The resort is a 25 minute walk from here to the other side of the marina and another 10 minutes to a great sandy beach by the old cannery.

Easy access to everything you need such as great restaurants, bars, beaches, mall and grocery stores.

Great for down town fun or relaxing on the beach.

Centrally located with an easy access to the best restaurants, coffee places, Medano beach, marina and shopping centers.

You can walk to just about every excursion, store, restaurant and beach from this beautiful resort right on the marina.

And the beach at 9 am is a private oasis.

It's right on the Marina and an easy walk to all Cabo has to offer- the Marina, mall, downtown nightlife and Medano Beach.

We were in room 305 with a marina view on the 3rd floor.

Marina Fiesta is a great resort, centrally located, close to town and beach.

I spent all my money at the beach, and other hotel restaurants and one restaurant at the marina.

The hotel was within walking distance of Medano Beach, lots of restaurants, lots of bars, and shopping.

It's just a few meters away from Medano Beach which has excellent places to eat and a wonderful view!!

It is on a cove and honestly the best beach/water on the stretch of beach.

Great location, just across Marina and 5mins walk to Medano beach..

head out the front gate and your 4 minutes walk to medano Beach.

The hotel is in a very good position with great views over the harbour.

It is without a doubt, my favorite resort in Cabo.

This was our sixth time at Marina Fiesta and it is the best hotel in Cabo.

Marina Fiesta is our # 1 hotel choice in Cabo because of the great, friendly, professional staff, hotel location and it's a well maintained and clean facility.

If you want to find out anything about Cabo places where the locals eat just one of the bag carriers at the main entrance, they know the best places to go to and are not on any kind of commission.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Cabo!

The weather in Cabo is almost always perfect

Right on the marina in the center of Cabo.

Been coming to Cabo for 24 years and have always stayed at the MF.

Our favorite place to stay when in Cabo, the staff treats us line family!

This is such a lovely spa, and a wonderful, peaceful getaway from the chaos that Cabo San Lucas can be.

Their service made it so I will gladly return to Cabo and stay at Marina Fiesta again.

While Cabo has grown substantially, this resort is a hidden jewel at the marina.

This is the place to stay in Cabo because unlike other all inclusives most of the people that eat at the restaurants aren't staying at the hotel and stilll pay to eat there due to the location and quality of food.

We love Cabo.. Irma, Gabriel and Anjel were amazing!

Make sure you check your bill, I was overcharged by a substantial amount for services not provided and for a restaurant that somehow increased the tip I gave them.

Each guest is also given a pool towel card.

Had to wear wristbands entire time with little card attached to open room door and show guard at gate we belonged at resort--annoying and felt like they distrusted guests.

I have opened a dispute with the credit card company.

Later we were charged for 2 and when I questioned it they said she had ordered 2.

The charges was per night for the person.

There is a charge (5.00) charge for room cleaning, and a charge for wi-fi,

However, upon checking in, I was informed that a group of people outside were waiting to give me a towel card.

When you check in they'll ask you how often do you want your room to be made up and they charged 5 bucks for each time -- fair enough.

Oddly enough, the same people who had issues with their room card had the same bedding issues too!

Asked for compensation was offered $40 credit at spa. Refused.

Extra charges and refunds not fulfilled
Dirty rooms in need of lights / plumbing and paint etc
Large hot tub smelled like septic so bad you could not sit near it , at all.

but it would be charged, they will give a 20% discount?????

Watch out for the up charges at the bars.

but i just told them in a hurry and they gave me the towel cards.

I will say I'm greatful that we were not stranded with no room and hotel gave $200 room credit to help make up for inconvenience.

They were charging $38 per person if you had not purchased it with the package.

They charged me $160 US Dollars for the remaining 4 nights.

Friendly staff, great pool, great food and comfy rooms!

He is friendly, speaks English/Spanish and a pleasure to be around.

Staff were friendly and attentive and kept our room spotless.

All of the staff was friendly , rooms clean and bed was super comfortable!!

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly.

She was so friendly and helpful and helped make our experience so nice.

Leonal at front greeting us, taking our luggage, making sure anything we needed or needed to know was amazing and so friendly.

And all the rest of the staff, they are so friendly, plus the hotel is spotless.

We had a great experience with a friendly staff and the all inclusive is the way to go!

Lineal & Leo and all the ladies up front were WONDERFUL
Very Happy and Pleasurable, everyone was Very Kind and hospitality, friendly & helpful!

Friendly staff and good place to hang around the pool while being close to the marina.

Plus:
Friendly pool staff
Nice clean room with a small kitchen, 3 patios with great views
Choice of 2 pools -larger party pool, smaller quiet pool.

Christian at the bar was great, friendly staff.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely gracious.

Hotel was super close to the marina and restaurants.

The marina is busy and always interesting.

We had a good time we were with the winners and if you want a great location, have a good time check out fiesta Marina, and play games with Hugo.

We loved the convenience of walking on the marina for lunch and dinner.

We really liked being in the Marina area and the location is what we enjoyed the most.

Located right on the Marina & convenient to many restaurants & activities!

