Bali is amazing, we made some wonderful new friends and I will definitely be back - just not here sadly!

To set the scene, I first came to Bali in 2017 and stayed at this hotel.

Me and my partner came here for a relaxing end to our bali trip after being in Ubud and Gili T. Our hotels in those places were of way better standard than this hotel the Sol.

We are traveling next year to Sol by Melia Benoa Bali - All Inclusive and want to confirm our booking made through Agoda with the resort.

Oceania Biru Bali, Gendis Hair & Salon, Asti Spa Organic Bali, Reva Jewellery, Titanium Bali Massage, Titanium Bali Massage, Glo Day Spa & Salon Seminyak, Eastern Garden Martha Tilaar Spa, Krakakoa Chocolate Factory & Store, "Shisha Temple" Hookah Lounge, 2REP Divers Bali, Bahiana Salsa Bar, Gong Komodo Tour, Bamboo Spa, Golden Queen Fast Boat, Bali Ashiatsu & Wellness, Lourdes Spa, Prana Spa, Barrio & Co, 361 Fastboat Bali, Chill Reflexology, Carla Spa Sanur, Bali Mission Tour, Travelling Compass, Seminyak Driver - Private Tours, Bali Seminyak Driver - Day Tours, NIKKI COLLECTIONS Tailor & Leather, Spa Madhavi, Purnama Massage & Bodywork, Balikara Spa, Sava Spa Bali, Murano Spa, Mika Thai Spa, KIMA Surfari, MaheMaheBali Tours, Natural Skin Center&spa, Bali Season Tour - Day Tour, Kharisma Travel Bali, Bali Beach Golf Course, Bali Joe Bar, Kaiana Salon and Spa, Bali Jo Driver - Day Tours, La Karma Spa, Kharisma Dive, Siloam Spa & Fitness Center, Pelangi Bali Tour - Day Tours, Cosebelle, Putra Agung Wine Shop, Deanna Day Spa, Zema Healing, Niki Bali Tours, Eco Bali Spa, Ballinas Spa, MOXX !

and after reaching Bali the moment I reached the hotel they gave us a warm welcome .

It had always been my dream to visit Bali and it did not disappoint.

To summarise; if you’re looking for a traditional Balinese type hotel, this isn’t the place for you, it almost has the feel of Benidorm not Bali!

Of course though, we stayed over Christmas, and whilst Christmas is not celebrated in Bali as a whole as they are mostly Hindu, Sol Beach House made it very special.

Bali is an experience like no other and this place just makes the trip so much better.

We stayed the Sol Beach House Bali Benoa, for three weeks in November 2019.

Thanks for a great time, next time we return to Bali will prob go somewhere with a bit more nightlife like Seminyak otherwise highly recommend the hotel for couples and families wanting a quieter holiday!

Just got back last night and spent 5 days here. Our first time in Bali and if we come back will definitely be here.Just seen a review from someone that was there same time as us, and whilst everyone has their own views i feel i must express our opinions.

it was so nice, if I come back to Bali I will book here again
nice people, wonderfull diners, nice music and shows at night
everything is very clean and the beach is also nice
not to busy,

First time trip to Bali , and so pleased we chose this hotel .

We stayed at SOL Beach for 3 days during our trip in Bali.

