Food is great, as you would not imagine for an All Inclusive.

We ended up being all inclusive in the end as it was cheaper to do that that pay for one meal.

We got the gold all inclusive which basically included everything like 4 items of laundry per day (including pressing) and a 60 minute couple massage (incredible).

We are traveling next year to Sol by Melia Benoa Bali - All Inclusive and want to confirm our booking made through Agoda with the resort.

We didn’t do all inclusive just breakfast as we like to eat at local warungs which were an easy walk from hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I got the gold all inclusive package and I found it to be really good.

The all inclusive was great, as we didn't need to think about money or paying anything during our stay.

Last year I was able to change the dates of our 3 night all inclusive pre paid stay with no problems at all.

The smell of Frangipani flowers were everywhere in the hotel,I will always keep this precious memory.Great value for the money, if you choose All inclusive.

No bar service on the beach or the pool, the swim up bar was popular, if you bought a package for all inclusive drinks and food, we didn’t as the food was really bad and the drinks included local Balinese liquors and wine.

It exceeded our expectations & it really was ALL inclusive.

We are on a bed and breakfast basis and we were going to upgrade to all inclusive and I’m so glad we didn’t, the food standard to the other two hotels we have stayed in Bali is no where near the quality, with it being an all inclusive resort be prepared to eat your breakfast from a tea plate.

The food has been fantastic with plenty of choice and if you want you can eat and drink 24/7.

We preferred to eat in the local Warungs and the food was always amazing

We had the all inclusive package which was great value allowing us to eat at any of the restaurants and drink beer and cocktails all day.

In my opinion they should of given us a table setting on the beach for free being that we were Gold members and had only The Kitchen to eat at.

We do not like to dress for dinner and were able to eat an early a-la-carte dinner in The Kitchen restaurant.

As we had not chosen the all inclusive package, it was a task for us to look for something to eat around.

We arrived at 1.30 am an after a very long day travelling our check in was very fast, we were offered something to eat at the 24 hour restaurant called the kitchen.

The buffet is on a small scale so the food is different every day and you can also eat “a la carte”.

A big shout out to the staff in the 'Kitchen' my wife is a vegetarian and struggled at first with some of the food choice, the ladies who work here went above and beyond to ensure my wife had food she could eat, asking my wife to choose whatever she wanted and they went to the chef and got it sorted.

Food was always available in three locations, we eat in the Italian most nights brilliant service, Drinks, Gardens, our room ( we had a "Promo Xtra Beach House Jr Suite Gld") was large and always clean

We stayed on the beach when at the hotel, they even cleaned the beach of Shells & Seaweed !

Well to our suprise we never once wanted or needed to eat out, and I am a fussy eater.

She did struggle to find food that she could eat.

I had the silver package the room was just perfect very clean and had everything that you needed.

As part of the package we had premium drinks (which included sparkling wine) and 4 pieces of laundry each per day - a luxury that we took full advantage of, plus a complementary massage.

We had taken the all-inclusive package which I would highly recommend, it just all added to the most relaxing and stressless holiday we've had for a long time ;) 
The Spa was wonderful and the treatments we had were great.

We didn't book the all inclusive package (silver / gold) because we love to explore local restaurants near by, plenty of choices range from fancy AUD$100 posh meal to local food truck $2. 5.

We stayed in the Xtra Beach House Junior Suite in a ground floor room with the Silver All Inclusive Package.

The hotel is right by the beach and they offer various watersport packages.

I’m glad I did not choose the all-inclusive package though.

The food was the highlight for me, being able to order from the a la carte menu within the all inclusive package was great and the a la carte menu was lovely.

From welcome cocktails and traditional dancers on arrival, to massages by the beach, romantic meals on the beach too - it's just wonderful.The rooms were so spacious and clean, and we upgraded to gold package and had sparkling rose waiting with each meal.

Check in wasn’t smooth, just wanted to sell us all inclusive package, at 1,080,000rp per person per night silver.

An All Inclusive package makes this a dream holiday mainly for couples or adult groups.

We stayed here for 10 nights with gold package and just couldn’t be happier.

We upgraded to a GOLD BAND Package ( all inclusive) .

Looks like the inside/pool view is only for the all inclusive package.