We had a suite with a lovely view overlooking both the pool and the marina.

but we had never stayed at the Marina Fiesta, and we had never stayed on the marina.

We had such a great view from our room over looking the marina …took a walk around the marina every morning which was fabulous !

In the heart of the city at the Marina with everything at your fingertips this is the place to stay !

This has been a favourite of mine and my fishing buddies, we do fins and skins … marina Fiesta is a great very clean place to stay located right in the marina.

Great location !Right in the marina !Thank you for everything !

You are right in the center of the marina and many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Noel in the the back pool (aquabar) made the best margaritas.

One of the nice things is that the a la carte restaurants are not at the hotel they are on the promenade and while you could not have Lobster or Chef specialties, you could if you wanted t pay for them,

They loved her so much we asked her to babysit the next day for 3 hours while we went on a lunch date.

He took care of us everyday with drinks, food, and great service.

There are lots of restaurants nearby and we were glad we did not do all inclusive as it gave us a lot of freedom to try different restaurants.

Easy to walk from here to the city or restaurants.

We enjoyed the food at all of the restaurants available at the resort ..which are located on the main strip right outside the restaurant !

Neat concept of restaurants outside the resort that were part of the all-inclusive and they had good food.

He also introduced us to a terrific restaurant in town.

Drinks and Food were great and the service was excellent!

All inclusive is the way to go ALL the restaurants are 5 star in my opinion will not be disappointed ………… enjoy all the best Cabo has to offer at this resort!

Tony, Carlos and the entire pool staff from opening to close and all the restaurant workers were fabulous.

The location is perfect for shopping and entertainment, as well.

Pools are great, marina view, minutes to shopping if that's your thing.

The hotels location is perfect for walking the marina, sightseeing and shopping.

Beautiful marina with shopping and restaurants.

The Marina Fiesta is low scale compared to the mega resorts, exceptionally clean and maintained, excellent staff, the location is the best in Cabo for walking, shopping and restaurants.

Everything is within walking distance, from all meals, shopping mall and big supermarket next door.

Would definitely recommend this location as close to downtown with great restaurants and shopping.

It is also very close to shopping mall and supermarket.

Very convenient location with a shopping mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area.

It’s also a short walk to downtown, very close to many restaurants, and close to shopping & fishing.

Marina view is perfect and central to all shopping.

Since we're only staying for a day to experience central CSL, we did not go for the all-inclusive since we wanted to wander around to shop and eat as we please.

Convenient to shopping, bars, and the marina.

You can walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and Medano beach.

but I am a bit older and me and my wife love the distance to the marina and restaurants/bars and of course the shopping.

This is a quality resort, excellent staff and service, down to human size and walking distance from the beach, shopping mall, restaurants like Edith's, The Office, Three Sirens, Nick-San best Japanese food in town and do not miss The Italian Job.

When we tried to take a shower the tub fill up because of a very slow drain.

Air conditioning vents were filthy, I had to physically clean them myself with a wet paper towel.

The big one unfortunately kept suffering from falling debris from the palm trees which is hard to control

Needed chemicals, the tiles weren't very bright anymore.

From the minute you walk in , it’s disgusting!

The shower stall is gross and shows area of deferred maintenance, and signs of mold.

The pool has all sorts of debris, dirt and layers of sunscreen in it.

We did not see, smell, or experience any of that.

I could smell and test that fake mesquite -smoky test of the meat that was served at Jake's, that mad even more sick.

The problem we had was we could not sit out on the balcony in the evening without being smoked out by marijuana smoke.

I saw debris and a film in the pool so we did not feel comfortable swimming.

but has a very overpowering smell when it does.

burned..overcooked..no meat..awful..couldnt eat it
They did bring a piece of cake to him.

Smelled sooo strongly like mildew, unbearable.

The sewer was backed up and smelled awful.

The only downside while we were there is there is a really bad sewer leak that smells really bad at the back entrance to the hotel by the steps going to marina.

At one point, we were swimming in what looked like vomit (wouldn’t be surprising since there were a lot of fairly intoxicated people).

Once we arrived to Marina Sol the service from the hotel personal was incredible aswell they gave us queen-king like treatment right from the beginnig!, please if you go to cabo do yourserlf a big favor and use this amazing companies!! ❤️

Thank you Marina Sol and thank you Cape Transfers for making our vacation so special !!

All of Marina Fiesta personal did an incredible job of making us feel pleased at all times, as for your transportation we recommend yo to book it on Cape Transfers, they have the lowest rates on private and shuttle from Cabo Airport to the resort, overall it was a great experience thank you Marina Sol and Thank you Cape Transfers you guys are great!!

They are helpful, delightful and informative!

Leonardo, the concierge was extremely helpful on our departure.

All the employees are great too! 😎🥰😍💙

Jerson was very attentive and extremely polite!

On a good note the Staff was amazing 😊

We were welcomed right away and brought to our room.

Hotel was very nice; staff was very accommodating.

Please like this post if there was helpful information for you.

Thank you CARMINA for resolving any issues professionally and with sensitivity.