The Sol by Melia Benoa Bali - All Inclusive is near these landmarks: Caow Eng Bio Chinese Buddhist Temple, Bali Wake Park, Samasta Lifestyle Village, Waterbom Bali, Lovina Tours, Uluwatu Temple, DMZ Bali 3D Art Museum, Putu Bali Tour, Double Six Beach, Batu Belig Beach, Perancak Beach, Canggu Beach, Kinship bali tour, Tanah Lot Temple, Kelingking Beach, Taman Ayun Temple, Freedive Nusa, Aan Secret Waterfall, Bias Tugel Beach, Benoa Harbour, Jimbaran Bay, Pandawa Beach, Legian Beach, Seminyak Beach, Taman Festival, Kharisma Antiques Bali, Flow Beauty Lab, Batu Bolong Beach, Pura Penataran Er Jeruk, Ogoh-Ogoh Museum, Apnea Penida, Kusamba Traditional Salt Mining, Jimbaran Fish Market, Beachwalk Shopping Center, Garlic Lane, Bajra Sandhi Monument, Nyaman Gallery, Petitenget Beach, Ulu Watu Beach, Berawa Beach, Bali Dirt Bikes, Casa Home Spa, Pererenan Beach, Tanah Lot Cycling Tours, Sangeh Traditional Village - Day Tours, Saraswati Temple, Blue Lagoon Beach, Bhava Spa Nusa Dua, PT.

Food is great, as you would not imagine for an All Inclusive.

We ended up being all inclusive in the end as it was cheaper to do that that pay for one meal.

We got the gold all inclusive which basically included everything like 4 items of laundry per day (including pressing) and a 60 minute couple massage (incredible).

We didn’t do all inclusive just breakfast as we like to eat at local warungs which were an easy walk from hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I got the gold all inclusive package and I found it to be really good.

The all inclusive was great, as we didn't need to think about money or paying anything during our stay.

all inclusive is the perfect holiday food is great, pool is greate , beach is great, little lane way next door with market stalls same prices and goods as in Kuta .nice massages across the road and circleQ store as well.

Last year I was able to change the dates of our 3 night all inclusive pre paid stay with no problems at all.

The smell of Frangipani flowers were everywhere in the hotel,I will always keep this precious memory.Great value for the money, if you choose All inclusive.

We didnt wanted all inclusive because we wanted to travel and discover places around,

No bar service on the beach or the pool, the swim up bar was popular, if you bought a package for all inclusive drinks and food, we didn’t as the food was really bad and the drinks included local Balinese liquors and wine.

It exceeded our expectations & it really was ALL inclusive.

We are on a bed and breakfast basis and we were going to upgrade to all inclusive and I’m so glad we didn’t, the food standard to the other two hotels we have stayed in Bali is no where near the quality, with it being an all inclusive resort be prepared to eat your breakfast from a tea plate.

All in all, this resort was well worth the money we paid for all inclusive.

hen party) and want to immerse into all inclusive and reap the value.

after several weeks on the road I needed a true break from everything and booked a stay at the Sol Beach House under an all Inclusive gold package.

We did not choose all inclusive because there are restaurants in the hotel and also in the neighborhood.

When it comes to sun loungers (this was the dealbreaker for me) - there literally isn’t enough at the beach or around the pool so get up early if you want one!

Beach mattresses are disgusting need replacing .but have to say the staff are amazing .food was excellent .this is a true review

Enjoy an All Inclusive stay by the pool and on the beach.

The pool and the beach are stunning, get coffee and watch the sunrise, drink a Bintang and watch the sunset!

Beach is lovely, quiet and our beds were reserved for us each day.

Everything was really wonderful, the staff, the room, the food, the pool, the beach, and the island!

Nice rooms with a good view, beach front, friendly staff and great food.

Location: The location is good in Nusa Dua, so strategic, behind the hotel there is a private beach

lovely beach front walks last time her was pre covid Sept 2020 cant wait to get back there this year

Wahyu Mandiri Tour, Jalan Legian, Balangan Beach, Seminyak Village, Petitenget Temple, Suluban Beach, Nelayan Beach, Canggu Villa & Cooking Retreat, Pura Gede Luhur Batu Ngaus, Bali Nature Land Tour - Private Day Tours, Pura Ulun Siwi, Semaya One Fast Cruise, Blue Lagoon Beach, Adi Tour Guide, Sidewalk Jimbaran Mall, Mahadeva Art Gallery, Renon Square, Nacivet Art Gallery, Padang Padang Beach, Jalan Raya Kerobokan, JL.

