It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

Room was clean and updated and bed was comfortable, room was quiet.

but beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

comfy bed, had a bar and fridge and nice view.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Room was large, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the access to the strip was great.

Very roomy suite, comfortable bed, excellent air quality, quiet.

The room was a decent size, was clean, the beds were comfortable,

The beds were comfortable and it was pretty quiet.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

View of the pools, comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

but were really spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

button for the elevator was hanging out of the wall by it's wires. Dangerous

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.

The elevators were a constant frustration.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the check in and check out processes were seamless.

My stay was great, lots of friendly people staying the night as well.

All staff we encountered was super friendly and very pleasant.

Employees make you feel welcome and do a great job of doing that very friendly staff.

The housekeepers were very nice and friendly.

The restaurant choices are good, I especially love Diablos and the entire staff that I interacted with are so nice and friendly.

Great stay great value the staff was very friendly and helpful would recommend friends and family members to stay at luxor convenient to the strip had pretty good luck if I had one complaint it would be the buffet for brunch the breakfast side was not good at all for the price of the buffet.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Customer service was amazing and rooms were clean front desk was accessible pretty quick and friendly.

Other than that the rooms were clean, stuff was friendly, housekeeping was amazing and the overall experience was gr8!

but wish I didn't have to pay extra to not have a parking garage view for our 30 year anniversary, Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and the casino area was nice.

I will say that the front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the food, while expensive, was of decent to high quality.

Worth the price, conveniently located, great dining and entertainment options.

I liked the location and the hotel/casino itself was great.

This property and it's location provided many opportunities for Family activities for all ages!

Location was great as is any hotel on strip.

Great location with the monorail available to get to other hotels.

The Luxor offered me a great price at a convenient location.

Also the room lacked power outlets in convenient locations and the addition of USB charging ports (which is pretty standard in hotels these days) would have helped as well.

The Luxor is located in a prime area of the strip with lots to see between the hotels and businesses in the area.

Positives are the location, check in staff, cleaning staff and general front of house staff, plus it is cheap and access is great (short walk to Allegiant Stadium, tram and deuce bus stops), good Wi-Fi and the air con in room worked well.

The location on the south of the strip was away from the hustle and bustle

Rooms and hotel itself are dated… needs a facelift and there’s no buzz in the hotel…only good thing is location to Allegiant stadium…when compared to most other hotels on the strip, it’s not in the same level

It's located on the strip which was the main draw to stay here.

We really enjoyed this hotel; the location is great and within quick walking distance to a number of handy shops and great restaurants.

Overall a very good experience didn't have any interaction with the hotel staff with mobile check-in.

Using the MGM reward mobile app to book our stay and checking out was really convenient.

and and he went out of his way to give us some vouchers to eat at a Steakhouse call tenders here at the Luxor as a gift, he did this out of the kindness of his heart.

The security system (room key or phone) to get to the different floors on the elevator/inclinators is a nice feature.

A facilities engineer named Dennis Jones helped call it in and made sure we got what we needed.

Went to the Pbr bull riding championship had the best time ever it was close to walk to the t mobile.

Host was alway a call away and absolutely fantastic.

Mobile check-in was super easy and I was able to check in days in advance.

Everyone was so friendly from calling on the phone a couple of days before and reserving early check in all the way to our last day when we use the Bell hop before our flight so we could go shopping.

Using your mobile device as a digital key is nice

Checking in online and having a digital key on your phone was great.

Mobile checked in at 930am, got message room was ready around 145pm.

Mobile check in was easy, and monorail gave easy access to the strip.

On the positive - mobile check in and check out is 2 minutes

Mobile app check in is easy as well as check out.

Good Stay, mobile check in and check out works well in a high tourist area.

but now…the room was dingy and dirty, our view was ruined by a giant Doritos ad on the window, the restaurants and stores are way overpriced ($5.79 for a 16 Oz bottle of Diet Pepsi $6.99 for a small bag of gummy bears-ridiculous!)

I spent $79 on my room and it wasn't worth $20.