Me and my partner prefer to leave the hotel using it as a ‘base’ and travel outside the hotel area to visit other bars and restaurants.

The rental bikes and the massages were great.So much different variety of the food, both international and Asian cuisine.

Evryday they provide buffet breakfast with varieties of delicious food which was really mind blowing.food has very good quality.from front office staff to cleaning and kitchen staff all were very humble ,polite and we'll behaving.always they have a pleasant face that makes us happy .spa is good .stayed  wonderful 6 night and 7days in this hotel ,must say that it was really worth it .direct beach acess , clean pools , types of restaurants, beverages , pool bar.

The food was still fantastic as were the staff, even the entertainment was still going.

The beach was disappointing and not the crystal clear waters you would expect - it’s full of fishing boats and jet-skis meaning you end up inhaling more petrol fumes than sea air.

Rooms are damp and dirty,,towels very worn and grey not like white fluffy towels you would expect in a 5 star Hotel.

The room was dirty and smelled damp—splatted mosquitos on the mirrors and dusty desktops and sideboards.

Loads of mosquitos and no where were they trying to manage this with smoke machines.

but could do with grab rails as you could slip if not to good on your feet, toilet had an unpleasant smell all holiday.

The worst thing was stinky boats and scooters on the beach, so that you have to smell petroleum all the day on the beach

There is also a huge crack in our door and a sewage smell permits the room through the night, it’s that strong it’s woken me up 3 nights in a row.

The toilet had a horrible smell coming - plumbing issues.

The flies constantly flying around and sitting on the buffet food are disgusting as well as the ants that are on the dessert at the lunch buffet should seriously be looked into and something done about this.

but the hot sand does burn, so be careful!

The cushions were decidedly filthy and again many were fraying or splitting at the seams.

Just been reading a nasty review and i dont think that person stayed at the same place.

The noise from jetskis and speedboats is constant, and the smell of marine fuel and exhaust is sickening.

Beach not as nice as I thought it would be, as a private beach still had a few men trying to sell things, lots of jet skis going up and down so there was a smell of diesel.

Smells bad and the service at the beach is bad.

To begin with we had to ask to change our room as it stank of raw sewage which was extremely unpleasant.

but rooms below par 1st room had a very strong smelt of damp and mould the following morning we asked to reception if they could do something about it they kindly moved us to another room,this room also had a damp smell but no where near as bad we assumed it was the air conditioning so accepted the room swap.

but when the AC shuts off the smell gets stronger I was offered another room a couple doors down but same smelly issue got 4 more nights here 🤦‍♂️

I would highly recommend the Body and Sol Spa at the hotel.

The spa reduced their hours which was totally acceptable.

but they make you feel like you’re the most valuable guest and the spa is superb very recommended.

This en-suite had a spa and a large shower.

There is also a lovely massage shop across the road your looking at about 8 pounds for an hours massage absolute bliss i went for about 4.

I added a pedicure for an extremely nominal fee.

The spa well worth a visit we had a 3hr spar and felt we where walking on air when we had finished.

You also get 4 items of clothing per person laundered daily, a massage, your mini bar refilled every day and if you are staying over 8 nights as we did you get a romantic 5 course meal on the beach with your own personal waiter, Agung was our waiter, who also served at the Menega restaurant and he was fabulous.

Blissful stay at this resort and spa hotel.

They also have lots of other things: beach volleyball, table tennis, gym, in house spa (we go out to the local shops for AUD $10/hour).

We loved this hotel for many reasons:
- up to date, rooms are well maintained, spacious and clean (we stayed in a junior suite)
- medium size hotel, yet not crowded
- awesome pool, floating Fatboys are fun, the pool bar is wonderful
- great food, large choice, no matter the theme
- dreamy beach
- awesome spa, we really enjoyed the treatments!

- Staff were very nice and accommodating, let me move rooms and use the spa shower after check-out and before leaving for the airport.

The spa was a nice treat, there are spas outside of the hotel (across the road) that are cheaper

A relaxing two week stay, I had especially took advantage of the hotel massage parlour.

The rooms are spacious clean and cool with a lovely views , we were in 8191.

Very spacious with a mini bar which was topped up everyday.

As you approach the hotel from the road there is a pleasing Balinese feel to the main entrance and a delightful, spacious reception hall.

