The key card envelopes say something about an amenity for members.

Hard to say anything bad, the ice machine wasn't working on our floor and the water in the room they charge you for (which seems excessive when you pay so much already).

They sanitize the check-in kiosk after each transaction with each guest, they installed clear partitions between guest and desk agents, they have curbed their food and beverage to comply with capacity regulations for the city and have proven on multiple occasions that this is not a one-time offer occurrence I have visited multiple times and each time they have it at here to these policies.

Instead they charge you more than double that.

Ten days later I logged-in to my credit card online to scan charges and saw the erroneous charge still there - not yet credited.

Had to fish the gift card again out of my purse.

Side note - rates had dropped slightly by the time I checked in - Expedia arranged a credit over $300 - thank you, Expedia and ZaZa!

First of all, how do they allow someone to charge to a room when the name does not match??

Though my 5 days were already paid in full by my company- she refused to check me in without a credit card.

We were charged for 2 unlimited mimosas and I didn't notice until after we had paid and left.

The valet are spectacular, they do charge $27 dollars a night to park

Including upgrading us to a suite (KILLER) for no charge. WOW!

So there went the 2 bar drinks credit (and two more on our bill).

I forgot my phone charger and somehow they never found it, then later after the stay I had a 4$ charge so I called- they stated I had taken on orange juice or something from the fridge which I did not.

I told her I wanted to charge the massages to the room,

Our server at brunch was super nice and didn't charge us for 2 bloody Mary's bc while we were ordering another server interrupted him and he felt that, that was very rude we didn't think anything of it and he didn't have to do that

Also, if you get a zaza rewards card they will upgrade you if they have available rooms.

A few weeks before the event weekend, we were upgraded to suites - 2 of them being the Magnificent Seven suites - for no extra charge!

A few days later we noticed a $45 dollar charge for the wine (not even a full size

This is why we continue to stay there every time we’re in Dallas.

Wonderful service, facilities and food,  Zaza is the best boutique hotel in Dallas.

This hotel goes the extra mile - staff were extremely friendly and helpful as this was our first time in Dallas.

I chose the Hotel ZaZa Dallas because of my previous stay in the Houston property.

The ZaZa is an experience you have to enjoy when in Dallas!

I just know that from my all the great reviews I’ve seen and how my first couple of experiences with the staff it will be a great honeymoon at the ZaZa Hotel in Dallas TX.

It is absolutely an experience to stay here, and it’s the only place I want to stay when traveling to Dallas.

They have one of the most iconic bartenders in Dallas doing his thing.

We often stay in Dallas for business and pleasure and my wife and I were surprised at how reasonable the room rate was, as well as the restaurant for lunch and drinks with guests..

It was a nice day to spend a weekend at the hotel with a significant other and I decided to head to the pool area.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating to our needs during our stay not to mention the  pool was perfect for the hot days!

Our rooms were ready, the cabana at the pool was great, and everyone went out of there way to make sure we were well taken care of the whole time.

My 2 favorite place in the hotel was the pool and bar.

The pool area was fantastic as was the food served in the Dragonfly restaurant where in the main we were looked after by the amazing Danielle.

Dragonfly bar is amazing inside and pool area.The bartenders make the best craft cocktails.

Sara working the bar out by the pool was an absolute gem.

DRAGONFLY RESTAURANT MENU IS VERY AFFORDABLE AND THE AMBIANCE WITH VIEW OF POOL AND AESTHETICS FROM LANDSCAPE IS PHENOMENAL!

The pool was very clean, as were the rooms and the staff were super friendly!

Lauren takes care of us at the pool and makes sure we need nothing - she seems to know what we want before we know.

From the valets to the front desk, the teams in the spa, the pool and the restaurant everyone we encountered were friendly, polite and super helpful.

The room was clean and spacious with a gorgeous balcony and view of the pool which had entertainment and a nice bar, great service..

The pool is great as well and there are always fun events during the weekend.

My girlfriends and I visited Hotel ZaZa for a ladies weekend and the pool was AMAZING!

Also, the pool and Dragonfly are great to entertainment.

The fact that it's centrally located, quaint private pool, great cocktail, and food menu made the experience nice,

The rooms here aren’t you’re typical hotel rooms.

