Should have changed a 3rd time due to very noisy toilet.

Bathroom again was fine, withstood four of us,  did look a little tired.

While I saw some prior reviews saying the rooms were dated, I found our room to be nicely decorated, new tile in the bathroom.

When we used the shower, there was water all over the bathroom.

The problem when you stand the shower head is at chest level.

went up and showered in my friends room (long hot day on our motorcycles).

We had an issue flushing the toilet which may have been operator error.

Only problem I would day is the shower curtain is completely pointless and more than likely you will end up with a drenched bathroom floor.

Bathrooms have old shower curtain of which God knows how many people have touched and used it.

We had a great stay at The Mirage blighted only by an unfortunate leak and flood in our room on our last day.

Need higher toilets for disabled people, Ihated to use our bathroom due to how low the toilet was and my weak knees.

What's not so good: Bathrooms in the rooms are below standard for The Strip, and - for the first time - a beggar and another hustler both approached  me while I was on the casino floor.

The 1/2 star off is due to dirty glass restocked in bathroom upon arrival and tv didn’t work.

So much so, when you got in the shower you could see the black come off your feet.

I jumped up, grabbed a tissue, caught it and shoved it in a clear sandwich bag I’d used to hold a charging cord.

Had a mountain of towels in bathroom after days of asking for help.

!, I asked them to at least send me some dry towels and toilet paper up.

Unfortunately in the process I left my silk bathrobe on the back of the bathroom door.

but it close at 7 p.m. the bathroom is not too big.

Biggest issue you can’t use the fridge in the room as it’s weight sensitive so any left overs or beverages can’t go in there without being charged even if you used nothing from the minibar.

They did comp us 2 nights, waived resort fees for 4 nights, and gave us $200 food/beverage credit.

Likewise adding your own drink to fridge would result in a charge.

On day of departure tried to call the front desk  about a charge which was incorrect after 20 minutes gave up and stood in a queue for 15 minutes instead!

So, I just got a food credit for the incident that could have ended very badly and that definitely changed how I see hotel rooms now.

She gave us a $50 food and beverage credit which she certainly did not need to do

even though we had charged nothing to the room nor had any drinks.

This was a big disappointment to my family especially with the "resort fee" charge that guests are required to pay.

Purchased through Expedia, paid additional for $ 25 USD food and beverage credit per person per day seemed like a good deal.

Receptionist had promised a credit due to the inconvenience

No one is willing to help with the most basic things like - can I charge my phone somewhere after check out not to mention how terrible  security made me feel for asking to use the pool after when I didn’t have my key anymore despite showing the invoice.

Now in June we have been charged again for our stay with no explanation and no apologies.

DO NOT touch fridge or snacks or you will be charged (motion sensor).

I was charged almost 700 dollars more than what I had in my booking.

Also I have not been able to get a copy of my bill so I am not sure what I was charged for.

They will bounce you back and forth between Unity Rewards and front desk trying to get credit for food credits, etc.

Also check your bill when you check out because they had put multiple charges on our room that weren’t ours.

However, we then noticed that the fridge had a notice on stating that if anything was put in there other than the drinks, etc we would be charged, we obvs didn't want to pay the prices the hotel charged so wanted to get from walgreens the usual room drinks and nibbles, I called reception I called reception and got told it was 35 dollars a night to hire a fridge.

Don’t even think about touching anything in or around the fridge they DO provide because you’ll be charged for it.

Pool hours were 9am - 6pm so we missed some chill time on day one as we visited the Hoover Dam (which was amazing).

In fairness, we were not their target customer, as we don’t drink or gamble, just wanted to do some fun things with the kids and visit the Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, and other local sites.

Get to the Grand Canon and hoover dam it’s worth hiring a car and making that journey it’s breathtaking to see.

Highlights were Hoover Dam tour, Breakfast at The Stack (Mirage Cafe), Dinner at Nacho Daddy's (Freemont St.), Rollercoaster at New York, New York Casio.

We saw Carrot Top, Daniel Tosh, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Big Elvis, Secret Garden of Siegfried and Roy and the Cirque du Soleil "O" Show.

So, Mirage, I have thrown my Mcard away, enjoyed Hoover Dam much more than your hotel, and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

There's also an Avis rental facility in the lobby, and we rented a Yukon to drive to Hoover Dam, and then to the other highlight of our trip, Valley of Fire State Park. Magnificent!

Vegas would be our ending place for our vacation (we started in Phoenix, saw the grand canyon, hoover dam, lake mead, and boulder city all which were amazing).

I enjoy this hotel so much from the room comps to the slot tournaments it really has it all and you cannot beat this location.

The location of the Mirage is great… right next-door to Caesars Palace and across the street from the Venetian.

but the thing that marks the hotel out is the pool and location.

The rooms were nice, the Bermuda Ballroom was conveniently centrally located in casino- hotel.

There are some nice details in the lobby and the hotel location is great.

The hotel is in a great location on the strip, walking distance to everything you'd want to do and see.

The hotel is ideally located, right in the center of the strip.

My wife and I came to Vegas to get married and The Mirage was the perfect location on the strip for our first visit to Vegas.

