Access to the strip via the mall is super convenient and made it easy to access Bellagio, cosmopolitan and planet Hollywood casinos.

Being attached to Planet Hollywood and the mall is very convenient.

Part of my trip was solo and I felt super safe going to and from the hotel via the mall.

You have total access into the Miracle Mile Mall to shopping, food, and shows all under one roof.

nice resort and swimming pool, easy access to other hotel casino, fine restaurants around, the mall step away and resort provide 2 -16 oz starbuck coffee or 2 bottle of water. .

The resort was on the strip, connected to Planet Hollywood with a fabulous connecting mall.

This hotel's connection to the Mall offers so many different options for groups that want quick mall bites or a full-on sit down meal or maybe you just want a margarita!

Convenient location with everything you need being attached to the Miracle Mall.

Given how hot it was in Vegas - it was nice that the hotel was located or had direct access to a number of shops  and restaurants that make up the miracle mile mall.

The mall was great for breakfast at ocean one and Access to the abc store for sun tan lotion and snacks.

but within walking distance through the Miracle Mile shopping mall, which is a much do for shopping, food and entertainment.

It is directly connected to the mall, so all types of quick hit the places for coffee, restaurants, snacks and some shopping without getting out on the strip.

The pool area was nice and with it being attached to the mall, we found some quick and easy meals and stores to grab drinks and snacks.

I felt like the scene in Selena where Jennifer Lopez/Selena tries to buy a dress at the mall on the night of the Grammys.

Better eating values  in the mall than on the strip.

Overall, this is a very basic hotel, with few amenities, the dirtiest and cheapest mall in Vegas, not a single good bar or restaurant anywhere close, and terrible customer service.

There is a mall attached to hotel which has a great food joint that serves breakfast lunch and dinner - we ate there every morning and the food was good and cheap.

The location is great, a shopping mall connects it to planet Hollywood which leads to the centre of the strip.

She’s just sitting there on a personal phone call and blurts out “it will be 30 minutes”.

On calling the front desk/ guest services, we were told that construction was happening in the lobby and we could get ear plugs!!

The phone system is about to be “upgraded” in a few hours, so the only way to reach the front desk is in person…in line behind the gazillion people waiting to check in.

The managers kept promising that the points were issued and they refused to call me back.

I do as I always do in a room check out the cleanliness, the whirlpool tub had a ring around it, the body wash was empty and the coach was horrible…upon siting on the couch you sunk straight down it was very uncomfortable.

Knowing how hard it is to trace the source of second-hand smoke, and with it being my last night, I didn't bother to call the front desk

but at least one phone call during our stay to check on us or “schedule” a cleaning  like other resorts on the strip would have sufficed .

I told them to call housekeeping, and they said housekeeping wouldn't answer them.

We had to use the living room plugs for our phones and then some of those were worn as well.

Dust on the lamps, dust on the bathroom mirror, dust on the phones, dust on the coffee machine, dust on the tv remote controls, etc.

We had to call 4 times to tell them we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight because our flight was delayed and only  on the 4th time did we find a person who could actually find out hotel reservation.

but no one has more than 2 bars on cell phone.

It got to the point where I stopped answering calls from Hilton. Lastly, the line at Starbucks in Elara is always 20-30 deep (in the morning for sure.)

but I had to call Hilton when I hadn't received it three days later.

Rather than the local staff offering to do anything about it, they said we’d have to call customer service!

CONS
Disappointed to see many amenities missing in the room and to message or call for every item Including hairdryer and pots/pans for the kitchen.

I had asked for a wake-up call -- which was done by a real person --

Wednesday I again had to call and was frustrated knowing I only had 1.5 days left and still no service.

It is also great to be able to go down and have a direct entrance to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants, as well as only about a hundred yards from the Planet Hollywood Casino and all it has to offer.

Great location can go shopping at the miracle mile shops and get to Planet Hollywood casino.

It is connected to the planet Hollywood casino and magnificent mile mall.

The Planet Hollywood casino is a short air-conditioned 5-min walk away.

Since I do gamble, I stopped in the Planet Hollywood casino which they boast is attached to the Miracle Mile shops and a close walk to the Elara.

The location is perfect - connected to Planet Hollywood Casino, and within walking distance of all the other major casinos on the strip.

Walk right out the hotel into the mall to excellent food, shopping, and Planet Hollywood casino.

The Planet Hollywood Casino is just steps away, so you could gamble as much as you liked,

The Miracle Mile Shops (which are attached to the resort) and the Planet Hollywood Casino have signage indicating only non-vaxxed individuals mask up.

Beautiful non smoking clean resort within walking distace to the Mile Marker Mall, daiquiri shops, high-end shopping, plenty of dining options, Planet Hollywood casino, & entertainment.

The hotel is in a good location right above the Miracle Mile shops and next to the Planet Hollywood Casino.

It’s connected to the Miracle Mile shops, which also connects with Planet Hollywood casino.

Hotel is central strip was a short walk to MGM the lobby exits right onto Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood casino also Cosmo is across street which is very plush and huge sports book.