Check inn was warm and friendly and our room for the basic is spacious modern and very comfortable with a small balcony.

Candidasa resort spa 1 hr massage IDR150, Candidisa street spa 1 hr massage IDR100, Nusa Dua SOL resort spa 1 hr massage IDR200-250, Nusa Dua street spa 1 hr massage IDR95 (directly across the road).

It comes in handy when you have been out site seeing & street food tasting all day you can still get your gym sessions in.

Local Telcom company which Simpati is connected can show good speed 12-20 Mbps if you stay at Jalan Pratama street.

If you are up for a bit of bartering there is a great local market down a side street next to the hotel where you can get some good bargains.

Most nights we walked across the street and got a 6 dollar massage that was great.

local on streets pester you to buy things all the time, weather very nice in February , just a couple of days of monsoon weather.

First of all, the Benoa area is really crowded and the hotel is right on a crowded street.

You find the hotel just off the main street and on entering find it cool and very pleasing to the eye, we we're delt with quickly with warm smiles and professionalism.

though there is a mini-mart across the street

Bali Collection is only a 15 minute walk away and the streets through the gated area are beautiful.

While the room overlooked the side street lined with small stores and shops, it was spacious and comfortable with all the needed amenities.

So we went across the street to Carla's spa ( nice clean establishment) who were fabulous and did a great job and much cheaper.

I would recommend Carla's spa across the street an hour massage $7 and it's amazing, which is much cheaper than the hotel spa and better!

Location was good with a small Supermarket right across the street.

Also, there is a Circle K across the street that has an ATM.

You will have to specify you mean street market or street stalls.

The kids are loving it and special shout out the the ladies in the kids club who always go above and beyond and Widi and Joni from the pool bar.

Nice location, beautifull hotel with kids club and i let my kids there for a day, well taken care by great and dedicated staff debby and diah who did an amazing job,my kids love to play there and begging to come back again, well recomended!! !

I really recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids.. they have kids club, nice pool and good pool bar.

The all you can eat breakfast is amazing and the chef made the best food.

There was complimentary popcorn and shuttle service to eat street and the beach.

The hotel also offers buggy service to the beach and ‘Eat Street’ where there are more bars and restaurants.

The hotel is in a perfect location, it also has a free shuttle that will take you to Eat Street, Seminyak Square or Double 6 beach.

although the beach and eat street are also easily accessible by foot.

She was very pleasant and resourceful (recommended us where to eat, etc..).

It was only 5 min away from the beach , Eat Street and night life.

Short walk ( of golf cart transfer) to the part of the beach which the hotel occupies ( its 5 min walk to beach 10 to the hotel bit) and lots of restaurants and some bars on the road nearby to eat out.

a 20 minute walk to Seminyak Square and surrounded by great places to eat and drink.

Absolutely amazing each day knowing you have such a large choice in what to eat.

Also loved the free shuttle to ‘eat street’ or the Courtyard’s private beach which was also within walking distance.

It gave my husband piece of mind to eat without fearing he'd have a reaction.

There is a shuttle to eat street and it’s own private beach.

The shuttle is available to the B66 beach and Eat Street.

The breakfast was excellent and delicious, with everything you could think of to eat.

Our kids used the kids club facility at the hotel for few days and they were more than happy to back to the kids club each day!

The upper level has the bar with a swim up pool section and the lower section has a shallower area for kids.

The mash potatoes were nice and kids burger too.

Hotel concierge organised us some great trips to the local temple and dance and to release baby turtles for an unbelievably decent price and driver even waited for the tickets for the dance for us while we explored the temple.

My daughter and I stayed for a week during which time we experienced wonderful staff, so willing to please.

I came with Family to celebrate my daughter birthday, thank you Yudi to welcome us so nice and make our plan here so good, and the food are still so nice even the pandemic,definetely will coming back again with another planning.

Great staff with amazingly friendly and caring service, especially Ms.  Chinta with her hospitality, also the staff who serve on the rooftop and the room cleaner's girl who have worked well and politely.. Don't hesitate to come back to stay here in the future..

There are 3 pools, one being the pool bar, normal pool and then a kids pool.

Kids are treated so beautifully by all the staff and other guests.

The other rooms are way too noisy, small and dark!

About 40mins to airport on a normal traffic condition.