The MF personnel, from the front desk to the bellmen to the cleaning staff to the concierge desk, are predominantly very pleasant, responsive and hard-working.

Irma at our morning breakfast was very sweet and so attentive !

This is the 3rd time we’ve been to this resort with Hugo as the entertainment coordinator.

Her energy and dedication were impressive!

Great service at the Palapa bar/ pool area from Jennifer(very polite and sweet) Tonney, great service from Leonel and Samuel upon arrival and departure.

The walk to downtown Cabo is very easy and safe.

but there are a lot of amazing hotels in Cabo and the taco stand really made Playa Grande stand out.

Oh and the ocean view with whales passing by with perfect weather conditions makes this an ideal place in Cabo!

Location was perfect, close to the marina allowing you to walk to dive shops, snorkel trips and locations like Cabo Wabo.

We will definitely return here the next time we come back to Cabo.

We have been coming to Cabo for 17 years and this was one of the best places we have stayed.

Great location, lovely property, easy access to the marina and all downtown Cabo offers.

Playa Grande resort is located in the main area of Cabo.

He's the reason we like coming to Cabo!!!

These staff members and the welcoming and fun entertainment environment are the reason we choose to stay at Playa Grande when we come to Cabo San Lucas.

He only waited on my husband and myself one morning as we were mostly exploring around Cabo during out stay.

I stayed at Playa Grande and inside the resort are staff that are there to assist with activities through Cabo Adventures.

Our first Cabo visit…and Playa Grande has been exceptional!

Save your money and pick a different resort in Cabo if you’re planning on coming anytime soon.

A great resort in a great location in Cabo San Lucas.

It’s a 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Cabo.

The waitress assured us that it was not going to be charged to our room

The following day I went to a more basic restaurant had a few tacos and beer and noticed a 10% service fee on my invoice.

We were charged over $300 of “fees” above and beyond tips, taxes and mandatory charges.

After many discussions, producing paperwork showing where I was booked, and a plea for them to honor their obligation, they refused and said my only option was to take the room at the lesser resort and that was it, no compensation/upgrade for my loss of value, no resort credit, just take it or leave it.

but still an upgrade) for the rest of our stay at no additional charge.

Despite the hotel charges you 30% of tax and service in your booking, you need to bring extra cash to tips the waiters or they let you wait for your drink and food forever.

They incorrectly billed me then and have continued to charge my credit card.

They do push the timeshare pitch and aren’t always up front with how things are charged.

No towel cards mean people leave their towels on their chairs even when they are gone for the day and new arrivals can’t tell if a chair is truly available.

Gym doesn’t open till 7am and there is an $11 US charge, never been to a property that charges to use the gym.

After going there for 17 years (AS AN OWNER) I don't like the treatment I been given, PLEASE BE AWARE OF CHARGES PLACED ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

To make matters worse, their only concern was getting our card to pay for the new nights stay, and not the health and welfare of 5 of his sick guests.

lobster) are NOT fully included in the all-inclusive meal plan and there is a hefty surcharge of $45 if you want the lobster.

In fact, probably worth skipping the towel card completely as we simply gave our room number to get towels.

Yes they take your credit card and charge everything to your room

Shame on Playa Grande Resorts for charging their Disabled Guests extra.

After 1 hour, we finally got our room keys and were then ushered over to speak to the concierge to receive our towel cards.

This place was packed while we were there so the fact that they could remember who we were and what we ordered seemed kind of important to be sure we were being charge accordingly.

Friendly staff and a nice coffee stand near the lobby heading towards the Pools
Comfortable beds and a nice gym that seemed popular.

The service is exceptional—our poolside severs were Miguel, Fernando, and Ramon…all were terrific: attentive, friendly, and accommodating.

Franco's attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my time by the pool truly enjoyable.

The staff are exceptional, friendly and very efficient.

He was friendly and attentive, a great sense of humor and had good suggestions when we asked for some!

Specifically, Hector Raga Sagrero was friendly, attentive and just an all around great server.

These hospitality workers are pleasant, friendly, considerate ,and skilled.✅✅

The best resort on the All the people are very friendly, something that really pleases me is that every time we visit this beautiful resort we are always greeted with a big smile, the quality of the hotel is too good and best of all it is literally next to the Marina.

He was so helpful and friendly the entire time we were here. The trip would not have been the same without him bringing us all the drinks (and water) we needed :)

Great resort, friendly staff (Franco), wonderful food and drinks.

Miguel, Miriam, Jose, Daniel and the rest of the pool side servers were very friendly and awesome!

Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful and swooped in to help without us ever asking.

Iris was very friendly, punctual and welcoming.

The food and servers have been so friendly…checking in with Renato was great, our server, Jorge, at Calima and the Beach party has exceptional attention to detail and oh so friendly!

Great service and installations, very clean, the room with the kitchen made this perfect for a family trip, great location close to everything, the food was good, friendly staff with really good experience, definitely going back.

Each and every person we encountered was friendly and helpful with what ever we needed.

The hotel is right across the street from the marina.

but worked just fine

Only complaint - our room faced the marina where Sr Frogs is located.
