The resort has a swimmable beach (a rare thing in Cabo) with included paddle board and snorkel classes (ask for Gunter, an amazing instructor).

I asked what cocktails they had since there wasn’t a cocktail menu and his response was “sex on the beach, uh sex in the room.

We love the location, swimmable beach, and the accommodations.

We also enjoyed the activities around the hotel like ping pong, beach and pool volleyball, casino night etc!

Its in a bay so the water is aqua blue, clean and calm.

Especially if you want to do activities on the beach or at the pool, these are your people to go to Breathless Cabo .

The majority of restaurants are located in a second building and is on a great beach that is swimmable.

The location is primo being right next to the marina- close to everything & right on Medano beach!

One of the only swimmable beaches in the whole Cabos area Breathless has a private beach.

We visited the nook everyday and did not miss our east coast coffee with the lovely ladies making our oat milk lattes .

Talk to Gunther and Nicolas at the beach for a wicked paddle board tour.

Some highlights were the poki bowl at bites, the bar near the quiet pool area, and the beautiful and calm beach that the hotel has access to.

Great location / beach and friendly staff.

Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The location is perfect sitting on the beach with direct access to the Cabo Marina's array of restaurants and bars.

Big thanks to all the staff- Nico by the beach, Luis at the bar, Stefanie at the pool and the list goes on.

The beach front access is amazing, the water is swimmable and we were there in November 2023.

The stand outs are the location, the hotel is situated on the marina with access to the beach and two pools to choose from (1 party and 1 quiet).

Jessica, Maria and Yami kept the drinks/food flowing.

If you decide to leave the resort Maria Jimenez & Tres Gallos are some of our favorite spots and definitely stop by happy endings bar for some great music and $2 margaritas.

Bibiana at the Spa was wonderful as well as Maria from the gift shop!

And Ana Maria at Fishnet was great, too!!

Food and service was great at every restaurant and bar especially Bites with Maria.

Our favorite employees were Fernando, Alberto, Luna and Maria- they were so fun and interactive!

The waitress and bar tending staff (Ana Maria @ Fishnet; Michelle and Alan @Beach Club; Abrahan @ the Beach; Alicia @ Wink with the best Guava Mezcal Mojito ever) were always ready to help and serve as only great hosts do.

Ana Maria was our server at Restaurant Bites and her attention and kindness towards us was real.

Also, shoutout to Ana Maria who was our server at Spoons.

At Spoon, the food was very good and also the staff including Ana, Maria, Jonathan and Ruben .

I appreciate everyone mainly Alejandro Lorenzo , Carlos (from the beach restaurant), Ana Maria and Rueben.

From Ana Maria at check-in and the front desk to Hector at the pool bar everyone was awesome!!

At breakfast and lunch at the restaurant by the main pool, we normally were taken care of by Ana Maria and Alan.

It is located in the marina, which I would say is the heart of Cabo, there you can get nice souvenirs, book boat tours and so on, everything at walking distance.

Located right on the marina you could watch the hustle and bustle below or get to any excursions easily enough.

Makes it so convenient that we are right off the marina so we have easy access to shops and the beach!

Such a great experience and we loved the marina and all we saw there.

We very much enjoyed breathless on the marina at Cabo!!! !

Room was large and clean, the view of the marina was great.

The location was great - ocean view of the marina and we got to see sea lions and watch beautiful yachts and sailboats coming & going.

The staff were lovely, room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the marina, and the food was fine dining.

A beautiful view of the marina, and right beside the downtown where there is lots of nightlife.

Located in the heart the marina in Cabos San Lucas you are out the front door to shopping, nightlife, restaurants, excursions, fishing boats.

Our room had a beautiful view of the marina and was really comfortable.

Literally walk outside and your at the marina boardwalk

Breathless is a very nice resort right on the yacht harbor.

All the rooms appear to have either an ocean or marina view.

very close to the marina and local shops and entertainment.

The Breathless had great restaurants, the rooms were spacious and well furnished, the views of the marina are so fun and the staff was great.

One party pool overlooking Marina and Sea of Cortez.

The views of the marina were fantastic from every room.

The location is great and the view of the marina is truly breathtaking.

Great views of the marina and corridor coming into the Marina.

The view of the marina was stunning, and so easy to walk about in that area.

Mariano took care of us all week at the bar He was wonderful This was the perfect location and was beautiful overlooking the Marina.

Our stay at Breathless was super nice with great views of marina and local coastline.

Location is great with beautiful views of the marina, room was huge, food was yummy and staff was amazing!

You get a great view of the marina from any room you book.

and the view of the marina is phenomenal .

The room was pretty nice, and we had amazing views of the marina!

Def enjoyed the beach, this was one of our best times - the staff were great there/ the party poo was decent and good people watching and the marina pool was just what we needed to relax as well as the marina view.

Room was comfortable with a great view of the marina.

The activities at the party pool and the entertainment staff are the best part about this resort.

Really liked one loud pool and one quiet pool.