All in all, a quaint hotel with a good location.

The location was great as it right next to the best part of the strip and close to other hotels.

What's good: Great pool, nice room that was fairly quiet, good sportsbook, good location, some good dining options, an automated check-in process that worked fairly well, good price, and still a decent casino.

Staff were nice, location decent, hotel smells great.

Location is good, bang in the middle, always managed to get an Uber anywhere pretty quickly.

It's at a good location on the strip, you can walk to most places on that end of the strip.

but there's also the lesser known Paradise Cafe in the pool area, where I had a very impressive salad.

The pool area was very nice (although once again music blaring everywhere), the vegetation and surroundings also very nice.

Staff were welcoming and friendly and the pool area is very attractive.

The pool is also large with a water fountain and there’s lots of seating around the pool area.

I stayed for business and primarily remained between the pool area, the conference area, the elevator and my room.

The pool area was also very well maintained.

Not friendly staff, air quality in the rooms terrible very stuffy, most of us felt sick after a day here

But overall we won’t be back, 3 hotel rooms used between our group.

The pool area and grounds are beautiful and relaxing.

The entire pool area is lovely with its tropical vibe and waterfalls

The mirage was very clean, great customer service, i love the pool area!

The entire reception and ground floor is out of this world, and the pool area is great.

The hotel and pool area are wonderful, just don't gamble here.

Which I should imagine  is covered by resort fee.

The day we checked out, no late check outs were available, even for a fee.

When I arrived to the Hotel, at 2am because of a delayed flight, first thing was that Hotel charged me for fees that I prepaid when reserved the hotel.

but I ended up getting charged on an average of $40 a day.

No food court, just over priced restaurants.

Ended up putting us in a room overlooking the parking garage when I paid for Volcano view.

Everything was poor about this experience making it our worse experience and value for money in the US ever 

At checkin we were told, that despite booking a room for 3, we needed to pay for a supplement for a rollover bed as it was deemed possible to sleep 3 in the king size bed… the front desk agent was rude 

Once in the room we discovered it was placed on second floor with no view than a 3m high wall 5m away from the window.

Vegas has changed a lot we found from the pre COVID days and is a lot more expensive

We paid before we left for our trip and they decided we should pay again.

The negative is the fridge and the snacks they leave out, there is no prices and no sign saying if you touch anything you will be charged.

Paid for my room in advance and was surprised to see a $39 per day resort fee added on at checkout.

What we didn't like (which a lot of Vegas hotels do now) is there is no coffee in the room and the fridge is packed with soda, booze and snacks (which cost $$$) and no room for you to refrigerate anything.

The food was expensive and breakfast was not very good.

We were afraid to go near it and the snack bar incase we accidentally knocked something off the sensors and had to pay for it.

but you can only get a chair with an umbrella for an additional fee.

Admittedly they refunded 2 night resort fees.

When I arrive at the hotel the staff was very friendly with me, and their service was very good also the restaurants food was delicious.

It’s Vegas so you are going to spend more on food than you would back home

Italian restaurant Osteria Costa is excellent!

Food and drink is as expensive as you’d expect - the best value we found was the snack bar next to Starbucks.

Large hotel that needs renovation and more restaurants that offer a decent breakfast.

Also The pantry restaurant was good for breakfast.

I cannot say enough about the housekeeping staff and anyone we came into contact with in the casino or restaurants.

I enjoy the resteraunts and what the menu is.

There are few restaurants that you can choose from casual to formal.

She was well versed in the food and drinks and when it was simply too hot to sit in the sun, she made walking up there to get shade much more enjoyable.

but all the restaurants looked good and always had long line ups to get in.

Can’t wait to go back again .good choice if restaurants abd skit machines.

The resident Cirque show, Love, set to the music of the Beatles was so good.

We attended Beatles love show and it was fantastic.

The fountain show is great and must visit!

Rhumbar was fun and the music was great even when it started to rain we were sipping our drinks and dancing.

The ladies bathroom by the Love Show is SO clean, I am amazed.

Good range of restaurants, and bars with live entertainment.

There is entertainment around every corner of the casino floor with live music, a plethora of restaurants, and tons of table games and slot machines.

Employees were nice, flowers are pretty, food was good, and a neat volcano show.

The Beatles Love show is fabulous, definitely worth going.

The best pool in Vegas, gaming tables with lower limits than comparable casinos like Bellagio, friendly staff, and Beatles Love.

The on the hour volcano show is amazing and the staff were all so nice.

The volcano show in the evening was cool to watch.

And stems from the second time I attempted to see the show (9:30pm) recently, on Feb. 3.

LOVE was a great show, 

But don’t get me started on ‘resort fees’.

Soiled and dingy carpets, a room view with broken glass and uncollected beer glasses on the accessible partial roof.

Room soap and toiletries don’t smell nice and are of poor quality.

Bad smell, tired old fabrics, dirty rug, no outlets by bedside etc.

The room we stayed in had a weird smell and it was in desperate need of at least some thorough cleaning.

but the room we got it’s outdated, the bathtub is disgusting, old and stained.

Second urine smell next to bedside table verified by housekeeping.