I had extensive issues with the individuals in the neighboring room arguing about illegal activity and being loud to the point I had to request security come address the issue at 5am.

then during the construcition a sewage pipe line broke and filled up every room on my floor with this horrid smell and it was not resolve and i had to stay in a friend room

I had to request to change rooms because the first one I was given had a pungent chemical odor.

It was a problem with the room they were unable to rectify it.

was too exhausted for another room change so just paid a house-keeper to come change the bedding quick. 2 out of 5 mornings i was woken by power tools renovating at 08:30, the room beside me the first morning (was given a $65 credit and told it could be used towards "anything except the foodcourt" so put a couple Carrot Top tickets on the room.)

The rooms were dirty the carpet was sticky.

Only two were working when we visited and we had to wait pretty long to board one to get to our room.

but need renovations in rooms as a rewards member gaming frequently I thought it would be more pleasing so that I would want to gamble more.

The carpet in the room area of the casino smelled old and moldy.

Rooms are not nice casino is very tight food was mediocre at best not a very good Las Vegas weekend would not recommend staff was great just disappointed in room and food and the gaming cocktail waitress must have been on strike as well

Rooms were dirty and very dusty, the drains don’t work very well and very outdated .

The so-so:

The rooms in the pyramid itself were just regular.

Room was very dated (early 90s feel), un patched holes in the wall, shower water was cold, some of the lights were burnt out, refrigerators were an extra charge (~$30/day).

The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

The staff we encountered were great and for the room was clean.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable and I had a great 3 day stay.

The room was clean, beds and pillows comfiest ever!

Rooms are well maintained by the cleaning staff, clean rooms, staff was extremely helpful with questions and kind as well.

The room was clean and everything worked!

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Great stay, hotel was clean and rooms were very nice.

Rooms are always clean
Service is Great
Hospitality was great
Casino has a great atmosphere
Parking has easy Access

Blue man group was very entertaining proximity to the strip and airport was perfect my stay was for my honeymoon so as long as she was satisfied we are happy see you again soon

Much offered here, restaurants, entertainment, rooms were spacious and kept reasonably clean.

I saw the Blue Man Group show and the stay was perfect.

Luxor is clean, hospitable and walking distance to Allegiant stadium; plenty of entertainment aside from gaming; meal offerings abundant; easy access to tram for Strip exploring; rewards offered are of varying tastes.

Great big room , all night open restaurant, one of the best adult show “fantasy” on the stripe, all in all good entertainment, have stayed here couple of times now , good casino, walkable to other must see hotels

The shows at Luxor are fantastic and interesting.

Food, shows, entertainment, fun all around.

Great access to the strip, shows and restaurants.

Several shows to see, good food at the restaurants, and clean.

Highly recommend seeing the Ka show by Cirque de Soleil.

Thank u Dennis Jones for making my bday trip special!

I would like to thank especially the facilities engineer Dennis jones for fixing a technical problem with the tv making it quick to watch our game on time while being friendly and funny, making our visit even memorable.

His name is Dennis Jones and he was the best!

I also had issues with my TV,I met Dennis Jones assists my family made sure they was comfortable, Jada.

We met a gentleman by the name of Dennis Jones.

He made certain our room had appropriate air conditioning standards and that our party had enough in room television entertainment and that we were able to take advantage of the other amenities that the Luxor has to offer.

Some staff members were rude and disgusting.

but dirty doesn’t describe it , word applicable here is filthy.

Rooms are dated, Halls had smells and constant water and fans in hallway?

the smell of the room and dirty bathroom, almost dying in the elevator, or water falling from the floor above into buckets.

Really nasty (I was on the green elevators).

Room was not what I asked for no view and smelled out of door I always stay here

I had to switch rooms because some room around me was smoking, the smoke alarm would keep on going, and my room stink of cigarette smoke.

“Non smoking rooms” yet you can’t even breathe in them because of how strong the smell is.

Luxor is old, smelly and just not functioning at a standard that is expected for the money being spent here.

Great stay cant complain just in the future i wish they wouldn't take so long to bring me a iron, other then thay Great stay ill be back again for sure, everyone was Friendly, casino was clean didn't smell like cigarettes.

Thankfully, one of their staff did let me know that I was already checked out and to just toss the room keys on the counter and make my flight.