Another added benefit of this facility is its close proximity to both the Planet Hollywood Casino and the Miracle Mile Mall.

However it is attached to the Miracle Mile shopping center which is attached to the Planet Hollywood Casino (so you can go to the Planet Hollywood Casino without going outside and it is about a 5-8 minute walk from the Elara).

Ideally situated near the Magnificient Mile and the Planet Hollywood Casino.

but is so close to planet Hollywood casino it doesn’t need one.

This property is centrally located and connected to the Miracle Mile shops through which you can reach the Planet Hollywood casino if you want.

The Elara is has a great location directly behind the Planet Hollywood Casino and connected to the Million Mile Mall.

even though this property doesn’t have a casino, we played at the attached Planet Hollywood casino.

After complaining to the front desk (where the attendant insisted that the sewage smell was coming from the street outside.

This is a non smoking hotel and you do not have loud music or noises like most casino resorts do.

The janitor’s entire bottle of enzymes was no match for the stench.

The drains stink of sewer gas…52 floors up.

The hot tub(which was the main reason we booked this hotel) was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

I guess marijuana smoking is tolerated in the rooms and throughout the hotel as I noticed it in many areas.

Overall---the smoke issue was so minor that I would definitely consider this hotel again for that peace of mind.

When entered, we were surprised at what a dirty nasty room like this was.

I specifically chose Elara because it is non gaming, non smoking.

My mother-in- law had to wear a mask because it was affecting her breathing.

Our room had a raw sewage smell so bad that they had to move us from 2 different room.

When we first walked in, there’s a smell of rotten eggs.

However, The room smelled like rotten eggs or worse.

Happy to get out of the noise and smoke of the casinos.

(I will note, too, that the shower on the 33rd floor did not drain too well. But, there were no sewer smells that another poster mentioned.)

Additionally, we experienced a nasty sewer gas smell in the master bath our entire stay.

Debris and hair started coming out of the Jets.

However, when we arrived we found a huge crane blocking our view from the suite, and daily construction noise and smells from the air-ducts.

It had no musty/mildew smell and to use the dryer function you just push the dryer

Construction was happening next to the hotel so it was a little noisy

The problem this year was not the fault of the CH, it was the construction  and road noise due to the building of the new Formula 1 raceway and the roads leading to it.

There was construction going on near the Strip so finding it was a bit more difficult than I expected,

Construction in the area closed a small portion of sidewalk on Harmon Ave.

The traffic was horrible due to Formula One construction in the area around the resort and strip.

There is a lot of road construction which is not their fault.

However, there was a lot of noise from the construction road outside that we can barely sleep at night.

However, there is currently a lot of noisy (day and night) road construction in the area, and traffic can get challenging

Much truck traffic right now with all the construction going on in Vegas.

This seems to be an outdated message, as we checked in May 2021 and there has been constant construction happening in the room directly across from ours.

but it is currently under construction so if you don't mind some noise from time to time (M-F 8am-3pm) this is the right place for you.

To top it off our floor was under construction and there was crazy loud construction going on outside beginning early in the morning.

However, we did not experience any of the noise from the construction.

It has parking and no tourist fee .They have a small swimming pool ..(never actually used it) Construction was underway , was of no bother to us at all as we were out every day .

though there was construction going on, it didn't start until 9 am and we were usually up by then.

We experienced some noise from the construction workers renovating the hotel every morning when the dumpsters were emptied, and the monorail across the street was a bit noisy as well.

We didn't hear any noise atall from the construction work.

Never had any issues with the construction.

Signs are posted in the halls promising renovations, and, indeed, there was construction noise.

It is in a quiet area on Harmon Ave behind the Las Vegas strip so it was easy to walk to activities like the Miracle Mile Mall and the Belaggio.

A 10 minute walk to the Aria or Crystals Mall is nice.

You also get a feeling of security while staying there because you don't have to worry about your car, you can't even get in the building without a pass card.. You can walk across to Miracle Mile, which is an indoor mall that has just about anything you might want to buy plus some great eateries.

but there are plenty of eating places in the mall which is a one block walk from the Carriage House and a half block more and you are on the strip.

Location is great too - Close to the Miracle Mile Mall and to transportation.

Across the street from Miracle Mile Mall so many food options .stores and gaming available

Planet Hollywood and a large mall is across the street.

Miracle Mile Mall is within walking distance and they have everything you need for shopping, food, watching sports and having a beverage!

You can basically cross the street and you're a minute away from the back of the Miracle Mile Mall.

It was a short 2 block walk to the strip on Harmon Ave. A large mall with lots of food options was located there.

Only a short walk to the Strip, Miracle Mile mall, Top Golf, free parking, nice staff, clean, spacious unit.

We enjoyed the restaurants near the Miracle Mall Shops.

It's not far from the strip - just a short 3-4 minute walk to the Planet Hollywood shopping mall.

Hotel is just behind MGM Grand employee parking, across the street from the Miracle Mile Mall.

Great restaurants in the Mall itself with great pricing during the breakfast and lunch hours.

