive.

who seemed to be surprised that I’d asked for 2 boiled eggs.

Pablo at the desk and Scott in the lobby were extremely helpful; staff in the lobby for drinks and at breakfast were gracious.

however was the staff which could not have been friendlier or more welcoming.

This hotel is in a great location, South Keningston tube station less than 5 minute walk.

as a ten minute walk from harrods and a few minutes walk to a tube station this was a really handy hotel to stay in and we'd definitely go back.

The South Kensington Station, surrounded by good restaurants, is only a 10 minute walk away.

Its close to the underground station and opposite the V and A.

The hotel is opposite the V and A Museum, 2 or 3 minutes from South Kensington station and many restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall.

but it’s worth noting the nearest underground station ‘south kensington’ is closed until Feb 2022.

5 mins to the underground station makes it easy to get anywhere .

Harrods was a 10min walk away, the Victoria and Albert museum is literally opposite the hotel, and has mary Quant expo on at the moment.

The hotel is very well situated, just in front of the Victoria and Albert (V&A) museum (free), one corner from the Museum of natural history and from the South Kensington subway station (Underground).

Plus it was near many activities such as the Victoria and Albert museum, Harrods, and many more.

So close to South Kensington Station that getting there from Heathrow is a snap and steps away from one of the Hop On Hop Off Bus stops, not to mention directly across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum.

I genuinely can not recommend the Nadler highly enough, it has and continues to deliver as a great example of London hospitality and British culture.

With Londoner's shopping daily for food, the M & S had quite a lot of small quantity foods for the kitchenette, so we enjoyed breakfast and some evening meals in our room whilst watching British Television.

Booked two nights at The Nadler Kensington after a 14-day tour of the British Isles with Cosmos travel.

The Kensington neighborhood is close to museums, shops, restaurants and much classic British architecture.

Free range eggs and authentic British breakfast.

All of this in a building in a great neighborhood that felt truly "British".

The British Natural History, V&A museums and Harrods are also within a 30 minute walk from the hotel.

The location is great too - so close to Earl's Court tube station

Very close to the Earl's Court Underground Station; walking distance to Holland Park, Kensington, the Museums, Chelsea, and Fulham.

Its location in Kensington is close to the Palace and museums, and getting elsewhere is a breeze with both the District and Piccadilly Lines running through Earl's Court.

After reading reviews we decided to try this hotel as we had planned to visit the V&A Museum and the location seemed ideal.

Everyone at The Resident is so friendly and we loved the peaceful neighborhood with great restaurants nearby.

The hotel was clean and well presented- I expected that and the small kitchenette was brilliant for breakfasts and there are plenty of eating places nearby for dinner.

The location was just perfect for us, some lovely pubs and cafes nearby, a three minute walk from earls court station and a quick tube ride on the Piccadilly line to central London.

There are plenty of nearby eating placing and what I also like about this hotel is that it is practical and easy to eat in in in your room if you want to - it has a microwave, sink, utensils, kettle and coffee maker.

The mini-kitchen, hidden behind 'wardrobe' doors is a great asset  and we made good use of this, shopping for our evening meal in the nearby M&S Food Hall.

There are lots of places nearby to eat in, places to walk and sight see.

Near Piccadilly line and load of restaurants nearby.