The beach is awesome and the water is very clear.

And we loved the dining on the beach, with the long preparation of the big round tables and chairs with bows.

Evryday they provide buffet breakfast with varieties of delicious food which was really mind blowing.food has very good quality.from front office staff to cleaning and kitchen staff all were very humble ,polite and we'll behaving.always they have a pleasant face that makes us happy .spa is good .stayed wonderful 6 night and 7days in this hotel ,must say that it was really worth it .direct beach acess , clean pools , types of restaurants, beverages , pool bar.

The beach is nice and pleasant with enough beds for everyone.

The grounds here are well kept and compact and the beach has plenty of sun loungers of various types and enough for all the guests.

Will return again to our home on the beach.

Just returned from 3weeks at Sol Beach can’t say enough about it.

plenty of sunbeds, walk or cycle along the beach front, just a lovely island

Also, whilst there are plenty of umbrellas on the beach there are none around the pool where the only shade is provided by trees.

I had the silver package the room was just perfect very clean and had everything that you needed.

We did the gold package so eat of all menus mini bar topped up every day and got are washing done every day all in the deal.

As part of the package we had premium drinks (which included sparkling wine) and 4 pieces of laundry each per day - a luxury that we took full advantage of, plus a complementary massage.

We had taken the all-inclusive package which I would highly recommend, it just all added to the most relaxing and stressless holiday we've had for a long time ;)
The Spa was wonderful and the treatments we had were great.

We didn't book the all inclusive package (silver / gold) because we love to explore local restaurants near by, plenty of choices range from fancy AUD$100 posh meal to local food truck $2. 5.

We stayed in the Xtra Beach House Junior Suite in a ground floor room with the Silver All Inclusive Package.

The hotel is right by the beach and they offer various watersport packages.

I’m glad I did not choose the all-inclusive package though.

The food was the highlight for me, being able to order from the a la carte menu within the all inclusive package was great and the a la carte menu was lovely.

From welcome cocktails and traditional dancers on arrival, to massages by the beach, romantic meals on the beach too - it's just wonderful. The rooms were so spacious and clean, and we upgraded to gold package and had sparkling rose waiting with each meal.

Check in wasn’t smooth, just wanted to sell us all inclusive package, at 1,080,000rp per person per night silver.

An All Inclusive package makes this a dream holiday mainly for couples or adult groups.

We stayed here for 10 nights with gold package and just couldn’t be happier.

We upgraded to a GOLD BAND Package ( all inclusive) .

Looks like the inside/pool view is only for the all inclusive package.

Me and my partner prefer to leave the hotel using it as a ‘base’ and travel outside the hotel area to visit other bars and restaurants.

The food here is beautiful mind you and the staff are very hard working and very helpful,

The food in the night was usually off the menu

Food was awfull supposed to have 3 restaurants

If you like beer, local version tastes like Bud.

The breakfast buffet was really nice and you could eat indoors in aircon or put on the verandah.

The range of drinks was great and I really enjoyed the free room service that was included in my package.

Would recommend to change the menu each day.

The rental bikes and the massages were great. So much different variety of the food, both international and Asian cuisine.

The food was still fantastic as were the staff, even the entertainment was still going.

The beach was disappointing and not the crystal clear waters you would expect - it’s full of fishing boats and jet-skis meaning you end up inhaling more petrol fumes than sea air.

Rooms are damp and dirty,,towels very worn and grey not like white fluffy towels you would expect in a 5 star Hotel.

The room was dirty and smelled damp—splatted mosquitos on the mirrors and dusty desktops and sideboards.

Loads of mosquitos and no where were they trying to manage this with smoke machines.

but could do with grab rails as you could slip if not to good on your feet, toilet had an unpleasant smell all holiday.

The worst thing was stinky boats and scooters on the beach, so that you have to smell petroleum all the day on the beach
2.

There is also a huge crack in our door and a sewage smell permits the room through the night, it’s that strong it’s woken me up 3 nights in a row.