The only nice person was the front desk agent who found me a room after I agreed to an upgrade at additional cost.

Front desk manager tried to make me happy saying he would meet me half way then didn’t meet me half week.

Great family place to stay, Titanic exhibit was museum quality, very nice.

Casino was great and definitely recommend the Titanic exhibit.

but went to the Titanic exhibit which was very good.

We liked the atmosphere, the titanic exhibit was amazing.

I also love the Titanic exhibit, and the Bodies exhibit was also really interesting to see, both of which are right there.

The Titanic exhibit was absolutely amazing and authentic.

It is also conveniently located near the airport and attractions such as the wonderful Titanic exhibit, the interesting Bodies exhibit, and the fun Blue Man Group show.

Titanic exhibit was very interesting and educational.

The pyramid is my favorite hotel
Been staying here for over 10 years
The staff is amazing everywhere you go
So much to do on the pyramid starting with great food courts and restaurants to titanic exhibition

the bodies and titanic exhibit were a must see and the flight bar kept it fun in between the jackpots and the big losses

The titanic exhibit is very well done and interesting.

What was good - food at the the Rice restuarant and the Titanic exhibit.

The Titanic exhibition in the hotel is excellent, there are various restaurants, shops and facilities that serve the hotel well.

Beautiful hotel room, common areas and casino.

the encore still for me the best hotel on the strip
very nice service
plenty of dinner options
but pool was closed to early
casino is very cool nice gambling area
room need to be refurbished a bit for a new modern flair

Drink service at the casino was fast and friendly.

Encore Hotel and casino was an awesome experience as usual.

From the room to the restaurants, to the casino and shopping, everything at Wynn is first class.

The casino was great both at encore and at wynn, everyone was friendly on the roulette tables we played at and drinks were flowing at all times - we were served coffees, soft drinks and alcohol.

Great location, casino is clean & well run.

Employees very nice all around
Grounds and casino area very nice.

but feels too open to the Casino so don’t book for a romantic dinner.

Brief review because not much is needed to describe this great hotel and casino.

Very nice option to stay in Vegas with a more classy vibe, has many restaurants , casino and a coffee place.

On-site casino, restaurant, coffee shop, boutiques, you name it, and it will be just few steps away from your room.

Well, this is the Encore--but the difference was that the"coupon" was an actual offer email from the Wynn casino itself.

This is the second time staying at the Encore, and we continue to be so impressed with their rooms, casino, cleanliness, and overall well-done glamorous atmosphere.

I've been in the casino many times so I already knew it was a beautiful property.

Rooms, restaurants, bars, casino all five star.

The furnishings at the hotel & casino are a feast for the eyes-even the hallways are treated with high end designer care!

Encore casino is smaller and much more quiet than Wynn,

The quality of toiletries could be better, and they somehow charged us for cocktails which was included in our stay and I double confirmed while checking in (they did reverse charges after I had shown them the confirmation email).

Only one thing that should be addressed is not being able to get a pool umbrella unless you “buy” a premium lounge chair at the pool ..
We stay at lots of 5 star hotels - and this is not a common practice .. my sister Lisa had melanoma this year .. we did not think that asking for an umbrella would be an additional charge .. yuck ! !

We came as Platinum Amex members from Thursday to Monday and this time we didn't get a tower suite and maybe that was the reason the service was HORRIBLE.

We were assigned a room with no view, no b-day card, no cake, nothing.

however, there's a partial balance left over when you book through Trip Advisor that must be paid at check-in time.

No coffee maker in room so you have to call room service to get coffee and it takes them 45 minutes to bring it plus they charge a ridiculous amount for it as well as for everything else.

I couldn't give my credit card number over the phone to check-in and then add a guest.

We could not get a reservation at the buffet to use our resort credit for breakfast for 2 days

On my insistence and further pushing then they took off 200$ as a special case against a 250$ credit which again seemed like it was a scam.

Charge another $10 or whatever and bring my car to me instead of me trudging down the sidewalk and down to the garage.

out of the 4 nights we stayed there we slept well for only one of them,

To use the internet costs and they charge you per day per device which given we are 2023 is disgusting.

Why do hotels feel the need to charge so much for for minibar items and food?
