They offer inclusive pick up to and from airport

When I was researching for our honeymoon, I wanted to prioritize good food since that's what folks seemed to have trouble with at most other all-inclusive resorts and we had never been to an all-inclusive before.

We’ve stayed at other adults only all inclusive resorts and were more impressed.

Truly the best all inclusive I have been to.

The all-inclusive aspect is so worth it—you can order endless drinks and food via their hotel app (the app is amazing) and try all their different restaurants!

They are all inclusive so you can enjoy food and drinks as much as you want,

While a little more expensive than some of the other all-inclusive resorts, it is worth very penny.

Definitely the best resort, all inclusive adult only.

I MUST say, this is THE best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

Hadn’t experienced this before at an all inclusive.

The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hands down.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, which was due to two things: (1) the great property and accommodations, which is all-inclusive and (2) the unbelievably wonderful and helpful staff.

This is an all inclusive Resort and it truly is all inclusive.

Le Blanc Resorts are the best in world for all-inclusive resorts.

5 star treatment and incredible food, I couldn’t believe this was an AI.

The food here is AMAZING for an all inclusive.

We have stayed at quite a few inclusive resorts in Mexico,

Food and drinks were exceptional for an all inclusive, with plenty of options to choose from and you could always order room service if restaurants were closed for the night.

Le Blanc is an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations and a worthy investment!

You can walk right out onto the beach too,

As many people have noted, you can walk on the beach

We went straight to our favourite restaurant Ocean on the beach.

You can walk on the beach in both directions.

Beautiful pools and easy access to the beach.

Obviously Los Cabos has gorgeous beach and view.

From the rooms to the restaurants and the pools and beach, you will always be greeted by a kind smile and genuine willingness to make sure that you r stay is as enjoyable as possible.

We spent most of our time at the pool and the beach.

The breakfasts are amazing, right on the water at the Ocean restaraunt.

I will note that the beach is choppy and non-swimmable,

- another general con: the beach is not swimmable

- compared to other places we’ve been, the property is less “sprawling” so escaping to a quiet pool isn’t possible.

Some beach erosion after the recent hurricanes.

Such a beautiful resort and the beach is gorgeous.

It was truly a special meal, with a fabulous view over the beach and sounds of the rolling waves adding to the evening.

Everything here is legit, food, abeyance, entertainment, gym, beach it just doesn't get any better, the DJ Manny and his assistant who's name has slipped my mind were awesome, this is my new favorite hotel to vacation at hands down

Make sure you go to the beach for the sunrise what a view.

It is worth the tip to get a slice of the beach to yourself.

There are available swim beaches within a mile or so of the resort.

They upgraded our hotel room to the honeymoon suite with amazing beach views!

Miguel and Paul made us feel so welcome, and took AMAZING care of us.

He truly went over and above to not only take care of our family needs

butlers, Elvis and Laura, were AMAZING - they worked tirelessly to take care of our requests and to ensure our needs were being met.

Our Butlers on the 10th floor were super helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

Took care of anything and everything we could have asked for.

They came up and said hello and took good amazing care of us the rest of the trip.

We had a cabana around the pool and the pool team took great care of us.

Our ocean pool service team of Esteban and Valentina made each day at the pool relaxing and took care of our every need.

butlersSalvador, Ilse, Claudia and Josue made sure all our needs were taken care of including daily coffee and pastries to the room to watch the sunrise, lavender aromatherapy and pillows, all of our dinner reservations, golf and spa/salon treatments.

They make sure you’re always being taken care of and catered to.

The personal Butler Giovanni was outstanding made sure every activity dinner and anything we need was taken care of.

She took such good care of us the entire time we were there.

He took care of at the pool area throughout our entire stay.

They went above and beyond in taking care of us.

From the minute you arrive to when you check out you are treated with care.

All of the staff were incredible and made sure we were well taken care of.

All week we were taking care of by our good friend Omar.

We went for a relaxing 10-year anniversary trip and could not have been more well-taken care of.

Every interaction we had was beyond positive and in many cases employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

butlers and took care of all of our needs!

You're taken along the coastline and, of course, shown the arch, lover's beach, divorce beach, etc.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.

To add insult to injury, by accident my wife's expensive belt was ruined by housekeeping.

though extremely pricey ($1000 for a couples massage)

Cons:
- more of a general con for Cabo- the hotel backs right up to a busy highway (all of them do).

We didn’t get all the details so we ended up booking a tour that we thought was included and had to pay a lot of money at the end.

There are several types of cabana's for day rentals ranging from a simple cabana with lounge chairs to a much larger and more expensive lounge with the addition of a large TV, sitting area with small table and I think a small refrigerator.

I emailed the concierge back, letting them know that even at a five star, 5 diamond Michelin resort, a massage would never cost this much.

but the prices of these items were inflated.

You are limited to where and how much you can use for their overpriced services.

You can only use $250 towards a spa treatment…too bad most of those treatments cost way more than that!!!