As for the guest rooms, they were elegantly decorated, spotless and the beds were comfortable and so very relaxing. .

The staff at the front desk ALSO made us feel at home and went way beyond to take our luggage to our rooms.

The customer service was great and room was amazing.

Excellent comfortable room with a great comfy bed and wonderful shower.

The hotel is beautiful with very nice large rooms.

Each trip is like unwrapping a new surprise, discovering their  intricate room designs.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathroom has all the right articles.

We were upgraded to a room with a lovely balcony.

Even had a carafe of water and Moon Pies delivered a couple of evenings to my room.

Hung out at the bar and Eric was great making cocktails and reading the room.

The rooms, as I mentioned, were super comfortable and each is unique.

The room was in great shape, and the check-in/out was seamless.

The customer service was exceptional, room was clean, the food was amazing.

Spacious rooms decorated eclectically let me sleep peacefully on a comfortable bed with the best pillows.

The food was tasty, and the rooms provided ample space.

From the elegant rooms to the top notch service that we experienced I was very overwhelmed.

but the luxurious rooms are a dream, not to mention the 7 Magnificent 7 themed Suites like the “Rock Star” suite which like the ZaZa makes you feel like one.

Beautiful and unique rooms, amazing staff, every meal is delicious, free suburban transportation for short distances.

The bathtub was slippery with no rubber bathmat provided.

There was no lotion in the bottle, which appears no housekeeping service.

Waters in the shower didn’t stay hot long.

The bathrooms are private, not made of glass, and provides total privacy.

If you want to take the shampoo or such they will charge you $100 plus tax (Austin Fairmont is half of this)

The amount of my bill was not the same as what I had reserved online and they can’t explain why.

The bathroom door was warped with peeling paint and wallpaper peeling off the wall above the toilet.

but very dated particularly the bathroom.

Upon arrival, my room was missing a number of things, including hand soap, room service breakfast menus and others.

Had to ask for twice for Accor Platinum Welcome Amenity and drink coupons.

I found a huge bug in my bathroom , thr bathroom still had hair from a previous guest and the TV did not work correctly.

A man overheard my complaints and stopped me as I walked away stating that his room was the same, dusty with no shower gel.

Bathroom is small which was only knock against.

Toiletries were empty in our room—air conditioner struggled to keep up in the Dallas heat.

Beds and pillows are hards, sheets are rough, shower and shower curtain was dirty.

The outlet was not secured, the shower curtain was stained, the tiles were broken.

VERY small bathroom for a 4.5 star hotel.

The kleenex, towels, coffee and sugar weren't replenished daily.

but the mirror had toothpaste splatters on it from another guest which I purposely left to see if they would be cleaned during my 3 night stay, but it remained and not cleaned.

We were charged a 22% tip on our takeout dinner, and one of the dinners was incorrect.

I was asked to pay cash to retrieve my car and then also charged for parking on my credit card on file—scam !!

If you want to charge your phone, you have to bring your own box.

however, this transaction was a fixed amount and looks like theft, perhaps internal.

How did they miss that before charging us?

We’ve now had to cancel our credit card and dispute it with them.

No coffee maker in the room, a charge for Wifi (really?!

Thank you so much for your commitment and passion, you should be in charge of customer experience management.

They were kind enough to bring mini-fridges to the room at no charge for the things we like to keep on hand.

The hotel is outdated, the toilet in our room wouldn't even flush, the shower barely turned on and made weird noises, the room was as hot as a furnace, the cocktails were disgusting and overly priced, the pool was "closed" when we arrived and we couldn't use it during our stay, and we were wrongfully charged twice for our room in which it took us more than a month to get refunded.

Had to move things around and was charged for drinks I didn't take.

Not luxury, not personalized attention, just “meh.” Nickel and dime for extra charges.

but beware; if you order online and pick up at store you will be double billed--for online order and instore pickup.

There isn't a clock in the room and not enough charging ports.

At check out was charged for parking 2x (despite it being including in rate) and upgrade I was told complementary

but found it very inconvenient that debit cards were not accepted by ATM - no way to tip the Bellman/valet - I often travel with ZERO cash - and hotel had no way to advance petty cash and place on bill

Great service at Check in ( did not officially check out) Was told upon booking that each room had a 50$ food/bev credit.