One building for the party pool, spa, gym, all other restaurants.

They have really fun and exclusive pool party’s for all ages I was 19 and partyd it up with people much older… this is a very fun resort and would recommend.. the best thing is their ocean so nice and warm, clean and not scary at all

Other than that, our stay this time was what we expected and the drink service provided by Romy at the larger party pool as well as Blanca at the Nook Cafe was exceptional.

The location and service were great. They had a wonderful party pool and great service by the pool.

With a private beach entrance next to the party pool, your entire day can be spent soaking up the sun (and Ranch Water) and still get some ocean time in!

The DJ at the pool played great music - very much a party atmosphere.

The staff by the party pool (Manuel, JC, Stefani, Jessie, and Leonardo) were all amazing.

I love that they have a quiet pool and a party pool.

The party pool was amazing and always had activities/fun stuff planned.

Food was excellent, it was nice to have both a party pool and a calm pool.

Williams at the Party pool was phenomenal and made us feel special every time we were there.

Manuel always made sure we were having fun playing Pool Volleyball and helping us with our Spanish.

The food at Bites was my favorite (excellent sushi & crab cakes)
I love that there is a quiet pool that overlooks the marina and also a party pool with lots of great entertainment so great options to choose from depending on how you feel on a particular day.

Williams and Hector at the party pool made sure we never went thirsty or hungry while we were there.

there's a pool where you can chill and a pool to party at.

The hotel has 5 or 6 different restaurants with really good food including an amazing 5 course experience run by chefs Alejandro and Marta which just opened

Had great restaurant options for various cuisines, even for the ones who are “picky eaters.” Staff were excellent!

We went Ocote for my birthday dinner and Chef Cristian and Felipe were amazing.

He truly went above and beyond to make our meals special.

Everything was amazing from the food to the accommodations-but especially the staff.

Whatever you want.” Then asked my boyfriend if he would like his aperol spritz spicy.

The food is great and the chef will come out to make sure you are satisfied!

Food and service was very good and we would love to return one day!

Frozen pizza and anorexic chicken wings (which came out raw).

Entertainment in the evening was simply splendid and the attention to detail was impressive… food 🥘 was great- and allergies were attended to at every meal!

The restaurants on site and the food was good for an all-inclusive resort.

We were told to return at 6pm and were seated at a restaurant.

I love the room services/delivery food to your room, just remember to order ahead of time.

Javier are awesome with explaining the wine and food are really great!!!

You are able to enjoy the ocean views at the main pool and most of the restaurants.

Food was great and entertainment was great.

He was always bringing us drinks, shots we had never tried before, and amazing food!

The staff provided a Christmas brunch, Santa and champagne pool party, and an elegant dinner buffet filled with dancing in the evening.

We were here during Christmas 2019 and had a blast- they even flew Santa and his helpers in on a helicopter.

The resort also put on an amazing Christmas show with Santa flying in on a helicopter.

The Exhale club itself is quite nice with top shelf drinks, Santa Carolina wines and well prepared snacks.

We had a family of 8 with all kinds of different personalities and interest,

This is an amazing resort, from the location to the staff and service everything was top notch.

Brenda from the entertainment staff made my friend and I’s trip memorable and we would definitely come back.

Romy took care of us pool-side ensuring our glasses were always full and we had everything we needed.

Shout out to Leo, the best, he always greeted us and remembered us and made everything fun, played ping pong and brought some skill!

The staff were all very kind and attentive,

Captain Julio cooked a dessert for us that was incredible.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to everything we needed.

but also were some of the most personable people you will ever meet.

This resort is amazing, nice combo of party scene and quiet pool….food was good, view amazing….at the quiet pool ask for Mariano….what an asset to the resort,…,ask for him!!

Oscar at the VIP desk was incredibly helpful.

Rooms very nice, service staff excellent .

Especially, Marcelino, he was so nice to us so that we could smile all the time during the trip.

The staff there were all super nice and helpful!

We also walked along the beach to dinner at another resort.

They have employees staked on the beach to keep you from even diping your toes in the water.

Despite this, the resort's accessibility to nearby beaches is a notable highlight.

But it was not too big a deal, we just took an Uber to an another beach to snorkel.

No umbrellas available nor allowed on beach.

Take a water taxi ($25us) to the Arch and Lovers Beach for snorkeling.

The direct beach access gives way to the most beautiful sunsets and photo ops.

!Easy walk to marina and tons
Of great restaurants and fun.

We had an amazing master suite in building A, beach front, amazing views of sunrise and sunset.

The beach is beautiful and we could see whales from our chairs.

We enjoyed a premiere location, the public beeches were delightful, all inclusive meals were very well prepared, with many good choices to dine.

Location of resort is convenient and short walk to marina.

Absolutely loved Franco who took wonderful care of us at the pool & beach party night.

Adult pool buy the beach is the place to be!

Fiesta night and Beach night were both fun.