I’m giving this resort a 5/5 because they did everything you’d expect and more for an expensive, luxury all-inclusive.

For example, we were given $150 and told we could only use it for tax on spa activities or soap or air freshener that is being sold for $100.

but not sure I would have paid the extra from it given how great the pretty much every view was.

though we showed them their own emails stating that we had “paid in full”, we had to pay to get them to let us leave.

(Except Le Blanc which is most expensive and gets the lowest discount 🤔).

If I had to share something that they could improve, I would say that they should pay more attention to the personal information on your profile.

Again I just paid $1000 dollars per night and cannot eat at the restaurants I have already paid for??

We appreciated chef Juan who cooked for us on the whale watching cruise and for our two private dinners.

but two, and every single meal was perfect.

Special shout out to Dulce, Oscar, and Miguel at Blanc International Restaurant for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The sushi restaurant Yama was our favorite

The resort has 5 restaurant and each one is exquisite !

Food is really delicious and with lots of different options at all the different restaurants it never got repetitive.

Its ok, food, drink, entertainment was very down the middle for how much it is.

We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the entertainment they had everyday!

Although we had great service and a good meal at Yama, the morning breakfast buffet, and Blanc Pizza.

We ate there every morning and with my allergies, they were particularly attentive.

The octopus ceviche is spectacular, as were the tuna tostadas.

Outstanding restaurant award this week for dinner goes to Bella for the food and Oliver's service.

My dad and I also really enjoyed the cocktail class with Aaron and Julia.

We travel with food allergies, and the waitstaff at the restaurants were all amazing at helping us navigate menus.

The breakfast buffet is massive with Gloria dishing out the best omelette and terrific service from Miguel and Dulce.

Bar service was always quick too, and their mini quesadillas are addictive.

Service is top notch and everyone is friendly, kind, and very accommodating to any needs you may have.

Our expectation was that it would be an even better experience with a higher level of service and if possible even more amazing food.

Service is incredible, especially in the pool deck.

The service is impeccable, as is almost all the food.

Service by the pool was top notch, our drinks were never empty and they even moved the umbrellas for us a few times for shade.

Our room was very well appointed and service impeccable.

LeBlanc is a beautiful resort with outstanding service and amenities.

We love the facilities, staff, food, and overall outstanding service we receive on every visit!

This truly is a five-star resort hotel and spa—from the beautiful details within the hotel (marble elevator interiors, grand marble entrance, and modern/classical aesthetic) to the wonderful service of the staff.

Food was amazing, resort was beautiful, service was warm and incredibly high touch.

While we enjoyed the food and service at each location, the food at Habibi and both the food and service ant Lumiere were exceptional.

A beautiful location with 5- Star service.

While the grounds were clean, service was acceptable, pools, view excellent the food didn't consistently match the exterior quality and we really expected more from a '5 Diamond' resort.

We will always remember their hospitality and service during our stay at LeBlanc for our 2nd anniversary!

What really sets it apart is the staff and their genuine caring service.

We are grateful to our concierge Angel who ensured our itinerary was perfect from the private dinners to the whale watching cruise.

Just like everywhere at Le Blanc, the staff dote on you.

butler, Lidia, has also been so accommodating!

We loved the staff and attention they gave us while we were there!

The SPA treatments and personnel were the best, and the resort has a great fitness center.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly,

The staff were always ready to help, in any way they could help.

They were very responsive; I didn’t have to keep asking or feel like I’m being ignored until the last minute.

Our concierge America had our week all planned out for us!

Jeannette (J Lo) at the concierge desk was a great help when we needed answers to a few questions.

I think she was our favorite employee by far!

Very professional and very kind and helpful.

butlers, Fernanda and Mike were there to assist us in having a wonderful vacation.

butler (at least ours, Mike) was so friendly and helpful!

The spa is wonderful and an aromatic scent throughout the resort is welcoming and relaxing.

The food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced!

If you’re looking for an amazing experience and vacation Le Blanc is a MUST!

We went to San Jose de Cabo to find a heartbeat and it was amazing to have real food and experience culture.

In summary, I have respect for the LeBlanc brand, and I have also provided this feedback to the Le Blanc Los Cabos management - I hope the comments are taken in the spirit of improving guest experience and sustainability in the hospitality industry.

All in all, it was a very memorable experience and we want to thank all the staff that were there during our stay from Nov 28-Dec 8th.

Another outstanding service experience was with Roberto at Yama (where the sushi is fantastic!).

Shoutout to Alicia and the bartenders at Blanc Fire, Angel at Blanc Ocean for the great drink and food recommendations, and the wonderful pool concierges, servers, and bartenders for the most relaxing experience.

I am very thankful and pleased with our wonderful experience here.

but I didn’t realize just how exceptional my experience would be, largely thanks to Manny.

Our dining experiences at the resort got better with each meal.

butler experience was especially awesome.

but decided to try Le Blanc for the elevated experience this time.