After a hiatus of almost three years (the pandemic, you know), we returned to the Fairmont Dallas on our annual Dallas visit to the downtown Neiman Marcus for lunch in the Zodiac Room and to enjoy the various Dallas museums.

This is the 2nd time in visited for holidays and Dallas friends.

Fairmont Dallas, such an epic experience.

All in all a very good base for our Dallas visit.

It was my first time staying in the Fairmont in Dallas and it was terrific.

We recently enjoyed a nearly two week stay at the Fairmont Dallas.

This is a very comfortable hotel in downtown Dallas.

The conference at the Fairmount Dallas would not have been as great as it was without George and James absolutely SERVING at the Lobby Bar!

Also, to my surprise, smoking is allowed on their terrace, there's also a beautiful pool w/ lots of lounging furniture, and the terrace wraps around the hotel to take in all of the views!

The pool area had a great vibe Saturday and Sunday with a DJ and a pool bar.

The bar, lobby seating, restaurant and terrace pool was also inviting.

We were surprised to read that people had lovely “staycations” here as the pool deck was incredibly windy the two days they visited it (not windy anywhere else in town so there seems to be a wind tunnel up there).

The the lobby is beautiful, as is the pool area.

The hotel also has a nice fitness center and outdoor pool, and there is a chic lobby bar and on-site Starbucks which is a bonus!

Love this hotel… the hotel as a property Gets a 11 outta 10.. great pool, food.

If you’re looking for a spot to party and definitely be taken care of come check it out the pool was amazing.

Spent 4 days, used the wonderful pool, the restaurant for breakfast, everything was perfect.

The room was nice  and very well appointed and the pool was nice and well attended.

- There were men literally outside our window starting at 6am doing maintenance and they were not quiet about it so there goes that nice view we paid for.

Room service prices are outrageous for what you get.

The car parking is only valet which is costly.

First of all, prepare to pay for internet service, and if you drive here, prepare to pay $48 per night for parking!!

Overpriced for this hotel which was reserved through Mary Kay travel.

but the quality did not match up to the price paid.

You have to pay 50 dollars for valet- that it doesn't tell you when booking.

The hotel was just ok, for the price point I would have expected more, hence giving only 3 stars.

I was extremely happy with Dallas Fairmont until I got home and realised they had charged me USD$350 and THEY cannot explain what it is for.

The only downside is not having parking, they only offered valet at the price of $46.

The fixtures are a bit dated and you have to pay for wifi.

In essence, I got to pay for breakfast twice.

even though I paid $200/night for this room.

I personally booked and paid for the suite under my own name.

The dining room is over priced, even for a hotel.

A bright spot, though, was Brooklynne, one of the bar/dining room hostesses, who made it a point to always ask whether we needed anything.

We were pleased with this hotel - a nice large room more than met our expectations on the 17th floor.

The room odor was very reminiscent of a motel.

but other than that the room was adequate.

We had travelled to Dallas from the Lapa Palace in Lisbon (also LHW) where each and every one of these LHW promises had been kept.

There were informative Dallas lifestyle magazines in the room.

When it was time for us to check out our valet was very quick and even stood in traffic to help us pull out onto the busy streets of downtown Dallas!

plus I think their spa is the nicest one (hands down) in Dallas!

If you are headed to Dallas and want to feel welcome and be pampered at the same time, the Dallas Joule is the place to stay.

As in you can’t get to your room or in the elevator most of the time.

It was also maddening that our keys never seemed to work in the elevators.

- bathroom not marked in fitness area so we didn’t figure out it was there until the last morning - so we were taking the bad elevator service back to our room
- front desk staff didn’t seem to care about service or maintenance much

Despite the great location and charm, we’ll stay elsewhere next time because this place felt a little gross and a little unsafe.

The elevators were quick and hallways a bit dark and dated.

Only negative is the slow, hot elevators.

The water in the shower was never hot enough, the sink pipes squealed loudly, the room was still quite dark even with all the lights on, and the elevator key scans often did not work.

Reserved a Deluxe King, high floor room -  No interest in helping me relocate or empathy when they gave us a smaller room and at the elevator.

but we ended up changing rooms due to being across from the elevator.