The food and servers have been so friendly…checking in with Renato was great, our server, Jorge, at Calima and the Beach party has exceptional attention to detail and oh so friendly!

The king size bed in the ocean view room was much nicer on my back than the marina view room.

The waitress assured us that it was not going to be charged to our room

The following day I went to a more basic restaurant had a few tacos and beer and noticed a 10% service fee on my invoice.

We were charged over $300 of “fees” above and beyond tips, taxes and mandatory charges.

After many discussions, producing paperwork showing where I was booked, and a plea for them to honor their obligation, they refused and said my only option was to take the room at the lesser resort and that was it, no compensation/upgrade for my loss of value, no resort credit, just take it or leave it.

but still an upgrade) for the rest of our stay at no additional charge.

Despite the hotel charges you 30% of tax and service in your booking, you need to bring extra cash to tips the waiters or they let you wait for your drink and food forever.

They incorrectly billed me then and have continued to charge my credit card.

They do push the timeshare pitch and aren’t always up front with how things are charged.

No towel cards mean people leave their towels on their chairs even when they are gone for the day and new arrivals can’t tell if a chair is truly available.

Gym doesn’t open till 7am and there is an $11 US charge, never been to a property that charges to use the gym.

After going there for 17 years (AS AN OWNER) I don't like the treatment I been given, PLEASE BE AWARE OF CHARGES PLACED ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

To make matters worse, their only concern was getting our card to pay for the new nights stay, and not the health and welfare of 5 of his sick guests.

lobster) are NOT fully included in the all-inclusive meal plan and there is a hefty surcharge of $45 if you want the lobster.

In fact, probably worth skipping the towel card completely as we simply gave our room number to get towels.

Yes they take your credit card and charge everything to your room

Shame on Playa Grande Resorts for charging their Disabled Guests extra.

After 1 hour, we finally got our room keys and were then ushered over to speak to the concierge to receive our towel cards.

This place was packed while we were there so the fact that they could remember who we were and what we ordered seemed kind of important to be sure we were being charge accordingly.

Maria our housekeeper kept our room clean and tidy.

but just as top-notch service was provided by Maria, Concierge.

We are especially grateful to these amazing staff members:

Lastly, I wanted to give a shout-out to Maria at the concierge desk.

The staff did recommend two very good places not far (Maria Corona and Salvatores).

Concierge group very helpful- Maria, Hugo& Aldo.👍👍 Thank you and keep it up this week😎😎

I worked with Maria Santiago in planning our trip.

A special thanks to our concierge Paula and Maria for attending to all our needs professionally and for helping with the trip to the Arco and the car ride to Todos Santos! Amazing!

Our waitress Maria at this other amazing restaurant told us about the cool local spots to check out like the archways and I am so grateful for the hospitality they showed us and the experience we had, we got to travel to their home and they made us feel right at home.

The hotel is right across the street from the marina.

but worked just fine

Only complaint - our room faced the marina where Sr Frogs is located.

Playa Grande Resort boasts a convenient location near Cannery Beach and a short stroll to Medano Beach through the nearby marina.

It was great to have the resort walking distance to the Marina.

Great location, lovely property, easy access to the marina and all downtown Cabo offers.

The resort is close to town and the marina and is easy to walk to everything.

The best resort on the All the people are very friendly, something that really pleases me is that every time we visit this beautiful resort we are always greeted with a big smile, the quality of the hotel is too good and best of all it is literally next to the Marina.

We walked all over marina at night and always felt safe.

The rates were reasonable especially as the location is within walking distance of the marina.

The proximity to downtown and the marina eliminate the need for a rental car, you are walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops.

The proximity to downtown and the marina eliminate the need for a rental car.

Beautiful resort, then walk down the hill 5 minutes and you are at the marina and downtown.

The marina and shopping is a 10-15 minute walk from the resort which made it very easy to do anything you wanted to do off of the resort.

We did like that it was close to the marina!

Stayed in two different rooms - an ocean view penthouse (2 bedroom) and a marina penthouse (2 bedroom) on “the ridge.” There are pool renovations happening - there are 4 pools, one of the four will be out of commission until they’re all completed.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas!

Although not far from Marina and "downtown" in distance, the walk there is not easy nor scenic, especially on a hot day.

It was very clean with huge rooms designed with Mexican flair.

The fire dancers as well as the Mexican fiesta was so fun and awesome.

The food at the Mexican fiesta this year was top notch and ever single staff person worked extremely hard to keep us well fed and filled with the drinks of our choice.

The Mexican party night is by far my favorite part of staying here!

Great performance you don’t want to miss. The Mexican party was very fun.

The Mexican Fiesta on Monday nights is fun, great local entertainment.

Some activities include the famous tequila volleyball in the pool, Mexican fiesta night, and the beach party.

but the Mexican Fiesta was extremely fun and very engaging.

Must do: Mexican fiesta and Beach party .

So clean, the food & drinks was great, the Mexican Fiesta is highly recommended.