Manny is fantastic, he hosts all of the games and made my experience fantastic.

Year after year, we go back for the quality experiences.

From our pickup at the airport to check in with Claudia & Angel (our concierges), it was a seamless experience.

butlers Isac, Beatrice and Scarlett and Concierge, Angel made every day a terrific experience.

The views are amazing of both the beach and the marina.

Get away from the same with a beach to stroll down along the ocean .

Access to the beach is very convenient and easy to get to.

but no fault of resort at all, is that you can not swim in the ocean at the resort, but that was solved with a 10 min walk to a local beach with the most amazing blue water and rock formations.

We found the poolside quesadilla inedible and even the food at the nice restaurant Tortuga Beach was questionable.

A couple of posts accurately remarked that the beach was not really walk able for any distance.

They close all the restaurants and serve a buffet on the beach from their restaurant called Emiliano's.

Best views in c
Cabo with a stunning beach.

We loved this resort, it’s unique in its architecture and multi level 360 views, everywhere you look and anywhere you stay, it’s all stunning…the beach is quiet and mind-blowing beautiful with both sunrise and sunsets!!!

Great views of marina with morning latte from Cupcake and the ocean every afternoon from the pool and beach.

Amazing service, we had a romantic dinner on the beach and the service was impeccable!

A stroll down to the beach led us to Oscar at the Tortuga Restaurant, and bam!

We sat outside with lovely views of the harbour.

There is also a turtle hatching cage on the beach and the baby turtles are released to the ocean almost every day between 7:30 and 8:30.

Alberto Cruz Lucero Oscar and Rodolfo (as well as all the rest of the staff) at Tortuga Beach definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of, even ordered us food from another restaurant on the property and brought it down for us to eat it there!

Cruz from the torotuga beach reasturant was amazing!

Our favorite restaurant was Tortuga Beach club, the food was so delicious.

Caveat: because I had kept my phone on airplane mode to avoid roaming charges, I couldn’t use “find my phone” nor did my phone show the “call me message” we programmed onto the Home Screen from my husband’s phone.

As a result they charged me $760 for an “additional person.” I’ve been sitting at Agave now for 30 mins.

Also we were told there were no charges on our room so did not look at the receipt

The hotel provided shuttle guy charged us 20 us dollars per person to get back to the hotel.

but they put a hold on my credit card for $750.00, which would be "refunded on checkout".

- Towels: You get 1 towel per person and have to return your "towel card" at the end of your stay or get charged $50.

-We were double charged for the excursion anyway.

Within 7 days when it didnt show up on my credit card, I contacted the hotel and they said to dispute the charge with my credit card.

but there were many hours that deserve credit as well!

I then disputed the charge with my credit card company and despite providing proof of the erroneous charge failed to get a refund.

but you don't have to worry when EMI and EIZABETH are in charge.

but please charge it to my hes and not my heart

you get a small plastic towel card at check in.

However the front desk charged me for the full 7 days, so an additional $294 was charged to my card for a day I did not use.

I was unimpressed that at check-in I was forced to give a credit card deposit of $329 which is still pending ..I've traveled to many hotels I've never been asked for a deposit.

even though we were the only ones there the young lady at the front desk said she didn’t know how to do it so we stood there for 25min because the guy who could help us was on the phone with a customer who was disputing a charge, I could hear the whole thing.

It’s better to trust your guests to share, remove the cards and just put fresh towels out every hour or similar.

Then, the resort blamed US for this error and almost charged us MORE (no apology or kindness during that entire situation).

No towel cards , so many people just left them on the loungers and walked away so you couldn't tell if they were still being used.

They took care of my family and friends anyway at no additional charge.

We actually walked to Lover's Beach and Divorce Beach along the shoreline.

We were able to see whales right from the beach, we walked to divorce and lovers beaches, and overall it was a perfect long weekend getaway.

We were looking forward to the walk/scramble over to divorce beach

although you can't swim at the beach at the resort, the kids loved walking the half mile down the beach to the rocks and climbing over them to Divorce Beach.

Plus we were able to walk from our beach to the arch, lovers beach and divorce beach.

We took a water taxi to Lovers Beach and walked round to Divorce beach.

You can take a (maybe long for some folks) walk down the sand and hike over the big rock formation to get to Divorce and Lover's Beaches.

It is a fairly long sandy beach that can get you to divorce beach.

With a little hike and some good shoes/traction you can easily climb over a small gap in the rocks on the pacific side and visit Lovers and Divorce beach.

Divorce Beach is on the Pacific side, heed the name!

We also walked 10 minutes down the beach and crossed over some rocks to Divorce Beach for sunrise and had the entire beach to ourselves!

😃
Wanted to recognize Mauricio from the entertainment team for the personal hiking tour of divorce and lovers beach.

You can walk to the end of the beach and climb the rocks to get to Divorce Beach and Lovers Beach - very well worth the climb!