The toilet had a horrible smell coming - plumbing issues.

The flies constantly flying around and sitting on the buffet food are disgusting as well as the ants that are on the dessert at the lunch buffet should seriously be looked into and something done about this.

but the hot sand does burn, so be careful!

The cushions were decidedly filthy and again many were fraying or splitting at the seams.

Just been reading a nasty review and i dont think that person stayed at the same place.

The noise from jetskis and speedboats is constant, and the smell of marine fuel and exhaust is sickening.

Beach not as nice as I thought it would be, as a private beach still had a few men trying to sell things, lots of jet skis going up and down so there was a smell of diesel.

Smells bad and the service at the beach is bad.

To begin with we had to ask to change our room as it stank of raw sewage which was extremely unpleasant.

but rooms below par 1st room had a very strong smelt of damp and mould the following morning we asked to reception if they could do something about it they kindly moved us to another room, this room also had a damp smell but no where near as bad we assumed it was the air conditioning so accepted the room swap.

but when the AC shuts off the smell gets stronger I was offered another room a couple doors down but same smelly issue got 4 more nights here 🤦‍♂️

I would highly recommend the Body and Sol Spa at the hotel.

Wahyu Mandiri Tour, Bali Sea Turtle Society (BSTS), Tegal Wangi Beach, Dalem Kahyangan Temple, Bali Training Centre, Purpa Fine Art Gallery Seminyak, Syah painting, Mother Huckers Axe Club, Alternative Beach, KTS Jaen Cooking Class, Taman Anyar - Traditional Balinese Village, Bali Njoey Bike Tour, Okay Divers, Nusa Bali Spa, Jimbaran Beach, Pantai Jimbaran Belitung, Transmart Carrefour, Kuta Beach - Bali, Gilis Boat, Bingin Beach, Eat Street, Archipelago Adventure, Pantai Batu Mejan (Echo Beach), Katak Yoga Shala, Seseh Beach, Pasih Uug Beach, Lake Yeh Malet, Ostina 3 Fast Boat, Sawangan Beach, PT.

The spa reduced their hours which was totally acceptable.

but they make you feel like you’re the most valuable guest and the spa is superb very recommended.

This en-suite had a spa and a large shower.

There is also a lovely massage shop across the road your looking at about 8 pounds for an hours massage absolute bliss i went for about 4.

I added a pedicure for an extremely nominal fee.

The spa well worth a visit we had a 3hr spar and felt we where walking on air when we had finished.

You also get 4 items of clothing per person laundered daily, a massage, your mini bar refilled every day and if you are staying over 8 nights as we did you get a romantic 5 course meal on the beach with your own personal waiter, Agung was our waiter, who also served at the Menega restaurant and he was fabulous.

Blissful stay at this resort and spa hotel.

They also have lots of other things: beach volleyball, table tennis, gym, in house spa (we go out to the local shops for AUD $10/hour).

We loved this hotel for many reasons:
- up to date, rooms are well maintained, spacious and clean (we stayed in a junior suite)
- medium size hotel, yet not crowded
- awesome pool, floating Fatboys are fun, the pool bar is wonderful
- great food, large choice, no matter the theme
- dreamy beach
- awesome spa, we really enjoyed the treatments!

- Staff were very nice and accommodating, let me move rooms and use the spa shower after check-out and before leaving for the airport.

The spa was a nice treat, there are spas outside of the hotel (across the road) that are cheaper

A relaxing two week stay, I had especially took advantage of the hotel massage parlour.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Really saddens me that I can only give 3/5 at best the staff are all lovely can’t do enough for you and the gardens are amazing however the pool area is really dirty needs a really good clean with the pool seats being really rough and scratchy to sit on, the rooms are a good size

but the resort itself and the staff are great.

The staff are lovely and the gardens etc are nice

Great customer service, super helpful and friendly staff, very welcoming.

