So many dining options and the food here is the best I've had at any all inclusive and I am a bit of a food snob.

I would recommend a specially if you want to stay at an all inclusive and not leave the resort because there are many pools, beaches, and restaurants to choose from.

Everything that makes a
Great vacation is extra at this all inclusive so be prepared to drop another couple thousand dollars after the initial vacation booking to actually enjoy your stay and not be treated like a second class citizen.

Everyone is so kind, the food is far better than I'd expect for an all inclusive, the pool and beach are beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff seems to have thought of everything you could need.

Absolutely everything about this resort it’s outstanding: food, drinks, location, beach, pool, entertainment and especially the warmth of all the staff working there!

For a resort this expensive, we expected a higher quality of food.

Don't recall when some many people paid attention to me and actually acted like they enjoyed do it.

The pool is not heated no hot tubs outside only in the spa and you have to pay.

We paid US$1000+ for a double bed room (2 adults and 2 small kids).

So you're paying 800 USD a night and the resort skimps out on things like this.

However, the price increase is excessive, and guests will no longer be able to afford it.

Serious renovation needed to bring it up to 2023 especially given brand new properties for similar prices in the Cancun hotel area.

We were not at the hotel for 30 seconds before we were being pushed into something that cost more money or time- an experience that persisted throughout the entire stay.

Refusing to pay for an alleged infraction we did not commit, he gave us 30 minutes to vacate the premises.

Everyone I talked to was very rude and unhelpful and this experience cost me $100.

I don't want to pay for it so i disputed the charge and am waiting for the credit before the card paymemt due.

They did not accept Apple Pay, so my new Hyatt Chase card with a $95 fee was of little use and we lost a potential 4-5 nights or about 25,000 points.

But you get get much better prices somewhere else.

There are not many flights coming back to San Francisco from Cancun and it's expensive, so I can't use it often,

The most glaring issue is the massive over abundance of paid cabanas.

It’s a little pricey because the dollar vs peso

However we were disappointed that there was no spirits in the room, at this price point and standard it was a let down, you have to upgrade rooms to get spirits.

The room keys are cards which is not very convenient, other hotels provide bracelets that work as key, in this one you have to pay if you want a bracelet.

We stay in the turquoise tower and would expect more for what we pay to stay here.

Special mention to Eli from the American diner and amayrani from the French fine dining place.

Very clean, multiple restaurants, and OMG the staff were super courteous.

He offered to get us those steaks for free.

My pregnant wife ordered a medium-well burger at La Placita and was served a raw burger that she took a bite out of.

Overall very satisfied with the location, options, food, drinks and accommodations.

We have lot of food restrictions, and all the restaurants were more than happy to accommodate us.

ThThe ZIVA is widely regarded as the finest property in Cancun, offering exceptional service and exquisite cuisine.

The cafe and candy shop were open til 11pm so plenty of time to enjoy a restaurant and head for dessert.

The variety of restaurants do not disappoint!

The presentation to the service and the options available were a dream.

However what I wasn’t aware of is that they wanted me to lie in their customer service survey and say that everything was good during my stay.

Overall, all the service was good and the trip was satisfying.

Pros include outstanding service from top to bottom, cleanliness, fully stocked rooms, gorgeous ocean views, food/snacks available all day, volleyball nets/tournies.

It’s so beautiful and the service is exceptional.

The service of the staff was beyond my expectations.

Customer service is out of this world everyone is so nice and makes you really feel like this is a home away from home.

Whoever did service us, were very polite and professional.

but it's the customer service that really stood out to us in our recent visit -- truly fantastic, everywhere in the resort.

The service was a solid 5/5, everyone from the front desk, to the concierge and servers was top notch.

The service was to notch as well as plenty to do for the family!

The property has taken lots of effort to ensure there are enough things for people to do and not get bored - variety of pools, kids club and activities, pretty good evening shows and quite friendly staff for all the places .

The three various shows every day has something for everyone

The price was well worth the experience from the food, to the entertainment, games, restaurants and bars.

We didn't go to the bars or entertainment areas

Instead, the shows are held outside, facing the lobby and the stairs are where the audience sits on pillows.

The show was very entertaining and buffet is very convenient.

Convenience, entertainment, professional and friendly staff were the top perks for me and my family.

It's beautiful, nice food and great experience, many options, nice staff, very clean, very quiet room and good parties, events shows.

Nightly entertainment was excellent and very fun.

The rooms were impeccable, entertainment every night was really cool and the general atmosphere just always so pleasant across the entire resort.

Rafael was so funny and entertaining - what a show.

Only thing: dolphin area is part of the resort, we don’t like this kind of entertainment, besides that, everything was amazing!

If you have kids they have a kids area and they have different shows every night that’s entertaining for everyone.

Rooms, dining meals, buffet restaurants, wedding events venue, all restaurants and the pools with entertainment staffing.

The staff was very friendly, spa is very nice.

The Kids Club and Spa teams were standout features of our stay.

Between the hydro spa treatment and the message area, I would say this experience is well worth the splurge if you have the time.