Walking distance of the Strip and Magnificent Mile Mall.

It is a very convenient location, an easy walk to the planet hollywood casino and miracle mile shops.

We would walk to the strip each morning through the Miracle Mile shopping centre which is part of Planet Hollywood Casino.

as mentioned it is about a 8 min walk from the strip, excellent location by Miracle Mile Mall *Planet Hollywood Casino* and is a 10 -12 min walk to the nearest bus stop.

It is close to Planet Hollywood Casino and the Miracle Mile of shops.

Across the street was the Miracle Mile Shops with anything you might want - 170 stores, 15 restaurants, Planet Hollywood Casino,theatre shows and more.

To get to The Strip, we crossed the street and cut through the Miracle Mile Shops and Planet Hollywood Casino.

There was no wait for check in and no casino smoke.

not walking through a smoky casino to get to our room--- priceless.

but on arrival there was a musty damp smell.

Also easily accessible , non smoking and no gambeling.

Target with limited food and Walgreens. Vegas is smelly (cigarette smoke and marijuana)

Gross old chair  though at least they changed it when I complained

I also love that there is no casino and filled with smoke.

Also was very bad odor in the hall way one day that smelled like a toxic glue for a few hours and a little bit in the room.

The kitchen is good enough for small meals, just dont try to cook bacon because the smoke alarm will beep.

I love the security measures of the hotel in the entrance and elevators and how there are no casinos and its non smoking.

Stocked kitchenette, no resort fees, no nasty casino to walk through to get to the room.

Our room smelled like rotten eggs (which highly points to a gas leak which was incredibly dangerous for not just us

No bar, restaurant, slots, smokers, or anything.

Staff was accommodating, the room had a full kitchen, and it had no second hand smoke smell like some of the other Vegas hotels.

but you don't have to worry about any stinky cigarette smell.

Loved this is off the strip, across from Planet Hollywood, and the Miracle Mall with great shopping and restaurants.

Light fare and drinks at the lobby bar surpassed any of the dining experiences we had in the Planet Hollywood mall or the overpriced, underwhelming and supposedly famous  hotspots we visited.

Location of the resort is very good, a short walk to the strip or you can enter Planet Hollywood mall across the street.

It's right across the street from the Miracle Mile Mall where there are shops, food and the V Theater.

The mall is directly across the street where you can find plenty of entertainment and food options.

The hotel is located next to the Miracle Mile Mall, a few steps from the strip, a PERFECT location.

The Marriott is just a few minutes from strip and across street from Miracle Mile mall.

There is also the One Mile Mall across the street with several fine restaurants and many nice shops.

This shopping mall has a nice Wahlgreens for everyday food, and a LUSH for getting bath bombs.

it's within good walking distance to mall and restaurants because it is on the strip.

Across the street is the Planet Hollywood Casino, Hotel and the Miracle Mile of shops.

One great thing is to walk out the door, cross the road and you're straight in the air conditioned splendour of the miracle mile shops and walk through to Planet Hollywood casino, and over the road to Bellagio.

It is just off the strip, kitty corner to the miracle mile mall which leads to Planet Hollywood Casino and Hilton.

The hotel is across the street from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shopping mall and Planet Hollywood casino, and just around the corner and across the street from the City Center hotels (Aria, Cosmopolitan, etc.).

but it's right beside the Miracle Mile shops, so if you're going north, where most of the good stuff on the strip resides, you can walk through the shops, cut through the Planet Hollywood casino, and get to the Paris/Bellagio area in 10 minutes or less.

Across the street is a mall that has plenty of places to eat with inside and outside.It is attached to the Planet Hollywood Casino and Resort.

It's one block off the strip, just across the street from Planet Hollywood Casino and half a block away from Aria and the Cosmopolitan. Everything we wanted (Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, Paris, Venetian, NY, etc.)

Don't get me wrong, it IS a nice hotel, it IS right across the street from the Mall and Planet Hollywood Casino.

Cons  their was construction going on and their was a flyer for this.

I did phone and speak to Carol who so kindly said nothing we can do, the construction is at the Cosmo.

The place is dated, because of the construction we ended up with view of a wall.

.their was obviously a construction and it was tough to find the parking possibilities and if it took any longer I would've carried that car there without driving 20 minutes through that garage. .

The pool was not really usable - there was netting over head- I suppose to protect from nearby construction- and had very little sun.

One issue is that there is a lot of construction going on literally outside the front entrance, so you have to navigate the construction zone if you are heading for Vegas Blvd.

We hadn't been for a long time due to the construction and renovations.

The main door isn't obvious especially with the construction going on,

I would not suggest that anybody try to sleep during the day because there was some sort of construction noise that was extremely loud even on the 5th floor.

Be prepared for lots of heavy truck, bus and construction traffic on the side facing the Bellagio.

We cut through the casino everyday to walk to Walgreens for beer and snacks and also to go to the mall and other casinos.

Complimentary shuttle to grocery store 2 times a week and once a week to an outlet mall.

They also offer shuttle services to a supermarket, the outlet mall and fremont street.