We then asked for the rep to come to see us.

The room is fantastic, hotel is stellar, and the staff are SO friendly!

Natalia the bar lady also looked after us very well.

The hotel staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to stay here!

The staff were really friendly and remembered what I liked and disliked in terms of service provided, food and drinks.

wonderfull rooms and facilities ,staff always make you feel like you belong here .

The check in process was smooth, the reception even reminded us to use hand sanitizer cos we touched stuff around there.

Very warm welcoming by the staff. So friendly and kind.

Fantastic staff go above and beyond to look after their guests and give them a great holiday.

For those thinking, what’s Bali like post Covid, don’t worry, it’s back and better than ever.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights during a 3 week trip around Bali and it was absolutely perfect!

We both have food allergies and as such good in Bali has been a worry,

It was our first trip to Bali from the UK and from the very start we were made to feel so welcome.

I’ll definitely be back to this hotel when visiting bali again.

The sole reason I came to Bali and the sole reason I’ll come back.

We went for our honeymoon and it was 1/3 of the places we stopped in Bali (another one being 5 stars)

A huge 'thank you' to your entire team, Courtyard Bali Seminyak, for such a wonderful stay.

We stayed in so many places in Bali to be able to experience all sorts of activities.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali and look forward to seeing the gang when I return in Winter, they really made a huge impression on me.

If we return to Bali, this is where we will stay.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Bali.

And one thing we would like to mention is that we never experienced so much kindness from any other people in the world that we experienced in Bali and especially from the staff at this hotel.

Excellent service and great facilities, this is the best place to stay in Bali especially in Seminyak.

Today was my last day in Bali, choosed my breakfast at the Kitchen by Courtyard Seminyak, absolutely beautiful.

Hence why, I decided to return to the property for my January stay in Bali.

The Courtyard Bali Seminyak Resort is near these landmarks: Double Six Beach, DMZ Bali 3D Art Museum, Batu Belig Beach, Lovina Tours, Waterbom Bali, Perancak Beach, Canggu Beach, Putu Bali Tour, Bali Wake Park, Kinship bali tour, Caow Eng Bio Chinese Buddhist Temple, Samasta Lifestyle Village, Tanah Lot Temple, Uluwatu Temple, Taman Ayun Temple, Sangeh Monkey Forest, Payangan Market, ESD Bali Tour, Aan Secret Waterfall, Seminyak Beach, Legian Beach, Kharisma Antiques Bali, Flow Beauty Lab, Batu Bolong Beach, Benoa Harbour, Jimbaran Bay, Taman Festival, Ogoh-Ogoh Museum, Pandawa Beach, Pura Penataran Er Jeruk, Taman Mumbul, ESD Bali Tour, Cempaka Belimbing Cycling & Trekking, Nyaman Gallery, Petitenget Beach, Garlic Lane, Beachwalk Shopping Center, Berawa Beach, Bali Dirt Bikes, Pererenan Beach, Casa Home Spa, Bajra Sandhi Monument, Jimbaran Fish Market, Tanah Lot Cycling Tours, Ulu Watu Beach, Sangeh Traditional Village - Day Tours, Saraswati Temple, Bali Njoey Bike Tour, Purpa Fine Art Gallery Seminyak, Syah painting, Dalem Kahyangan Temple, Bali Sea Turtle Society (BSTS), Mother Huckers Axe Club, Alternative Beach, PT.

This is always our first choice for hotels in Bali.

Stay here for 2 nights, all staff are friendly and helpfull, bfast was delicious, great health protocol so don’t worry if you stay here, room nice and clean, love the minimalis concept, balcony for rilex, will be my favorite place to stay at bali

One of my favorite thing is the breakfast menu is amazing ! !

Breakfast buffet at this location was top notch with a huge variety of selection.

From seating us during breakfast as well as making sure that our check out process was seamless!

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have been to.

Breakfast is possibly the best I’ve experienced, and I’m 44, I’ve had loads of them!

