- The front desk staff were really friendly specially Mr. Erdogan Özyilmaz, Metehan and Anil who had expressed an excellent customer service with remarkable hospitality gestures when approached.
- Friendly staff, most helpful were Mr Mete and Mr Anil .The location is fantastic with nice restaurants nearby.we would recommend this hotel .

- Nobody turns up, so we need to call them every day to request this.
- very poor customer service, no hi hello, busy with mobile chat while serving customer. .
- Check in time was at 15 not 14.water was cold and after 5 time calling to reception they sent technician and he found an error in heating system at midnight.
- So we would have to make a phone call to get the same done.

- our first room was very small and with no windows
- but unfortunately it did not have a window facing the street that could use natural light.
- This is very very bad for this chain Hotel that they construct new rooms in area Of hotel which window opened to lobby of hotel!!!
- It was just boiling and I couldnt breathe, had to went down to the reception at 4am and asked them to do something, after half hour one guy came with a screw driver and opened the window (no lock).load more ...