Sorry Mirage gave you a chance and you blew it :(
I didn't sleep well all night cause of the smell.

Extremely run down and borderline disgusting.

Anytime we wanted to leave we had to go through the whole casino and all that smoke filled air.

However the carpet was absolutely filthy.

but their rugs were filthy, their windows were dirty.

Casino is FULL of smoke and it’s gagging!

I fundamentally have an issue with allowing people to burn in the sun all day unless you are willing to fork out money for a ‘premium’ seat (there are very few shades areas sound the pool).

but did have a musty smell to it (hoping since the Hard Rock took over they will look into updating the rooms).

Bugs in the bed, soiled bedding, filthy bathroom, layers of muck on every surface.

The casino area constantly smells of cigarette smoke, the bathrooms around the casino are hard to find, the drinks anywhere within the building are very expensive.

It was that type of air when mold is present.

Like a lot of the casinos, I didn't like the stale smokey air in the gambling areas

The bed skirt had some brown gooey substance on it, either vomit or food or who knows.

In conclusion it is a very nice place and excellent service from staff.

Andrea and Shakeitha with the Mirage Security team during the F-1 races were amazing and helped us multiple times!!

The ladies are so lovely Elaine did and awesome job on my frizzy hair an Lisa Marie did the best gel (shellac) pedicure with paraffin and scrub treatment I have had in months, my toes look so beautiful and my feet and heels are baby soft.

Highly recommend this hotel, my family flew in from Canada and an extra family member came so we needed a larger room and Crystal the front desk agent to the rescue.

If you have any sort of query on service they prefer to eject you than even listen.The US like to say they provide the best service  in the world

The floor was so quiet and the cleaning staff were all so cheerful and friendly.

Jasson, a Security Investigator was beyond exceptional in assisting me, and MLVPD with detailed evidence to support charges on the suspect.

Staff were friendly in the little interaction we had.

The Concierge Team at The Mirage Vegas has been INCREDIBLE!

Used mobile check in, room was ready early and every employee we encountered was helpful and pleasant.

Issue with incorrect charge was resolved and actual member of staff was lovely.

When we checked in the walk from the desk to the elevators is very far, all while hauling luggage.

She did her best to assist in accommodating me with my stay.

Staff were very helpful, would go back in a heartbeat!

We had two rooms booked for our group, both double queen beds with a view of the strip.

We had a look round the other hotels on the strip, they are extraordinary,

The hotel is good in the center of the strip with easy access to everywhere.

but while I wait to see when work is carried out on the hotel, I thoroughly received it and it was a bargain compared to some of the other hotels on the strip.

Duce buses run along the strip to fremont St $20for 3 days.

but it is right in the middle of the strip to go out in both directions.

Customer service here was faultless, and exceeded every expectation - we were even lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a front facing room overlooking the strip 😍.

Pros: 
First off, it is right smack in the middle of the strip and you have everything there.

The rooms were clean and we had a room on the 17th floor with views of the pool, roof, mountains and the strip.

We had a room with a view of the strip and volcano.

An amazing experience, well located on the strip.

It is in a fantastic location in the middle of everything on the Strip.

The staff is friendly and the casino is smoke free.

The non-smoking casino made the gambling more pleasant as I did not have to tolerate someone else smoke.

It's on strip location, proximity to other properties, nice casino and completely smoke free environment make for a great stay.

With LV Blvd being so restrictive on getting in to casinos (and not even being able to walk across the street), the Park MGM makes driving in and out so quick and easy.

Nine of my friends and family started at Park MGM it was the perfect size hotel and casino easy to find each other on the casino floor

it was clean and best of all smoke free

The good points are the location in the strip and the smoke free casino is great.

The plus for me was being able to walk thru the hotel casino and get to Dolby Live.

The property is nice, the casino clean and Eataly is amazing.

The casino is conveniently located and easy access to the tram to other casino's.

It did not smell lile cigarettes im the casino and it has a great family ambience.

Loved the smoke/cigarette free casino, which made it easy for the group to dabble with newbie gambling.

Location was great for the Usher concert.

One bonus is that Dolby Live is right there with Park MGM, so if you plan to attend a concert at the Dolby Live that is a plus to save you travel time and uber fees from your motel to the venue and then back.

Chose to stay at Park MGM for the first time due to attending the Cody Jinks concert.

Traveled to Las Vegas for the usher concert and has a blast…the hotel stay was awesome and the convenience of the concert within walking distance was amazing  requesting at least 200 characters min is absolutely insane…

The stay was convenient Park MGM was a central location and a great stay if the concert is held at Dolby Live.

It was so concurs stay at the same hotel as the concert venue!

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating the facility was really clean and well organized for the concert

We booked a 5 day stay at Park MGM do to the convenient location for the USHER concert.

Stayed at the Park MGM for the Usher concert the week of Thanksgiving.

I suggest avoiding staying here during nights of concerts if you come with a family of 4 or more and have strollers and whatnot.

Overall it was decent (Usher concert made up for it).

Came for the concert, everything was amazing.

I stayed here for the Usher concert and was totally disappointed.

We did the MGM package and it included the stay, tickets to the concert and after party, and $150 dining credit.