There are options for all tastes and its the one place in Bali we managed to have bacon for breakfast, so really gave some home comfort.

The breakfast choices were amazing never had so much choice.

She really looked after me every morning at breakfast.

Food - 8/10, tasty breakfasts and other food

There are sunbathing/relaxing area with sunbeams and umbrellas and pools.

Pembri was our busy for breakfast and after one visit remembered all of our names and made sure our stay was perfect.

Breakfast was incredible the selection abundant with choice and such great quality.

Buffet breakfast selection covered everything - great cappuccinos!

Breakfast at the Seminyak Kitchen was a sumptuous affair with wide selection of Indonesian, Western and Asian food items.

Very nice swimming pool, pool bar and fitness room, the food is very good (especially breakfast).

Breakfast buffet is spectacular as a titanium it was included for two people everyday above and beyond what they are required!

The food at Marriott was fantastic- including gluten free bread and a wide choice of food options at breakfast time.

The buffet breakfast had lots to offer, including cook to order, and was always delicious.

It has an amazing breakfast, perfect location and well trained staff!

Great experience, clean lobby and room is well maintained, and also delicious food.

The kids are loving it and special shout out the the ladies in the kids club who always go above and beyond and Widi and Joni from the pool bar.

Nice location, beautifull hotel with kids club and i let my kids there for a day, well taken care by great and dedicated staff debby and diah who did an amazing job,my kids love to play there and begging to come back again, well recomended!! !

Many facilities were offered throughout the resort: three-tier swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, spa, kids club, bike rental, and a private beach space at Double Six Beach (accessed by buggy).

They have a private beach club at Seminyak Beach, Pak Yudi and Pak Surya will take care of us all.

I really recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids.. they have kids club, nice pool and good pool bar.

The kids club was a savior for me and I was able to leave my baby there for two hours and go for a massage at the spa.

Also great facilities for families and kids-kids club.

Kids club here is fantastic with a ball pit and other play things and activities all day.

The kids club is one of the most best service in Marriott so
Special thanks to Chandra, Debby and Ayu for taking care of my daughter, so that we can have some time me and my wife.

The kids club was our saviour, Komang was my kids favourite, so lovely.

The resort is family friendly with a kids club and children’s pool.

You could see and hear the fireworks probably from the beach club parties nearby.

The kids club is extremely convenient with its 2 hours free of charge every day.

A buggy service is really great for transporting you to the beach club and surrounding amenities.

but I assume that the Marriott is competing against all the beach clubs.

Kids also love the kids club and love Komang who accompanied them in kids club.

This hotel is very convenient, great ambience, great kids club, the food is delicious and the staff here are amazing!

The Marriott beach area is in the most prime area- we originally were going to check out some of beach clubs

Our kids used the kids club facility at the hotel for few days and they were more than happy to back to the kids club each day!

The upper level has the bar with a swim up pool section and the lower section has a shallower area for kids.

The mash potatoes were nice and kids burger too.

Hotel concierge organised us some great trips to the local temple and dance and to release baby turtles for an unbelievably decent price and driver even waited for the tickets for the dance for us while we explored the temple.

My daughter and I stayed for a week during which time we experienced wonderful staff, so willing to please.

Special Thank to Bu Eka , for help arrange surprise my son's birthday
My Family enjoy and happy stay in courtyard seminyak.

I came with Family to celebrate my daughter birthday, thank you Yudi to welcome us so nice and make our plan here so good, and the food are still so nice even the pandemic, definetely will coming back again with another planning.

Great staff with amazingly friendly and caring service, especially Ms. Chinta with her hospitality, also the staff who serve on the rooftop and the room cleaner's girl who have worked well and politely.. Don't hesitate to come back to stay here in the future..

Checked in with 3 children to spend 4 nights stay

while our friends watched our toddler for us.

There are 3 pools, one being the pool bar, normal pool and then a kids pool.