Brigitte and Hervik - not only did they provide lovely massages at our cabana,

but had direct access to the spa and the adults only pool.

Waking up to the dolphins, all of the food options, spa treatments were so relaxing and rejuvenating, beach access was perfect, all of the pools were clean and well staffed, and the rooms are beautiful and clean.

Hervik gave the most amazing mini facial and massage on the beach in our private cabana.

For example, you no longer get free transportation to the airport or spa access for staying in turquoise.

Spa was great too - glad I finally decided to do it, and you could spend hours there if you really need some relaxing time.

At the cabana, daily massages, including cucumber slices for eyes and aloe spray, delicious grilled shrimp tacos, and all the drinks you can handle, what is not to love?

From the time you check in to the time you leave you are harassed about booking excursions, the spa, romantic dinners, etc.

We got a cabana 3 days and they came around to spray us with aloe and gave us mini facials!

When I got to our appointment though, the spa told me different.

When we checked in we upgraded to the Club master suite, they gave us 2 complimentary spa packages as part of the paid upgrade.

Cabana rentals are affordable and highly recommended - comes with dedicated drink service for ~9 hours, food service, two facials, and two coconuts!

Babies were welcomed everywhere and staff was incredibly baby friendly!

Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and great with my kids.

The staff members are highly praised for their remarkable professionalism and dedication to providing an excellent experience for every guest.

The staff is very attentive and we never went hungry.

I cannot thank the staff at the hotel enough for their amazing hospitality.

One day while we were playing in the pool a staff was serving alcohol & fell into the pool.

While the staff were top notch and all friendly less can be said about the rest of hotel.

This has a great fitness centre and food was excellent for an all-inclusive.

Lastly, eventhough  this is an all inclusive resort the workers DEFINITELY be fishing for those tips.

It was my first time in Cancún and at an all inclusive.

Cons: On top ofl the HIGH all-inclusive fee, you must shell out more $ for prime cabanas or lounge chairs with umbrellas at pool and on beach.

The beautiful views, especially from the beach, provide a stunning backdrop for a relaxing stay.

Pools and beach were lovely, and food was tasty.

Building is beautiful, food is great, staff good and beach is perfect.

Then drink service, whether we were in our beach cabana or outside by the main bar we were well taken care of by Janett, Humberto, Luis, David, Adrien and Eloisa.

Rooms have jacuzzi which is great after a tiring day out at the beach.

Had no issues with the beach, and found good seating area with shade.

They also offered nightly entertainment and a great beach with amenities.

For any guest needs The concierges, Monica and Anna are the people who will be sure to take care of those needs.

I insisted that we should not be charged and reluctantly they 'waived' the additional fee for us.

Which tells me they're probably not getting paid what they deserve.

They don’t provide them anymore and charge $12 USD for a metal straw.

The spa - They were running a promotion to get an 80 minute massage at the price for a 50 minute so I took advantage of it plus they added on Hydrotherapy treatment.

As I explained to him a bunch of people were upset they couldn’t sit in or by the pool unless they paid $80 for a cabana each day (which came with 2 loungers in the pool) As Mr.Rojas explained to me this money grab was put in place by previous management

There is also entertainment every day and night, with a range of shows and classes at no extra cost.

The only downsides of our stay were the terrible sales pitch on check in, super misleading and time wasting. He promised a three minute chat to provide us our welcome package, turned into a 15 minute guilt trip to sign up for a 90 minute sales pitch saying "he wouldn't get paid if we didn't attend."

The premium wine was a tab on the expensive side,

And far too many hidden fees, especially for things which should have been included (ex: a chair by the pool or on the beach, a seat to watch the nightly entertainment , etc. ).

Once those are taken, you either have to pay for a chair or cabana, or find a place to store your stuff.

but not if I could find something close to price.

He told me if I paid him I could sit there.

Little if any consideration for the guests unless you want to pay extra as in the seating around the pool and at the beach.

This is additional cost and is not cheap.

though it's an all inclusive, there are plenty of things they want you to pay an extra charge for so just stick to the normal menus and you'll be fine!

but the only way you could get a poolside chair is if you pay money for a cabana.

Consistent high quality food and beverage choices, friendly professional staff who are eager to assist you and make the most of your stay.

The hibachi dinner is fun and books up quickly.

The food was excellent and I’d recommend trying the Chefs Plate.

We always enjoyed the buffet in Spice, given our food limitations.

The food was very good, especially the breakfast.

The culinary delights at the resort are truly remarkable, offering a diverse and delicious menu.

We rented cabanas on two days, and we also had a romantic dinner by the water.

The shows were great, and with one exception, so was the food.

The location is in walking distance to luxury shopping and several quality restaurants.

Restaurants ( especially the one facing the beach) are good.

While there are upgraded dinner options, spa services and cabanas available, they are not high pressure sales.

The service was incredible and everyone was so kind.

I would like to thank all of the staff for their outstanding service.

More of your wonderful team impressed us: Cabana guys Ivan, Adrian and Sebastian, who called us by name and tried to offer a steak or seafood in lieu of the alcohol with the fourth cabana rental - we appreciated their service (and coconuts instead).
